        SCEP 프로그램이 일반계고등학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        이 연구의 목적은 ‘SCEP’프로그램이 일반계 고등학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 수원시에 소재한 일반계 고등학교 2학년 2개 학급을 각각 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 실험집단에게는 사전검사와 사후검사 사이에 10차시의 SCEP프로그램을 실시하였다. 종속변인인 진로결정자기효능감을 측정하기 위해 사용된 도구는 CDMSE-SF척도를 이용하였으며 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전-사후 검사 평균을 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 살펴보기 위해 집단별 대응표본 t 검증을 실시하였다. 또한 프로그램의 효과에 대한 남녀 및 학업성취도별 차이를 분석하기 위해 변인별 대응표본 t 검증을 실시하였고 양적연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 정성적 분석도 활용하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 얻은 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반계 고등학생의 진로결정자기효능감은 SCEP 프로그램 적용 후에 향상되었다. 실험집단은 진로결정자기효능감 전체점수와 모든 하위영역에서 사후검사 점수에서 유의미한 점수의 향상이 나타났다. 이로써 이 연구에서 실시한 SCEP프로그램이 학업성취도 중 집단의 진로결정자기효능감 향상에 매우 효과적인 프로그램임을 밝혀내었다. 따라서 장차 일반계 고등학생의 진로결정자기효능감을 증진하기 위한 진로교육의 질적 수준제고에 크게 기여할 것으로 전망한다. The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness of the SCEP program on career decision making self-efficiency of high school students. To this end, two second-year classes of general high schools in Suwon were divided into experimental groups and control groups, and the experimental group was given the 10th SCEP program between pre- and post-examination. The SCEP program was reorganized into a 10th program after a review by experts on SCEP (School Career Education Program) for high schools developed by the Korea Occupational Ability Development Institute. The tool used to measure the path determination magnetic efficacy of the dependent spokesman used CDMSE-SF scale, conducted an independent sample t verification of the pre-test to verify the homogeneity of the experimental group and control group, and performed a group-specific response t to examine the effectiveness of the program through the pre- and post-test mean of the experimental group and the control group. In addition, a response sample t was verified by a variable to analyze differences between male and female students and academic performance on the effectiveness of the program. In addition, qualitative analysis was used to supplement the limitations of quantitative research, and the effectiveness of the program was found through subsequent activity sites and student freedom response surveys. The study results from this process are as follows. The career decision making self-efficiency of high school students improved after the SCEP program was applied. The experimental group showed significant improvements in the overall score of the career-setting magnetic efficacy and in the score of the post-test in all sub-regions. This found that the SCEP program in this study was very effective in improving the self-efficiency of groups during academic performance. Therefore, it is expected that it will greatly contribute to raising the quality of career education in order to improve the career decision making self-efficiency of general high school students in the future.

        프로그램 발명의 보호방안 - 일본 법제와의 비교분석을 중심으로 -

        It is current situation that computer technology plays the more and more important roles in modern society and people dispute over the proper protection of core software for computer technology. It is also current status that the protection plan of the patent law is need to be discussed along with globalization and internationalization of the law together with matter of actual profit as patent law regarding program that has been protected by existing copyright law. It is obvious that it may influence on program-related industry positively in respect that the patent originally promotes technology innovation and gains the investment profit for technology development through exclusivity. It is also clear that the patent may hinder the market activities as it weakens the competitiveness and there is a concern the restriction on technology innovation may be brought due to excessive protection. So, it is required to review what the most adequate protection method is minutely regarding the protection of new technology. So, this thesis was willing to pay attention to the programs that are protected by the patent law in Korea. It was willing to research the plan that can establish the more effective protection system by analyzing the tendency and precedents of protecting the programs in Japan out of IP 5 countries after grasping the problems of protection system of Korea. It is needed to discuss the proper protection plan that can be applied to Korea by analyzing the patent law and inspection guide of Japan that shows the similar revision of patent law in Korea. Especially, in order to judge the patentibility of program invention thoroughly and distinguish it from the programs of copyright, it is necessary to consider the plan that stipulates the object to be protected by patent law. Furthermore, it should be considered in the inspection stage so that the patent can be granted only for the more strict and sophisticated invention when considering recent international trends regarding program invention. That is, precise supplementation of regulation with aggressive requirements is required. Now that the problem of insufficient patent is not limited to program only, the patent right should be granted only for the invention that has the definite value for protection by strictness for patent investigation and drawing up the statement strictly as thorough patent management that corresponds to exclusive protection. Technology of program evolves today, but it will be impossible to create the perfect law that specifies and prepares for the programs to be appeared now and in the future. But, it is important to establish the protection environment of programs to better status and seek for the unique direction of positive change. It is the time to have the institutional and policy concern to establish longer-term and macroscopic protection law system regarding newly-introduced concepts not law revision by instant need.

