Abstract. We will examine the stick number of knots on the cubic lattice which is called the lattice stick number. The lattice stick numbers of knots 3₁and 4₁are known as 12 and 14, respectively. In this paper, we will show that only 31 and 41 have representations of irreducible non-trivial polygons, both numbers of whose sticks parallel to the y-axis and the z-axis are exactly four.
NOTE ON DEHN FILLINGS CREATING MÄOBIUS BANDS AND KLEIN BOTTLES

We investigated the effect of safflower-seed on healing of the open tibial fracture in rats. A total eighty male rats (13 weelts,450-500 g) were divided into two groups and immediately afterfracturing the tibia, normal or 10% safflower-seed diet were giver arbitrarity. This treatment wasgiven for 8 weeks. Five er six rats were killed from each group at t, 3. 5. 7 days and 2, 4, 6, 8 weeksafter fracture. Fracture healing was evaluated by eramining the degree of wound healingmacroscopically, radiographf, bone histomorphonletry and histologfcal examination. After 1, 3, 5, 7days. the wound healiug was accelerated in safflower- seed diet group. Radiography does not reveal thedifference in fracture healing between two groups. After 2 weeks, safflower- seed had aB significant,stiinutatory effect on exterBal callus formation (p <0.05). But after 4, 6,8 weeks, no difference was otserved between normal and safflower-seed diet group in callus size. After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks, the hist☞logical study also revealed that the area of cartilage over the fracture site with bone on each side wasdecreased by endochondral ossification in safflower-seed diet group faster than in normal diet group. loconclusion, safflower- see4 stimulate fracture healing during the initial healing phase by enhancing thecallus formation.

대학에서 사용하고 있는 학사행정 시스템은 다양하게 변모하는 국가교육 정책과 대학의 특성에 따라 급속히 변모하고 있다. 4년제 대학과 2,3년제 대학에서 사용하는 학사행정 시스템은 규모의 차이가 있지만 유사한 구조를 가지고 있다. 따라서 국가의 교육정책과 대학 특성에 적당한 표준화된 학사 행정시스템의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 대학 학사행정 시스템은 상당히 많은 구축비용과 구축시간이 소모되었다. 또한 개발된 시스템이 복잡하여 기기에 따른 호환성이 떨어지고 유지보수 및 새로운 기능을 추가 할 경우 상당히 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 표준화 되고 필요한 부분의 기능을 확장할 수 있는 확장형 대학 학사행정 eXCampus 시스템을 개발하게 되었다 본 논문에서 개발한 eXCampus 시스템을 활용한다면 더욱 편리하고 표준화된 방법으로 학사행정 시스템을 쉽고 빠르게 구축 할 수 있을 것이라 확신한다. Bachelor Administrative System used in university is to be transformed rapidly depending on the national education policy change in various ways and the nature of the university. At 4-years and 2, 3-years universities"s Bachelor Administrative System has difference scale structure, but use the similar structure. Thus, the appropriate standard Bachelor Administrative System is required according to characteristics of the country"s university education policies and administrative systems. The Conventional University Bachelor Administrative System has a significant amount of construction cost and time was consuming. In addition, maintenance and compatibility are falling, if you want to add new features, complexity of a system developed in accordance with the instrument has many difficulty. In order to solve this problem, we develop the Extension University Bachelor Administrative System which is standardized and can extend the functionality of the necessary parts. If you use the developed eXCampus in this paper, we can assure that quickly and easily more convenient and standardized way to build Bachelor Administrative System.
Menadione에 의한 흰쥐 혈소판 세포독성에서 nitric oxide의 역할

Nitric oxide, a physiological transmitter, is reported to mediate cellular injury in various tissues. Its reactivity to free radical is believed to be one of the reasons for its involvement in cytotoxicity. Menadione, a representative quinone, is cytotoxic to several cell systems including isolated hepatocyte, endothelial cell and red blood cells. Its toxic mechanism is related to oxidative stress, mediated by toxic free radicals. Our previous studies demonstrated that menadione induced cell lysis and increase of oxygen consumption in platelets. It has been reported that platelets have nitric oxide producing enzyme, nitric oxide synthase. Thus, we have investigated to manifest the role of nitric oxide.in menadione-induced cytotoxicity in rat platelets. Menadione induced cytotoxicity in platelets was unaffected by $N^G$-nitro-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), selective and competitive inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase. We also invesitgated the role of extracellular nitric oxide in menadione-induced cytotoxicity of platelets by addition with sodium nitroprusside (SNP). SNP did not affect platelet cytotoxicity by menadione. These results suggested that nitric oxide which was generated endogeneously or exogeneously might have a negligible role in menadione-induced cytotoxicity in rat platelets.
Quinones (menadione, benzoquinone, 및 2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone)의 혈소판 세포독성

Our previous studies demonstrated that quinone (menadione) is cytotoxic to rat platelets. In an attempt to assess the relative contributions of redox cycling and/or arylation in quinone-induced cytotoxicity, we have studied three quinones with different mechanisms: 2, 3-dimethoxy-1, 4-naphthoquinone (DMNQ; pure redox cycler), menadione (both redox cycler and arylator), and 1, 4-benzoquinone (pure arylator). The order of redox cycling capacity in platelet rich plasma (PRP) isolated from rats was menadione>DMNQ>1, 4-benzoquonone, which was consistent with the previous studies using isolated hepatocytes. 1, 4-Benzoquinone was more toxic to rat platelets than menadione, while DMNQ did not cause cell death at all. Lactate dehydrogenase inhibition studies revealed that 1, 4-benzoquinone inhibited significantly in a time-dependent manner, while menadione and DMNQ did not at all. These results suggested that arylation by quinone compounds might play a critical role in quinone-induced cytotoxicity in rat platelets.

본 논문에서는 ROS(Robot Operating System)를 기반으로 한 로봇(Robot)에 LiDAR 센서를 설치하여 SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) 기술인 동시적 위치 추적 지도 작성 기법을 이용하여 실내 맵 정보를 습득하고, 이를 기반으로 장애물과 건물 실내를 안전하고 정확하게 이동할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 로봇에 자바에서 제공하는 개발 툴킷 Swing 및 AWT 라이브러리를 이용하여 GUI(Graphical User Interface)를 구현하였고 터치스크린을 장착하여 사용자가 원하는 제품을 선택하고 선택한 제품의 목적지를 습득한 맵을 토대로 좌표 값을 설정하여 ROS에서 지원하는 이동 프로세스를 실행시켜 목적지까지 경로를 설정하고 자율 주행하게 된다.
