The purpose of this study is to prove dynamic determinants drive firms to acquire foreign firms. According to industry, product, acquisition strategy and management strategy after acquisition, more systematic and fundamental factors play an important role in determining acqusition in entering foreign markets. Dynamic factors determining acquisition activities as follows. 1. relation between existing business and acquisition activities 2. the will of top management 3. vertical and horizontal integration are considered the aspect of time. 4. the possibility of management activity's sharing 5. the ability of screening & valuation of acquired firm. 6. the ability of financing 7. the ability and possibility of post - acquisition integration. The implication of this study is that we have to consider factors in strategic fit, organizational fit and acquisition process in acquring foreign firms.

It is required for the steel materials used in the sour environment to have sufficient resistance to hydrogen induced cracking(HIC). For line pipe steels, HIC resistance could be varied during pipe making process due to the large plastic deformation applied in the thick-wall pipe. In order to figure out such effect, HIC tests were performed not only in the plate condition but in the pipe condition and their results were compared in terms of cracking ratio. Test results demonstrated a detrimental effect of plastic deformation to HIC resulting in a substantial increase in the cracking ratio after pipe forming process. All of the cracks found in the pipe material were located in the outer layer of pipe where the tensile strain was resulted during pipe forming stage. In order to understand the HIC resistance of the pipe but in the plate condition, it was suggested to pre-strain the plate to some extent before the HIC test.

韓國人에 對한 風疹바이러스 (Rubella Virus) 抗體의 血淸學的 調査硏究

The Hemagglutination-Inhibition (H-I) antibodies against rubella virus among Korean in 1972 were studied. The H-I antibody possess rate and antibody titers by age group and by area were analyzed. The data in Tables 1,2, and 3 summarize the results of H-I testing of 160 serum specimens. Age group 16-20 and 31-40 gives somewhat higher positiveness than the other age group. The age group 1 year has the lowest positivity. This interaction may be also significant due to a certain extent of different type of titers with titer 1:10 producing the highest number of positiveness and specifically with the age group of 11-15 and 21-30. The rural and urban areas people do not seem to have differences in terms of their titer positiveness and same is true in their interaction with age and titer revealing on insignificant test. Therefore, in summary we conclude 1. The titers differ significantly in producing positiveness. Titer 1:10 has the higheast of producing such with very little of 1:320 and 1:640. 2. In general the age groups differ in terms of positiveness by titer but the degree of positiveness do not differ amongst tested population over 16 year of age groups very significantly. Therefore, the effect of titers beyond this age group population would be of similar magnitude. 3. The interaction between titer and age group seem to have a very strong impact on positiveness revealing the fact that individual aged will always bear significant variation in positiveness. 4. No significant variation in terms of positiveneness could be observed amongst the rural and urban population from this experimental observation and same could be said about their being rural or urban with age or titer.

자유당 정권에서의 정치테러 ‒ 1957년 장충단집회 방해사건을 중심으로 ‒

In the 1950s under the Syngman Rhee regime, the extreme anti-communism system was established through the division and the Korean War. In South Korean society, the left wing lost its political ground by being branded as ‘the Reds’. Moreover, Syngman Rhee and the Liberal party did not accept even the conservative opposition parties, which include the Democratic party, as the partner of government operation and tried to exclude them. The Liberal party incited the masses to suppress political opponents on one hand, and directly carried out political terrorism to restrict the act of opposition parties on the other. The sabotage on the Changchungdan rally, which happened in May 1957, is representative political terrorism in the late 1950s. The main force of the incident was the Liberal party and its cooperative politic gangs. Lee Chung-Jae, the gang leader, worked as the deputy head of the inspection department of the Liberal party. The ruling party instructed him to commit the terrorist act. The government and police obstructed the prosecution’s investigation on the terrorism, so the arrest on the culprits was belated. Overall, the Rhee regime maintained a cooperative relationship with political gangsters, and committed political terrorism on its opponents through that collusion. 이승만이 집권했던 1950년대는 남북분단과 전쟁을 거치면서 극우반공체제가 성립한 시기이다. 남한 사회에서 좌익세력은 이른바 ‘빨갱이’로 낙인찍혀 활동할 수 있는 정치적 공간을 잃어버렸다. 뿐만 아니라 이승만·자유당 정권은 민주당을 비롯한 보수야당 세력조차도 국정 운영의 파트너로서 인정하지 않고 오히려 이들을 배제하려 하였다. 자유당 정권은 정치적 경쟁자들을 억압하기 위해 대중을 동원하여 위세를 과시하는 한편, 직접적으로는 정치테러를 가함으로서 야당 세력의 활동을 제약하였다. 1957년 5월에 발생한 장충단집회 방해사건은 1950년대 후반에 일어난 대표적인 정치테러사건이다. 장충단집회 방해사건을 일으킨 주체는 자유당과 그에 협력하는 정치깡패들이었다. 정치깡패들의 두목이었던 이정재는 자유당 감찰부차장으로 활동하였다. 그는 자유당 정권의 지시를 받아 테러를 자행했다. 반면 정부와 경찰은 테러를 일으킨 당사자들에 대한 검찰의 수사를 방해했으며, 뒤늦게 범인들을 구속하였다. 이처럼 이승만 정권은 정치깡패들과 긴밀한 협력관계를 유지하고 있었으며, 이를 통해 정적들에게 정치테러를 자행하였다.

급성호흡기계환은 우리가 잘 아다시피 그 병원체가 세균, 리켓치아, 클라미디아, 진균 및 비루스에 의해 감염된다. 몇가지 병학적인 특징을 보면 급성호흡기계환은 그 발생솔의 차이는 있지만 범세계적으로 발생하고 있다. 백신이 널리 사용되고 있지 않고 병원체불명이 전체의 약 50%를 차지하고 있다.

최근 들어 국내은행들은 전산기기의 설치 확대 및 전산인력의 확충, 전산예산의 확대 등을 통해 효율적인 전산시스템을 구축하고자 노력하고 있다. 이는 급변하는 금융환경하에서 전산시스템 구축을 토대로 한 다양한 서비스 제공이 은행수익과 직결된다는 인식확산에 따른 것이다. 이러한 상황인데도 불구하고 국내은행들의 전산화전략에 대한 연구는 거의 없다는 점이다. 이와 같은 상황하에서 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 미국, 일본과 국내은행들의 전산화전략을 비교분석하여 앞으로의 연구에 필요한 이론적 근거와 통계적 가설검증의 기초를 마련하는 것이고 둘째, 앞장의 비교분석한 결과를 바탕으로 국내은행들의 효율적인 전산화전략을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study are 1) to find out available financing measures of Korean firms' of foreign firms and financing pattern of DONGYANG chemical company' acquisition of KMCC 2) to evaluate possible implications for Korean firms' acquisition of foreign firm.
