텍스트 분석 기반의 쇼핑 관광객 인식 분석

Korea is emerging as one of the leading shopping destination in Asia. However, due to recent crisis of aviation and tourism industry, caused by COVID-19, it is inevitable to find ways to promote and survive the industry. That is, for the sustainability of the tourism industry of Korea, there should be effort to accurately grasp the perception of shopping tourist and reflect this perception in establishing a shopping environment. We aim to draw implications for revitalizing the shopping tourism of Korea by comparing and analyzing the perception of tourists visiting four major Asian shopping destinations (Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Korea). This study analyzes online review connoting comprehensive and direct tourist’s perception, such as preference and satisfaction, using text analytics. We also compare the differences in perception caused by type of shopping place (shopping street, shopping mall and duty-free shop) and cultural characteristics. This research can contribute in deriving the political and strategic implication based on tourists’ direct perception using text analytic, and also this methodology can be expanded to related industries such as hospitality and aviation industry. 한국은 아시아의 대표 쇼핑 관광지로 대두되고 있지만 최근 발생한 공간적 이동 제한으로 인해 산업의 생존을 위한 방안 모색이 필수적이다. 이에 따라, 보다 긍정적인 쇼핑 관광 경험을 제공하기 위해 환경 조성의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 국내 관광 산업의 생존을 위해서는 방한 쇼핑 관광객의 인식을 정확하게 파악하고, 이를 고려하여 관광객 인식에 최적화된 환경을 조성하는 노력이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 인바운드 관광객들의 인식을 파악하기 위해 쇼핑 관광에 대한 선호 및 만족도 등에 대한 포괄적이고도 직접적인 인식이 내포되어 있는 온라인 리뷰를 텍스트 분석을 이용하여 분석한다. 한국을 포함한 4개의 대표적 아시아 쇼핑 관광지(홍콩, 싱가포르, 두바이)의 방문 관광객의 인식을 비교ㆍ분석하여 국내 쇼핑 관광 활성화를 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 또한 관광지의 특성에 따른 관광객의 인식 차이를 파악하고자 하며, 3종류의 쇼핑 장소(쇼핑거리, 쇼핑몰, 면세점)와, 각 관광지의 문화별 차이를 종합적으로 고려하고자 한다. 본 연구는 토픽 모델링을 활용한 계량적인 분석 방법을 통해 직접적인 관광객 인식 기반의 정책 시사점을 도출하는 것에 그 의의가 있으며 관광 산업에 국한되지 않고, 호스피털리티 등 관련 산업의 동향분석 및 정책 개발과 개선 등에 확장하여 활용될 수 있다.

국내 항공안전감독 품질 향상을 위한 개선방안 연구

항공산업은 산업의 안전성이 훼손될 때, 사고의 거대성, 전소성 등 발생가능한 피해와 부정적 영향이 크다는 특성이 있다. 이러한 특성을 감소시키고 비정상적인 상황을 예방 및 통제하기 위해서는 항공산업 활동의 결과물에 대해 일정한 수준의 품질을 확보할 수 있도록 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 국제민간항공기구(International Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO)는 각 체약국에 국가항공안전프로그램(State Safety Programs, SSP)을 운영하도록 요구하고 있고, 최근 항공산업의 안전을 확보하기 위해 국가의 효과적인 감독기능을 강조하며, 항공당국의 행정기능 확대와 관리능력의 향상을 요구하고 있다. 즉, 항공당국의 안전에 대한 책임과 중요성이 부각됨에 따라, 항공당국이 일정한 수준으로 행정을 제공하고 점검 및 관리를 수행하기 위한 품질관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 항공산업에서 전반적으로 이루어지고 있는 품질관리 현황과 타 산업에서 수행되어온 품질관리 사례를 종합적으로 비교 분석하고, 안전관리에 대한 품질관리 중요성을 확인함으로써 우리나라 항공안전감독에 대한 품질관리를 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 두 가지 측면에 의의가 있다. 첫째, 국가 항공안전감독시스템의 지속적인 품질평가의 필요성 및 평가방안을 제시함으로써 국가 항공안전관리시스템에 대한 객관적인 신뢰성을 확보하고, 확보한 신뢰성을 기반으로 급변하는 항공 산업에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있다. 또한 현재 구축된 항공산업 전반의 품질관리 현황 뿐 아니라, 건설, 특허, 행정 등 다양한 분야의 품질관리 실태를 확인하고 분석하여 항공안전감독에 적합한 품질관리 방안을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 더욱 안전한 항공산업을 영위할 수 있도록 기여할 수 있다는 의의가 있다.

