Chlorella pyrenoidosa의 생장 특성 및 동일 균주로부터 Acetaldehyde Dehydrogenase의 활성 검출

광합성 담수 녹조류인 Chlorella pyrenoidosa의 최적 생장 조건을 알기 위해 배양 온도, 시간, 영양물질의 영향 및 조도 등을 조사하였다. Growth chamber를 사용하여 알아본 가장 적절한 조건은 온도 $28^{\circ}C$에서 4일간 배양했을 때이며 배지에 첨가된 타 영양물질의 농도가 높을수록 활발한 광합성을 하면서 생장하였고 조도(Lux)가 크면 클 수록 잘 자랐다. 또한 동일 균주로부터 acetaldehyde를 분해하는 효소의 활성을 살펴보았는데 이 효소는 $\beta$-$NAD^+$를 조효소로 하는 탈수소효소였으며, ODS-Hypersil column과 50%(v/v) acetonitrile을 이동상으로 한 HPLC로 분석한 결과 pH 9.0, 온도 $40^{\circ}C$ 부근에서 최대 효소 활성을 보여주었다. To investigate the cellular growth traits of a photosynthetic green algae, Chlorella pyrenoidosa, several tests upon a culture temperature, a culture time, the influence of nutrient and the intensity of illumination were executed. Using growth chamber, some optimal conditions for the culture of algae were as follows: The culture temperature was about $28^{\circ}C$, the culture time about 4 days, and the cellular growth of algae was in proportioned to the concentration of nutrient such as nutrient broth. And the more the intensity of illumination was increased, the more the algal cell showed good growth. And then, the activity of enzyme degrading acetaldehyde was also studied using HPLC from the same strain. This enzyme was dependent on $\beta$-$NAD^+$. And showed its optimal pH around on 9.0, and also its optimal temperature around at $40^{\circ}C$. The operational conditions of HPLC were as follows: Column, ODS-Hypersil ; mobile phase, 50% (v/v) acetonitrile.

전봉건의 춘향연가 에 나타난 환상성 연구

이 논문은 전봉건의 춘향연가 에 나타난 환상성을 연구하였다. 특히 부재하는 대상으로 인해 육체적 사랑이 아닌, 플라토닉한 사랑을 지향한다는 점에서 춘향의 사랑과 현실에 대응되는 환상성의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이때 환상이란 현실에 대해 절망을 하게 될 때, 상처의 그늘을 아름답게 형상화하게 하는 힘이라 할 수 있다. 이 작품은 ``춘향의 사랑``을 중심으로 전개되고 있으며, 옥에 갇힌 춘향이 환상을 통해 사랑을 나타낸다. 그런데 이 작품에는 부재하는 대상으로 인해 비정상적인 사랑이 전제될 수밖에 없는데, 이때 환상은 고통스러운 현실을 극복하게 하고, 사랑을 더욱 충만하게 만드는 조건이 된다. 춘향은 비정상적인 사랑을 하고 있지만, 에로스적 욕망을 포기하지 않는다. 특히 비가시적인 상황의 설정은 주체의 현상태 이전의 상태로 돌아가고 싶은 욕망의 표출이기도 하다. 이는 주체 혹은 타자라는 각 하나의 관점만이 아닌, 둘의 관점에서 형성되는 삶에 대한 지향이다. 즉주체인 ``나``를 중심으로 하는 현실에 대한 형이상학적 전복을 의도한 것이라 할 수 있다. 춘향에게 남성의 목소리는 기표화된 타자이자, 현대적·사회적 틀과 같이 합리성 아래에 인간을 구속하는 가해자로 그려진다. 이는 사랑을 회복하기 위해서는 단순한 섹슈얼리티가 아닌, 에로스를 회복해야 한다는 것이다. 결국 전봉건이 말한 사랑이란 주체와 타자간의 경계를 허물어 버리는 것이며, 인류의 통합으로 나아가는 생명의 과정이라 할 수 있다. This study explored the fantasy-nature in the 『Chunhyang Yeonga』 of Jeon Bong-geon. Especially, this study considered the relationship between the love of Chunhyang and the fantasy-nature corresponding to reality, because platonic love is pursued instead of erotic love since the love-object is absent. Here, the fantasy can be the force that gives beautiful form to the shade of scar when one feels despair on the reality. 『Chunhyang Yeonga』 is developed while having the ``love of Chunhyang`` in the center. Chunhyang in prison expresses her love by way of fantasy. In 『Chunhyang Yeonga』, an abnormal love is a prerequ site because the love-object is absent. At this time, fantasy enables the overcome of painful reality and makes the love more fulfilled. Though Chunhyang is in abnormal love, she does not give up erotic love. Especially, the set up of invisible situation is the expression of her desire wishing the return to previous situation. This is the pursuit of t life formed by the perspectives of two persons, instead of the perspective of one person, the self or the other. It can be said that the author attempted a metaphysical reversal on the reality focusing on the self. For Chunhyang, the male voice is the signified other and simultaneously an assailant, who binds a person by way of rationality such as the social frame. It means that one should recover the Eros to recover love, more than simple sexuality. In conclusion, the love said by Jeon Bong-geon in 『Chunhyang Yeonga』 is the demolition of boundary between the self and the other. It can be also said as a process of life that moves forward to the unification of mankind.

