        중·고등학교 시기 정신건강 변화유형 분석: 사회자본과의 관계를 중심으로

        연구목적: 본 연구는 중·고등학교 시기 정신건강 변화양상에 따라 잠재계층을 분류하고 이러한 변화유형에 속할 가능성과 사회자본 간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회자본을 개인 간 신뢰와 관계 및 공동체에 대한 신념과 공동체 활동 참여로 정의하고, 이를 개인(참여의식, 타인배려, 협력학습), 부모(부모-자녀 상호작용, 부모의 학업적 지원, 부모의 정서적 지원, 학부모 단체활동 참여), 학교(교사관계, 친구관계, 학생의견 반영 정도, 학교 내 폭력 정도)로 구분하여 각 요인이 정신건강 변화유형과 어떠한 관계를 보이는지 검증하였다. 연구방법: 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구2013 3~8차년도(2015~2020, 중학교 1학년~고등학교 3학년) 데이터(n=5,546)에 3단계 접근법을 적용한 잠재계층성장분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 중·고등학교 시기 전체 학생의 정신건강 변화함수는 비연속 분할함수가 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중·고등학교 시기 정신건강 변화유형은 ‘고수준-후기약화형’, ‘중수준-지속저하형’, ‘저수준-초기약화형’의 3개 잠재계층으로 분류되었다. 셋째, 중1과 고1 시기에 공통적으로 개인 변인 중 타인배려, 협력학습이, 부모 변인 중 부모-자녀 상호작용, 부모의 학업적 지원, 부모의 정서적 지원이, 학교 변인 중 교사관계, 친구관계, 학교 내 폭력 정도가 특정 변화유형에 속할 가능성과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부모 변인 중 학부모 단체활동 참여는 고1 시기에만 관련 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 학술적 기여: 본 연구는 정신건강 변화유형과 관련된 사회자본 요인을 분석함으로써 정신건강 증진을 위한 교육적 개입의 기초자료를 제시하였다. This study aimed to classify latent classes based on the patterns of mental health changes during middle and high school and to analyze the relationship between these classifications and social capital. Social capital was defined as interpersonal trust and relationships, as well as beliefs and participation in the community, and categorized into student (sense of participation, consideration for others, cooperative learning), parental (parent-child interaction, academic support, emotional support, participation in school-related group activities), and school (teacher relationships, peer relationships, student participation in school decision-making, and school violence) factors. For this purpose, a latent class growth analysis with a three-step approach was conducted using data (n=5,546) from the Korean Education Longitudinal Study 2013 (KELS 2013), covering the 3rd to 8th waves. The results were as follows. First, the non-continuous piecewise growth model best fit the mental health change function of the overall student population during the middle and high school. Second, the patterns of mental health change were classified into three latent classes: "high level-late decline”, "moderate level-continuous decline”, and "low level-early decline”. Third, the analysis of relationships between social capital and mental health change patterns identified key factors: consideration for others and cooperative learning (student-related); parent-child interaction, academic support, and emotional support (parental-related); and teacher relationships, peer relationships, and school violence (school-related) were associated with mental health change patterns both in the first grade of middle school and high school. Notably, parental participation in school-related group activities was found to be associated with mental health change patterns only in the first grade of high school. Based on these results, educational implications for promoting mental health were discussed, highlighting the role of social capital in understanding the diverse trajectories of adolescent mental health.

