        청소년지도자의 직무만족이 소진에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로

        In This Study, job satisfaction, self-efficacy and social support of the youth leader on burnout was empirically analyzed. The purpose of this study was to sought method to prevent the burnout of the youth leader. To that end, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 216 youth leaders in Seoul Youth Center. For data analysis, the were conducted frequency, t-test, ANOVA, post-hoc comparison, correlation, regression. The major finding of the study were as follows: First, it was revealed that the youth leader’s position, depending on gender and job satisfaction, and there were no significant differences in self-efficacy, according to the last school burnout and that there are significant differences in social support, respectively. Second, it was revealed that the youth leader’s job satisfaction, self-efficacy, social support and burnout have negative correlation was found between. Third, it was revealed that the youth leaders to describe the degree of job satisfaction exhausted 42%, respectively, of sub-factors of the job itself, job satisfaction, pay, fellow burnout relationship was significant effect. Fourth, it was revealed that the youth leader in the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout self-efficacy and social support, respectively, the partial mediating effect was completely mediating effects with. Based on the above findings of the psychological well-being youth leaders and youth training facilities for the development of the plan are derived.

        청소년상담지원센터 상담자의 임파워먼트가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향: 직무특성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        In this study, empowerment and job characteristics of the counselor in youth counselling & support center on service quality was empirically analyzed. The purpose of this study was to sought method to improve the service quality of the counselor in youth counselling & support center. To that end, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 126 counselling practitioners nationwide. For data analysis, the were conducted t-test, ANOVA, multiple comparisons, regression analysis. The major finding of the study were as follows: First, it was revealed that the empowerment and job characteristics of the counselor in youth counseling & support center were quite good, and that the service quality that they had provided was excellent. Second, it was revealed that the counselor in youth counseling & support center and certification of ownership, depending on whether the gender empowerment and service quality was found that there are significant differences, depending on age empowerment, service quality and job characteristics. Third, it was revealed that the empowerment and service quality of the counselor in youth counseling & support center, positive correlation between job characteristics appeared. Fourth, it was revealed that the degree that the service quality of empowerment of counselors in the youth counselling & support center had accounted for was 52%. And it was also revealed that the higher capacity counselors had, the higher service quality they provided. Fifth, it was revealed that the job characteristics between empowerment and service quality of the counselor in youth counseling & support center in relation to that has a complete mediating effect was found. Based on the above findings, plans to improve the empowerment, service quality and job characteristic of the counselor in youth counselling & support center are suggested as follows.

        다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준과 효과성에 대한 연구: 서비스 주체 간 인식 비교를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to look into the difference of perception by service subjects on administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families. To that end, a questionnaire survey was conducted to total 277 subjects including 101 mothers of multicultural families as welfare service beneficiaries and 78 institution workers as deliverer, and 98 public servants as provider. For data analysis, the were conducted descriptive statistics, ANOVA, multiple comparisons, correlation, regression analysis. The major finding of the study were as follows: First, the perception of administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families was kind of ordinary level. Second, the perception of administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families was different by service subjects. Third, there is a positive correlation between administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families. Fourth, the administrational standards effect of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families on effectiveness indicated 75% of the total variation of the provider, 70% of deliverer, 72% of provider explained the effectiveness of welfare service delivery system. Based on the above findings, this study suggested a plan to improve the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families.
