      • Leontief 환경모형 개념을 활용한 환경영향평가와 환경관리의 연계 방안

        Leontief Matrix had been devised by Wassily Leontief, which was to find quantitative Input-Output relation in the analysis of macroscopic economic system. We have called it Input-Output Analysis or Interindustry Analysis generally. It is evident that I/O analysis was devised for Economic System Analysis, but on this study I will come up with one idealistic method which I/O analysis can be utilized as an instrument for the part of interrelationship on EIA among times space and development. because its keypoint is that Input-Output can be reorganized in matrix suitable to EIA process, and we can think Input-Output can be substituted to Factor-Impact. By Substituting the relation between Input and Output to Factor and Impat, we can catch the interrelationship of Factors and practical Impacts in various aspects. So we can say that the merit of Leontief Matrix Analysis is very helpful in following aspect, which make this idea distinguish, when compared to other similar idea. 1. We can devide practical impact with grade according to each factors. 2. Monitoring the environmental change after development by predicting long-Temm and Short-term Impact by regulating the factor, we can catch what factors shall be abbreviated, increased, for the minimizing the impact. 3. It is very helpful in decision making process and permitting the development or not. And we conclude that EIA process can be one instrument for total environmental management by using I/O analysis concept, by Substituting the row-column matrix to -before and after development- assessment and time-space valuables. So Monitring the environmental change after development can be possible by predicting Long-term and Short-term Impact through I/O analysis concept.

        무장애 건축공간 분석을 위한 사용자정보모델링(H.I.M.)에 대한 연구

        This is a basic study to establish the concept of Human Information Models(H.I.M.) which will work for the analysis of urban environment comprised of various architectural spaces. Generally, it is Geometric Information System(GIS) that has been used for the macroscopic analysis of urban environment. GIS is based on the vector data of floor plan and linear movement route, and the raster data of satellite pictures. They are suitable "data" for the investigation of wide regions, but not for the analysis of interior spaces of buildings that takes up a considerable portion of urban environment nowaday. Meanwhile, Building Information Modelling(B.I.M.), which has concerned building materials and performance, is developing the study on "spaces" related with the utilization of buildings. This study created a B.I.M. model of an existing building concerning connections of spaces and movement lengths, and simulated the "activities" and "movements" of people who use the spaces. The term, "H.I.M.", which would be associated with the idea of B.I.M., was defined as the information system on the personal attributes and spatial usages of each individual. The H.I.M. were used for the 4-D analysis of the activities/movements of space users in temporal dimension. The study also conducted Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE) test, and compared its result with the outcome of simulation to check the validity of the B.I.M/H.I.M. analysis. The H.I.M. shall be an essential method for the analysis and prediction of various urban issues in the future with the further studies on personal energy use, thermal comfort, and route selection issues supported by developing artificial intelligence technology.

        산업연관분석을 통한 우리나라 항공물류산업의 경제적 파급효과

        물류산업은 높은 부가가치와 고용을 창출하고, 자본, 노동, 재화 등의 이동에 효율성을 부가하는 측면에서 국가 주요 기반산업으로 간주할 수 있다. 최근에는 다품종 소량화, 규모에 비해 높은 부가가치를 가지는 재화의 중요성과 함께 정보통신등의 발달로 인하여 빠르고 정확한 화물운송이 필요함에 따라 물류산업 중 항공물류산업의 중요성이 높아졌다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 측면에서 정부는 2003년부터 항공물류산업의 육성계획을 국가 주요 사업으로 선정하였고 최근 발표한 공항중·장기계획에서는 항공물류산업의 성장을 위한 인프라 구축과 관련된 내용을 포함하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 최근 정책적으로 중요성이 높아진 항공물류산업이 국가경제에 미치는 파급효과를 보기 위해 2008년 산업연관표를 이용한 I/O분석방법을 통하여 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. This paper analyses the economic effects of the airfreight logistics industry on the Korean economy by using the 2008 I/O Table. In the 1st analysis, we look at the forward and backward linkage effects of airfreight logistics industry. The results show that backward linkage effects of airfreight logistics industry are higher than forward linkage effects. This is because the demand of airfreight logistics is related to the supplement of other industries. In the 2nd step analysis, we look at the economic effect for the final demand. The results show that the labor inducement effect is greater than other effects. Hence, in order to increase value- added, we need to construct logistics systems and infrastructure available for transporting high-end products.

