        텍스트마이닝을 이용한 국내의 대학과 지역 연계 관련 연구 동향 분석: 지역소멸 대응을 위한 지역 특성별 연계 연구 방향성을 중심으로

        이 연구는 인구 및 지역소멸의 이슈 속에서 지역과 대학의 연계 논의가 본격화되고 있는 점에 착안, 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 국내 논문, 학술지 속의 대학, 지역 간의 연계 논의의 특징을 살펴보고, 차후 더욱 실효성 있는 지역-대학 연계를 위한 논의 방향 등을 제시하고자 했다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해, RISS에서 지역, 대학 간 연계의 최신성이 반영된 2010~2022년까지 출판된 논문, 학술지 중, 지역, 대학, 연계 혹은 지역, 대학, 협업이라는 키워드가 제목에 반영된 11.926편 연구를 대상으로, 시기를 3시기로 구분하여, 시기별 빈도분석, TF-IDF 단어분석, 네트워크 분석, 토픽 모델링을 수행했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 빈도분석에선 대학이 주체가 되어 전략을 수립하고, 연계를 통한 구체적 항목으로 교육, 지역과의 상생, 사회적 영향에 주목함을 확인했으나, 중요도 분석 결과, 교육적 효과를 지역 차원 학교에 역점을 두고 이러한 연계를 촉진하는 문화, 교사 역할에 주목함을 확인했고, 이 과정에서 지역별 차이는 고려되지 않음을 확인했다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석 결과, 연계로 창출되는 항목, 즉 방향성 설정과 평가 및 인증 항목 설정에 중시, 연계사업의 표준화에 역점을 두어 지역별 차이가 고려되지 않음을 확인했다. 셋째, 토픽모델링 분석 결과, 교육 차원 토픽이 지속 높았고, 초반에는 평가, 조사, 중반에는 정책, 문화, 후반에는 정책, 사업 혹은 문화, 사업순임을 확인하여 연계 성과가 교육적 차원에 정체되며, 역시 지역별 차이 고려는 보이지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 첫째, 이원화된 대학, 지역사회라는 시각 대신, 지역적 환경, 특성을 일차 분석한 후 이를 연계 협력 이론과 접목함으로써 수정, 보완된 상생 방안이 필요하고, 둘째, 일반적인 연계 결과 항목에 따라 지역적 특성이 가미된 추가적 혹은 가감적 항목 분석과 이에 적합한 개별적인 평가, 인증 방안 제시가 요구되며, 셋째, 지역별 주체가 각각 중시하는 차원에 우선순위를 두어 성과가 창출되는 더욱 실효성 있는 전략 구축과 그 다음 단계의 일관된 추진 필요성을 강조했다. This study focuses on the fact that discussions on linkage between regions and universities are in full swing amidst the issue of demographic and region extinction. It was intended to suggest the direction of discussion for effective regional-university linkage. For this research purpose, 11.926 studies in which the keywords of region, university, linkage or region, university, collaboration were reflected in the titles among papers and academic journals published from 2010 to 2022 reflecting the up-to-dateness of linkages between regions and universities in RISS. For the subjects, the period was divided into three periods, and frequency analysis, TF-IDF word analysis, network analysis, and topic modeling were performed for each period. As a result of the analysis, first, in the frequency analysis, it was confirmed that universities took the lead in establishing strategies and paid attention to education, win-win with the region, and social impact as specific items through linkage. It was confirmed that attention was paid to the culture and the role of teachers that promote this connection, and that regional differences were not considered in this process. Second, as a result of network analysis, it was confirmed that regional differences were not considered by focusing on the items created by linkage, that is, setting the direction and setting evaluation and certification items, and focusing on standardization of linked projects. Third, as a result of topic modeling analysis, the educational level was consistently high, followed by evaluation and survey in the early stage, policy and culture in the middle, and policy, business or culture, and business in the second half. No difference considerations were seen.Finally, Therefore, this study suggested firstly, a modified and supplemented win-win plan is required by first analyzing the local environment and characteristics and then grafting it with the theory of cooperation. linkage with modification. secondly, in accordance with the general linkage result items, It is required to analyze additional or subtractive items with regional characteristics and to present individual evaluation and certification methods suitable for this. Third, it is recommended to emphasize fields by prioritizing the dimensions that each regional subject regards as important, and then to go to the next step consistently.

