베이비부머와 베이비부머 이전세대의 노동궤적과 빈곤의 관계 - 종사상 지위와 공적연금 보장 여부를 중심으로

본 연구는 한국복지패널 자료 2차부터 14차 자료를 사용하여 베이비부머와 베이비부머 이전세대의 종사상지위와 공적연금 보장 여부를 중심으로 중고령기의 노동궤적을 유형화 하고, 도출된 노동궤적과 소득빈곤과 지출빈곤의 관련성에 관해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 다채널배열분석과 군집분석 방법을 사용하여 노동궤적을 유형화하였으며, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 노동궤적과 빈곤여부의 관련성을 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 베이비부머 세대는 이전 부머 세대보다 더 오래 주된 일자리에서 일하였으며, 공적연금 보장률도 높았다. 반면 중고령 여성의 노동궤적은 남성의 노동궤적에 비해 매우 불안정 하였으며, 공적연금 보장률도 남성에 비해서 매우 낮은 수준을 보였다. 이는 향후에도 여성노인의 빈곤을 악화시키는 요인으로 작용할 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 종사상 지위와 공적연금 보장 여부를 조합한 노동궤적과 소득빈곤과 지출빈곤과의 관련성을 검증한 결과, 베이비부머 여성을 제외한 그룹에서 종사상 지위보다는 공적연금 보장 여부가 소득, 지출빈곤 여부에 더 직접적인 영향을 준 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.
도시철도차량 제동장치의 스퀼 소음 저감을 위한 제동패드의 파라미터 최적화에 관한 연구

For this paper, a study on parameter optimization is conducted to reduce squeal noise caused by brake systemof urban railway vehicle; modulus of elasticity, friction coefficient and contact stiffness are selected as effect factors. Squeal noise was analyzed through complex eigenvalue analysis using ABAQUS and a commercial PIDO (ProcessIntegration and Design Optimization) tool; PIAnO was used to optimize the parameters. Using the design of the experimentmethod, the selected effect factors were used to ascertain the effect on squeal noise generation and the relativeimportance was identified by ANOM (Analysis of means). Through the parameter study, the effects of the elastic modulus,friction coefficient, and contact stiffness on the magnitude and quantity of the real part were analyzed to confirmthe effect of the squeal noise generated in the target system. Based on these results, this paper proposes a method to reducethe squeal noise of urban railway vehicles by comparing and analyzing the effect of squeal noise generated by the slotpattern of the brake pad.
Clinical Significance of bZIP In-Frame CEBPA-Mutated Normal Karyotype Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Purpose We evaluated the characteristics of CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein α (CEBPA) mutations and the significance of a basic leucine zipper in-frame mutation (bZIPin-f) of CEBPA in patients with acute myeloid leukemia with a normal karyotype. Materials and Methods Based on updated knowledge of CEBPA mutations, we conducted next-generation sequencing analyses in a previously established real-world cohort. Results Among 78 of a total of 395 patients (19.7%), 50 had bZIPin-f CEBPA, and 28 had non-bZIPin-f CEBPA. In the multivariate analysis, patients with NPM1mut, those with bZIPin-f CEBPA, and those who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) had favorable overall survival (OS), but FLT3-ITDmut was a poor prognostic indicator. For relapse-free survival (RFS) and cumulative incidence of relapse, bZIPin-f CEBPA, and allo-HCT were associated with favorable outcomes; FLT3-ITDpos was associated with worse outcomes. In the CEBPA double-mutated group (CEBPAdm), bZIPin-f CEBPA was associated with superior outcomes in terms of OS (p=0.007) and RFS (p=0.007) compared with non-bZIPin-f CEBPA. Of 50 patients with bZIPin-f CEBPA, 36 patients had at least one mutation. When grouped by the presence of mutations in chromatic/DNA modifiers (C), cohesion complex (C), and splicing genes (S) (CCS mutations), CCS-mutated bZIPin-f CEBPA was associated with poor OS (p=0.044; hazard ratio [HR], 2.419) and a trend in inferior RFS (p=0.186; HR, 1.838). Conclusion Only bZIPin-f CEBPA was associated with favorable outcomes in patients with CEBPAdm. However, some mutations accompanying bZIPin-f CEBPA showed inferior OS; thus, further studies with larger numbers of patients are required for clear conclusions of the significance of bZIPin-f CEBPA.

An autoinjector allows a single use medical device serving for automatic intramuscular injection to deliver a dose of a particular emergency drug through an intuitive activation mechanism. By design and structure, autoinjectors are easy to use and are intended for self-administration by patients or untrained personnel. Depending on the number of drugs filled in the cartridge, autoinjectors are divided by one-chamber type and multi-chamber type. Most autoinjectors may have a special structure including spring-loading syringes and needle which is specially designed to ensure strength due to the necessity of penetration through layers of clothing. The purpose of this study was to introduce the design technology of autoinjector of multi-chamber type that could be released into the two drugs sequentially. Additionally, we verified performance of the prototype developed by applying the design.
An analytical FEM-based study of the drawing process of an ultra-high-pressure common-rail fuel tube

The strengthening of regulations on diesel-engine exhaust emission has demanded performance improvements, including those on the pressure-enhanced common-rail fuel-injection system. The common-rail fuel-injection tube must meet the extreme fatigue reliability requirements in this system to endure the pulsations caused by the high injection pressure and repeated injections, as well as vibrations from engine operation and vehicle driving. In this work, an analytical study was conducted to investigate the drawing process used to fabricate the common-rail ultra-high-pressure tube for application in the common-rail system with fuel injection pressures over 2200 bar. For the drawing-process analysis, the finite element method was used to compose the die, plug, and tube models critical to the drawing process of the fuel-injection tube. Results were further analyzed to determine the physical changes in the fuel-injection tube drawing process that occurred as a result of varying the die semi-angle and corresponding plug angle. Based on these analyses, a numerical analysis was performed to examine the effect of the die and plug on the fuel-injection tube drawing process. A tube drawing process solution was then obtained to ensure the optimum strength for the 2200 bar ultra-high-pressure common-rail fuel-injection tube.
