중국의 핵심광물 자원 확보전략과 정치⋅경제적 의미 분석: 리튬 광물자원을 중심으로

Interest in major countries such as the United States, China, the EU, and Japan, as well as Korea, is increasing rapidly in order to secure “Critical Minerals.” This stems from the following background. First, most of the key minerals designated by major countries recently are related to the conversion of key industries such as electric vehicle (EV) batteries based on “climate change, carbon neutrality.” Second, unlike iron, which used to be called “industrial rice,” these core minerals can be weaponized at any time because their stores and production in certain areas are limited. Third, it is related to the global hegemony competition between the United States, a traditional power, and China, which is emerging as an emerging power. Currently, China already controls a large portion of global production through various methods, and industries that use minerals are somewhat more competitive in the global market than the United States. As a result, major countries, including the United States, are feeling a serious threat, which is likely to be very important in terms of economic security in the future. Therefore, this study focused on China's strategy, status, and direction of use of “lithium” mineral resources among key minerals designated by major countries, which are essential in new industries related to carbon neutrality. In particular, how China is securing key minerals was analyzed through government policies, key companies, and the status of securing domestic and international mines. Based on this, we have identified the political and economic implications of China's "lithium" mineral resource acquisition strategy, and based on this, we would like to present the following implications for Korea. Korea, along with China and Japan, is a major producer of electric vehicle batteries where lithium is applied upstream. As of 2022, South Korean companies accounted for about 23.7 percent of the world's electric vehicle battery share, the second-largest in the world after China. However, since most of the raw materials depend on the outside, they are in a vulnerable structure that can be seriously hit if a "lithium price wave" such as 2021 occurs. Therefore, Korea should continue to invest and develop in various countries along with existing suppliers in order to pursue practical benefits beyond its geopolitical position. In addition, various efforts should be made to actively implement the recycling policy of waste batteries to compensate for the vulnerability that does not have natural resources and to develop new industries.

바이오가스와 석유정제산업에서는 부산물로 생성되는 황화수소의 악취와 독성(두통, 구토유발) 때문에 해결책을 고안하고자 다양한 연구들이 진행 중인 상황이다. 하지만, 황화수소는 인간 활동뿐만 아니라 고농도의 유기물이 모여있는 퇴적토 중 혐기성 상태의 심해에서도 발생한다. 해당 영역에서는 용존 산소량이 낮아 황산환원균의 활동에 의해 황화수소가 발생하게 된다. 이때 발생한 황화수소는 어류의 호흡을 방해하여 질식사에 이르게 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 퇴적토로 인해 발생하는 황화수소를 제거하기 위해 TiO2 기반의 흡착 소재를 개발하였다. 해당 흡착소재는 FeCl3를 전구체로 사용하여 소성온도 300, 500, 700, 900℃에 반응시간 3시간을 거쳐 제작되었다. 황화수소는 Fe2O3와 반응하여 Fe2S3와 H2O 형태로 분리될 수 있으며 본 메커니즘을 기반으로 황화수소 흡착 실험을 설계하였다. 실험 조건으로는 황화수소 10 mg/L N2 balanced로 제작하여 사용했으며 MFC를 이용하여 0.7 L/min의 일정 유속으로 흡착능을 평가했다. Fe/TiO2의 황화수소 흡착 성능은 소성 온도와 상관성 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 각 소성온도 조건 별 시료의 변형을 해석하기 위해 X-ray diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)를 진행하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to research on sleep habits of weak children groups using objective evaluation tools. Methods This study surveyed 108 children and adolescents of 4~10 years old who visited the department of Pediatrics of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Korean Medicine Hospital from June 19th, 2015 to August 28th, 2015. Weak Children Questionnaire and CSHQ (The Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire) were used to research on sleep habits of children. We analyzed the data by using PASW Statistics 18.0 with independent t-test. Results CSHQ Score of Weak Children Group was significantly higher than CSHQ Score of Normal Children Group (p<0.05). CSHQ Score ($Mean{\pm}SD$) of Normal Children Group was $52.92{\pm}5.72$ and CSHQ Score ($Mean{\pm}SD$) of Weak Children Group was $56.23{\pm}5.66$. Conclusions Weak Children Group had more sleep habit problems than Normal Children Group.

In a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), query optimization is essential since the DBMS must produce candidate internal access strategies from high level query and select the optimal one. The goal of implementing a good optimization mechanism are; (a) to maximize the performance of selected access strategies and (b) to minimize the optimization overhead. In this paper, a local optimization mechanism proposed. The mechanism enable to estimate precise tuple selectivity of the predicate in queries for optimal access strategy selection and employs a new method for optimization overhead reduction.

This study was to explore the characteristic of Korean tour conductor's leadership using an in-depth interview technique. 10 tour conductors' who have more than four year work experiences were conveniently selected and in-depth interviewed from July 2008 to January 2010. Results indicate that the tour conductors' leadership was inclined to be merchandised by the package tourists. Results also showed that the tour conductors had no choice but to provide customer-orientated servant leadership to the package tourists mostly because they had low status and did not have legitimate power. For this reason, the tour conductors used asymmetric information to control the package tourists. This study suggests that tour conductors need to protect package tourists from local guide's undue influence because local guides ask for shopping and option to the package tourists.
