아동복지교사 지원사업의 핵심성과지표 개발 및 성과분석

본 연구의 목적은 2021년 개발된 아동복지교사 지원사업 성과지표를 바탕으로 핵심성과지표를 선정하고 이를 활용하여 아동복지교사 지원사업의 성과를 분석하는 것이다. 핵심성과지표 선정을 위해 구조화된 개별면접, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI), 전문가 자문회의를 실시하였으며 최종적으로 투입, 산출, 성과의 3단계로 구성된 총 15개 지표를 확정했다. 아동복지교사 지원사업의 성과를 측정하기 위해 아동복지교사, 사업 담당 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 아동권리보장원의 시스템 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 교차분석을 실시했다. 아동복지교사 지원사업은 투입, 산출, 성과 각 단계에서 사업의 목적인 아동의 건전한 성장과 발달 지원, 지역사회 일자리 창출을 통한 아동복지 서비스 인력 양성이라는 긍정적 성과를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 아동복지교사 지원사업 성과에 관한 평가의 간소화와 효율성을 통해 사업의 성과관리를 활성화하고 질적 향상을 도모하는데 기여했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop the key performance indicators of the child welfare teacher support project based on the performance indicators of that project developed in 2021. It also aims to analyze the performance of the child welfare teacher support project. To select key performance indicators, structured individual interviews, focus group interviews (FGI), and expert consultation were conducted. Finally, a total of 15 indicators were confirmed in three stages: input, output, and performance. To measure the performance of the child welfare teacher support project, a survey was conducted to child welfare teachers and government officials in charge of the project, and data from the National Center for the Child’s Rights was collected. The child welfare teacher support project was found to have positive results at each stage of input, output, and performance: supporting the healthy growth and development of children, which is the purpose of the project, and training child welfare service personnel through creating jobs in the community. This study will contribute to performance management and quality improvement of the child welfare teacher support projects through simplification and efficiency of evaluation.

A 72-year-old man with chronic renal failure underwent cephalic vein bypass surgery. He also had diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To avoid the exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the surgery began under epidural anesthesia with no sedation and oxygen supply via simple mask. During the surgery, desaturation occurred abruptly to 83%. Desaturation continued after intubation for a while and slowly disappeared as time went by. After the surgery, in the intensive care unit we performed a bronchoscopic examination and found large amount of sputum in both bronchioles. After bronchial suction and toileting, extubation was performed. In the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, it is possible that desaturation occurs abruptly due to acute exacerbation, although the surgery is conducted under epidural anesthesia with no sedation.

스웨덴 영유아교육기관에서의 AI 테크놀로지 활용 동향

The purpose of this study is to examine whether AI technology, which has penetrated into the educational field as it enters the AI era, should be introduced to young children through the case of Sweden. In addition to a literature review, we visited and observed an ECEC in Sweden, and interviewed professors, teachers, directors, and parents majoring in early childhood education. As a result of the study, the perception of young children and AI technology has changed considerably over the past 10 years in Sweden, and the background of this has been a revision of the national curriculum. Unlike in the past, the iPad was used as a play for infants and young children and as an educational recording tool for teachers in ECEC. The case of Sweden provides many implications to the Korean early childhood education academia and the field, which has a negative perception of providing AI technologies such as computers to ECEC.

음악청취력 향상프로그램을 통한 음악활동이 유아의 음악청취력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the music audiation intervention program on young children's tonal and rhythmic level and the relationship between children's tonal patterns and rhythmic capabilities and their families' musical environment. The sample was consisted of 76 five-year-old children and their parents enrolled at a preschool in Seoul. Children in the experimental group participated 24 units of activity in the music audiation intervention program. Before and After treatment, both control and experimental groups were tested by the tonal pattern and rhythm test using the Primary Measures of Music Audiation(PMMA). Parents rated and returned the questionnaire, family musical environment. The results of the study showed that the treatment had a statistically significant effect on the children's ability of musical audiation. However, there was no differences in the levels of tonal and rhythmic ability between boys and girls. There was only a significant relationship between musical audiation and the number of CD.

