        김수영의 문학적 좌표로서의 해방직후

        The purpose of this article is to approach Kim Soo-young`s poetry and essays in 1960s as a new view beyond the fixed point that lots of studies have decided for the last several years. Most of the studies have concentrated on the historical event 4?19 revolution with Kim`s writing, but those universalized perspectives could not resolve some problems : First, Kim who had reacted to sensitively the incident remarked that writers defected to North Korea even if the situation that people exclaimed ``freedom`` and ``democracy`` at the revolution. The next, the blame toward literary friends interacted just after Liberation age at the 1960s. These problems seem to be insignificant at first sight, but just is the most internal core of Kim`s statements that appeared abruptly. The two problems above mentioned turn up in Kim`s literature as figures of poets Park In-hwan and Im Hwa. What the novel 〈A Volunteer Army〉 represents, Im Hwa is the ``revolutionist`` used to frequently be expressed"leftist poet", and he is the object of identification with Kim at the same time a ``gaze`` made a guilty conscience by failure to the identification with Kim who could not participated in revolution just after Liberation. Cause of the blame is also the guilty conscience that Im`s gaze aroused. His observational gaze that live phantom is a function as self-reflection not only about the revolution just after Liberation, but also the react to the following the Liberation(following the revolution). This reflection by failure of the revolution and ``following revolution`` is called at the ``following revolution`` 4?19 in 1960s. Kim constantly tried to identify himself living 1960s simultaneously following Liberation. And the symptom that revealed by that highly appraising writers defected to North Korea ``conscientious`` himself, and denouncing literary friends including the Park who confused ideologically and could react to anything still remain South like himself. Kim`s problematical remarks in 1960s was a symptom revealed in relation to revolution just after Liberation. His poetry and essays direct that he is constantly aware of Liberation age as the literary coordinate and the historical reference point, not only written rely on the affected passion by the 4?19 revolution.