        중국 송대(宋代) 도자기 완(碗)의 장식기법 연구

        The history of porcelain manufacturing reached its peak in Song dynasty. Porcelain had developed into a flourishing state during Song, countless porcelain fine producing factories are among southern and northern China. Colors vary in dark blue, white, or black. Designs vary in several categories and styles. This paper explores the lifestyle and aesthetic taste of Song people, via bowl as the carrier, within the studies of porcelain manufacture history during the Song dynasty. Bowl has a significant position in living utensils, which is also a mandatory tool in Chinese dinning appliances used for a long period. Therefore, this paper studies the decorative techniques of bowls in the Song Dynasty, explores the evolutionary trend of decorative techniques of bowls in the Song Dynasty, and demonstrates this trend and the development of craftsmanship at that time. 송대(宋代) 남북 각지의 가마터에서는 청색, 백색, 흑색 등 다양한 종류의 도자기를 생산하여‘자기(瓷器)의 시대’로 불리며 중국 도자기 역사상 전성기를 맞이하였다. 본 연구는 양송(兩宋)시기 도자기 역사를 기반으로 완(碗)에 반영된 송대 사람들의 생활방식과 미적 취향을 연구하였다. 중국 음식‧조리기구의 필수품이자 비교적 긴 역사를 가지고 있는 완은 일상생활에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있으며 그릇의 실용성 측면에서 볼 때 그릇의 외형과 크기는 사람들이 사용하기 편리하도록 제작되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 완의 입부분, 배부분, 굽부분을 중점적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 수천 년 동안 축적된 경험을 바탕으로 발전한 송대 도자기 완은 간결하고 수려한 형태로부터 고전주의 특성이 나타나며, 높은 수준의 장식 기법과 유약 장식으로 완성되었다. 본문은 송대 완에 사용된 장식기법 및 변화를 중심으로 당시 공예 발전의 경향을 연구한 논문이다.

        The Effect of Caffeic Acid Phenethyl Ester (CAPE) on Phagocytic activity of septic Neutrophil in vitro

        Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) is an active component of propolis obtained from honeybee hives. CAPE possesses anti-mitogenic, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory activities in diverse systems, which know as displays antioxidant activity and inhibits lipoxygenase activities, protein tyrosine kinase, and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) activation. This study aimed to investigate the effect of CAPE on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced human neutrophil phagocytosis. Human neutrophils were cultured with various concentrations of CAPE (1, 10, and 100 μM) with or without LPS. The pro-inflammatory proteins (tumor necrosis factor-alpha [TNF-α], interleukin [IL]-6 and IL-8) levels were measured after 4 h incubation. To investigate the intracellular signaling pathway, we measured the levels of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK), including phosphorylation of p38, extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases 1 and 2 (ERK1/2) and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK). Next, to evaluate the potential phagocytosis, neutrophils were labeled with iron particles of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs, 40 nm) for 1 h in culture medium containing 5 mg/mL of iron. The labeling efficiency was determined by Prussian blue staining for intracellular iron and 3T-wighted magnetic resonance imaging. CAPE decreased the activation of intracellular signaling pathways, including ERK1/2 and c-Jun, and expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α and IL-6, but had no effect on the signaling pathways of p38 and cytokine IL-8. Furthermore, images obtained after mannan-coated SPION treatment suggested that CAPE induced significantly higher signal intensities than the control or LPS group. Together, these results suggest that CAPE regulates LPS-mediated activation of human neutrophils to reduce phagocytosis.

        한국어능력시험의 성별에 따른 차별기능문항 분석

The main purposes of this paper are to investigate Differently Functioned Items according to gender and to identify the characteristics of each item. In order to achieve the above goals, the results of three Tests(7th, 8th, and 9th test) of Proficiency in Korean are used. SIBTEST based on The Item Response Theory is applied to extract Differently Functioned Items from the tests. The major results of this study is two-folded: First, there are several Differently Functioned Items influenced by gender for area of vocabularygrammar, writing, listening, and reading, respectively. Second, there are distinctive difference between men and women in terms of item contents, item pattern, answer sheet pattern, and text type. From the results, it is recommended for the more fair and reliable test to consider the characteristics and causes of Differently Functioned Items by in-depth analysis.(Language Education Institute of Seoul National UniversityKorea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation)