      • K대학교의 역량 기반 비교과 프로그램 운영 성과 분석

        본 연구는 K대학교의 역량 기반 비교과 프로그램의 성과를 분석하여 핵심역량 기반 교육의 관점에서 대학에서 운영 중인 비교과 프로그램의 성과를 객관적으로 탐색하고 관리하기 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 19개 비교과 주관부서에서 운영한 244개 비교과 프로그램에 참여한 15,390명의 학생을 대상으로 다중응답 교차분석과 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 질적분석을 실시하여 그 결과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비교과 프로그램 운영자가 기획한 기대 함양 역량과 참가자의 인식 역량 간에는 표면적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 확인된다. 비교과 프로그램 운영 담당자는 학생이 함양하게 될 기대 역량으로 과반수가 D역량을 기획하였으나, 비교과 프로그램에 참여한 학생은 대부분 A역량을 함양한 것으로 응답했다. 둘째, 학생의 비교과 프로그램 참여에 영향을 준 요인을 분석한 결과 ‘취업 정보를 습득’하는 ‘유익한 프로그램’에서 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 종합하면, K대학교 학생들은 비교과 프로그램에 참여하여 A역량을 함양하였으며 취업 준비에 실제적인 도움을 제공받는 비교과 프로그램 참여를 선호하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 역량 기반 비교과 프로그램의 운영 성과를 기반으로 대학에서 운영하는 다양한 비교과 프로그램 운영과 질 관리체계 고도화의 토대를 마련하는 데에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study aims to analyze the performance of competency-based Extra-curricular programs at K University, providing insights for objectively exploring and managing the effectiveness of these programs within the context of core competency-based education. A qualitative analysis was conducted using multiple response cross-analysis and text mining on 244 Extra-curricular programs operated by 19 departments, involving 15,390 students. The results of the study are as follows: First, there is a noticeable discrepancy between the competencies expected by program operators and those perceived by participants. While the majority of program operators planned for students to develop D Competency, most students reported gaining A Competency from their participation in the programs. Second, analyzing the factors influencing student participation in Extra-curricular programs revealed that programs deemed ‘beneficial’ for ‘acquiring employment information’ had the highest frequency of positive responses. In summary, K University students developed A Competency through their participation in Extra-curricular programs and showed a preference for programs that provided practical assistance in preparing for employment. This study is expected to provide foundational data to enhance the operation and management of various Extra-curricular programs at the university, based on the performance of competency-based Extra-curricular programs.

        Program Evaluation - The Case of Head Start Program -

        Head Start Program was created to provide comprehensive health, social, educational, and mental health services to disadvantaged preschool children and families. This paper looks through the history and characteristics of the program. But previous studies find mixed results on its benefits and there still exists a general lack of consensus about the contributions of the program to the improvement of disadvantaged preschool children in the health, social, educational, and mental terms. On the basis of program evaluation, this paper makes the following six policy suggestions to improve the program: (1) increasing funds to disadvantaged children and families, (2) paying more attention to children and families in need of special care, (3) making more collaborative efforts between Head Start Program and other programs serving children and families, (4) developing more various programs through multicultural and multilingual efforts for diverse groups of children and families, (5) providing more home-based Head Start Program services to isolated families and children with disabilities in rural areas, and (6) developing better strategies to ensure that children eligible for Head Start Program receive benefits.

