The purpose of this study is to establish the academic organization model of consortium-based cyber university. For this purpose, various research methods such as in-depth interviews with 6 university directors, the nationwide survey of 145 colleges, and professional consultations, were applied to analyse the legal, administrative, and academic issues drawn from establishing and managing the organization of consortium-based cyber university. Based on the above research results, an achievable model for the consortium-based cyber university with the following four areas was proposed: 1.Educational goals and organization 2.Basic principles for making curriculum and department 3 Establishment of infrastructure including hardware and software, and 4.Planning of Financial considerations.

이공계 대학생의 직업교육에서 숙달목적지향성과 시간관리능력이 직업탐색효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of mastery goal orientation and time management ability on job search self-efficacy in the vocational education of engineering college students. A total of 52 samples were analyzed for this research. The result indicated that mastery goal orientation had positive effects on all sub-variables (job ability self-efficacy, career goal setting self-efficacy) of job search self-efficacy significantly. But time management ability had positive effects on career goal setting self-efficacy. And there are no significant differences in mean comparison of mastery goal orientation, time management ability, and job search self-efficacy according to gender and residence area. In addition, the interview results of engineering college students perception of career, the understanding of vocational education, and job search self-efficacy were analyzed. 본 연구에서는 직업교육에서 이공계 대학생이 가지는 숙달목 적지향과 시간관리가 직업탐색효능감에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 지역 이공계 남녀 대학생 52명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 이들을 대상으로 직업탐색효능감, 숙달목적지향, 시간관리를 검사하였다. 회귀분석 결과 첫째, 숙달목적지향성은 직업역량효능감과 진로목표선 택효능감을 모두 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시간관리능 력은 진로목표선택효능감만 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이공계 전문대학생의 성별 및 거주지역에 따른 숙달목적지향성, 시간관리능력, 직업역량효능감과 진로목표선택효능감의 집단 간차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이공계 전문대학생의 숙달 목적지향성의 평균은 높은 편이나, 시간관리능력의 평균은 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

기업 모바일러닝에서 자기효능감, 지각된유용성, 상사 및 동료지원, 만족도, 전이동기 간의 구조적 관계 분석

본 연구는 기업 모바일러닝에서 자기효능감, 지각된유용성, 상사 및 동료의 지원, 만족도, 전이동기 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내기업 A사에서 실시한 모바일러닝 학습자 302명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 자기효능감, 지각된유용성, 상사 및 동료의 지원이 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 상사 및 동료의 지원, 만족도가 전이동기에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 만족도가 자기효능감과 지각된 유용성 간의 관계를 완전매개 하였고, 상사 및 동료의 지원과 전이동기 간의 관계를 부분매개함을 확인하였다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 기업 모바일러닝에서 전이동기 수준을 높이기 위해 조직 내 상사 및 동료의 적극적인 지원이 가능한 조직환경을 조성할 필요가 있으며, 자기효능감을 높이고 모바일 정보수용기술에 대한 유용성을 높게 지각하도록 전략을 수립하여 학습에 대한 만족도를 향상시켜야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, supervisor and peer support, satisfaction, and transfer intentions in the corporate mobile learning. For this study, the web survey was administered to 302 mobile learning learners of the A domestic corporation in South Korea. Structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted in order to examine the causal relationships among the variables. The results indicated that first, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, and supervisor and peer support had positive effects on satisfaction. Second, supervisor and peer support and satisfaction had positive effects on transfer intentions. Third, satisfaction mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and perceived usefulness, while it did partially the relationship between supervisor and peer support and transfer intentions. Based on the result of the research, the study proposes organizational environment with cooperative supervisor and peer support should be made in order to improve the level of learners' transfer intentions. In addition, learning strategies that facilitate learners' self-efficacy and mobile information technology acceptance are needed to develop for enhancing the learners' satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to collect basic data for the development of a more meaningful and effective creative personality education program by investigating and analyzing the awareness and demands of preschool teachers. In order to investigate the awareness and demand of preschool teachers for creative personality education, a questionnaire was developed through literature analysis, expert groups, and consultations with early childhood teachers, and then research data were collected from August 12, to 25, 2022. The developed questionnaire consisted of a total of 25 questions divided into two sub-areas of awareness and demand for creative personality education. The subjects of the study were 385 teachers working in daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For the collected data, frequency and percentage were calculated using SPSS 25.0 statistical program, and Importance and Performance Analysis(IPA) were conducted for demand analysis. As a result of the study, first, teachers recognized the need for creative personality education, but the degree of interest was relatively low. In addition, it was found that there was a difference in the perception of the contents, methods, and educational resources of character education. Second, it was found that there was a difference between the importance and execution of the contents of creative personality education of preschool teachers. Relatively, creativity related content elements were intensively required. These results are expected to be used as basic data to reconsider the perception of early childhood teachers' creative personality education and to develop early childhood creative personality education programs. 본 연구의 목적은 창의인성교육에 대한 영유아교사의 인식과 요구를 조사하고 분석하여 보다 의미있고 효과적인 유아 창의인성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 수집하는데 있다. 창의인성교육에 대한 영유아교사의 인식과 요구 조사를 위해 문헌분석, 전문가 집단, 영유아교사 등의 협의를 통해 설문지를 개발한 후 2022년 8월 12일부터 25일까지 연구자료를 수집하였다. 개발된 설문지는 창의인성교육에 대한 인식과 요구의 2개 하위 영역으로 구분하여 총 25문항으로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도 소재 어린이집에 재직 중인 영유아교사 385명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였고, 요구분석을 위해 중요도와 실행도 차이 분석(IPA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영유아교사들은 창의인성교육이 필요하다고 인식하고 있으나 관심정도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 또한, 인성교육의 내용, 방법, 교육자원 등에 대한 인식도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사들의 창의인성교육 내용에 대해 중요도와 실행도 간에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적으로 창의성 관련 내용요소들이 집중적으로 요구되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아 창의인성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
