        소아와 성인의 타액 내 AgⅠ/Ⅱ 특이 IgA 와 우식경험도의 관계

        AgI/II of Streptococcus mutans(S. mutans) is an important virulence factor that contributes to the pathogenesis of S. mutans-induced dental caries. In oral cavity, salivary IgA antibodies act as safeguards against enormous challenges from oral bacteria. IgA antibodies inhibit adherence of cariogenic microorganisms to hard surfaces. Analysis of salivary IgA against AgI/II can be very useful diagnostic and powerful communication tools to the dental caries The purpose of this study was to investigate correlation between salivary AgI/II specific IgA and incidence of dental caries among children and young adults. Subjects consisted of 28 children and 18 adults. They were assigned to four groups : Group Ⅰ(deft index ≤ 3), Group Ⅱ(deft index ≥ 4), Group Ⅲ(DMFT index ≤ 3), Group Ⅳ(DMFT index ≥ 4) and they was divided two groups into caries resistant group and caries susceptible group. The study group were examined caries activity and their salivary IgA was evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results are as follows : 1. There was a positive correlation between the number of S. mutans and caries activity. 2. The titer of salivary IgA against the AgI/II was significantly higher in caries resistant group than caries susceptible group(p<0.01). 3. The titer of salivary IgA against the AgI/II in Group Ⅲ was significantly higher than GroupⅡ(p<0.05). 치아 우식증은 감염성 질환의 하나로 치아우식의 원인균은 Streptococcus mutans(S. mutans)와 같은 mutans steptococci로 알려져 있다. S. mutans가 치면에 접착하여 군집을 형성하는 능력은 균독성에 중요한 역할을 하는데, AgⅠ/Ⅱ와 같 은 세포 표면의 섬유성 단백질을 매개로 한다. Secretory IgA는 타액이나 누∙비액, 초유, 그리고 폐나 소화기관의 분비액에서 선택적으로 다량 발견되는데 타액에서 secretory IgA는 S. mutans의 대사활동을 억제하고 치면으로의 부착을 방해한다. 이전의 몇몇 연구에서 S. mutans에 특이적 인 타액 내 IgA와 우식경험도는 역상관관계를 보인다고 발표하였다. 그러나 다른 연구에서 통계적 유의성이 없다고 보고하기 도 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 소아, 성인의 치아우식증과 S. mutans의 AgⅠ/Ⅱ에 특이적인 타액 내 IgA와의 관계를 알기위한 것이 다. 이를 위해 소아(평균6세) 28명, 성인(20-30세) 18명을 대상으로 Group Ⅰ(deft index ≤ 3), Group Ⅱ(deft index ≥ 4), Group Ⅲ(DMFT index ≤ 3), Group Ⅳ(DMFT index ≥ 4)로 분류하였다. 그리고 caries resistant group(CR group, deft or DMFT index ≤ 3)과 caries susceptible group(CS group, deft or DMFT index ≥ 4)으로 분류하였다. S. mutans 수와 우식경험도 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. AgⅠ/Ⅱ 특이 salivary IgA titer는 Group Ⅲ이 Group Ⅱ보다 통계적으로 유의하게 더 컸으며 , CR group이 CS group보다 유의하게 크게 나타났다.

        초등학생 소집단 활동에서 성별 구성에 따른 언어적 상호작용 유형과 안정성 분석

        To achieve effective learning, knowledge must be shared and developed through interaction with peer learners. Therefore, science education emphasizes small group inquiry activities that solves tasks through the interaction of members. The effect of small group inquiry activities depends on how to compose small groups. The way in which a group is composed is a very important factor for improving interaction. In particular, it has been reported that the gender of peer is a very important factor in the interaction between students in the composition of small groups. Meanwhile, studies are being conducted on the types and stability of verbal interactions in small group inquiry activities using social network analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the types and stability of verbal interaction types and stability according to gender-grouping in elementary school students' small group activities using social network analysis. To this end, 60 5th graders in elementary school were conducted with different gender in the composition of the group of male, female and mixed-gender students. The study found that the composition of a group by gender had little impact on the type or stability of verbal interaction. However, the frequency of verbal interactions was higher in mixed-gender groups than in other groups. Through this process, the gender-grouping in elementary school students’ small group activities suggests a mixed-gender group.