        2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정 개발 관점의 변화에 따른 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정 연수 프로그램 개발, 실행 및 평가

        The purpose of this study was to develop, implement, evaluate in-service program on the practical problem focused Home Economics program. This program is expected to contribute to the enforcement of high quality of teacher's teaching competency and to the readiness for the 2007 newly revised Home Economics curriculum. This study was carried into by followings steps: 1. Program development: Based on the program design, an in-service program of practical problem focused home economics curriculum and teaching-learning materials were developed. 2. Program implementation: The four days/30 hours in-service program was delivered in January, 2008 with 24 participants. Mentor teachers were arranged playing interface role during the program. 3. Program evaluation: Group interview was held and written evaluation was collected from participants, mentor teachers, and home economics curriculum experts. From the results of this study, it is suggested to promote understanding of theory relatively easier than delivered in the in-service program, to extend to a 60 hours program includes more activity and workshop, and to develop in-service programs for the beginner and the advanced groups separately. 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정은 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정 관점이 수용되어 개발되었다. 그러므로 이를 수업에 제대로 실행할 수 있도록 할 지원 체계가 요청된다. 본 연구자는 가정과 교사의 혁신역량 강화와 교실수업 능력 향상을 위해 새로운 차원의 연수가 요청되고 있음을 인식하고, 연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 작업의 일환으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정 연수 프로그램을 설계하여 제안한 바 있다(이수희ㆍ유태명, 2008). 본 연구는 그 후속연구로 직전연구의 결과를 기초로 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 교육과정 연수 프로그램을 개발, 실행, 그리고 평가해 봄으로써 새로운 교육과정의 도입에 대비하고 동시에 가정과 교사의 교수 능력을 강화할 수 있는 질 높은 연수 프로그램을 마련하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연수 프로그램 개발단계에서 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과를 최대한 반영하여 총 30시간으로 구성된 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정 연수 프로그램의 내용을 개발했다. 이에 따라 강의를 위한 원고를 집필하고 실습 및 활동을 포함하는 교재를 개발하였다. 연수 프로그램의 실행단계에서 2008년 1월 21에서 29일 기간 중 4일의 오프라인(30시간)과 별도로 1월 23일에서 27일까지 5일의 온라인 활동으로 구성된 연수를 실시하였다. 참여자는 24명으로 2007년 개정 교육과정 단원을 고려하여 6팀으로 구성하고 멘토교사를 활용하였다. 연수 프로그램의 평가단계에서 연수 참여자로부터의 서면평가와 집단면담, 전문가로부터의 서면평가를 통해서 연수 프로그램의 평가를 받았다. 연수 참여자는 연수내용, 강사 및 운영방식에 만족하였으나 좀 더 많은 시간을 할애하여 지도안을 작성하여 발표하고 피드백을 받기를 원하였다. 개인적인 수업설계의 기회를 원하는 연수 참여자도 많았다. 전문가의 경우 연수 프로그램개발을 위한 본 연구의 설계가 우수하다고 평가하였다. 용어의 통일, 내용구성의 순서, 실습내용의 적절성에 대한 전문가 평가에서의 제안과 평가 내용은 연수교재의 수정 보완할 방향을 제시하였다는 측면에서 실제적 도움이 되었다.