        ‘진정성’이라는 거울에 비추어진 박인환

        이 연구는 박인환에 대한 부정적 평가사가 어떠한 방식으로 형성되었는가에 대한 의문으로부터 시작한다. 박인환을 바라보는 관점이나 평가의 기준은 물론 연구사가 축적되어 오는 과정에서 다양한 방식으로 변화하여 오기는 했지만, 한편에는 여전히 그에 대한 부정적인 평가 및 발언이 유령처럼 자리하고 있기도 하다. 많은 연구자들이 인식하고 있듯 이와 관련된 김수영의 발언은 적지 않은 영향력을 행사하고 있다. 김수영의 문학사적 영향력이나 이후 그에 관한 연구사의 축적을 감안한다 하더라도 이점은 다소간 의문을 불러일으킨다. 김수영 발언의 중심에 있으면서도 명징하게 제시되지는 않는 어떤 것에 대하여 연구자들이나 독자들 모두 암묵적으로 동조하거나 감염되어 있었던 것은 아닐까. 이를 따지는 작업을 박인환에 대한 부정적 평가사의 내적 논리를 밝히기 위한 첫 번째 작업으로 삼고 김수영의 산문들을 먼저 살핀다. 특정한 시점에서 어떤 대상을 평하는 발언은, 대상 자체의 특성뿐 아니라 대상을 바라보는 발화자의 개인적·사회적 조건들과 밀접하다는 점을 고려하여 보면, 김수영이 박인환을 평하는 지점들이 1960년대 김수영 자신의 정신사적 문제와 더욱 밀접히 관련되는 것이라는 점이 드러난다. 그 과정에서 김수영의 발언들이 ‘진정성’의 원리와 부합하는 지점들을 따지고, 이 진정성이 ‘비판’의 형식으로써 드러난다는 점을 밝힌다. 비판의 수사학을 그 필연적인 도구로 사용할 수밖에 없는 구조를 지닌 진정성의 원리에서는, 사실 박인환은 물론 그 누구의 작품도 그 그물망을 빠져나가기는 어려울 것이다. 또한 대상은 물론 평가자 자신의 ‘참된 자아’를 근거로 하는 이 원리는 그 실정적인 준거항목들이 텅 비어 있기에 하나의 ‘관점’으로 자리매김하는 것도 어렵다. 그렇기에 이 글에서는 박인환의 시가 어떠한 ‘자리’에서 발화되며, 그 양상은 어떠한가를 물음으로써, 자아의 진정성이 아닌, 주체의 진실성의 영역으로 시선을 옮겨오고자 하였다. 박인환에 대한 부정적 평가사의 내적 논리를 묻고, 그것을 토대 삼아 새로운 관점을 제기함으로써, 박인환을 바라보는 방법 자체에 대해 생각해 볼 수 있는 기회를 마련하고자 한다. This study begins with the doubts surrounding the history of negative appraisals about Park In-Hwan. As many scholars of literature recognize, the most influential remark about Park is based on the prose by Kim Soo-Young. But are there special elements in Kim’s view making literary circles sympathize with him regardless of his influence stemmed from literary talent of him? Illuminating this question is the first phase to reveal the inner logic of negative appraisals about Park and Kim’s proses are studied for this work. In that process, the point on which Kim’s comments accord with the principle of ‘authenticity’ is pondered and it is considered that this authenticity is revealed as a form of ‘criticism.’ In the principle of authenticity, accompanying criticism as its inevitable form, no one’s work as well as Park’s could avoid this mesh of criticism. And this principle based upon ‘true self’ of evaluator, in addition to object of evaluation, can’t function as a ‘point of view’ because there are positive articles of criteria missing. So this study’s aim is to look at the area of veracity of subject, not of the authenticity of self, by inquiring where Park’s poems are articulated and how the aspects of them are. This study could give an opportunity to contemplate the way of regarding Park, by grasping the inner logic of history of negative appraisal about him and raising a new point of view on the basis of that.

        딸기 조직배양 시 BA (benzyladenine) 처리에 따른 변이 발생 및 변이 연속성 검정

        본 실험은 딸기 조직배양 시 BA 처리에 따른 변이 발생 및 변이 연속성을 확인하고자 실시하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 공시 품종은 '고하'이며, 본 실험에 사용한 BA 농도는 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>로 처리하였다. 변이는 형태적, 유전적 검정을 실시하였으며, 변이 연속성 검정은 3년간 실시하였다. BA 처리 시 형태적 변이는 10.5 ~ 20.0%로 매우 높게 나타났으나, 유전적 변이는 재배 1년차에 7.0 ~ 15.0%, 재배 2년차에는 1.8 ~ 10.0%, 재배 3년차에는 5.0%로 재배연수가 길어짐에 따라 유전적 변이 발생율이 낮아졌다. 뿐만 아니라 재배1년차와 2년차에는 BA 1.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>과 BA 2.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>에서 유전적 변이가 발생한 반면, 재배 3년차에는 BA 2.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>에서만 유전적 변이가 발생하였다. 따라서 딸기 조직배양묘의 증식을 위해서 BA는 1.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>미만으로 처리하고, 반드시 변이 검정 후 보급하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단되었다. This experiment study aimed to identify the continuous genetic variation caused by benzyladenine (BA) treatment in strawberry tissue culture. The 'Goha' cultivar was used and treated with different concentrations of BA (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>). Morphological and genetic variation tests were performed, and genetic continuity tests were performed for three years. The morphological variation induced by BA was distinctively high (10.5 ~ 20.0%) and the genetic variation was 7.0 ~ 15.0%, 1.8 ~ 10.0%, and 5.0% in the first, second, and third year of cultivation, respectively. The rate of genetic variation decreased with increasing cultivation years. In addition, genetic variation caused by BA 1.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> and BA 2.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> occurred in the first and second years of cultivation, whereas only BA 2.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> caused genetic variation in the third year of cultivation. Therefore, a concentration of less than 1.0 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> BA was used for the propagation of strawberry tissue culture plants, and it was necessary to identify their variation.