전봉건 전후시에 나타난 환상성 연구

이 논문은 전봉건의 주요 작품에서 환상성이라는 특성을 연구하였다. 전봉건에게 있어서 ‘환상성’이란 6·25전쟁의 충격에서 벗어나기 위한 것이며, 전쟁의 후유증으로 인한 인간 소외 현상을 극복하기 위한 일종의 대응방식이라고 말할 수 있다. 시인의 원체험으로 자리잡고 있는 한국전쟁에 고착되어 있는 듯한 모습을 보인다. 고착된 시·공간성이라는 문제는 단절된 과거가 아닌, 현재에도 지속되는 시간이라는 인식을 전제로 한다. 이는 전쟁의 후유증을 극복할 수 있을 것이라는 가능성과 극복해야 한다는 필요성을 전제로 하는 내적 움직임이라 할 수 있다. 특히 전봉건은 억압된 현실을 뛰어넘는 방법으로 환상성의 부여를 통한 일탈을 강조한다. 즉 있어야 할 요소들이 부재한 상태에서 환상성의 필요성이라는 역설적 대응을 통해 현실의 한계점을 극복하려는 의도를 제시한다. 그러므로 그에게 있어서 환상성의 개입은 역사적 진실을 찾기 위한 시적 대응 전략이라 할 수 있다. ‘있어야 할 요소’들의 부재를 상태에서 환상성을 통해 진실을 추구하고자 한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 결과적으로 이 논문은 전봉건의 시에서 환상성의 검토를 통해 ‘에로스’의 문제를 재고하되, ‘에로스’의 경우에는 ‘환상성’의 한 일부분이라는 관점에서 접근해 보고자 하였다. This thesis is a study on the ``fantasy`` characteristics appeared in the main works of Jeon Bong-Geon. For Jeon Bong-Geon, a ``fantasy`` is used to escape from the shock of Korean war and is a kind of response method to overcome the human alienation symptom due to the aftereffects of war. It looks to be fixed to the Korean war which is set as the original experience of the poet. The problem of the fixed time and space is based on the premise that it is recognized as the time which continues even in the present, not the discontinued past. It can be an internal movement based on the possibility that we will overcome the aftereffects of war and the necessity that we should overcome it. In particular, Jeon Bong-Geon emphasizes a deviation by giving a fantasy as a method to surpass the suppressed reality. That is, he intends to overcome the limit of the reality through the paradoxical response - the necessity of fantasy - in the absence of the must-be elements. Therefore, for him, the intervention of fantasy is the poetic response strategy to seek the historic truth. He tried to pursue the truth through a fantasy in the absence of ``must be elements``. Consequently, this thesis considers the problem of ``eros`` again through the review of fantasy in the poems of Jeon Bong-Geon but tried to approach it in the view that ``eros`` is a part of fantasy.