        한국 유니소재화 관련 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석

        Global issues, such as resource depletion, reduction of greenhouse emissions, etc., have been raised. Environmental issues regarding resources and energy are addressed by various industries that provide products and services. However, industries related to the environment have been separated and controlled. Industries related to the environment exist internationally. The Initiative of the environmental industry is the same as the final objective for protecting the environment, but it is different according to the subcategories or indicators of the industry. In this study, the economic effects of the uni-materialization-related industry on Korea by using the inter-industry related to the pollution prevention were analyzed in accordance with using I-O methodology, reflected by a sector of I-O. This study analyzed the unimaterialization industry being specified as exogenous in order to identify the economic effects of the industry on other industries, using the 2014 I-O table data. The economic effects include production, value-adding and employmentinducing, supply-shortage, price-pervasive, and analysis of inter-industrial linkage. The results of the analysis concluded that primary metal products are highest in the production-inducing effect, whereas wholesale and retail trade is the highest in value-added inducing and employment-inducing effects. Construction is the highest in the supply-shortage effects, and other precision instruments are the highest in price-pervasive effects. Based on these results, although the unimaterialization- related industry plays a large role in intermediary products, it is necessary to promote investment in materials and components industries to increase the technological competitiveness of the uni-materialization-related industry that are still highly dependent on imports. Also this study has a limitation that draws economic effects of the industry related to exact resource circulation because of no systematic categories of environmental industries.

        중국 금융산업의 생산유발효과 비교분석 - 2007년, 2012년, 2017년 중국 산업연관표를 중심으로 -

        In this study, in order to analyze the production-induced effects of China's financial industry since joining the WTO, we used the 2007, 2012, and 2017 China input-output tables to analyze the policy impacts exchanged with other industries. The main analysis results are as follows. First of all, in terms of the influence coefficient, in 2007 and 2012, the traditional manufacturing industry that has an impact on China's economic development is gradually shifting to the technical professional equipment manufacturing industry. Analysis shows that due to signs of conflict, the development of China's financial industry has affected China's domestic demand-related industries through the implementation of policies to expand domestic demand. Secondly, the inductance coefficient, 2007 is the five years after joining the WTO in 2006. Due to the full opening up of all sectors, total foreign trade has increased by an average of 30% annually. As a result, it is believed that the financial industry has been affected by and affected by the financial industry, thus forming a virtuous circle. The results obtained in 2012 and 2017 were similar. After the global financial crisis, the Chinese government was related to the construction and reconstruction of infrastructure, such as "Made in China 2025" and "One Belt One Road", as well as the central region, northeast revitalization and western regions. Policy of balanced development. The analysis shows that the industry has affected the financial industry. .

        우리나라와 중국, 일본 물류산업의 상호 파급효과 비교분석

        본 연구는 한·중·일 등 동북아 3국의 물류산업 투자가 3개국 각각의 물류산업에 미치는 영향, 혹은 한·중·일 3국의 타 산업 투자가 해당 국가의 물류산업에 미치는 영향 등 동북아 3국의 물류산업 상호 파급효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 일본 아시아경제연구소에서 작성한 11개국 국제산업연관표를 이용하여 물류부문을 외생화한 국제산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 1차적으로 11개국 국제산업연관표 가운데 한국, 중국, 일본을 중심으로 하는 국제산업연관표로 작성하였으며, 다음으로 물류산업에 대한 3국간 의존관계를 파악하기 위하여 각국의 물류산업의 변화에 따른 상대국들의 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 물류부문의 생산파급효과는 3국 모두 아직까지는 자국 내 효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으나, 중국의 경우 물류시장의 변화에 따라 한국과 일본 산업이 밀접하게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 3국 물류산업간 연관관계는 여전히 매우 낮은 수준으로 나타나 아직까지는 3국 물류산업이 사업영역을 공유하지 않고 독자적인 물류산업을 진행하고 있는 것으로 판단되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the spill-out effects of logistics industries among Korea, Japan and China. For this purpose, we used an International I/O table made by Asian Economic Institute of Japan, which is made up for 11 countries. At first, we transformed the I/O table for 11 countries into that for 3 countries, and then we applied the Inter-Regional Input Ouput model to find out the spill-out effects of one country's logistics investment to another country's logistics or other industries. The contribution of this study is that this paper has suggested a method how to evaluate a logistics interrelation among 3 countries by way of I/O analysis for the first time.

