柴胡淸肝湯煎液이 Carbontetra Chloride에 依한 百鼠의 肝損傷恢復肝 미치는 效果에 關하여

In order to investigate the effects of sihochunggan dicoction on the twice disease, 48 healthy mice were injected with carbon tetra Chloride (1.2ml/kg). The injected mice were divided in two groups; experimental group was administered Sihochung gan dicoction twice daily and control group was given fresh water. The mice were killed at 1st, 2nd, 3th, 5th, 7th, and 9th days after the injection of CCl₄, and the pathological changes of liver were examined. The results obtained are as follow: 1. The peripotal necrosis in the mice sacrificed at day one was fever in the experimental group than in the control group. Hemorrhages and individualization of hepatocytes were observed in the control group but no in the experimental group. 2. In the mice sacrificed at day two, more mitotic figures (regeneration) were observed in the experimental group than in the control group. 3. Conaestion and mononuclear cell infiltrations were milder in the experimental group than in the control group at day two. 4. At day nine, focal mononuclear cell infiltrations and mild periportal degeneration were observed in the control group, while the liver tissue in the experimental group showed almost normal features.

최근 많은 관심을 집중시키고 있는 광전자재료용 고분자의 제조를 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 광전자재료용 고분자를 연구하는데 있어서 특수한 기능성을 갖는 monomer의 합성이 필수적이며, 이번에 본 연구그룹에서 합성한 porphyrin은 최근 많은 주목을 받고 있으나 고분자로 도입하는 합성방법에 있어 2 관능성을 갖게 만드는데 어려움이 있고 가격이 상당히 비싸 고분자를 전공하는 사람들이 이것을 이용하는데 많은 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 금번 본 연구그룹에서 합성한 방법은 고분자에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 형태의 porphyrin을 합성하는 방법이고 이것을 ??, UV, GC-MASS 등을 통하여 확인하였으며, 이것을 이용하여 고분자를 중합하고 특수한 기능성을 부여한 신고분자의 합성을 목표로 하고 있다. There have been many researches on the preparation of photonic-electronic polymers. For the preparation of them it is necessary to synthesize materials that have special functionalities. Porphyrins that we synthesized are taken much attention from polymer chemists. But the method of synthesizing porphyrin is very difficult. For polymerization, every monomer has to have two functionalities. But having two functionalities on porphyrin needs high chemistry. It is expensive, too. Our group could synthesize this material with special method, which can be easily applied to polymer backbone. Porphyrin was charactrerized with ??, UV and GC-MASS. Our goal is making new polymers that can be applied to special functionalities-having polymers.
Rezen(감로수)을 활용한 절식프로그램이 프리다이버의 피로도 개선에 미치는 영향

Objectives We conducted a survey to investigate the fasting program using Rezen is effective for freediving. Methods A survey was conducted before and after the freediving fasting program for 15 participants. Participants were athletes who participated in a freediving competition held in Cebu Mactan, Philippines. A structured questionnaire of freediving fasting program was distributed to responders and all data were statistically analyzed. Results All respondents were freediving intermediate or higher, and 9 out of 15 were instructors. There was no significant difference in the results of the subjective symptom questionnaire to check the side effects of the fasting program. As a result of revised Chalder’s fatigue scale, there was a significant improvement in 6 items of alertness, motivation, energy, muscle strength, physical strength, and concentration among 11 items, and the total score was improved from 24.60±4.42 to 18.87±5.17, which was significantly improved by 5.73±5.34 points. As a result of the taste evaluation of Rezen, 6 people responded ‘Excellent’, 4 people responded ‘good’, 3 people responded ‘average’, and 2 people responded ‘Below average’. When asked whether the fasting program was helpful to freediving, 1 people responded ‘Extremely helpful’, 7 people responded ‘Very helpful’, 4 people responded ‘Somewhat helpful’, 1 people responded ‘Not so helpful’, and 1 people responded ‘Not at all’. Conclusions The possibility that the fasting program using Rezen could be effective for freediving by improving fatigue was confirmed, and the potential of Rezen as a sports drink was improved.

This article deals with one of the most important topics in North Korean history: the succession campaign of Kim Jong-il, the second ruler of North Korea. As the newly discovered sources demonstrate, this campaign began around 1971, with the rise of Kim Jong-il as successor possibly being linked to events surrounding the death of Lin Biao, who had been chosen to succeed Mao Zedong. The campaign hailing Kim Jong-il was low-profile until he was formally endorsed as a successor in 1974. Following this decision, it became far more prominent. However, around middle 1977, Kim Jong-il faced a crisis which led to the scale of the campaign being significantly diminished for two years. After it passed, the campaign resumed once again at full speed. Finally, immediately before the Sixth Congress of the Party in October 1980, the North Korean Ambassador to Switzerland announced to the outside world that Kim Jong-il had been chosen as successor thus completing the campaign.