        중학교 자극과 반응 단원에서 교사의 수업 목표, 수업 후 학생의 획득 지식과 평가 문항 사이의 일치도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the alignment between the teacher's instructional objectives, the students' acquired knowledge after the class, and the evaluation items in regards to the middle school's science "stimulus and response" unit. 480 8th graders and 16 science teachers participated. By comparing the instructional objectives presented by the teachers with the scientific knowledge acquired by the students, their alignment was analyzed. Also, by comparing the instructional objectives presented by the teachers with the questions raised to examine the extent of acquired knowledge after the class, the alignment between them was analyzed. Lastly, the alignment between the instructional objectives, the acquired knowledge during the class, and the evaluation were analyzed. In short, with respect to classes, the alignment of sensory organs was the highest, followed by nervous systems and endocrine systems. with respect to compared items, the alignment of instructional objectives and acquired knowledge was higher than that of instructional objectives and the evaluation items.

        주제어 네트워크 분석을 통한 『교양교육연구』 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study was to find out the research trends in the general education field by analyzing the papers published in 『Korean Journal of General Education』, a specialized journal of general education. To this end, we extracted the key words from 720 papers published in the 『Korean Journal of General Education』 from 2011 to recent days, and conducted the word cloud and Semantic network analysis. As a result, 3,999 key words were extracted from 720 papers and the final 1,021 key words were analyzed through filtration. The key word ‘writing’ showed the highest frequency. The key words - writing, university, convergence education, communication ability, and creativity -, showed high value in the degree centrality and betweenness centrality. The writing, university, creativity, speaking and problem solving showed high value in the eigenvector centrality. The results reflected the environment of the general education, including the practice of the required basic liberal arts such as writing, the emphasis on the competency-based curriculum, and the activation of convergence education. Based on the results, this study suggested a way forward for the future of general education research. 이 연구는 교양교육의 전문 학술지인 『교양교육연구』에 게재된 논문을 분석하여 교양교육 분야의 연구동향을 파악함으로써 추후 교양교육 분야 연구에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2011년부터 최근까지 『교양교육연구』 학술지에 게재된 720편의 논문에서 주제어를 추출하고, 개념 클라우드 및 언어네트워크 분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 720편의 논문으로부터 3,999개의 주제어가 추출되었으며 정제화 과정을 거쳐 최종 1,021개의 주제어를 분석하였다. 글쓰기가 가장 높은 빈도를 보였으며, 중심성 지표를 분석한 결과 연결정도중심성과 매개중심성은 글쓰기, 대학, 융복합교육, 의사소통능력, 창의성의 순으로, 아이겐벡터중심성은 글쓰기, 대학, 창의성, 말하기, 문제해결능력의 순으로 나타났다. 글쓰기를 포함한 기초필수교양교과의 운영, 역량중심교육과정의 강조, 융복합교육의 활성화 등 교양교육 분야의 환경을 반영한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있었다. 연구의 결과를 토대로 교양교육 분야 연구의 나아갈 방향을 제안하였다

