The purpose of this study is to examine how exercise stimulus effects on the boold concentration of antioxidant enzymes. And then, the results of analysing the boold concentration of antioxidant enzymes before and after graded maximal exercise based on high school's 7 males, are as follows: 1. The blood concentration of SOD is found to have a significant increase before and after graded maximal exercise. 2. The blood concentration of CAT is found to have a significant increase before and after graded maximal exercise. 3. The blood concentration of CAT is found to have a significant change. As the above results, the severe exercise of short time is found to increase the blood concentration of SOD as well as CAT. And then, the blood concentration of GPX is found not to have a significant exchange. To examine the mechanism of the above results manifestly, it is considered that the deep study based on exercise style, duration time and exercise intensity, should be continued.

We gat a result after testing for weight training for 6 weeks and then we found how changed fitness with 14 students, a group of Isokinetic training(7), a group of Isotonic training(7). 1. In Peak Torque changing, after training 6 weeks laters, a group of Isokinetic(increase 20.3%) is higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 13.1%) When we compare with before training and after Detraing 6 weeks. It showed that a group of Isokinetic(increase 12.3%) was higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 2.2%) 2. In Total Work changing, after trainig 6 weeks laters, a group of Isokinetic(increase 22.8%) is higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 12.4%) When we compare whth before training and after Detraing 6 weeks. It showed that a group of Isokinetic(increase 11.8%) was higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 6.6%) 3. In AVG·Power changing after trainig 6 weeks laters,a group of Isokinetic(increase 32.5%) is higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 16.5%) When we compare with before training and after Detraining 6 weeks. It showed that a group of Isokinetic(increase 13.1%) was higher than a group of Isotonic(increase 8.6%) 4. A result of after training 6 weeks later and Detraining 6 Weeks later. It showed that a group of Isokinetic is more decrease than a group of Isotonic in Total Work, AVG·Power and a group of Isotonic is more decrease than a group of Isokinetic in Peak Torque.
男ㆍ女 中學生의 體格 GROUP別 發育樣相에 對한 縱斷的 硏究

The purpose of this study was examine each group's growth type of the middle school syudents through three year's individual follow-measurement. Subject were 1110(male = 558, female = 552) who were living in Tea-gu. 1. In the whole means of each item the growth of rate of male for female in height and the sitting height was 2.9 and that of the weight and the girth of chest was 1.7. 2. The growth volume of the height, the sitting height was commonly anti-proportional in male and female. 3. The weight of male was revealed the similar growth between groups except 6,7 group. And that of female revealed the small decreasing phenomenon in 4 - 7 groups at 4,5 times. 4. The growth volume of the girth of chest was revealed highest in 2 group. Smallest in 6 group of male. And that was revealed the decreasing phenomenon in 6 group of female since 4 times.

In this paper, We propose XML Signature based Encryption and Digital Signature Module for XML Document. Structural method of XML(eXtensible Markup Language) Documents take a good deal of advantage that application use both of content and meta-data. Many Vendors and W3C(World Wide Web Consortium) are going to take a effort that progress XML application. however, during transmitting XML document on Internet, it is viewable by anyone like as general HTML document. If we would keep XML contents from invasion of privacy, then must protect XML document from intrusion. So, we make good use of encryption technique for concealing text node of XML element, and the support of digital signature is XML Signature of W3C.
근저항 트레이닝이 20대 여성의 신체조성과 체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of muscular resistance training on the body composition and the physical fitness. The subjects of study were 6 women in their twenties who had not taken will in ordinary days and had not gone through regular training. The above subjects were measured by body composition and physical fitness pre and post 8 weeks training. The frequence training was more than 4 times a week and the duration of training of each session was 70 miniutes. The results are as fallows: 1. In muscular resistance training for 8 weeks, % Fat 1.8%(7.76%), and Fat weigh 3.0kg(23.43%), wee decreased, while LBM 3.0kg(7.10%) was increased, However, there was no differences. 2. In muscular resistance training for 8 weeks, it was exposed to be increased a little in Left arm strength 2.65kg(9.60%), Fight arm strength 2.03kg(7.78%), Left leg extention strength 12.47kg(6.16%), Right leg extention strength 4.50kg(2.35%), Left leg flextion strength 13.67kg(13.01%), Right leg flextion strength 13.25kg(12.70%), Standing trunk flextion 3.25㎝(18.16%), Front split 2.67㎝(1.65%), Side step 3.83friq(11.16%), Vital capacity 5.02cc(0.22%).

본 논문에서는 포-만트 vocoder를 구성하여 한국어 음성 합성을 연구하였다. 포-만트 vocoder의 구성에 필요한 합성파라메터로서는 스펙트럼 모멘트법에 의한 포-만트 주파수, 최적 Comb법에 의한 피치 주파수, 단시간 평균에너지와 단시간 평균진폭, 대역폭, 음원파형, 가우시안 백색잡음이다. 합성실험은 남성 화자가 발성한 음절, 단어, 문장 등의 음성데이터를 이용하였다. 청취결과, 유무성음에 대해 각각 Rosenberg의 음원파형과 삼각파를 음원으로 적용한 경우가 우수하였다. This paper studies on a method of Korean speech synthesis by composing formant VOCODER. The parameters of speech synthesis are formant frequencies by spectrum moment method, pitch frequencies by optimum Comb method, short time average energy, short time average amplitude, bandwidth, excitation wave and gaussian white noise. In this paper, synthesis is performed using speech data which are syllable, word and sentence spoken by man. Synthesis results are good in case of using Rosenberg & Triangle wave respectively as voice source.

The potency of influenza vaccine is determined based on its hemagglutinin (HA) content. In general, single radial immunodiffusion (SRID) assay has been utilized as the standard method to measure HA content. However, preparation of reagents for SRID such as antigen and antibody takes approximately 2~3 months, which causes delays in the development of influenza vaccine. Therefore, quantification of HA content by other alternative methods is required. In this study, we measured HA contents of H1N1 antigen and H1N1 influenza vaccine by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) methods. The presence of HA1 and HA2 was investigated by silver staining and Western blot assay. In addition, accuracy and repeatability of HA measurement by RP-HPLC were evaluated. Comparison of HA concentration by SRID and RP-HPLC revealed a precise correlation between the two methods. Our results suggest that RP-HPLC assay can replace SRID in the event of a pandemic flu outbreak for rapid vaccine development.

This paper presents an improved switching selection method for the direct torque control (DTC) of five-phase induction motors (IMs). The proposed method is conducted using optimal switching selection. A five-phase inverter has 32 voltage vectors which are divided into 30 nonzero voltage vectors and two zero voltage vectors. The magnitudes of the voltage vectors consist of large, medium, and small voltage vectors. In addition, these vectors are related to the torque response and torque ripple. When a large voltage vector is selected in a drive system, the torque response time decreases with an increased torque ripple. On the other hand, when a small voltage vector is selected, the torque response time and torque ripple increase. As a result, this paper proposes an optimal voltage vector selection method for improved DTC of a five-phase induction machine depending on the situation. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.