        Linkage of schizophrenia with chromosome 1q32 in Korean multiplex families'

        <P>Chromosome 1q contains a few loci for which modest evidence of linkage with schizophrenia has been reported in several independent studies. However, markers showing the peak linkage signal are dispersed over a large chromosomal region. In addition, inconsistent findings have been generated from different populations or different subgroups of the same populations. The purpose of the current study is to determine whether those loci are linked to schizophrenia in the Korean population. We investigated 46 Korean multiplex schizophrenia families, initially using 11 microsatellite markers spanning around 91 cM region of 1p22∼42. In a non-parametric linkage analysis, D1S249 located on 1q32.1 showed statistical evidence suggestive of linkage. At the second stage analysis for narrowing down the region, four additional nearby markers were genotyped. In the single point analysis, we found another suggestive linkage signal at D1S2891. The highest NPL score of 2.67 (P = 0.0039) was obtained in the multi-point analysis. This study provides supportive evidence for linkage of chromosome 1q32 with schizophrenia. © 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.</P>

        산업연관표를 이용한 해운물류업의 산업간 연계구조 -사회네트워크분석을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 2010년도 산업연관표를 이용하여, 사회네트워크분석의 관점에서 해운물류업의 산업간 연계구조를 살펴보았다. 특히 산업연관분석의 가상추출법을 이용하여 해운물류업을 국민경제에서 제외하였을 경우 나타나는 전체 산업의 연계구조의 변화를 추정하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, 해운물류업은 산업간 연계구조에서 중심적인 역할은 직접적으로 못하고 있고, 특히 수입거래에 의존하고 있어 해외의 수요변화에 취약한 구조를 가지고 있다. 둘째, 해운물류업에 의한 경제적 연계효과가 높은 산업은 석탄 및 석유제품 제조업, 광업, 운수업, 부동산 및 임대업 등 이며, 이러한 산업들은 산업간 연계구조에서도 중심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 국가의 산업정책상 해운물류업을 육성시키기 위해서는 이러한 산업들과의 연계정책을 우선 고려해야 할 것이다. This study examines the interindustrial linkages of the shipping and logistics industry, focusing on Social Network Analysis (SNA) via input-output tables. Specifically, using the Hypothetical Extraction Method (HEM) for interindustry analysis, this study explores the changes in the interindustrial linkages of entire industries after excluding the shipping and logistics industry from the national economy. The empirical analysis provides the following four results. First, the degree centrality of the shipping and logistics industry is estimated to be low, namely, it does not play a central role in the interindustrial linkages of entire industries. Third, this study utilizes the HEM to estimate the interindustrial linkages of the shipping and logistics industry due to a change in the final demand, and finds that the shipping and logistics industry has many links with other industries, such as transportation (for equipment, rent, and fuel), petroleum and coal product manufacturing, mining and quarrying, and real estate and leasing. Lastly, utilizing the HEM, this study compares the effects with regard to interindustrial linkages before and after excluding the shipping and logistics industry, and finds that the above-mentioned industries experience the largest decrease in their respective prestige centrality. In other words, these industries may be recognized as having the highest linkages with the shipping and logistics industry. In conclusion, the shipping and logistics industry does not play a central role in interindustrial linkages. However, the following industries show high economic linkage effects owing to the shipping and logistics industry, as they play a central role in the interindustrial linkages with this industry: petroleum and coal product manufacturing, mining and quarrying, transportation, and real estate and leasing. Therefore, in order to foster the shipping and logistics industry through national industrial policies, governments must preferentially consider the corresponding linkage policies with these industries. This study estimates the interindustrial linkages of the shipping and logistics industry using input-output tables at the level. However, the features of the shipping and logistics industry for different regions will vary with regard to the regional economies. Therefore, future studies should use regional input-output tables, so as to be able to derive suitable regional-level policy implications for the shipping and logistics industry.

        살인사건의 연관성 프로파일링 연구

        The aim of this study is to identify which variables to be analyzed by criminal investigators in determining linkage profiling for a series of homicides, and to find which variables among these should be primarily considered in determining more accurate linkage profiling. The results include the following: First, it was discovered that further structured analysis methods which could go beyond the simple variables of characteristics of crime is necessary to assess linkage. Second, although a high correspondence rate among the given variables means that homicides are related one another, but it does not always include all the criminal offences that were committed by the same offender. Third, the precautionary acts which are intended to confuse investigative efforts for the purpose of concealing crime itself, or avoiding apprehension make a variety of development in modus operandi over time, and such development changes the characteristics of crime so far as a specific crime look distinctive from other crimes committed by the same offender. Fourth, it might not be appropriate to determine the linkage of homicides focusing on a particular crime motivation because the same offender often shows a number of different motivations of crime in a series of offences. Fifth, the variables which are important in determining accurate linkage profiling for seemingly associated homicides are the methods of attack, the characteristic of weapon, wound pattern, and the level of precautionary acts. In sum, this study uncovered that it is important to secure not only an assessment tool composed of properly structured variables but also the role of well-trained profilers for a more reliable linkage analysis of serial homicides. In addition, it seems vital that the training and education of linkage analysis should enable field profilers to distinguish the variables which are not easily changed from those that are changeable upon situations by the same perpetrators.