        마약류 중독자를 위한 자기사랑하기 프로그램의 개발 및 효과

        The purpose of this study was to develop a self-love program in order to investigate the effectiveness of the self-love program when applied for the treatment of drug abuse. The self-love program was administerd to fourteen drug-abusing criminals under supervision by the probation office. The main topics of the self-love program include the following: understanding, "Who am I?"; care of one's body; finding quality worlds and one's self merit; planning the future when one is aware of one's true self-wish; being able to forgive others; being able to forgive one's self; praising others and themselves for merit; to comprehend the positive and negative aspects of drug abuse; the management of stress and finding new pleasures; effective relationships with others; contemplating the meaning of life; and to be able to envision a mental picture of the patients' futures. The procedures for applying this self-love program included the use of breath-counting meditation, a lecture, individual group discussions related to the above topics, the concluding impressions about the program by group members, and finally, breath-counting meditation. The group was assessed during the pre and post periods of the program in order to verify the effectiveness of the program. The results showed that the self-love program reduced drug abuser's depression and increased the subjective well being and self-esteem of the drug abusers. In addition, the program determined that drug abusers exhibited signs of self-love, self-understanding, personal relationships, and an increased desire to abstain from the use of drugs. In conclusion, it was determined that the self-love program is an effective and viable treatment for drug abusers.

        TA집단상담프로그램이 전문계고등학생들의 자아존중감과 의사소통 방식에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this thesis is to develop the TA group counseling program which can enhance the self-esteem of the students in specialized high schools and help them to gain effective communication skills by improving their ways of aggressive communication styles and then to verify its effects. To verify the effects of the TA program I set up hypotheses as follows. First, the experience of the TA group counseling program will have positive effects on the self-esteem of the students in specialized high schools. Second, the experience of the TA group counseling program will have positive effects on the ways in which the students in specialized high schools communicate. To verify the hypotheses of this study I carried out self-esteem and communication skill tests. The subjects were the 24 students from the ○○ specialized high school in Uljugun, Ulsan City, who had low self-esteem and communication skills and volunteered to participate in this program. I divided them into two random groups of 12; one is an experimental group and the other a controlling group. As a self-esteem test tool for the pre-test I used the method developed by Rosenberg(1965) and translated by Jeon Byungje(1974). As a communication skill test tool I used PCI, the method developed to test communication skills of couples by Navran(1996) and translated by Mo Euihoi(2001), and modified in keeping with the high school students. In the case of the TA Program given to the experimental group, after having checked over and analysed various literatures and papers related to the TA program, based on the TA program for youth well-being in Chapter 3 of the book [Psychology of Teenagers and TA Program] co-authored by Je Seokbong. Seok Changhoon (2006), I constructed and developed my own TA program for my subjects. It has been modified and complemented through three consultations with a TA expert, a counseling expert and two educators. I, finally, constructed this program into a total of 8 modules of 120 minutes. Soon after having finished the program I conducted a post-test on both groups with the same self-esteem test tool and communication skill one as the pre-test. I analysed the effects per subscale by conducting ANCOVA, which controls each pre-test score as independent variables and makes post-test scores dependent variables. To complement the limits of the quantitative analysis I analysed the contents of each module Session Evaluation Questionnaire, which lets us know the psychological experiences and changes of individual participants. The results are as follows, First, the pre-test scores related to the self-esteem tests between the experimental group and the controlled group showed meaningful differences(F=23.64, p<.001) but when the differences were controlled the scores between both groups showed meaningful differences(F(1,21)=33.80, p<.001). The results of TA program showed that the post-test scores relating to the self esteem of the experimental group(M=27.42) were higher than those of the controlled group(M=22.33). This shows that the TA program has positive effects on improving the self esteem of the specialized school students. Therefore the first hypothesis that the experience of the TA program will have positive effects on self-esteem of the specialized high school students was supported. Secondly, the pre-test scores related to the communication skills between the experimental group and the controlled group showed meaningful differences(F=7.84, p<.01) but when the difference was controlled the scores between both groups showed meaningful differences(F(1,21)=33.41, p<.001). The post-test score of the experimental group(M=80.67) was higher than that of the controlled group(M=62.92). Therefore, the second hypothesis that the TA program will have positive effects on improving communication skills was supported. To verify the validity of the TA program applied in this study and to complement the limits of quantitative analysis I analysed each SEQ on 4 levels; smoothness, depth, positive-emotion and awareness-emotion. The result is that the score of the 8th module including the whole TA program was the highest out of all of 4 levels. This supports the result that the TA program had positive effects on the self-esteem and communication skills of the students. In the case of contents the score got higher in the order of stroking, ego-state analysis and transactional process. This supports the prior research insisting on the improvement of students` self-esteem through the stroke counseling method of TA. This also matches the prior research that the TA program helps students understand their own and others` personalities and has effects on self-perception and personality improvement. The results of this study show that the TA program has educational availabilities because it had positive effects on the self-esteem and communication skills of the specialized high school students. The TA program met with good results for the students with lower self-esteem and communication skills among the specialized high school students. Therefore, this study has very high values in that it provided empirical data that the TA program is the proven program best suited to help the students adapt to school. I`d like to give some tips for utilizing the results from this study and for succeeding research. First, the TA program might be useful for everyone who wants mental growth and development as well as for students with difficulties. Secondly, it is very useful and important to adjust and arrange time during the TA program. Thirdly, the efficient and suitable methods for students need to be researched in the transactional processing modules. Finally, the program leaders should meet the following qualifications; They should complete an introductory TA course, be open-minded, manage activity-based programs, use various techniques suitable for each situation and in particular lead the program suitably for cognitive levels and for the progress of the students.