        Stream Processing에서 I/O데이터 일관성을 고려한 성능 최적화

        본 논문은 대량의 stream data를 처리하는 어플리케이션에서 하드웨어 가속기들이 접근하는 메모리가 non-cacheable에서 cacheable으로 변경됨에 따라 발생할 수 있는 데이터 일관성 문제를 고려하여 시스템 최적화를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 상위 수준 시뮬레이션을 통한 프로파일링 결과를 토대로 분석식을 만들어 활용하였다. 실험한 결과 여러 이미지 크기에서 메모리가 cacheable로 변경됨에 따라 평균 1.40배의 성능 향상을 보였다. 분석식의 주요 파라미터 최적화를 통해 최종적으로 3.88배의 성능 이득이 발생했으며, 항상 메모리가 cacheable인 경우의 성능이 항상 우월한 것은 아님을 확인할 수 있었다. Performance optimization of applications with massive stream data processing has been performed by considering I/O data coherency problem where a memory is shared between processors and hardware accelerators. A formula for performance analyses is derived based on profiling results of system-level simulations. Our experimental results show that overall performance was improved by 1.40 times on average for various image sizes. Also, further optimization has been performed based on the parameters appeared in the derived formula. The final performance gain was 3.88 times comparing to the original design and we can find that the performance of the design with cacheable shared memory is not always.

        문화산업투자의 경제적 파급효과분석

        This paper is designed compare and analyze both the indirect and direct effects by the Input-Output analysis model which the investment on the cultural industry has an influence on the cultural industry and other department. I did take into special consideration of the current trend of new industry appearance in the field of cultural industry and subdivision. Instead of nsing 28×28 Sector Tables which was being used in the existing research. I used 168×168 Sector Tables as the first object of analysis. I also rewrote and analyzed the Input-Output Tables. Concretely speaking, 168×168 Sector Tables are reflecting each of seven cultural industry and 162×162 Sector Tables are combined into one catagory. Unlike the existing research, I used various analyzing steps. The main way to analyze lies in all sorts of the induced coefficients such as products, value-added, employment, imports, backward linkage effect, forward linkage effect, while the subsidiary way to analyze lies in rest of the indrstrial induced coefficients such as employee`s pay, sales surplus, indirect tax and employment. According to the result of investment analysis, it showed that cultural industry had far-reaching effects on the major macro economic factors such as products, value-added, employment and indirect tax, and so on. Therefore, it is also needed to analyze that the effectiveness of investing on the cultural industy should be raised by the integral and systematic management by the government invesment on the cultural industry.

        새로운 동북아시대의 전개와 북평산업단지의 역할 : 동해자유무역지역을 중심으로

        동북아지역의 경제협력은 1980년대 말까지 이념적 대립으로 기대하기 어려웠으나 중국이 1979년 이후 시장경제체제의 도입과 대외개방을 추진하고, 1990년대 러시아가 시장경제체제로 급속한 전환을 하면서 상황이 변화되고 있으나 기존의 이념대립을 완전히 벗어나지 못하고 있어 동북아시아에서의 다자간 경제협력은 중앙정부 차원보다는 지방정부차원의 하위지역협력으로부터 시작되었다. 강원도는 환동해권의 실천적 전략으로서 제도적 환동해경제권을 지향하는 「황금의 육각모형」을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 동북아 경제협력 체제를 구축하는 과정에서 동해안지역 특히 과거 산업활동이 침체되어오다 최근 주변 경제환경이 변화되면서 산업활동이 활성화되고 있는 북평산업단지 특히 동해자유무역지역 지정에 따른 파급효과를 파악 하였다. 분석결과 동해자유무역지역의 지정에 따른 지역경제의 파급효과는 생산 유발계수 1.37707, 고용유발계수 0.014963, 부가가치유발계수 0.22689로 추정되었다. 최근 인근지역에 대형사업들이 확정되거나 추진되고 있어 이들 사업들이 정상적으로 추진되면 지역의 산업패턴에 크게 변화할 전망이며, 환동해권의 생산ㆍ물류전진기지로서의 역할수행에 상당한 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to grasp the role of Donghae Free Trade Area(DFTA) in a process of the economic cooperation of the Northeast Asia. For the purpose, we described the Golden Hexagon Model, and built a model of impact analysis for DFTA and applied it to a singular case. In this way, we were able to estimate its real impacts. Specifically, we applied an I/O analysis to the case of DFTA as a means of measuring impact in terms of production, employment, and income. Our analysis results present that production derivative effect for designating DFTA is 30,635 millions won, value added creation 5,047 millions won and investment multiplier effect 57,708 millions won. There, also, will be 474 job creation effect from related DFTA and its industries. On the one hand, the concrete plans for developing the exchange between east coast of Korea and related countries should be met from mid-and-long term point of view, and measures should be sought to utilize DFTA which is expected to play an crucial role for activating their relationships.
