Autophagy is a highly regulated cellular mechanism that results in the bulk degradation of long-lived proteins and organelles and which seems to be implicated in a variety of physiological and pathological conditions relevant to neurological diseases. The formation of intraneuronal mutant protein aggregates is a characteristic of several human neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and polyglutamine disorders such as Huntington’s disease (HD). Autophagy is a major clearance pathway for the removal of the mutant huntingtin protein associated with HD, and many other disease-causing, cytoplasmic, aggregate-prone proteins. Autophagy is negatively regulated by the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and can be induced in all mammalian cell types by the mTOR inhibitor rapamycin. It can also be induced by an mTOR-independent pathway, which has multiple drug targets, involving links between Ca2+-calpain–Gsα and cAMP–Epac–PLC-e–IP3 signaling. Both pathways enhance the process of autophagy. In this review, we describe the various drugs and pathways that induce autophagy that are potential therapeutic approaches for neurodegenerative disorders. 부드러운 조각을 활용한 의상디자인 연구 -케이트 맥과이어의 작품을 중심으로-

This study suggests a fashion design using aesthetic characteristics of works by Kate MccGwire, a modern sculptor paying attention to soft sculpture materials such as feathers. In this research on MccGwire works, their internal meanings may be derived as the dualism of familiarity, movement and consciousness. Works also have aesthetic characteristics of overlapping, fluidity and twist. Using such characteristics, 4 one piece dresses and 2 vest dresses were made. Research findings are as follows. First, aesthetic characteristics of MccGwire works could be expanded into expressive areas of silhouettes and details in fashion. Second, visual flow and concentration could be expressed by gradual coloration of feather colors. Third, dart manipulation could be applied naturally by details and curve silhouettes of fashion design. Fourth, touch of feather material could be expressed fully by leaving the edge of garments raw. Fifth, spatiality of fashion could be implemented partially by applying decorative saddle stitching to costume design details. This study explored a potential of soft sculpture occurred during a transitional process of objet pursued by 20th century's avantgarde artists applicable to fashion design ideas that suggested methods for contemporary creative design.

본 연구는 유아주도 자유놀이를 활성화하기 위한 원내 수업컨설팅 과정에서 교사의 실천적인 요구 내용을 바탕으로 원내 그룹 수업컨설팅을 실시하여 교사의 경험과 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 유아주도 자유놀이 원내 컨설팅 과정과 그 과정에서 교사의 변화는 어떠한지를 보는 것이다. 본 연구는 한 어린이집에서 유아반 교사 세 명을 대상으로 총 8 회차에 걸쳐 자유놀이 원내 컨설팅을 실행하였다. 실행연구 절차는 준비, 진단, 실행, 마무리의 단계를 거쳤으며, 8 회 차의 실행단계 과정에서는 문제해결 방안 협의, 적용, 재실행, 평가의 과정이 반복적으로 순환되었다. 회차별 실행 과정은 컨설턴트의 조언, 수업 후 저널 작성, 참여관찰, 심층면담 등의 다각적으로 협의하는 단계를 거쳐 교사가 직면한 문제에 적합한 실천방안을 적용하고 마지막으로 평가하는 과정을 가짐으로 협력적으로 진행되었다. 교사들은 발달에 대한 새로운 안목과 자기반성적 사고를 형성하게 되었고 교사중심 혹은 성인중심의 전지적 관점에서 벗어나 유아 중심적 사고를 통해 자유놀이를 헤아릴 수 있는 안목이 새롭게 형성되었으며 교사의 주도적 문제해결력의 성장은 자연스럽게 유아주도 자유놀이로 한 발 나아가게 되었다. 자유놀이에서 주도성을 온전히 얻게 된 유아들은 행복감을 서로 표현하며 놀이를 함께 할 수 있었고, 유아들의 행복감은 결국 교사들의 행복감으로 이어졌으며 다시 부메랑이 되어 그대로 유아에게 온전히 전해짐으로써 유아주도 자유놀이 상황에서 교사와의 활동이 보다 유연하게 이루어짐을 보였다.