        야제 환아의 한의치료에 대한 질적 연구 - 주양육자의 서술을 중심으로 -

        Objectives This study sets out to examine treatment experiences of child patients with night crying based on the traditional Korean medicine. Also, the study traces the process in which clients chose traditional Korean medicine treatment, and proposes a possible future direction of Korean medicine treatment. Methods The investigator conducted a semi-standardized open-ended question interview with two main fosterers of a child who received traditional Korean medicine treatment for night crying, and examined two fosterers' experiences of a child with the traditional Korean medicine treatment. Their interviews were recorded with their facial expressions and acts for analysis. Collected data was analyzed based on the Grounded theory. Results The participants felt a sense of responsibility, worry, and fear for their children with night crying. They had easy access to traditional Korean medicine doctors who were in the community and had positive experiences with traditional Korean medicine treatment. They reported that some people had been forced to use traditional Korean medicine, had misunderstandings about traditional Korean medicine, and had prejudice that night crying is not a disease. They felt there was a room for improvement in terms of the high medical expenses and the absence of a cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine. Conclusions As the first qualitative study on night crying based on the traditional Korean medicine treatment, this study proposed a future direction for traditional Korean medicine treatment for night crying in the shoes of fosterers. The findings showed that the fosterers chose traditional Korean medicine treatment for night crying child based on their feelings, accessibility and experiences with traditional Korean medicine. Fosterers felt a need for improvement of the general public's perceptions about Korean medicine treatment on night crying, and a cooperative system between Oriental and Western medicine.

      • 신경 인터페이스 기반 초감각 디바이스 기술 동향

        Sensory devices have been developed to help people with disabled or weakened sensory functions. Such devices play a role in collecting and transferring data for the five senses (vision, sound, smell, taste, and tactility) and also stimulating nerves. To provide brain or prosthesis devices with more sophisticated senses, hyper sensory devices with a high resolution comparable to or even better than the human system based on individual neuron cells are essential. As for data collecting components, technologies for sensors with higher resolution and sensitivity, and the conversion of algorithms from physical sensing data to human neuron signals, are needed. Converted data can be transferred to neurons that are responsible for human senses through communication with high security, and neural interfaces with high resolution. When communication deals with human data, security is the most important consideration, and intra-body communication is expected to be a candidate with high priority. To generate sophisticated human senses by modulating neurons, neural interfaces should modulate individual neurons, and therefore a high resolution compared to human neurons (~ several tens of um) with a large area covering neuron cells for human senses (~ several tens of mm) should be developed. The technological challenges for developing sensory devices with human and even beyond-human capabilities have been tackled by various research groups, the details of which are described in this paper.