        장애인복지프로그램 보급사업 성과에 대한 비용-편익 분석

        Although Significant numbers of social service program for persons with disabilities have been implemented, virtually no research has examined the extent to which these programs impact on communities at local government level. This study examines the community outreach programs for disabilities initiated by Busan municipal government. Focusing on logic model and efficiency evaluation of the program, this article analyse various service programs for the disabilities 8 years period from 2000 to 2008. 127 thousand disabilities participated these program per year, and accessability problem were partly resolved through these programs. Improvement also occurred on the part of participating community welfare centers in term of the capabilities of planning and evaluating unit programs for the disabilities. Based on the needs of disabilities each unit program was periodically monitored by the governing agency, Busan Social Service Center for the disabilities. This outreach program also brought about the integration of the disabled and non-disabled in terms of mutual activities. Cost-benefit analysis reveled that the benefit of the outreach program was 35% higher than the cast. These Findings have implication for effective service programs for the disabilities. This community-wide evaluation research suggests that expansion of these program would produce extended positive results for the underprivileged group of service population such as the disabilities. 이 연구는 장애인복지 인프라가 매우 취약하던 부산지역에서 지방정부와 학계, 그리고 지역사회복지관의 연계를 기반으로 지역사회 장애인들의 복지욕구를 충족시키기 위해 실시된 장애인복지프로그램 보급사업 성과에 대한 효율성 분석에 대한 연구이다. 사회복지 프로그램에 대한 평가 기준은 다양하지만 이 연구에서는 장애인복지프로그램 보급사업의 성과에 대한 효율성을 평가하기 위해 보급사업의 성과를 논리모델에 의해 체계적으로 분석하였으며, 이 사업이 지역사회에 미친 경제적 가치를 비용편익분석을 통해 평가해보았다. 비용-편익분석의 결과로는 보급사업에서 산출되는 연평균 서비스 규모가 장애인복지관 1개소에서 산출되는 평균 서비스 규모에 비해 1.7배 정도의 성과를 발생하여, 편익/비용 비율은 1.35로 정(+)적인 효율성을 나타내었으며, 화폐적인 측면에서는 1,634,751천원의 순편익을 지역사회에 발생시킨 것으로 분석되었다.

