비교과 프로그램 참여 경험과 성취의 디지털 인증과 활용

본 연구는 S대학의 디지털 배지 개발 사례를 통해 디지털 배지 활용과 비교과 프로그램 인증 및 다양한 이해관계자의 성찰을 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 문헌분석과 실행연구방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 문헌분석 결과 디지털 배지는 비교과 프로그램 참여율 향상과 질 관리 및 효과적인 인증 도구로 제시할 수 있다. 둘째, 디지털 배지 적용 정책은 대학에서 비교과 프로그램의 인증도구로 디지털 배지를 적용할 때 가장 중요하게 고려해야 할 점이다. 셋째, 디지털 배지 활용에 대한 내부 부서의 다양한 요구를 수용할 수 있도록 운영자 교육을 실시해야 한다. 넷째, 대학 내에서 비교과 프로그램 이수자를 대상으로 디지털 배지를 수여할 때 디지털 배지 간 차등을 두어 수여할 수 있는 전략을 제시할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, e-포트폴리오는 디지털 배지와 함께 비교과 프로그램을 비롯한 다양한 대학 경험에 대한 성취 인증 도구로서 활용될 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 대학에서 비교과 프로그램 인증을 위해 디지털 배지는 강력한 인증 도구로써 활용할 수 있는 가치가 있으며, 실제 적용 사례에서 보이는 다양한 이해관계자의 성찰을 통해 대학에서 적용되고 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. This study aimed to elucidate the use of digital badges, certification of extra-curricular programs, and reflection of various stakeholders using the case of digital badges development at S University. Literature review and action research methods were used as research methods. The study results confirmed the following. First, the literature review affirmed that digital badges could be used as alternatives to improved participation in extra-curricular programs, quality management, and more effective accreditation tools. Second, the digital badge application policy must be primarily considered when applying digital badges as a means of accreditation to extra-curricular programs at universities. Third, the person in charge of digital badges in the university should consider various functions to accommodate various demands of internal departments. Fourth, digital badges must be issued with a price difference when issuing digital badges to students who completed extra-curricular programs. Fifth, the e-portfolios can be used to recognize the achievement of various university experiences, including extra-curricular programs and digital badges. Moreover, the results corroborated that digital badges can be employed as powerful accreditation tools to certify extra-curricular programs in universities and can be applied and utilized in universities by reflecting various stakeholders in practical application cases.

생애주기에 따른 경력단절 여성의 재취업 지원에 관한 연구

본 연구는 여성의 생애주기에 따른 재취업에 필요한 사항이 무엇인지를 알아보고 경력단절 여성의 욕구에 보다 적합한 재취업 지원방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구는 현재 대전에 거주하는 미취업자인 여성으로 연구조사는 문화센터, 여성인력개발센터 등의 협조를 받아 취창업관련 교육을 받고 있는 여성 5명을 선정하여 질적조사를 실시 하였다. 자료 수집기간은 2017년 10월부터 12월까지 3개월 동안이었으며, 심층인터뷰(In Depth Interview)로 진행되었다. 인터뷰 과정에서 발생하는 새로운 내용을 적극적으로 반영할 수 있도록 반구조화된 개방형 질문지(Open-Ended Interview)를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 경력단절 여성을 위한 지원정책은 무엇보다 현재 취업중인 여성들이 결혼과 출산, 육아로 인해 직장을 그만두지 않도록 하는 경력유지를 위한 지원이 우선되어야 한다. 그리고 경력이 단절된 여성들이 노동시장으로 단기간내에 진입할 수 있도록 관련제도를 정비하고, 직업교육훈련 프로그램을 실시 할 필요성도 제기 된다. 이를 위해서는 여성의 생애주기에 따른 영향요인을 이해하고, 여성들의 경제활동을 지원하기 위해서 경력계획을 수립하여 지원할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate what items are needed for reemployment according to the life cycle of women and to provide basic data to address the career discontinuity of women. The study selected five women currently unemployed living in Daejeon who were taking classes related to entrepreneurship at the Cultural Center and the Women Resource Development Center. The data collection period was from October to December, 2017, and collected from in depth interviews. An open-ended interview was used to explore the content of the interview process. The results of the study are as follows: Support policies for women with career disruptions should, above all, be given priority over career support to ensure that currently employed women do not quit their jobs due to marriage, childbirth or childcare. In addition, there is a need to improve the relevant systems and to implement vocational education and training programs so that women with career discontinuity can reenter the labor market. To do this, it is necessary to establish and support career planning in order to understand the effects of women"s lifecycles and to support women"s economic activity.

In the present work, a numerical code for analyzing density wave instability that cause serious fatigue and operational problem of steam generators has been developed. With a rigorous derivation, mass, energy, and momentum conservation equations of two-phase flow were discretized and Laplace-transformed into a set of complex simultaneous equations to give a characteristic function of closed loop transfer function of a steam generator. Instability is then determined by Nyquist stability criterion. The code is capable of calculating both the homogeneous and the drift flux model of two-phase flow considering the perturbations of boiling start point, water level, and saturated enthalpy. Thom’s model and Beattie’s model were used for calculating twophase flow frictional pressure drop and local loss, respectively. Steady state flow rate and the regime of flow instability according to various operating variables such as the operating pressure, water level, feedwater enthalpy were obtained.

