꿈의 오케스트라 평가 내용 및 방법 개선

The purpose of this study is to review the legitimacy of evaluation system for the Korean El sistema "Orchestra of Dream", and then to propose modifications if it's needed. The 8 selected education experts analyzed monitoring evaluation form for "Orchestra of Dream", and then responded to 14 closed and open questionnaire of Likert 5 point scale which is applied to the level of 'Response' and 'Learning' in Kirkpatrick's 4 stage evaluation model. Therefore, after the questionnaire retrieval, the researchers analyzed the results of the triangulation method and proposed some suggestions for improvement. First, a monitoring and evaluation model for students and parents should be additionally proposed. Second, it is necessary to switch to more frequent monitoring systems. Finally, it is required to review and revise the evaluation items based on the existing goals and principles that were established with the start of “Orchestra of Dream.” 본 연구는 한국형 엘 시스테마 ‘꿈의 오케스트라’ 평가체제에 대한 존치의 당위성을 검토하고, 개선이 필요한 부분이 있다면 수정 제안의 근거를 제시하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 그리하여 선정된 연구 참여자인 8명의 교육전문가는 ‘꿈의 오케스트라 모니터링 평가지’를 분석한 후, 커크패트릭(Kirkpatrick)의 4단계 평가모형 중 2단계 즉, ‘반응’, ‘학습’의 수준까지 적용·개발된 리커트(Likert) 5점 척도의 폐쇄형 및 개방형 설문 14 문항에 응답하였다. 연구자는 설문지 회수 후, 삼각측정법(Triangulation)의 관점에서 그에 대한 결과를 분석하고, 개선 방법에 대한 제언을 도출할 수 있었는데, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생 및 학부모의 모니터링 평가모형이 추가적으로 제안되어야 한다. 둘째, 상시 모니터링 평가체제로의 전환이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 꿈의 오케스트라의 시작과 함께 세워졌던 기존의 목표와 원칙을 근간으로 한 평가문항의 검토 및 수정이 요구된다.

말뚝 기초 영향을 고려한 수직증축 리모델링 공동주택의 비선형 동적해석

After performing a nonlinear time history analysis of an apartment for vertical extension remodeling, the characteristics of the modelincluding a pile foundation and the pinned base model without including a pile foundation on the nonlinear behavior of a superstructure wereanalyzed. By introducing vertical and horizontal stiffness to the pile, the constraint effect of the ground was defined. In the case ofinsufficient strength of the pile during the construction stage, micro piles were additionally placed. The nonlinear properties of thesuperstructure were the same as the typical performance-based seismic design procedure, and the nonlinear dynamic analysis of the 7-pairearthquake motions were performed for the pile foundation model and the pinned base model. As a result of this analysis, it was found thatthe story drift and material strains of the pile foundation model increased compared to the pinned base model. In addition, the base shearforce was reduced in the pile foundation model compared to the pinned base model, and the pile reaction force in the pile foundation modelwas also reduced. This is thought to be the effect of reducing the response spectrum acceleration value due to the increase in the naturalperiod of the pile foundation model. 본 논문에서는 수직증축 리모델링 대상 공동주택의 비선형 시간이력해석을 수행한 후 상부구조의 비선형거동에 대한 특성을 분석하였다. 지반의 구속 효과는 말뚝에 수직 및 수평 강성 스프링으로 정의하였고 시공단계에서 말뚝의 내력이 부족한 경우 보강 말뚝을 추가로 배치하였다. 상부구조물의 비선형 속성의 적용 방법은 일반적인 성능기반 내진설계 절차와 동일하며 말뚝기초모델과 고정기초모델에 대하여 7쌍의 지진운동에 대한 비선형 동적해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과, 말뚝기초모델이 고정기초모델에 비해 층간변위 및 재료변형률이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 말뚝기초모델은 고정기초모델에 비해 밑면전단력이 감소하였고, 말뚝기초모델에서 말뚝반력도 감소하였다. 이는 말뚝기초모델의 고유주기 증가에 따른 응답스펙트럼 가속도 값의 감소 때문이라고 판단된다.