        우편 및 택배업의 산업연관분석과 네트워크 특성 및 구조에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 산업연관분석을 활용하여 우편 및 택배업이 전체 산업 활동 전반에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 또한 산업연관분석을 응용한 단위구조행렬과 사회연결망 분석을 통해 우편 및 택배업 관점에서 다른 산업들과의 네트워크 연결성과 네트워크시각화 분석을 시행하는 것이다. 이를 통해 우편 및 택배업의 현재 위치와 현황 및 전체 산업들과의 관계를 확인하며, 어떠한 산업들과 전략적 관계를 가져야 하는가를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019년에 발표된 가장 최신의 실측 자료인 2015년 산업연관표를 활용하여 물류산업을 중분류 기준으로 수정 작성하였으며, 우편 및 택배업의 투입계수, 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 산업간 연쇄효과에 대한 내용을 제시하였다. 또한 산업연관분석과 단위구조행렬 매트릭스를 활용한 사회연결망 분석으로서 연결중앙성, 인접중앙성, 사이중앙성의 내용과 함께 네트워크 시각화 분석으로써 총 37개의 산업들 중 우편 및 택배업과 밀접하게 연관된산업들과 그렇지 않은 산업들을 명확하게 구분하여 제시하였다. 이로써 우편 및 택배업이 전체 산업에 미치는 영향 효과로서 각종유발계수 분석 결과에 따르는 대응방안, 네트워크 특성 및 구조 분석 결과에 따르는 발전방향, 전략적 제휴 및 파트너십을 강화하여야 하는 산업들을 제시하였다. This study is to analyze the impact of postal and courier services on overall industrial activities by using industry linkage analysis. In addition, the network connectivity and network visualization analysis with other industries from the perspective of the postal and parcel delivery industry is carried out through unit structure matrix and social network analysis applied with industry linkage analysis. Through this, the current position and current status of the postal and parcel delivery industry and the relationship with all industries are confirmed, and the strategic relationship with which industries should be suggested. To this end, the logistics industry was revised based on the middle classification criteria using the 2015 industry association table, which is the most recent actual measurement data published in 2019. content was presented. In addition, as a social network analysis using industry linkage analysis and unit structure matrix, it is a network visualization analysis along with the contents of connection centrality, adjacent centrality, and inter-centrality. Industries that do not are clearly classified and presented. Accordingly, as the effect of the postal and parcel delivery services on the overall industry, countermeasures according to the results of various trigger factors, the development direction according to the network characteristics and structure and results, and industries in which strategic alliances and partnerships should be strengthened were presented.

        Establishment of appropriate data in certain formats is essential for agricultural water cycle analysis, which involves complex interactions and uncertainties such as climate change, social & economic change, and watershed environmental change. The main objective of this study was to develop web-based Data processing and Model linkage Techniques for Agricultural Water-Resource analysis (AWR-DMT). The developed techniques consisted of database development, data processing technique, and model linkage technique. The watershed of this study was the upper Cheongmi stream and Geunsam-Ri. The database was constructed using MS SQL with data code, watershed characteristics, reservoir information, weather station information, meteorological data, processed data, hydrological data, and paddy field information. The AWR-DMT was developed using Python. Processing technique generated probable rainfall data using non-stationary frequency analysis and evapotranspiration data. Model linkage technique built input data for agricultural watershed models, such as the TANK and Agricultural Watershed Supply (AWS). This study might be considered to contribute to the development of intelligent watercycle analysis by developing data processing and model linkage techniques for agricultural water-resource analysis.

        IgE - 수용체 매개성 호염기구히스타민유리능과 염색체 11q13 유전형 사이의 연관성

        N/A Objective : To evaluate that genetic factor(s) in chromosome 11q13 may control the expression of basophil histamine release (BaHR) after anti-IgE stimuli, linkage analysis between this phenotype and gene marker of chromosome 11q13 was performed. Material and methods : BaHR after anti-IgE stimuli and genotyping chromosome 11q13 using microsatellite marker (D11S97) was performed in 56 probands with asthma and 59 their sibs. The linkage between the phenotype and the genotype was evaluated by affected and quantitative trait locus (QTL) sib-pair analysis. Results : Maximal BaHR after anti-IgE were 43.3±3.5% in probands and 29.5±2.6% in sibs, respectively. Of 20 sib-pairs with the maximal BaHR more than 33%, 11 (55%) shared two D11S97 alleles, 9 (45%) shared one allele, neither sib-pair shared identical allele. The sharing rate of D11S97 alleles was 75.5%, which indicates linkage of the phenotype and the genotype (p= 0.026). Difference of the maximal BaHR between probands and their sibs was smaller in sib-pairs with two identical alleles than in those with one identical allele and with no identical allele (14.1±2.5% vs. 25.8±3.1% vs. 40.9±4.9%). Conclusion : Expression of basophil histamine release after anti-IgE stimuli was linked to gene marker of chromosome 11q13.

