강박장애 및 조현병 환자에서의 정량뇌파 소견과 신경인지기능 간의 연관성

Objectives Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and schizophrenia have many common clinical and neurocognitive features. However, not all of them share the same underlying mechanism. The aim of this study was to discover evidences that indicate a pathophysiological mechanism specific to OCD by comparing correlations of quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) patterns and neurocognitive function in patients with OCD and schizophrenia. Methods Resting-state QEEG data of total 265 patients were acquired retrospectively and parameters such as absolute power, relative power and peak frequency were analyzed from the data. Stroop test and Trail Making Test results as well as demographic features were reviewed for this study. The correlation of neurocognitive functions and brain electrical activities in each group were assessed and compared by correlation analysis. Results Compared with the OCD group, the schizophrenia group performed poorly in neurocognitive tests. Mean values of QEEG parameters in patients with OCD and schizophrenia did not show significant differences. Both absolute and relative power of alpha rhythm in central and frontal regions showed significant positive correlation with Stroop test results in OCD patients. Conclusions Findings in this study shows distinctive correlations between frontal executive dysfunction and frontal alpha rhythm in the OCD patients, both of which might be a candidate for endophenotype underlying obsessive rumination.

영국 월레스 컬렉션의 상설 보존 전시관 운영을 통해 본 보존과 일반 대중과의 교류

영국 국립 박물관 중의 하나인 런던의 월레스 컬렉션은 보존과 관련된 상설 전시를 하고 있는데, 유물의 제작 기법과 재료를 다룬 전시뿐 아니라, 보존에 관한 특별 주제로 전시를 하기도 한다. 월레스 컬렉션의 현재 보존관련 상설전시와 특별 전시 그리고 영국 내 다른 박물관의 예를 통해서, 보존과 일반 대중과의 관계와 교류의 변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 박물관은 기존에는 수동적 정보 전달의 역할이었지만, 현재는 보다 적극적인 교육에 초점을 맞추면서, 보존도 일반 대중의 위한 프로그램과 전시를 통해 이러한 변화에 동참하는 추세다.

이 연구는 인도의 푸네와 케냐의 나이로비에서 폐기물 수거인 형식화에 대한 비공식 노동자 협회의 역할을 조사합니다. 개발도상국에서 폐기물 수거인이 폐기물 관리에 비공식적으로 상당한 기여하고 있음에도 불구하고, 폐기물 수거의 형식화는 아직 많은 도전적인 과제를 가지고 있습니다. 본 연구는 국제 노동 기구에서 제안한 형식화에 관한 변화 이론을 기반으로 형식화의 다양한 단계에서 비공식 노동자 협회의 핵심 역할을 평가하는 새로운 프레임워크를 개발합니다. 연구 결과는 푸네가 강력한 협회 덕분에 성공적인 형식화를 보이는 반면, 나이로비는 정부 지원과 인프라가 제한되어 폐기물 수거인에게 위험한 상황을 초래하는 등 제약 요소에 직면하고 있다는 것을 보여줍니다. 비교 분석은 폐기물 수거인의 형식적인 통합을 위해 종합적인 정책과 더 큰 정부의 헌신이 필요하다는 점을 강조하며, 세계적인 문화 간 연구의 중요성을 보여줍니다. 이 연구는 비공식 노동자 협회가 주장하는 형식화 단계를 밝혀내고 효과적인 프로세스에 대한 통찰력을 제공하며, 나아가 개선된 근무 조건을 주장하여 세계적인 폐기물 관리에 기여할 것으로 기대됩니다. The study investigates the role of informal worker associations in scavenger formalization in Pune, India, and Nairobi, Kenya. Despite the informal sectors’ substantial contributions to waste management in developing countries, the formalization of scavenging poses challenges. Based on the theory of change (ToC) on formalization suggested by the International Labor Organization (ILO), this study develops a new framework to assess associations’ pivotal role in different steps of formalization. The findings reveal how Pune exhibits successful formalization due to robust associations, while Nairobi faces obstacles with limited government support and infrastructure, resulting in hazardous conditions for scavengers. The study concludes by identifying how a comparative analysis underscores the need for comprehensive policies and greater governmental commitment to integrate scavengers into the formal sector, emphasizing the importance of longitudinal cross-cultural research. By uncovering formalization steps advocated by associations, this study provides insights for effective processes and advocates for improved working conditions, contributing to global waste management.

The target sentence above was made on the act in which the defendants such as the chairman, and vice chairman of local gu-council and chairman of its standing committee in a gu-level council spent the business operating promotion expenses by providing the public officials who were the constituency or the public organization's employees with meals without reasonable legal grounds. In the decision, the court considered that the act of providing public officials working for gu-office constitutes the requirements of contribution acts according to the Public Official Election Act (the Act) but does not belong to any acts which are in violation of social practices. Therefore, it concluded that the act does not violate any laws except for the act of giving the meals to other people other than specified above, which constitutes a violation of the contribution acts which shall be complied with according to the said Act. As business operating promotion expenses are the expenses which are allowed in the wide discretion of the executing organization and there is much room in handling or spending, it is necessary to proactively or normatively control the spending standard. That also applies to the case of any chairman of the district council in addition to any head of local governments. Therefore, there is a regulation in the Rules on the Execution of Business Operating Promotion Expenses for Local Governments (the Rules) which was revised in 2015 specifying the rules of execution standard for business operation promotion expenses to be spent by any chairman of council of the local government. If an Act complies with the Rules, it falls under the money giving acts according to Article 112 (2) (4) (a) of the Act and in such case, it should does not violate any prohibited contributions specified in Article 256 of the Act. However, the administrative office of the gu-district council applied the Rules on the head of the local governments to account for the accounting of the business operating promotion expenses spent by the defendants, and the defendants also thought that their act was is allowed by the Rules. So, it was determined that there is no violation of any social practices, therefore having no illegality because the act of providing meals is within the scope extent required for the implementation of duties of establishing ordinances, and the act does not violate social practices. The decision seems to consider the following facts; that the holding of meeting held with the public officials working for the gu-office level public official is required in order to establish the ordinance, which are the main job of the defendants, and confirm the opinion of the head of gu-office, and that the expenses, time and frequency of proving meals to the gu-office level public officials do not violate social practices such as meeting the general requirements for non-violation in terms of motive or goal of the act, the social properness of the means and method of the act, the legal balance between protective benefits and the infringement benefits, as well as urgency and complementation. As such, the target decision by the court has implications in that it has clearly specified the standard on how much the head of local council can provide the public officials with the means according to the Rules. This has led to a suggestion of the requirements of avoiding the illegality in terms of violation of prohibited contributions specified in the Act, considering the circumstances of the act even when the act does not fall on the exception of the contributions.

World Skills Korea Committee for Industrial Policy in the 21st century to meet the needs of the historical profession in animation filed excellent acquisition and the need for human resources through research and public hearings beginning in 2009 a new animation filed in the National Skills Competition adopted the profession. Youth animators features, technologies, and creativity to develop features that help the tournament by forming social relationships and participation. In this study, four years of the test questions analysis and making questions on animation field the way the game athletes and coaching staff interviews, surveys of major in animation through a detailed analysis of the challenges and constructive suggestions by the direction of the best animated field, excavation and occupations were aimed at improving levels of functionality.