스마트 기기를 활용한 변성기 학생의 가창 수행평가 맞춤형 지원도구 개발 및 효과성 검증

The purpose of this study is to design customized singing performance-assessment supporting tools for students who lost their confidence and interest in music, particularly, singing class and performance assesment due to their voice-changing period, to focus on and solve individual problems effectively using smart devices. Another purpose of this research is to verify the effectiveness of the designed tools in the interest and academic accomplishments of students going through the voice-changing period. The results of this study showed that the developed tools increased the interest, confidence and satisfaction of students in singing class and singing activities. The tools turned out to be helpful to students in getting good scores in singing performance-assessment.. Based on these results, ideas and suggestions about using smart devices in customized classes for students in the voice-changing period can be recommended. 이 연구의 목적은 변성기로 인하여 음악, 특히 가창수업과 가창수행평가에 대한 자신감과 선호도가 떨어진 학생들을 위해 개개인의 문제에 집중하고 해결하는데 효과적인 스마트 기기를 활용한 변성기 학생의 가창 수행평가 맞춤형 지원도구를 개발하는 것이다. 또한, 개발된 도구가 변성기 학생의 수업 흥미도와 학업 성취도에 대한 효과성을 가지는지 검증 하는 것 또한 연구의 목적이다. 이 연구로 개발된 도구들은 변성기 학생들의 수업에 대한 관심을 높이고, 가창활동에 대한 자신감과 만족감을 높였으며, 수행평가에 좋은 점수를 받을 수 있도록 도움이 되었다는 결과를 얻게 되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 변성기 학생들의 맞춤형 수업과 스마트 기기의 활용방안에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

300kHz대의 NDGPS 시스템 설계를 위한 해?육상경로 DGPS 전파의 전파특성 분석

현 시점에서 한국은 8개의 DGPS국을 설치하여 운영 중에 있고, 앞으로 3개의 국을 추가하여 우리나라의 전 해역을 2중으로 커버할 계획으로 있다. 한국의 관련 정부기관에서는 NDGPS를 설치하여 우리나라 전 지역의 해상은 물론 육상의 전 지역에서의 자동차에서도 활용할 수 있는 방안을 추진 중에 있다. 이 연구에서는 해상 DGPS기지국을 근간으로 사용하여 NDGPS로 육상의 전역을 커버하기 위하여 추가로 필요로 하는 NDGPS 기지국을 평가하였다. 그리고, 300kHz대 주파수의 해상 및 육상에서의 전파특성을 실측하여, 이의 결과에 따른 한국에서의 NDGPS시스템에서 필요로 하는 전반적인 사항을 제시하였다. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in Korea completed the installation of 8 maritime DGPS stations and is to going install 3 additional Maritime DGPS stations for the enhancement of dual coverage in Korean coasts until Oct. 2002. Moreover, Korean government decided to provide the NDGPS service over the whole Korean inland area, which will be scheduled to complete until June. 2004. On this paper to evaluate the possibility of using maritime DGPS site as an element of NDGPS and to evaluate the required number of additional NDGPS sites, the propagation characteristics of the radio waves of 300kHz bands on sea and land path are studied. With the result of study, the conceptional design of Korean NDGPS System is proposed, which consists of 5 NDGPS sites with modified antenna and three coverage monitoring sites.

메이크업 일러스트레이션 교육 활성화 방안

Make-up illustration is a field of creativity with visible creative and artistic values; its ultimate functions include communication of information, artistic expression, and recording. Establishing the make-up illustration education environment for the twenty-first century, there is an urgent need for research and development of professional curricula for basic art education and illustration education. It is extremely important for educators and institutions teaching make-up illustration to recognize that training of highly creative and professional beau designers through systematic educational structures is the ultimate foundation for enhancing competitiveness of the beauty industry despite the present reality that there are insufficient studies and publications on beauty illustration and that there is lack of illustration lecturers and artists equipped with professional beauty knowledge. Therefore, this study was conducted to research and analyze offering of illustration subjects by 160 beauty-related vocational schools and 16 4-year undergraduate colleges in the make-up field, which is the field with most creative art activities among the three representative beauty majors, namely make-up, hair, and skin. Education of make-up illustration must not remain as simple short-term education. The curricula must be specialized for providing solid foundation of basic majors. In terms of education content, strong emphases must be made for original and creative mark-up designs as well as purposes, functions, and necessity of make-up design and illustration. The curricula must include systematic, logical and artistic elements. Through the course of this study, which researched, analyzed and proposed measures for education content of make-up illustration, it was found that make-up illustration is the most appropriate subject that fulfills both the ultimate education objectives of beauty colleges and the demand by the society for beauty professionals. It is hoped that make-up illustration is emphasized and recognized for its importance and necessity as an education subject so that similar basic major subjects will further be researched and developed for specialized education.