        Industrial Linkage Structure between Land Transport Industry and Distribution Industry in Korea

        Purpose: This study analyzes the production inducement effect and industrial linkage structure of the land transport industries using input-output analysis. In particular, the focus of research is to confirm the link between the land transport industries and the distribution industry in the industrial linkage structure. Design/methodology/approach: The methodology is used by Input-Output Analysis. The analysis focus is calculated the backward linkage effect (BL) and forward linkage effect (FL) using Input Coefficient and Production Induced Coefficient. The analysis data was applied to Korean time-series data from 2000 to 2014 from the World Input-Output Database (Released November 2016). Findings: In Korea, most domestic transportation needs are land transport, and storage services are also provided in conjunction with this. Therefore, it was found that wholesale and retail businesses (G46, G47) in the distribution industry are widely used as intermediary goods. Without the expansion and development of land transport service networks and courier service facilities in Korea, the current chaos caused by COVID-19 would have intensified. Research limitations/implications: The limitation of the study was that reliable data from the WIOD were used but failed to exclude the passenger sector contained in the land transport industries data. Therefore, it is necessary to secure more pertinent data and industrial classifications embodied in the land transport industries. Furthermore, with additional research direction, we analyze the structure of the forward and backward industries of each country's logistics industry and propose establishing the logistics service supply chain concept. Originality/value: Through this study's results, effective industrial policy establishment will be possible considering industries with high production inducement effect to forward and backward industries by the shipping and land transport industries. This study has a meaningful implication that it provides a foundation for understanding the industrial structure linked to the distribution and land transport industries.

        정신분열병 가계에서 6p24-22 염색체에 대한 연관 분석

        Objectives : Chromosome 6p24-22 has been identified as a disease locus with a high probability for schizophrenia based on several genomewide linkage scans with Caucasian families. The recent association studies suggest that the dysbindin gene located at chromosome 6p22.3 may be a candidate gene of schizophrenia. The purpose of this study was to investigate the linkage of chromosome 6p24.3-22.3 locus to schizophrenia in Korean families. Methods : We recruited one hundred fifty-seven family members from forty-six multiplex schizophrenia families. One hundred three of them were affected individuals. four microsatellite markers with 4.8 cM intervals on 6p24.3-22.3 were genotyped. Non-parametric linkage analysis was performed by evaluating the levels of allele sharing between the affected relative pairs. Results : In the single point analysis, no markers on chromosome 6p24.3-22.3 locus showed statistical evidence for linkage. Significant evidence for linkage was not found in the multi-point analysis. Conclusion : These results do not support the previous evidence from Caucasian families for a locus predisposing to Schizophrenia at 6p24.3-22.3, the locus of dysbindin gene. We conclude that if there is a susceptibility locus for schizophrenia in this region then its effect size is so small as to render our study insufficiently powerful to detect it and schizophrenia susceptibility loci in Korean families likey have different ethnicity-specific effects from Caucasian families.

        Genetic Linkage Mapping of RAPD Markers Segregating in Korean Ogol Chicken - White Leghorn Backcross Population

        This study was carried out to construct mapping population and to evaluate the methods involved, including polymorphic DNA marker system and appropriate statistical analysis. As an initial step to establish chicken genome mapping project, White Leghorn (WL) and Korean Ogol chicken (KOC) were used for generating backcross population. From 8 initial parents, total 280 backcross progenies were obtained and 40 were used for genotyping and linkage analysis. For development of novel polymorphic markers for KOC, Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers specific for this chicken line were generated. Also included in this study were six microsatellite markers from East Lansing map as reference loci. For segregation analysis, 15 RAPD markers and 6 microsatellites were used to genotype the backcross population. Among the RAPD markers that we developed, 2 pairs of markers were identified to be linked and another 4 RAPD markers showed linkage with microsatellites of known map. In summary, this study showed that our backcross population generated from the mating of KOC to WL serves as a valuable genetic resource for genotyping. Furthermore, RAPD markers are proved to be valuable in linkage mapping analysis.
