태연혈(太淵穴)의 유침 시간에 따른 체온 변화 -적외선체열촬영(赤外線體熱撮影)을 중심으로-

Objectives: This study was performed to find the desirable remaining time of needle in the acupuncture treatment. Methods: The 21 volunteers were given acupuncture at LU9 vertically and needles were remained for 2 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min, respectively. The thermographic change induced by acupuncture was measured with Digital Infrared Thermographic Image at the following acupoints: LU11, LU10, LU9, LU8, LU5, LU1, and PC7. The statistical significance of thermographi change was evaluated using paired t-test and post hoc Wilcoxon test. Results: The most significant changes after acupuncture were produced when needles were remained for 10 min or 15 min. LU11, LU5, LU1, and PC7 were the point at which all of the remaining time produced significant change commonly. At LU11, the biggest change was produced when needle was remained for 15 min, while at LU5, LU1, and PC7, the biggest change was produced when needle was remained for 30 min, and the smallest change was produced when needle was remained for 10 min at all of acupoints of LU11, LU5, LU1, and PC7. The unbalance between left side and right was decreased the most largely in 15 min group. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the desirable remaining time of acupuncture needle might be 15 min.

친환경 계면활성제 Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate (PCG)가 알칼리 전처리된 백합나무의 효소 당화에 미치는 영향

Potassium cocoyl glycinate (PCG) as a green surfactant was used to evaluate the possibility to substitute petrochemical surfactants for productivity improvement of enzymatic hydrolysis. Yellow poplar (Liriodendron tulipifera L. ) was subjected to NaOH (0.1%, 1.0% and 10.0%) pretreatment at 121°C for 60 min. Pretreated substrate (5.0% w/v) was hydrolyzed by enzyme under the variety PCG concentrations up to 0.3%. The optimum dose of PCG was around 0.03% at which it resulted in the highest total sugar production for all pretreatment conditions. The total sugar production of pretreated yellow poplar with 0.1%, 1.0% and 10.0% of NaOH increased from 2.3, 20.1, 20.8 g/L to 7.7, 25.7, 31.8 g/L under 0.03% of PCG concentration at 72 h hydrolysis. The effect of PCG to improve enzymatic hydrolysis was significantly promising as compared to other researches applying surfactants for hydrolysis. In conclusion, application of PCG was a promising alternative to replace petrochemical surfactants in enzymatic hydrolysis processes due to the high sugar production and positive influence on the ecosystem.

The online photo printing market has expanded dramatically in line with the spread of digital cameras and, as a result, the emergence of digital camera, as new media, has broken the conventional perception of photography. It is now taken for granted to check the condition of photos taken in the LCD display on a digital camera before developing and this has made all concerns about prices of developing and quality of photos history. The growth of the online printing market gearing to the explosive demands for digital cameras has been experienced. Each company who is running online photo printing services has researched the market size, potential for further growth, characteristics of each site and directions for marketing. There are largely two different types of online printing sites. One is online printing factory (printing specialized services) and the other is contents supplying type (online photo printing, running photography communities, news bulletins for digital camera related issues) and the purpose of customers to surf the site is to acquire digital camera related information as well as to print photos but some surf only for printing. Customers participate in Q &A communities and exchange information on digital cameras on a site where printing services are provided. According to an online printing company, the size of the market this year is 200 - 300 Billion Wons and, will grow 100% every year. The major customers who utilize the online services are late 20s and early 30s, and teens and early 20s often just view on monitor not print. Online photo printing service providers in Korea are seriously considering to collaborate with Search Engine Portals to prepare for future expansion of the market. The online photo printing market driven by online photo companies is actively progressing but the diversification of the business is expected as the small number of players evolve into photo portals. The research is expected to contribute to the expansion of the online photo printing market and its progress of business led by the development of Internet environment and growth of its user population.

위성 ATM 망에서 ABR 서비스를 위한 트래픽 전송방식에 관한 연구

ATM의 ABR 서비스는 기본적으로 전달지연이 작은 지상망에 적합하게 개발되었기 때문에 위성 망과 같이 전달지연이 큰 상황에서는 망의 심각한 폭주나 링크의 채널 전송률 저하 등이 발생될 수 있다. 또한 위성채널은 지상 ATM 망에 비해 대역이 제한되어 있으므로 폭주를 미연에 방지하기 위해 보다 치밀하고, 지연에 덜 민감한 대역할당 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 EPRCA 기반의 위성탑재 ATM 교환기로 구성된 위성 ATM 망에서 BECN과 큐의 상태정보를 이용하여 위성 ATM 망에서 ABR 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