Streptozotocin 유발 당뇨모델을 이용한 건조누에 동충하초의 항당뇨 효과

The anti-diabetic effect of dried-silkworm Dongchunghacho water extracts was investigated in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Seven-week-old SD rats were randomly assigned to six groups: normal control (NC) group, diabetic control (DC) group, water extracts of Paecilomyces japonica grown on a dried-silkworm (PJ-DS, 50 mg/kg) group, PJ-DS (250 mg/kg) group, water extracts of Cordyceps militaris grown on a dried-silkworm (CM-DS, 250 mg/kg) group, and water extracts of dried-silkworm (DS, 250 mg/kg) group. These groups were orally provided with sample dissolved in water respectively for four weeks after an injection of STZ (60 mg/kg, ip) followed by identification of diabetic control (DC) group. After four weeks, body weight of all diabetic groups was significantly lower than that of the normal control (NC) group, but among diabetic groups there were no significant differences. Blood glucose levels of the PJ-DS (50 mg/kg), PJ-DS (250 mg/kg), CM-DS (250 mg/kg) and DS (250 mg/kg) groups were reduced compared to the DC group by 3.0 percent, 18.5 percent, 6.9 percent and 13.1 percent, respectively. Concentration of total cholesterol and triglyceride in blood plasma were to some degree decreased in PJ-DS (250 mg/kg) and DS (250 mg/kg) groups compared to the DC group. According to these results dried-silkworm Dongchunghacho water extracts (PJ-DS) boost protection against STZ-induced toxicity.

벽면녹화 구조물 디자인의 품질지표 개발에 관한 연구 벽면녹화 활성화 저해요소 파악을 중심으로

산업발달로 가속화된 도시의 개발은 인구밀집을 야기하고 이는 건축물의 밀도를 과도하게 높이는 결과를 초래하였다. 그 결과 도심의 녹지는 부족한 상태가 되었으나 이미 밀집된 도심에 녹지를 위한 공간을 새로 이 확보하거나 건축주의 선의로 비롯된 공용녹지의 확보를 기대하기란 어렵다. 이런 까닭에 서울시에서는 의무식재면적을 고시하여 일정면적이상의 녹지를 마련하도록 하고 있는데 이러한 의무면적에는 벽면녹화도 포함되어 있다. 즉, 벽면녹화면적을 의무식재면적에 산입시켜 확보된 건축면적을 건축주가 원하는 대로 안배할 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 벽면녹화가 활성화되지 못한 점에 주목, 그 원인을 찾는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 건축물의 벽면녹화적용에 관한 기초 지표를 설정하고 전문가 집단 대상 델파이조사를 통해 지표를 수정 보완한 뒤 지표에 대한 AHP분석을 거쳐 각 지표별 가중치를 적용, 가장 중요한 지표가 무엇인지 파악하는 방식으로 벽면녹화의 활성화를 저해하는 요소를 추적하였다. 분석을 통해 얻은 결과로는, 벽면녹화 구조물 디자인 시 가장 유의해야할 사항이 ‘식생의유지’ 기능임을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 벽면녹화의 활성화에 보탬이 되는 한편, 벽면녹화 구조물 디자인 시 참고 할 수 있는 품질지표 기초자료로서의 활용 또한 가능할 것으로 기대한다. The development of cities accelerated by industrial development resulted in overcrowding, which resulted in excessive building density. As a result, urban green areas have become scarce, but it is difficult to expect new spaces for green areas in already dense urban areas or to secure public green areas based on the good intentions of architects. For this reason, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is required to provide more than a certain amount of green land by announcing the mandatory food area, which includes wall recording. This means that the area of the wall green screen can be deposited into the mandatory food material area and the secured building area can be arranged as desired by the architect. The purpose of this study is to find the cause, noting that despite these benefits, wall recording has not been activated. This study tracked factors that impede the activation of wall recording by establishing basic indicators on the application of wall recording to buildings, correcting and supplementing indicators through Delphi survey for expert groups, and applying weights to each index through AHP analysis to identify the most important indicators. The results from the analysis suggested that the most important thing to pay attention to when designing wall recording structures is the maintenance of vegetation function. It is expected that this study will help vitalize wall recording, while also being utilized as basic data for quality indicators that can be referenced in the design of wall recording structures.