        프로그램 미술의 논리와 한계 : 계산된 창의성

        The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of experimental art using computer programs and algorithms and to examine the possibilities and limitations of artistic practice. I would like to call the program-based art, which is defined as the core of the device, arbitrarily called ‘Program Art’. 'Program Art' means literally produced art based on the program. The program is designed to produce results in accordance with predefined rules, and its principles are deterministic and predictable. Therefore, the art that relies on the program conflicts with the main principle of art creation. It seems to harm ‘creativity’, the most universal virtue required for works of art. However, the works of William Latham and Karl Sims, which use evolutionary algorithms, are further reinforced with ‘indeterminism’ and ‘unpredictability’. Objects produced through artificial evolution show new forms that did not exist in the past. Here, the program chooses the most improvable form. At this time, the artist can not predict what form the program will have. The creative possibilities of program art relies on these ‘indeterminacy’ and ‘unpredictability’. If creativity is the ability to produce new, valuable ideas that have not existed in the past, the work the program produces can be creative. However, novelty must be perceived as valuable to humans in order to have creativity. This requires a comprehensive judgment of human beings, including philosophy, aesthetics, psychology, and history. In this respect, ‘program art’ does not intensify human exclusion but rather promotes active participation of human beings. Under this condition, program art can open up new areas that artistic practices of the past could not reach. 이 연구는 컴퓨터 프로그램과 알고리즘을 활용한 실험미술의 의미를 살펴보고, 그 예술적 실천이 지닌 가능성과 한계를 조망해 보는 데 목적이 있다. 필자는 플루서가 장치의 핵심이라고 규정한 프로그램 기반의 미술을 임의적으로 ‘프로그램 미술(Program Art)’이라 부르고자 한다. ‘프로그램 미술’은 문자 그대로 프로그램에 의거하여 생산된 미술을 뜻한다. 프로그램은 사전에 정해놓은 규칙에 따라 결과를 산출하도록 설계되어 있고, 그 원리는 결정성과 예측가능성에 있다. 따라서 프로그램에 의지하는 미술은 예술창작의 주요 원리와 상충된다. 즉 예술작품에 요구되는 가장 보편적인 덕목인 ‘창의성’을 해치는 것처럼 보인다. 하지만 진화 알고리즘을 활용한 윌리엄 래섬이나 존 심스의 작품에서는 오히려 ‘비결정성’과 ‘예측불가능성’이 한층 강화된다. 인공진화를 통해 산출된 개체는 과거에 존재하지 않았던 새로운 형태를 보여준다. 여기서 프로그램은 ‘무작위로’ 가장 비개연적인 형태를 선택한다. 이 때 작가는 프로그램이 어떤 형태를 낳게 될지 예측할 수 없다. 프로그램 미술의 창의적 가능성은 이 ‘비결정성’과 ‘예측불가능성’에 의지한다. 만약 창의성이 과거에 없었던 새롭고 가치 있는 사고를 산출하는 능력이라면 프로그램이 만들어낸 작품은 창의적일 수 있다. 하지만 새로움이 창의성을 가지려면 인간에게 가치 있는 것으로 인식되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 철학과 미학, 심리학, 역사를 비롯하여 인간 자체에 대한 종합적 판단이 요구된다. 그런 점에서 ‘프로그램 미술’은 인간의 배제를 심화하지 않고 오히려 인간의 적극적인 참여를 재촉한다. 이 조건에서 프로그램 미술은 과거의 수많은 예술적 실천이 가닿지 못했던 영역을 새로 개척할 수 있다.

        한국과 미국의 프로그램 학습성과 평가체계 사례분석

        This study aimed to seek the ways of improving program outcomes assessment systems for engineering education accreditation of South Korea through performing comparative analysis on those of the United States. Case-study research method was implemented to achieve the research goal. Five university programs, which have been well recognized as good practices in engineering education accreditation in the United States, were selected and analyzed. In addition, those of three universities in South Korea were chosen for comparative analysis, which were reformed by university affiliated Engineering Education Innovative Centers. The analysis results indicated that there were differences in each program’s program outcomes, assessment level of program outcomes, evaluation methods on program outcomes achievement, and analysis and improvement records. It was drawn up that the evaluation methods on program outcomes achievement should be paid full attention. For better program outcomes assessment system, however, the followings are in more attention. Firstly, to establish program outcomes reflecting program goal. Secondly, to set up the detailed plans for analysis and quality improvement on program outcomes. Thirdly, to keep continuing efforts on curriculum update.