        문헌동시인용 분석을 통한 한국학 지식구조 파악: 주체 인식과 타자 인식의 차이

        한국학의 연구 범위는 한국의 역사, 문학, 정치, 사회, 경제, 종교 등 한국과 관련된 모든 영역을 망라하고 있다. 본 연구는 문헌동시인용 분석과 텍스트마이닝 기법을 사용하여 한국학 지식구조를 정의하였다. 그리고 한국학을 다룬 주체에 따라 한국에서 논의된 한국 연구를 주체 인식 한국학, 한국 이외의 지역에서 논의된 한국 연구를 타자 인식 한국학으로 나누어 하위영역을 비교·분석하였다. 이를 위해서 SCOPUS 데이터베이스에서 'Korea' 또는 'Korean' 이라는 단어를 키워드로 포함하고 있는 인문·사회 분야 문헌 10,929건을 수집하였다. 분석결과 주체 인식 한국학의 지식구조에서는 총 20개의 하위영역이 발견되었고, 타자 인식 한국학의 지식구조에서는 총 14개의 하위영역이 발견되었다. 주체 인식의 한국학과 타자 인식의 한국학의 하위영역 구성에 있어서 차이점은 첫째, 주체 인식 한국학의 하위영역이 타자 인식 한국학의 하위영역보다 더 다양한 영역으로 세분되어 있다는 것, 둘째, 주체 인식 한국학은 마케팅/소비자와 서비스, 산업화, 다문화, 정신건강, 관광, 한국어, 환경과 도시 등이 주요 영역을 차지하고 있고, 타자 인식 한국학은 크게 한국 대내외의 상황, 한국 대중문화, 미국 이민자로서의 한국인, 한국어/한국어 습득이 주요 영역을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 주체 인식과 타자 인식에서 공통적으로 보이는 영역은 정신건강, 관광, 한국어, 탈주민, 청소년 비행 등이었다. This study aims to detect the knowledge structure of Korean studies using document co-citation analysis and text mining techniques. This study divided Korean corpus into two perspectives: Self-perceived and others' perceived Korean studies. To this end, we collected 10,929 humanities and social literature containing the word Korea or Korean as a keyword in the SCOPUS database. As a result of analysis, a total of 20 subdomains were found in the knowledge structure of self-perception, and a total of 14 subdomains were found in the knowledge structure of otherts' perception. Differences in Korean Studies between two are: First, the sub-area of self-perceived Korean studies is subdivided into more diverse areas than the sub-area of other-perceived Korean studies. Second the major areas in self-perceived Korean studies are customers and services, industrialization, multiculturalism, mental health, tourism, Korean language, environment, and cities. Others' perceptions of Korean Studies are grouped into domestic and foreign situations of Korea, Korean pop culture, Koreans as US immigrants, and Korean language. Finally, the common areas of self-perception and others' perception were mental health, tourism, Korean language, North-Korean defectors, and juvenile delinquency.

        딸기 조직배양 시 여러가지 식물호르몬 처리에 따른 기내 증식 및 형태적, 유전적 변이 발생 비교

        본 실험은 딸기 조직배양 시 여러가지 식물호르몬의 농도 별처리에 따른 증식률 및 형태적, 유전적 변이 발생 정도를 확인하고자 실시하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 공시 품종은 '고하'와 '설향'이며, 본 실험에 사용한 식물 호르몬은 BA, CPPU 및 TDZ로, 농도는 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, $4.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$였다. '고하'와 '설향'의 조직배양묘 증식률은 BA 처리 시 가장 높았다. BA, CPPU 및 TDZ 처리 시 '고하' 및 '설향'에서 형태적 및 유전적 변이가 발생하였고, 특히 품종에 관계없이 CPPU 처리에서 변이가 높게 나타났다. '고하'의 유전적 변이는 BA $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 이상의 농도에서 1.1%로 나타났고, CPPU $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$에서 15.3%로 나타났으며, TDZ $2.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$에서 1.2%로 나타났다. '설향'의 유전적 변이는 BA $4.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$에서 2.3%로 나타났고, CPPU $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$에서 14.3%로 나타났다. 따라서 딸기 조직배양 시, CPPU는 처리하지 않는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단되고, BA나 TDZ또한 저농도로 처리하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다. The objective of this study was to carry out treatment of various plant hormones in order to determine morphological and genetic variation degree of tissue-cultured strawberry. The cultivar used in this experiment was 'Goha' and 'Seolhyang', the plant hormones used for experiment were benzyladenine (BA), N-(2-Chloro-4 pyridyl)-N'-phenylurea (CPPU) and thidiazuron (TDZ), and the concentrations were 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, $4.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ with each hormone. The BA treatment of the proliferation efficiency of tissue-cultured strawberry 'Goha' and 'Seolhyang' was the highest. When processing BA, CPPU and TDZ, morphological variation and genetic variation happened in strawberry 'Goha' and 'Seolhyang', especially, the variations appeared highly in CPPU treatment. The genetic variation in 'Goha' appeared at the concentration more than BA $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ as 1.1%, appeared at the concentration of CPPU $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ as 15.3%, and at the concentration of TDZ $2.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ as 1.2%. The genetic variation in 'Seolhyang' appeared at the concentration of BA $4.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ as 2.3%, and at the concentration of CPPU $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ as 14.3%. Therefore, CPPU should not be treated during strawberry tissue culture, and BA and TDZ should be treated at low concentration.