        자율주행자동차 도입 초기의 민사책임법제

        We will soon be facing the era of autonomous driving that we have not experienced. Although autonomous cars have not only advantages but also disadvantages, and individual preference for autonomous cars will vary, autonomous cars will soon be commercialized. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss in advance how to distribute liability for autonomous driving accident to whom, and prepare a legal system. Regarding the autonomous vehicle, it is necessary to discuss the criminal law, the administrative law, and the personal information protection law, as well as the civil law. In this article, however, I focus on the civil law and the insurance law system. The level 3 autonomous vehicles will soon run on the road. I most cases, the level 3 autonomous vehicles run by the autonomous system. But they requires human drivers’ intervention in an unexpected situation. For quite some time, both human-driven cars and level 3 autonomous vehicles will run along the road, and the proportion of level 3 autonomous vehicles in the entire vehicle is not expected to be significant. Therefore, it is desirable to change the legal system step by step. Because of the lack of understanding and experience of autonomous vehicles, it is costly to change the tort law system including the product liability act and the insurance law system rapidly. Moreover, the whole thing could be misdirected. Therefore, for the time being, in case of an accident in the autonomous driving mode, if the owner of the vehicle does not have a fault with the system malfunction, he should be exempted from his liability for damages, while the car insurer is obliged to pay the benefit to protect the victim. It is desirable to make it possible for the car insurer to have subrogation right to the person who have fault in the accident. It is reasonable to distribute the liability to the autonomous car owner, the insurer, the car maker, the hacker, etc. by dividing the cause of the malfunction of the system in detail. On the other hand, in case of an accident occurring in the manual driving mode, the liability could be allocated according to the current laws. However, when the level 3 autonomous cars accounts for more than 50% of all cars and the level 4 autonomous cars become more popular, the product liability law and the insurance law system will have to be amended completely. For this, I suggest that the authors follow up the technical development of the autonomous vehicle and the market situation, and constantly search for a fair and cost effective legal system. 우리는 가까운 시일 내에 지금까지 경험하지 못했던 자율주행자동차 시대를 맞이할 것이다. 자율주행자동차에는 장점 뿐 아니라 단점도 있으며, 자율주행자동차에 대한 개인별 선호도 다르다. 그러나 곧 자율주행자동차가 상용화 될 것임에는 틀림없다. 따라서 자율주행자동차 사고로 인한 책임을 누구에게 어떻게 분배할 지를 미리 논의하고, 법제를 마련해 두는 것이 필요하다. 자율주행자동차와 관련해서는 민사법적 책임 분배 논의 뿐 아니라 형법적 행정법적 논의, 개인정보보호를 위한 법제 정비도 필요하지만, 본고에서는 민사법·보험법적 논의에 집중한다. 원칙적으로는 시스템이 주행하지만 돌발 상황에서 인간 운전자의 개입이 요구되는 레벨 3 자율주행자동차부터 도로에 등장할 것이다. 하지만 꽤 오랜 기간 동안 인간이 운전하는 자동차와 레벨 3 자율주행자동차가 도로를 함께 달리게 될 것이고, 당분간 레벨 3 자율주행자동차가 전체 차량에서 차지하는 비중은 크지 않을 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 단계적으로 법제를 바꾸어나가는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 아직까지는 자율주행자동차에 대한 이해와 경험이 부족하기 때문에 제조물 책임 법제를 포함한 불법행위체계와 보험 법제를 급진적으로 바꾸는 것은 비용이 많이 들고 전체적인 방향설정이 잘못될 우려가 있다. 따라서 당분간은 자율주행모드에서 사고가 발생한 경우, 시스템 오작동에 차량소유자의 과실이 없다면 그의 손해배상책임을 면제해주는 한편 피해자 보호를 위해 자동차 보험자에게 보험금지급의무를 부과하되, 보험자는 시스템 오작동에 귀책 있는 자에게 구상을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 시스템 오작동의 원인이 다양한 만큼, 원인을 세부적으로 나누어서 소유자, 보험자, 제조사, 해커 등에게 책임을 배분함이 타당하다. 한편, 수동주행모드에서 발생한 사고에 대해서는 현행 자동차손해배상보장법제와 보험법제를 적용하면 될 것이다. 그러나 레벨 3 자율주행자동차가 전체 자동차 중에서 차지하는 비중이 50%를 넘어가거나 레벨 4 자율주행자동차의 보급률이 높아지는 시기가 되면 제조물책임법제와 보험법제의 전반적인 변혁이 불가피할 것이다. 이에 대비해서 자율주행자동차의 기술 발전과 시장 상황 변화를 잘 따라가면서 공평 타당하며 비용 효율적인 법제를 끊임없이 모색할 것을 제안한다.

        Effect of Poly-γ-glutamic Acids (PGA) on Oil Uptake and Sensory Quality in Doughnuts

        Poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA) was added to doughnut formulations to reduce oil uptake during deep-fat frying. At a frying time of 4 min, oil uptake in control doughnuts reached about 0.7 g/g of dough, while that of doughnuts with PGA was about 0.2 g/g of dough. The extent of oil reduction increased by 5-fold when the concentration of PGA was increased from 0.25 to 1 g/100g of dough. In scanning electron micrographs, a PGA doughnut showed a less void and denser matrix with improved integrity. Significantly (p<0.05) higher sensory scores for appearance, taste, and overall acceptability were given to the PGA doughnut (1 g/100 g dough). PGA has great potential to be used as a healthy functional oilreducing agent in deep-fat fried products.

        DW2007 Ameliorates Colitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis in Mice by Correcting Th17/Treg Imbalance and Inhibiting NF-κB Activation

        In the previous study, the rhizome mixture of Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Coptis chinensis (DW2007), improved TNBS-, oxazolone-, or DSS-induced colitis in mice by regulating macrophage activation. Therefore, to understand the effect of DW2007 on the T cell differentiation involved in the adaptive immunity, we measured its effect on both Th17 and Treg cell differentiation in splenocytes, in the lamina propria of mice with DSS-induced colitis (DIC), and in the spleens of mice with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Results showed that DW2007 potently inhibited the differentiation of splenocytes into Th17 cells, but increased Treg cell differentiation in vitro. In the colon of wild type and TLR4-/- mice with DIC, DW2007 potently suppressed DSS-induced colon shortening and myeloperoxidase activity. DW2007 also suppressed collagen-induced paw thickening, clinical index, and myeloperoxidase activity in CIA mice. Overall, DW2007 potently suppressed Th17 cell differentiation in mice with CIA and DIC, but increased Treg cell differentiation. Moreover, DW2007 strongly inhibited the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β, as well as the activation of NF-κB. Based on these findings, DW2007 may ameliorate inflammatory diseases by regulating the innate immunity via the inhibition of macrophage activation and the adaptive immunity via the correction of disturbed Th17/Treg cells.
