Green growth policy of government is great influence to construction industry to promote of the energy efficiency and efficiency use of resource. building information modeling(BIM) is an emerging tool in the Construction industry that is used to design and document a project, this tool has already begun changing how designers work with their consultants and with builders, but it also has the ability to help guide the industry in a more sustainable direction by allowing easier to the tools necessary quantify a greener design approach. Also IT(Information Technology) trend has not been a little affect to architectural design phase and construction phase. and the power of influence of IT will increase gradually. In compliance with this circumstances, BIM(Building Information Modeling) is coming up as a very useful and effectual method on construction process. but it is not easy that the apply to environmental performance analysis using BIM at design phase. Piezoelectric actuator is a promising actuator to be expected to play a key role in the mechatronics. However it has a nonlinear characteristics due to hysteresis between input voltage and displacement. This paper proposes a method to model and linearize the nonlinear characteristics of piezoelectric actuator using fuzzy-neural network and feedforward control. Experimental result describes that nonlinearity may be reduced 70 percentage by the proposed method.