공항 경제권 형성을 통한 허브 경쟁력 향상 방안에 대한 연구: 인천국제공항을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to find factors that Incheon International Airport should focus on and improve in order to have hub-competitiveness through economic zone centered on airport. Text analytics was conducted on online review written by passengers who used world class transit airport to derive environmental factors. After that, we select 15 major factors among the derived environmental factors based on the previous studies. This study used IPA analysis for experts in aviation field to investigate the importance and performance of the factors. Results showed that performance was evaluated to be lower than importance in all factors, and accessibility(convenience, diversity, cost and time), free economic zone and various shopping facilities were top 3 factors to be specifically improved. This study is meaningful in that it can understand passengers' perceptions by using the advantages of text analysis and surveys method. The result of study can be used to establish policy and strategic directions to solidify the position of hub airports in the future. 본 연구는 인천국제공항 중심 경제권 형성을 통한 허브 경쟁력 확보를 위해 향후 인천국제공항이 중점적으로 고려 및 개선해야 하는 요인을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 세계적 수준의 환승 공항을 이용한 승객이 작성한 온라인 리뷰를 대상으로 텍스트 분석을 실시하여, 승객이 중요하게 인식하는 환경요인을 도출하였다. 이후, 구체적인 인식 조사를 위해 도출된 환경 요인 중 15개의 세부 평가 요인을 선행 연구에 기반하여 선정하였다. 해당 요인들은 전문가를 대상으로 중요도와 수행도를 확인하고자 설문조사 및 IPA 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 모든 요인에 있어, 중요도보다 수행도가 낮은 것으로 평가되었으며, 향후 인천국제공항이 중점적으로 개선해야 하는 상위 3개 요인으로 접근시설(편의성 및 다양성, 비용, 시간), 경제자유지역, 다양하고 우수한 쇼핑시설이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 텍스트 분석과 설문조사의 장점을 복합적으로 활용하여 승객의 인식을 이해했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 허브 공항의 입지를 확고히 하기 위한 정책적, 전략적 방향성 수립에 활용될 수 있다.

Job Stress and Job Satisfaction among Health-Care Workers of Endoscopy Units in Korea

Background/Aims: The management of job-related stress among health-care workers is critical for the improvement of health-care services; however, there is no existing research on endoscopy unit workers as a team. Korea has a unique health-care system for endoscopy unit workers. In this study, we aimed to estimate job stress and job satisfaction among health-care providers in endoscopy units in Korea. Methods: We performed a cross-sectional survey of health-care providers in the endoscopy units of three university-affiliated hospitals in Korea. We analyzed the job stress levels by using the Korean occupational stress scale, contributing factors, and job satisfaction. Results: Fifty-nine workers completed the self-administered questionnaires. The job stress scores for the endoscopy unit workers (46.39±7.81) were relatively lower compared to those of the national sample of Korean workers (51.23±8.83). Job stress differed across job positions, with nurses showing significantly higher levels of stress (48.92±7.97) compared to doctors (42.59±6.37). Job stress and job satisfaction were negatively correlated with each other (R2=0.340, p<0.001). Conclusions: An endoscopy unit is composed of a heterogeneous group of health-care professionals (i.e., nurses, fellows, and professors), and job stress and job satisfaction significantly differ according to job positions. Job demand, insufficient job control, and job insecurity are the most important stressors in the endoscopy unit.