This article was written to study on the expression and imagery of flowers of Tang Dynasty poetry in ancient China. The imagery of flowers in Tang Dynasty poetry shows the aesthetic characteristics of the profound significance of language, and has become the embodiment of Chinese aesthetic mentality. flowers, one of the most influential image in literature has different posture in different in every poet, and we can also find poet`s deep understanding of the relations between the character of poems and his personal character, and between nature and mankind. Poet`s understanding of flowers has been elevated from the senses of sight and touch to the level of emotion. So, it also can say that the imagery of flowers in Tang Dynasty poetry regarding poet`s philosophies, aesthetics, psychological structures and creative features, and their odes to plum blossoms was a mirror of their spiritual style.

운동유발성천식 환아에서 혈청 Eosinophil Cationic Protein 의 변화 및 비특이적 기관지 반응과의 관계

목적 : 운동유발성천식시 항원 유발에 의한 천식과 같이 운동 후 4-12시간에 기도 수축과 함께 천식 증상의 발현이 가능하다. 그러나 운동유발성천식에서 염증 세포의 활성화에 대한 증거와 기도과민반응의 변화에 대해서는 논란이 많다. 이에 저자들은 운동유발성천식 환아에서 호산구 및 그 활성화 지표인 Eosinophil Cationic Protein(ECP)의 변화를 관찰하여 운동유발성천식에서 호산구의 역할 및 기관지 과민반응과의 관계를 알고자 볼 연구를 실시하였다. 방법 : 본원 소아 알레르기 진료실에 내원 환아중 7세 이상의 아토피성 천식 환아에서 운동유발성천식으로 진단된 26명을 12시간 동안 관찰 후, 초기 천식 반응군과 초기 및 후기의 동시 친식 반응군으로 분류하여 초기 천석 반응군을 A군, 동시 천식 반웅군을 B군이라 하였고, 이들 각각에서 혈중 호산구수의 변화, 혈청 ECP의 변화, methacholine을 이용한 운동전 기도 과민과의 관계를 관찰하였다. 아토피성천식 환아중 운동유발성천식이 없었던 11명을 대조군으로 하여 비교하였고, 혈액 채취는 운동 직전, 운동 직후, 운동후 30분 및 60분, 각 4회 실시하였다. 결과: 1) 온동후 초기 FEV_1의 최대 감소는 A군이 24.9±9.6%, B군이 핀1.8±12.7%로 B군이 A군에 비해 의미있는 감소를 나타내었다. 2) 운동 전과 직후의 혈중 호산구수와 혈청 ECP의 변화를 보면 대조군에 비해 A,B군에서 각각 혈중 호산구수와 혈청 ECP의 약간의 증가를 볼 수 있었으나 의미 있는 증가는 없었다. 3) 운동전 혈청 ECP와 운동후 초기 FEV_1의 최대 감소와는 상관 관계가 없었다. 4) 대조군에 비해 운둥유발성천식군의 경우 비특이적 기관지과민반응 정도가 높게 나타났다. 5) 운동전 혈청 ECP와 비특이적 기관지과민과의 관계를 보면 B군에서만 혈청 ECP가 높을수록 비특이적 기관지과민반응이 높게 나타났다(γ=-0.87). 결론: 운동유발성천식은 단순한 기관지 수축보다는 다른 항원과 같이 염증 상태를 유도하여 기관지과민반응을 증가시킬 수 있고 운동유발성천식에서도 호산구가 기관지 염증 반응에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Exercise-induced asthma(EIA) resembles antigen-induced asthma in that it may be associated with both immediate and late asthmatic reaction, 4 to 12 hr later, but the role of activated inflammatory cells and influence to bronchial hyperresponsiveness in EIA are controversial. This study was performed to evaluate the role of eosinophil and relationship between variations in serum ECP levels and BHR. Twenty six patients with exercise-induced asthma who visited to the pediatric allergy clinic, Fatima Hospital, Taegu were involved in the study. These patients were observed during 12 hours after exersice and then, divided into early asthmatic response group(group A) and early and late, dual asthmatic response group(group B). Peripheral blood was obtained just before, just after, 30 and 60 minutes after challenge with exercise to compare the peripheral blood eosinophil counts, and variation of serum ECP levels between two groups. BHR was graded according to the result of methacholine inhalation challenge test. 1) Maximal fall in FEV_1 after exercise was 24.9±9.6% in group A, 41.8±12.7% in group B and significantly greater in group B. 2) In the group with EIA, there was an initial mild increase in serum levels of ECP after exercise, but was not significant statistically. 3) There was no correlations between the serum ECP level before exercise and maximal fall in early FEV, after exercise. 4) Baseline BHR was significantly increased in the group with EIA compared with control group. 5) The serum level of ECP before exercise and BHR were significantly correlated in group B(γ=-0.87:p<0.05). Upon the above results, we were able to conclude that exercise in bronchial asthma should be regarded not only as a trigger of bronchospasm but also as one that incite airway inflammation related with BHR and the enhanced activity of eosinophil might play an important role in the development of airway inflammation in EIA.