대학교 멀티미디어 강의 운영을 위한 직무분석 : 교수학습개발센터 멀티미디어 기자재 관리 담당자의 직무를 중심으로

본 연구는 대학 멀티미디어 강의의 효과적인 운영을 위해 직무분석을 통하여 현재의 멀티미디어 강의 시설운영 업무와 관련된 구체적 정보를 획득하고 문제를 파악함으로써, 그 개선결과를 멀티미디어 강의시설 운영에 적극 반영하여 운영 업무를 개선하고 질적으로 향상시키기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 구체적인 목적은 멀티미디어 강의시설 운영담당자의 직무파악, 책무?작업?작업요소의 규명, 작업요소의 난이도?중요성?빈도 조사, 새로운 운영업무에 필요한 직무행동조사, 직무모델 설정 및 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 직무분석은 최초분석법과 비교확인법을 토대로 하여 선행연구와 문헌조사, 3차에 걸친 인터뷰를 통해 실시되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 직무모형을 개발하고 구체적인 직무내용들을 분석하였다. 멀티미디어 기자재 관리의 전체 직무는 기자재 관리, 기자재 대출 및 반납, 기자재 고장신고 및 수리에 따른 3개의 책무 아래에 기자재 관리, 기자재 대출, 기자재 반납, 기자재 사용법 문의 및 고장신고, 기자재 자체수리, 기자재 외부수리 의뢰라는 6개의 작업과 각 작업별 3~7개의 작업요소로 구성되어 있다 직무분석 결과에 따른 직무수행 과정에 있어 몇 가지 문제점과 애로사항이 발견되었다. 업무가 전체적으로 통합되지 못하여 전체적 파악과 관리의 어려움이 있으며, 사용자들의 가지재 사용법에 대한 인식부족으로 인한 많은 문제가 발생하였다. 또한 기자재 관리 전문 인력의 부족과 업무책임 결정 및 의사소통의 어려움도 발견되었다. 직무분석 결과 밝혀진 내용을 토대로 본 연구에서는 4가지 개선방향을 제언하고 있다. 첫째, 멀티미디어 강의시설의 기자재 관리를 위해 멀티미디어 강의시설 운영을 위한 웹 시스템 및 웹 사이트를 개발한다. 이를 통해 직무수행에 있어서의 불필요한 과정과 시간을 줄여 작업을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있게 하고, 홍보를 통해 사용자들의 멀티미디어 기자재 활용을 촉진한다. 둘째, 온-오프라인의 멀티미디어 기자재 사용교육을 실시하여 사용자들의 기자재 사용능력을 향상시킨다. 셋째, 기자재 관리 업무의 효과성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 멀티미디어 기자재 관리 전문 인력을 확보하고 기존 인력에 대한 교육을 실시한다. 넷째, 멀티미디어 강의시설 운영과 기자재 관리를 위한 관리체계의 조직화 및 일원화를 실시하여 전체적은 운영 업무를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있게 한다. Many universities have been trying to improve the quality of education by utilizing new technology, In order to expand the use of multi-media in a class, teaching and learning center began to establish in many universities. One of the most important factors to improve the effectiveness of centers is to build job model and job description. The purpose of this study was to provide the model of and strategies tor managing multi-media facilities by analyzing job analysis related in teaching and learning centers. Two centers of universities in Seoul were selected for sample because those were established more than 10 years and have a staff position with job title which can help to find the procedures and structure of job, task, and duty. New analysis method and verification method were used to analyze job, duty, and task after reviewing previous research and analyzing theoretical background, Interviews with staff in center for teaching and learning were followed. Finally task models were developed based on research. Four strategies for improving multi-media managing were as followed: 1) Building Web system and site which could save time and resource, in order to manage multi-media equipment effectively 2) Providing workshop for multi-media equipment operation 3) Hiring multi-media specialists 4) Systemizing multi-media facility management.

Objectives : There are a number of preceding epidemiological studies reporting gender differences in the genetic etiology of alcohol dependence. The author investigated gender difference in the frequencies of ADH2 and ALDH2 genoypes between the patients with alcohol dependence and normal control. Methods : The subjects were 141 alcohol dependent patients (104 males, 37 females) and 138 normal control (79 males, 59 females). The frequencies of 1/1 and 1/2+2/2 (2+ afterward) genotypes for ADH2 and ALDH2 were investigated in male and female between alcohol dependence and normal control group. DNA was extracted from WBC in peripheral venous blood and PCR-RFLP method was used out for genotyping. Results : First, the frequency of ADH2 1/1 genotype was significantly higher in alcohol dependent patients than normal control in both genders. Second, while there was no gender difference in the frequency of ADH2 1/1 genotype in normal controls, in the patient group however, the frequency was significantly higher in females than males. Third, in male subjects with alcohol dependence, the frequency of ALDH2 1/1 genotype was significantly higher than in male normal control subjects. On the other hand, in female subjects with alcohol dependence, the frequency of ALDH2 2+ genotype was significantly higher than in female normal control subjects. Conclusion : These results suggest that while the risk of alcohol dependence is predominantly affected by ALDH2 1/1 geno-type in male, the female ADH2 1/1 genotype is mainly associated with the risk of alcohol dependence. This means that there are gender differences in the genetic etiology of alcohol dependence.

개체동결 굴(Crassostrea gigas)을 이용한 레토르트파우치 굴국의 제조 및 품질특성

To develop a value-added product from individually quick-frozen oysters Crassostrea gigas (IQFO), we prepared a retort pouched oyster soup (RPOS) from IQFOs and characterized its processing conditions and quality metrics. We found that the most appropriate manufacturing process for the RPOS consisted of half-thawing and washing raw IQF oysters, blanching, adding them to the retort pouch along with other ingredients (base soup stock, IQF oyster extract, radish, bean sprouts, garlic, and red pepper), sealing, retort sterilization (120°, F0-value 10 min.), cooling, and packaging inspection. The moisture, crude protein, pH and salinity of the RPOS were 91.0%, 2.8%, 6.20 and 0.9%, respectively. The total amino acid content of the RPOS was 2,163.8 mg/100 g, and the main amino acids were glutamic acid, aspartic acid, leucine, proline, lysine and arginine. The primary inorganic ions were Na, K, S and Zn. In taste compounds, total free amino acid content was 313.4 mg/100 g, and the main free amino acids were glutamic acid, taurine, proline, hydroxyproline, aspartic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, lysine and arginine. This RPOS has good storage stability and organoleptic qualities compared with commercial retort pouched shellfish soup, and is suitable for commercialization as a value-added instant seafood soup.
