본 연구는변형구속에 의해 생기는 축력이 철근콘크리트 휨부재의 역학적 거동과 평균 균열간격에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 변형구속 및 무구속 조건하에서의 휨강도와 휨강성을 실험으로 구하였으며, 또한 축방향 구속을 받는 휨부재의 평균 균열간격을 예측하는 식을 제안하였다. This study was performed to verify the effect of axial force due to restraint on the mechanical behavior and the average crack spacing of the reinforced concrett. ilexural menlbers. For. this purpose, the flexural sttvngt.h and rigidity werc experimentally investigated undcl. axially rcstmined and unr.est.rainrd conditions. Furthermore , the average crack spacing was also checkcd for the axilly restrained contlit.ion. Thc test results showd that the flexual strength and rigidity of t,he restrained beam were higher. than those of the unrestrained beam. The major. factors affecting on the average crack spacing were steeel stress, axial force, cicumference of reinforcing bar and effective tension arm of concrete. However. the concrete compressive strength was minor effect. Including thesc factors, a prediction equation for the average crack spacing of the restrained member was proposed.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the height increase elevator shoes insole on the gait parameters and dynamic balance, static balance, predictive balance in adult male. Methods : The subjects were recruited 50 male without orthopedic disabilities, vestibular damage or visual impairment. The test of gait and balance performed on Treadmill Gait Analysis(TGA)-Functional Training System(FTS), Balance Biodex System(BBS), Functional Reach Test(FRT) test according to 0㎝, 5㎝, 7㎝ of the height insole. The order of height of insole was randomly selected. The data was conducted by one-way repeated measures ANOVA. Results : The step length(left), walking time(right), the number of steps on gait parameters were a statistically significant difference according to increased height of insole(p<.05). The dynamic and static balance were significant differences at 7㎝ height of insole(p<.05). Predictive balance was a statistically significantly difference according to increased height of insole(p<.05). The results of this study implicated to be reduced the ability of balance and changed gait parameters according to increased height of insole.
부세(Larimichthys crocea)의 수정란 및 종자생산 연구

The experimental fish transplanted from China in 2015 was used after seedling production and cultivated. Breeding management for experiment was carried out from October 2020 to February 2021. Also, it succeeded in inducing artificial maturation three to four months earlier than wild broodstock and secured good quality fertilized eggs. The average size of fertilized eggs was 1.22 mm, at 20℃ Blastodisc (15 minutes post-fertilization), 2 cell (50 minutes), 4 cell (1 hours), 8 cell (2 hours), 16 cell (2 hours and 30 minutes), 32 cell (2 hours and 50 minutes), morula (3 hours), blastula (8 hours), gastrula (15 hours), skull formation (20 hours), organ formation (30 hours) and hatching yolk larvae stage (35 hours). The total length of the just hatched larvae were 2.50 ± 2 mm, and then gain growth of 42.5 mm by 60 days, reaching 45 ± 5 mm. 본 연구는 2020년 10월부터 2021년 5월까지 부세양 식의 기초가 되는 산란, 초기발생 및 성장에 관하여 조사 하였다. 5개월간 친어 성숙관리을 실시하여 GSI가 10~20의 높은 수치를 기록하였고, 자연산 친어 보다 3~4개월 빠른 인공적인 성성숙 유도에 성공하여 양질의 수정란을 확보하였다. 수정란은 36~60시간 만에 자어로 부화하였고, 2.5±0.2 mm의 전장을 나타냈으며, 이후 60 일 동안 먹이관리를 통해 45±5 mm로 성장하였다. 이번 연구를 통해 우리나라에서도 부세양식이 가능하다는 것이 입증되었고, 후속 연구를 통해 육상 및 가두리 에서 생산성 향상을 위한 적절한 양식 방법이 확립되어야 할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라, 전용사료 개발, 질병관리, 유전적 다양성 유지 등과 같은 추가적인 기반 연구가 수반되어야 할 것이며, 인공종자생산 시 친어 성숙에 관련된 수온, 광주기, 먹이 등 세부적인 연구도 추가로 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 부세 양식기술을 정량 화 하여 단기간 양성 방법을 구명하고, 대형어 생산기술 을 연구하여 중국에서 인기 있는 대형 부세를 역수출 하는 방법도 강구할 필요성이 있다고 판단된다.

To propose a safety control system for microbial fermented tea, eighty kinds of microbial fermented tea were collected. The residual levels of 222 kinds of pesticides and 5 kinds of heavy metal (Hg, Pb, Cd, As, Cr) in the tea were investigated with our monitoring systems. As the results, seven pesticides, such as permethrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, fevnalerate, BHC, fenvalerate, and fluquinconazole, were detected at concentration in the range of 0.1~3.5 ppm in 14 kinds of the tea. In the case of the heavy metals, 0.0017~0.0665 ppm of Hg, 0.0004∼1.3856 ppm of Pb, 0.0004~0.0287 ppm of Cd, and trace~0.6910 ppm of As were detected, which were below the CODEX standard. The establishment of a safety standard for Cr is necessary, because there is no maximum residual level (MRL) for it, although this heavy metal showed a higher residual amount (trace~3.5917 ppm) than the others in this study.