정상, 경도인지장애와 알츠하이머형 치매환자를 대상으로 IQCODE-K, K-AD8, AQS 간의 비교연구

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 정상, 경도인지장애, 알츠하이머치매 환자집단을 대상으로 보호자용 치매선별검사 도구인 Korean version Informant Questionnaire on Cognitive Decline in the Elderly (IQCODE-K)와 Eight-item Interview to Differentiate Aging and Dementia 한국어판(K-AD8), 그리고 Attention Questionnaire Scale (AQS)를 비교하여 임상적 유용성을 평가하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구에는 169명의 환자가 참여하였고, 대조군은 정상인 31명, 임상군은 경도인지장애(Mild Cognitive Impairment; MCI) 78명과 알츠하이머치매 환자(Alzheimer Dementia; AD) 60명이었다. 수집된 자료로 Receiver operating characteristic 곡선을 이용하였고 민감도와 특이도, Area Under the ROC Curve(AUC) 및 Clinical Utility Index(CUI)를 제시하였다. 결과 : 세 가지 도구 모두 실제 인지적으로 손상된 환자군(MCI 또는 AD)을 “보통”수준에서 검사상 인지적으로 손상이 있는 것으로 분류해낼 수 있었다. 또한 MCI와 AD군 간의 비교에서는, 세 도구 모두 실제 MCI 환자를 검사상 “보통”수준에서 MCI로 분류했으나 실제 AD 환자들을 검사상 AD로 분류해낸 도구는 IQCODE-K만이 “보통”수준으로 가능하였다. 결론 : 세 가지 도구 모두 자세한 신경심리검사 없이 단독으로 인지기능의 손상 유무를 선별할 수 있는 도구임이 재확인되었고, 특히 IQCODE-K가 알츠하이머치매 환자(AD)들의 변별에서는 다른 두 도구에 비해 상대적으로 높은 변별력을 지닌 것으로 나타났다.

어머니의 양육신념과 자녀의 성취 및 유아교사의 역할에 대한 기대

◈본 연구는 어머니들의 양육신념과 인구통계학적 변인들간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 또한 어머니의 양육신념과 자녀의 성취에 대한 기대 및 교사의 역할에 대한 기대와의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 유치원, 어린이집, 학원에 다니는 만 5세 유아들의 어머니 234명으로 어머니 양육신념, 자녀의 성취에 대한 기대 및 교사의 역할에 대한 기대를 묻는 질문지를 통해 수집된 자료를 평균, 표준편차 등의 기술통계와 일원변량분석(One way ANOVA)과 사후검증으로 Tukey test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 어머니들이 갖고 있는 양육신념은 자녀가 다니는 취학 전 유아교육기관의 유형에 따라 차이가 있었으며 자녀를 유치원이나 어린이집에 보내는 어머니들이 자녀를 학원에 보내는 어머니들보다 아동 중심적인 양육신념을 갖고 있었다. 자녀의 성취에 대한 기대는 연령이나 학력이 낮은 어머니들이 나이가 많거나 학력이 높은 어머니들보다 숫자나 한글 등의 학업적 영역에 대한 자녀의 성취기대를 더 높게 가지고 있었다. 교사의 역할에 대한 기대에서 취업모들은 인지발달과 사회성 발달과 관련된 유아교사의 역할 기대를 많이 하고 있었다. 성인중심적인 신념을 가진 어머니들은 자녀가 숫자와 한글을 더 잘 하기를 바랬으며, 아동중심적인 신념을 가진 어머니들은 교사가 유아의 정서발달을 도모하는 역할을 많이 해주기를 기대했다. The purpose of this study is the investigation of differences between mothers' child rearing beliefs and their expectation toward child's efforts and teachers' role in early childhood settings. Participants were 234 mothers of 5 year-old. They answered questionnaires on expectations to child's efforts in making friends, sports, numbers, and reading and writing as well as expectation to teachers' role in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.Data were analyzed with Frequency and One way ANOVA. Results indicated that mothers' child rearing beliefs are different according to types of educational settings. Mothers whose children attend kindergartens and daycare centers have more child-centered-beliefs than those who have children attending institutions of secondary education. Statistical analysis shows that there is a significant difference of mothers' expectation toward children's efforts due to maternal child rearing beliefs in children's numbers and letters. Mothers' child rearing beliefs and expectations of teachers' role have a difference in roles related to the emotional development.

아동권리를 위한 덴마크의 유보통합 역사와 현황

Objectives: Integration of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) should be accomplished not only from the low birth rate issue, but also from the perspective of children's rights. This study aims to examine the case of Denmark, which has placed the most emphasis on infant care among the Nordic countries. Methods: Articles, books, policy reports, government publications, and websites of government agencies, such as the National Statistical Office, related to ECEC in Nordic countries including Denmark were investigated. Results: The history of integration of ECEC from the 19th century to the present were reviewed. The current status of integration of ECEC in Denmark according to the four dimensions of the European Commission's model(institutions, governance, teacher, and curriculum) was analyzed. Conclusions: Implications of the Danish case for the integration of ECEC in Korea were discussed from the perspective of children's rights.