국내 항공안전감독 품질 향상을 위한 개선방안 연구

This paper analyzes quality management of aviation safety services in Korea and proposes practical implications for improvement. We look into how quality management is conducted in the Korean aviation industry and confirm aviation authority’s efforts for a quality management system. We also compare and analyze international standard ISO 9001 and aviation safety oversight system quality management cases of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with a Korean case. Results find the difference in defining the scope of ISO 9001 management between ICAO/FAA and the Korean authority which causes unnecessary misunderstanding in oversight perception. The Korean aviation authority strives to provide a high level of safety oversight services by educating aviation safety inspectors as well as establishing a quality management system. We believe that our proposals can help Korean aviation safety oversight system secure objective credibility and seek a safe growth and development of the aviation industry.

카노 모형 기반 항공정비조직 지원 시스템 개발

The importance of systematically managing the Korean Aviation MRO industry's safety increases with this growing industry. In addition, several industries use software for their effective management, reflecting IT advancement and the fourth industrial revolution. However, improving the software's applicability and completeness is critical to actively incorporating the industry characteristics and customer requirements into the concerned industry's management. Hence, this study analyzes the Korean Aviation MRO industry's system requirements in two steps to develop its customer-oriented AMO support system. So, we first select the above system requirements based on expert focus group interviews to design the said AMO support system. Then, we prioritize these selected system requirements through a Kano model-based survey of 101 related workers. Consequently, this survey selects the Korean Aviation MRO industry's 26 system requirements which workers perceive mostly as one-dimensional attributes. Furthermore, a subsequent analysis using satisfaction and dissatisfaction indices shows that the Korean Aviation MRO industry's AMO submission-related requirements, which are deemed attractive attributes in the earlier analysis, also have indifferences. In essence, this study provides the basis for strategically developing the Korean Aviation MRO industry's AMO support system under limited time and resources. 국내 항공정비산업이 성장함에 따라, 산업을 안전하게 영위하기 위한 체계적인 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. IT 기술의 발전과 4차 산업혁명으로 소프트웨어를 활용한 효과적인 관리방안이 활성화되는 가운데, 산업의 특성을 적절하게 반영하고 고객의 요구 조건을 적극적으로 반영하여 소프트웨어의 활용성과 완성도를 높이는 것이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 항공정비산업 환경에 적합한 사용자 중심의 관리·지원시스템을 개발하기 위해 해당 시스템에 대한 요구 조건을 2단계의 과정을 통해 분석하였다. 1단계에서는 전문가 의견을 기반으로 항공정비조직(AMO) 업무관리시스템 설계에 법적, 산업적 환경을 반영한 필수적인 요구 조건을 추출했다. 2단계에서는 관련 종사자 101명 대상으로 카노 모형(Kano model) 기반의 설문조사를 수행하여 1단계에서 식별된 요구 조건에 대한 우선순위를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 26개의 요구 조건을 식별하였으며, 종사자들은 대개 고객 만족에 선형적인 영향을 끼치는 일차원적 품질 속성으로 인식하고 있었다. 만족 계수 및 불만족 계수를 활용하여, 요구 조건에 내포되어있는 품질 속성을 심층적으로 분석한바 정비조직인증 신청과 관련된 요구 조건은 만족 시 고객에게 즐거움을 주는 매력적인 품질 속성으로 파악되었으나 고객 인식에 영향을 미치지 않는 무관심 품질 속성의 특성도 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 항공정비산업 전문가 및 이해관계자들이 중요하게 인식하는 요구 조건과 우선순위를 파악할 수 있으며 이를 활용하여 한정된 시간과 자원을 전략적으로 활용해 성공적인 시스템 개발을 할 수 있는 근거로 사용될 수 있다는 데 있다.