        식이성 폴리페놀 (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate가 mouse C2C12 myoblast 분화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 유전자 발현에 중요한 조절 역할을 하는 DNA 메틸화를 식이성 폴리페놀의 하나인 녹차의 대표적인 추출물 EGCG로 억제하였을 때 C2C12 myoblast 세포에 일어나는 현상을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 smooth muscle의 지표인 transgelin, smooth muscle ${\alpha}-actin$ mRNA와 단백질이 현저히 증가함을 보였고, 형태학적으로도 smooth muscle의 전형적인 모습을 보였다. 식이에 포함된 DNA 메틸화 억제제인 EGCG가 C2C12 myoblast를 smooth muscle로 분화를 유도하였으며, 암 예방 차원에서의 EGCG의 역할 외에 혈관질환과 같은 smooth muscle에 관련된 예방과 치료차원에서 EGCG의 역할이 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 C2C12 myoblast를 smooth muscle로 유도하는 결정적인 신호전달 역할을 하는 유전자에 대한 연구는 수행하지 못하였다. 따라서 EGCG에 의해 변화되는 유전자에 대한 기전연구가 필요하다고 하겠다. In the present investigation, we studied the modulating effects of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) on the differentiation of mouse C2C12 myoblasts. We found that the strong inhibitory effect of EGCG on DNA methyltransferase-mediated DNA methylation induced transdifferentiation of C2C12 myoblasts into smooth muscle cells demonstrated by both morphological changes and immunofluorescent staining. C2C12 myoblasts treated with EGCG for 4 days expressed smooth muscle ${\alpha}-actin$ protein. Real-time PCR data revealed that smooth muscle ${\alpha}-actin$ mRNA was induced by EGCG treated C2C12 myoblasts in a concentration-dependent manner. Smooth muscle ${\alpha}-actin$ mRNA concentration increased 330% and 490% after 2 and 3 days of 50 ${\mu}M$ of EGCG treatment. The expression of another smooth muscle marker, transgelin, mRNA was also increased up to 9-fold by 4 days of EGCG treatment compared with control in a concentration-dependent manner. These results suggested that C2C12 enables to transdifferentiate into smooth muscle when gene expression patterns are changed by the inhibition of DNA methylation induced by EGCG. In conclusion, transdifferentiation of C2C12 myoblasts into smooth muscle is resulted from the modulating effects of EGCG on DNA methylation which subsequently results in changing the expression pattern of several genes playing a critical role in the differentiation of C2C12 myoblasts.