        문항반응이론을 활용한 한국어능력시험의 문항 양호도 분석-한국어능력시험 제28회~제32회를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of items on the 28th through 32nd Test of Proficiency in Korean(TOPIK) using item response theory. Item Response Theory is invariable and insusceptible to the subject and test tool, not of the classical Test Theory that has been generally used in analyzing the difficulty or discrimination of items. The study found that there existed test items that were at an extremely high level or low level of difficulty, and their distribution was not constant amongst different tests and levels. Even in terms of item discrimination, it was found that there existed test items with little or low level of discrimination. In addition, it was shown that the difficulty level in certain types of test items from intermediate-level listening and some free-response test items from intermediate-to-advanced level writing, was either too high or low, and their discrimination level was found to be low. Therefore, measures to raise the quality of those relevant items must be sought out, and a new check on the rubric for making and grading the test questions is deemed necessary especially for the free-response writing questions. TOPIK is scheduled to be reshuffled and implemented with the new system starting from the year 2014. Tests will be implemented six times on a yearly basis. With the increase in the number of tests annually, chances are high that securing the quality of test items will become even more difficult. To tackle this problem, a conversion from the existing method of making test items to the item bank method using item response theory is inevitable.

        방해자극의 정서가 목표자극의 정서판단과 재인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional distracters on target processing. Experiment 1 examined whether emotional distracter affects target processing using a negative affective priming task. As results, the evaluations of positive probe targets were slower when positive distracters were presented in the prime. However, the evaluations of negative probe targets were faster when negative distracters were presented in the prime. The purpose of experiment 2 was to investigate the effect of emotional distracters on target recognition. Participants performed an intentional learning task and then were asked to judge whether each target was shown when they performed the intentional learning task. The result showed that affective targets were better remembered in order of negative emotion, positive emotion, neutral emotion. Interestingly, when negative emotional distracters were presented, they were more commonly regarded as targets. Overall, the two experiments clearly showed that negative distracters are not properly suppressed. 본 연구의 목적은 주의를 기울어야 하는 목표자극의 주변에 제시되는 방해자극의 정서가 이후 목표자극의 정서판단과 재인에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 연구 1에서는 부적 점화 과제를 이용하여 점화자극의 정서가 목표자극의 정서와 일치하는지 여부가 이후 목표자극의 정서판단에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 실험에서 참가자들은 점화시행 시 가운데에 제시되는 사진을 응시하도록 요구받았으며 탐지시행 시는 가운데 사진에 대해 정서판단을 하도록 요구받았다. 실험 결과 무시해야 하는 방해자극이 긍정정서인 경우에는 방해자극이 이후 긍정정서 목표자극의 탐지에 방해를 준 반면, 무시해야 하는 방해자극이 부정정서인 경우에는 오히려 방해자극이 이후 부정정서 목표자극의 탐지에 도움을 주었다. 연구 2에서는 목표자극과 그 주변에 제시되는 방해자극의 정서가 이후 목표자극의 기억에 영향을 미치는 양상을 살펴보았다. 실험 참가자들은 제시되는 사진들 중 가운데 사진에 대해 정서를 판단하면서 그 사진을 기억하도록 요구받았다. 실험 결과 부정정서 목표자극에 대한 재인율이 가장 좋았지만 방해자극이 부정정서인 경우에 그 방해자극을 목표자극으로 잘못 재인하는 경우도 가장 많았다. 본 연구의 결과는 부정정서 자극이 필요시에도 적절히 억제되지 못한다는 점을 보여준다.

        청소년의 공동체의식 변화 유형 분류와 주요 예측변인 영향력 검증

        This study was conducted to explore the key predictors of change in sense of community during adolescence, to classify latent classes of sense of community changes, and to test the impact of key predictors on classification of latent classes. To this end, SEMforest was applied to KELS 2013 data from 3rd to 8th wave to derive the key predictors of changes in sense of community during middle school and high school, and discontinuous piecewise latent class growth analysis was utilized using a three-step approach. The results were as follows. First, as a result of SEMforest, five student-related variables were found to be common to both the middle and high school years, and two student-related variables were selected differentially for each of the middle and high school years. Additionally, one parental-related variable was derived to be common to both middle and high school years, and two parental-related variables were selected discriminatively for each of the middle and high school years. Second, three latent classes in sense of community during adolescence were identified: low-level decline (22.2%), middle-level gain-decline (52.0%), and high-level gain-decline (25.8%). Third, self-concept (academic and social), rule observance, multicultural acceptance (relationship with multicultural neighbors/friends), and volunteerism awareness were found to have a significant effect on classifying latent classes in both the middle and high school years. Finally, based on the main results, educational implications for fostering a sense of community among adolescents were discussed.
