After that the 1970's energy crisis, the problem of energy conservation have been considered foremost problem in the field of world industries and the resonable use of energy is important because of our country's lack of natural resources. The purpose of this study is to introduce the dominant energy conservative heating system in the apartment. the apartment heating system type's are divided into central heating system with/without calorimeter, district heating system with without calorimeter, and individual heating system. According to the result, the individual heating system is the dominant energy conservative heating system in the cost and the consumer's senses for energy saving is better in the individual heating system and the heating system with calorimeter than without calorimeter.

기억에 남는 관광경험(MTE) 회상이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향: 자전적 기억의 기능을 중심으로

코로나19로 국가 간 이동이 제한되며 과거 해외여행을 회상하는 현상이 증가하였다. 이러한 사회 변화를 배경으로 본 연구는 관광 이후 단계에서 행복감을 지속하는 방법으로 회상의 인지적 역할을 논하고 장기적으로 기억되는 관광경험의 차원을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 코로나19 발발 이전 지난 5년간 해외여행 경험을 한 국내 관광객을 대상으로 기억에 남는 관광경험, 자전적 기억의 기능, 주관적 웰빙의 영향 관계를 설정하고 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 그리고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기억에 남는 관광경험의 4가지 속성의 경로계수는 관광지에 대한 열정, 학습, 신기성, 사회적 상호작용 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기억에 남는 관광경험이 자전적 기억의 기능에 미치는 영향력은 지시적 기능, 자기 기능, 사회적 기능 순으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자전적 기억의 기능이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향은 지시적 기능, 사회적 기능, 자기 기능 순으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 관광경험의 회상단계/에서 기억에 남는 관광경험이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 긍정적인 영향력을 자전적 기억의 기능을 중심으로 파악함으로써 기억의 인지적 역할과 그 가치를 경험적으로 증명하고 코로나 시대 관광객들의 추억을 자극하는 전략과 관광환경 및 서비스 조성에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다.

유아교사의 자아존중감, 놀이지원효능감, 교사-유아 상호작용과의 구조적 관계 연구

This study aimed to identify the structural relationships among self-esteem of early childhood teachers, play-support efficacy, and teacher-early childhood interactions, to determine measures to enhance the quality of teacher-early childhood interactions. The study participants were 496 early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers nationwide. Structural equation modeling was employed to determine the paths through which the latent variables influence teacher-early childhood interactions. The results demonstrated that, first, self-esteem of early childhood teachers had a direct effect on teacher-early childhood interactions, and second, it affected play-support efficacy. Third, teachers' play-support efficacy had a direct influence on teacher-early childhood interactions. Finally, self-esteem of early childhood teachers indirectly affected teacher-early childhood interactions, mediated by play-support efficacy. The research model showed a good fit with the actual data in explaining the pathways among self-esteem of early childhood teachers, play-support efficacy, and the quality of teacher-early childhood interactions. These findings hold implications for methods to improve the quality of teacher-early childhood interactions.

Ovarian Artery Rupture Presenting with a Spontaneous Retroperitoneal Hemorrhage of an Anticoagulated Patient: A Successful Treatment with Embolization

Retroperitoneal hemorrhage is a potentially lethal complication in patients on anticoagulant therapy and can be caused by ovarian artery bleeding, regardless of the patients’ age and obstetric history. This case illustrates the clinical presentation of ovarian artery bleeding in a postmenopausal female on anticoagulant therapy, the diagnostic utility of transcatheter angiography, and successful embolization.

염전을 동반한 척추 경막 내 신경집종: 증례 보고

Intradural schwannoma accompanied with torsion is rare. Intradural lumbar schwannoma was found in a 63-year-old man presenting with right sacral pain radiating to the lower extremity. This mass showed minimal enhancement on MRI. The tumor's location changed each time on MRI and CT-myelography. The patient underwent surgical resection and the cauda equina, linked to this schwannoma, was severely twisted. 척추 경막 내 신경집종에 염전이 동반되는 경우는 드물다. 우측 엉치 통증과 하지 방사통을주소로 내원한 63세 남자의 요추 수준에서 경막 내 신경집종이 발견되었다. 이 신경집종은조영증강 자기공명영상에서 조영증강이 잘되지 않았고, 자기공명영상 및 척수조영-전산화단층촬영 영상에서 검사할 때마다 위치가 바뀌었다. 환자는 수술적 절제를 받았으며 신경집종은 염전을 동반하고 있었다.

The US–South Korea alliance: How the patron benefits from the protégé

Since the end of World War II, the US military has continuously deployed troops to South Korea. The alliance works as an asymmetrical alliance, where the US is a patron and South Korea is a protégé. While it is argued that this deployment has significant political, economic, and military effects on South Korea and the region, few studies have examined how the presence of US forces there enhances US military and economic power as well as national security interests. In this paper, we examine the costs and benefits of the US–South Korea alliance, specifically focusing on US troop deployment on the Korean Peninsula. In particular, we argue that the US military alliance with South Korea has significant benefits to both partners, but particularly for the sake of US national security interests. In this sense, the protégé state provides significant benefits to the patron state. We discuss the strategic importance of South Korea in US foreign policy in the region and emphasize the benefits of the US–South Korea alliance at the various levels.

Expression of Myxovirus Resistance A (MxA) Is Associated with Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)–Positive Breast Cancers

Purpose The prognostic significance of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) has been determined in breast cancers. Interferons can affect T-cell activity through direct and indirect mechanisms. Myxovirus resistance A (MxA) is an excellent marker of interferon activity. Here, we evaluated TILs and MxA expression in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)–positive breast cancers. Materials and Methods Ninety cases of hormone receptor (HR)+/HER2+ tumors and 78 cases of HR–/HER2+ tumors were included. The TILs level was assessed using hematoxylin and eosin–stained full face sections, and MxA expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry with a tissue microarray. Results MxA protein expression was significantly higher in tumors with high histologic grade (p=0.023) and high levels of TILs (p=0.002). High levels of TILs were correlated with high histological grade (p=0.001), negative lymphovascular invasion (p=0.007), negative lymph node metastasis (p=0.007), absence of HR expression (p < 0.001), abundant tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) around ductal carcinoma in situ (p=0.018), and abundant TLSs around the invasive component (p < 0.001). High levels of TILs were also associated with improved disease-free survival, particularly in HR–/HER2+ breast cancers. However, MxA was not a prognostic factor. Conclusion High expression of MxA in tumor cells was associated with high levels of TILs in HER2-positive breast cancers. Additionally, a high level of TILs was a prognostic factor for breast cancer, whereas the level of MxA expression had no prognostic value.