        제강분진을 활용한 청색 세라믹 안료의 미립화 거동에 관한 연구

        Electric arc furnace dust (EAFD), which is a dust waste generated in the steel manufacturing process, contains heavy metals. Recently, researches of recycling a large amount of valuable metals such as zinc and iron in EAFD are being actively carried out. In this study, EAFD is used as a substitute for cobalt in blue ceramic pigments without any pretreatment. Then, the synthesized blue ceramic pigment using EAFD was micronized and formulated as a ceramic ink for inkjet printer. The particle size distribution, crystal structure and color characteristics during the micronization process were investigated for the development of ceramic ink. $Co_{0.75}Zn(EAFD)_{0.25}Al_2O_4$ ceramic pigments showed excellent blue coloric properties and monomodal distribution through micronization process. The average particle size of $Co_{0.75}Zn(EAFD)_{0.25}Al_2O_4$ ceramic pigments after 3 hours of milling was $0.271{\mu}m$, which is smaller than $0.303{\mu}m$, which is the average particle size of $CoAl_2O_4$ ceramic pigments without EAFD after 5 hours of milling. Especially, it was confirmed that $Co_{0.75}Zn(EAFD)_{0.25}Al_2O_4$ ceramic pigments showed a color difference (${\Delta}E{^*}_{ab}$) value of 5.67, which smaller than ${\Delta}E{^*}_{ab}$ value of $CoAl_2O_4$ during micronization. These results show that EAFD can be used as a raw material for a blue ceramic pigment by replacing expensive cobalt without any pretreatment. 제강분진(Electric arc furnace dust)은 제강공정에서 발생하는 분진폐기물로서 중금속을 다량 포함하고 있어 관리가 매우 중요하다. 제강분진은 아연, 철 등의 유가금속을 다량 함유하고 있기 때문에 최근 이를 재활용하는 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이며, 본 연구에서는 전처리 과정 없이 제강분진을 청색 계열의 세라믹 안료의 코발트를 대체할 수 있는 원료로 사용하였다. 또한 합성된 청색 세라믹 안료를 잉크젯 프린팅용 세라믹 잉크로 개발하기 위해 미립화 과정에서의 입도 분포, 결정 구조 및 발색 특성 변화에 대해 고찰하였다. 제강분진이 첨가된 $Co_{0.75}Zn(EAFD)_{0.25}Al_2O_4$ 세라믹 안료는 우수한 청색 발색 특성을 보이며, 어트리션 밀링(Attrition Milling)을 이용한 미립화 공정을 통하여 단정(monomodal) 분포의 입도를 확보할 수 있었다. 3시간 밀링 후 $Co_{0.75}Zn(EAFD)_{0.25}Al_2O_4$ 세라믹 안료의 평균 입도는 $0.271{\mu}m$로 제강분진이 첨가되지 않은 $CoAl_2O_4$ 세라믹 안료의 5시간 밀링 후의 평균 입도인 $0.303{\mu}m$보다 더욱 작은 것을 확인하였다. 특히, $Co_{0.75}Zn(EAFD)_{0.25}Al_2O_4$ 세라믹 안료는 미립화 공정 중 발색 변화(${\Delta}E{^*}_{ab}$) 값이 5.67로 $CoAl_2O_4$ 보다 작아서 더 우수한 발색 특성을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 분진폐기물인 제강분진을 어떠한 전처리 과정 없이 고가의 코발트를 대체하여 청색 계열의 세라믹 안료의 원료로 사용할 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

        In the present study, Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) was evaluated for its anti-inflammatory potential with respect to its effect on cell viability, radical scavenging activities and effect on inflammatory response of macrophage particularly stimulated by particulate matter 2.5 (PM2.5). On MTT test using RAW 264.7 cells (a cell line of macrophage), the extract of Aronia fruit (EAF) up to 500 μg/mL did not affect the viability of these cells, suggesting it is not toxic to cells. EAF was also shown to have antioxidant activity, which was supported by the following results. 1) The IC50 value of DPPH and ABTS radical-scavenging activities of EAF were 718.13 μg/mL and 201.72 μg/mL, respectively. 2) At 5 mg/mL of EAF, ferrous ion-reducing power of EAF was 3193.57 ± 0.03 μM. 3) EAF was found to have polyphenolic contents. When total polyphenolic content (TPC) was estimated in terms of gallic acid equivalent (GAE), the TPC of EAF was 23.4 ± 0.29 GAE mg/g. EAF was also found to decrease the expressions of TNF-α and iNOS in PM2.5-treated-RAW 264.7 cells. These results support that EAF has antioxidant action and inhibit the inflammatory response of macrophages stimulated by various agents including particulate matters, suggesting that Aronia melanocarpa can be a herb to provide useful ingredients against the hazard by particulate matters.
