카지노운영관리 직무에 관한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 개발

This study developed a National Competency Standard(NCS) regarding the casinooperations management based on the manual for developing National CompetencyStandard of 13 years and a revised classification system chart of the National CompetencyStandard. For the research method, this study developed a national competency standard ofrelevant jobs after going through review, consultation, modification, supplementation, andreporting procedures 10 times with development experts of the National CompetencyStandard, the industrial setting professionals, education and training experts,qualification(job analysis) experts, facilitators, and a working group of job·verificationcommittee based on the phased range and DACUM procedure of study. The majordevelopment results of this study are as follows. First, this study selected and defined duties based on the revised classification systemchart of the National Competency Standard, then drew and developed total 8 ability unitsbased on the applicable duties. Secondly, based on the developed ability units, total 27ability unit factors were deduced and developed. Thirdly, a standard system by ability unitfactor was developed based on the level of the national competency standard and revisedclassification system chart, then this study deduced and developed a supra-domain of thestandard system by competency units using the standard tranquility value by thesecompetency unit factors. Based on such development contents and guidelines for thenational competency standard ability unit classification number, this study deduced anddeveloped category numbers by relevant competency unit. Fourthly, total 27 relevantperformance standard by competency units and knowledge, skill, and attitude werededuced and developed. Fifthly, this study deduced and developed a scope of application,work situation, evaluation guide, core competency, and development history in reference tothe total 8 relevant competency units based on the duties. 이 연구는 ‘13년 국가직무능력표준 개발 매뉴얼과 국가직무능력표준 개정 분류체계표에 근거하여 카지노운영관리 직무에 대한 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 개발한 것이다. 연구 방법은 단계별 연구 범위와 직무분석기법인 데이컴(DACUM) 절차에 의하여 국가직무능력표준 개발전문가인 산업현장전문가, 교육훈련전문가, 자격(직무분석)전문가, 퍼실리테이터 및 실무·검증위원인 워킹그룹과 함께 총 10차례 검토·협의·수정·보완·보고 절차 단계를 거쳐 카지노운영관리 직무의 국가직무능력표준을 개발하였다. 이 연구의 주요 개발 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국가직무능력표준 개정 분류체계표에 근거하여 카지노운영 직무 선정과 직무를 정의하였고 직무를 토대로 총 8개의능력단위를 도출 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발한 능력단위를 근거로 총 27개의 능력단위별 능력단위요소를 도출 개발하였다. 셋째, 국가직무능력표준 수준 및 개정 분류체계표에 근거하여 능력단위요소별 수준 체계를 개발하였고 이들 능력단위요소별 수준 평정값을 이용하여 상위 영역인 능력단위별 수준 체계를 합의 도출하였다. 이에카지노운영관리 직무에 관한 능력단위 및 능력단위요소에 따른 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 개발 지침에 근거하여 카지노운영관리 직무에 관한 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 분류번호를 제시하였다. 넷째, 능력단위 범위를 기준으로 총 27개의 해당 능력단위요소별 수행준거와 지식·기술·태도를 도출 개발하였다. 다섯째, 카지노운영관리 직무에 기초한 총 8개의 해당 능력단위에 근거하여 적용 범위 및 작업 상황, 평가 지침, 직업기초능력 등을 협의․도출․개발하였다.
외식슈퍼바이저의 운영관리능력이 신뢰 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 - 1인 소비 트렌드를 조절변수로 -

This study is to find out whether single-person consumption social trends will play a role in the relationship between the operational management capabilities of restaurant supervisors and their trust and intention to revisit. 273 copies collected for one month in July 2019 were used for analysis for consumers who have experience using restaurant companies. Using SPSS 21.0, frequency, factor, trust, and regression analysis were conducted, and operational management capability and trust were significantly affected. In addition, the relationship between trust and revisit has been shown to have a significant impact, and it has been confirmed that the one-person consumption trend plays a role in the relationship between operational management capability and trust. 본 연구는 외식슈퍼바이저의 운영관리능력과 신뢰 및 재방문 의도와의 영향 관계에서 1인 소비 사회 트렌드가 조절역할을 할 것인지를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 외식업체를 이용한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 2019년 7월 1달간 수거한 273부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도, 요인, 신뢰, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 운영관리능력과 신뢰는 유의한 영향 관계로 나타났다. 또한, 신뢰와 재방문의 영향 관계는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 운영관리능력과 신뢰와의 영향 관계에 1인 소비 트렌드가 조절역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.
초등학교 체육수업에서 교사의 교수 요인으로 인한 학생 소외 원인 이해

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 체육수업에서 교사의 교수 요인으로 인한 학생 소외 원인을 수업의 관계성 측면에서 이해하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 안양시에 소재한 A 초등학교 6학년 168명이며 설문과 수업 관찰, 면담을 통해 교사의 교수 요인으로 인한 소외 아동 3명(남1, 여2)을 선정하였다. 자료는 면담과 비참여 수업 관찰을 실시하여 수집하였고, 귀납적 범주 분석을 통해 부실한 수업 운영, 지도 능력 부족, 관리 능력 결여로 소외 원인이 분류되었다. 부실한 수업 운영은 ‘종목 편애’, ‘기능 우수아 위주’, ‘무기력’ 등이고, 지도 능력 부족은 ‘시범조’, ‘수준별 지도’ 등이다. 관리 능력 결여는 ‘동료 비난에 무관심’, ‘팀구성’, ‘수업후의 괴롭힘’ 등으로 이해할 수 있었다. The purpose of the study was to understand the causes of students’ marginalization in elementary P. E. classes occurred by teaching factors of teachers, from a relational approach. Research participants of the study were a total of 168 sixth-graders enrolled in ‘A’ elementary school, which is located in Ahn-Yang City. After conducting survey, interviews, and non-participant observation, three students (one boy, two girls) were selected as marginalized students. With the students, interviews and non-participant observation were conducted for data collection. After that, using inductive categorical analysis, a) poor class management, b) lack of teaching ability, and c) absence of management were categorized as the causes of the marginalization. Concretely, poor class management turned out to be a) sports favoritism, b) superior students-centered education, and so forth, Lack of teaching ability turned out to be a) use of demonstration group, b) instruction according to the levels, and so forth. Absence of management is composed of a) indifference to peer criticism, b) team organization, c) hazing after class, and so forth.
의사소통 역량 신장을 위한 비교과 프로그램 운영 방안 -가천대학교 의사소통센터 사례를 중심으로-

This article tried to find out how to operate the extracurricular program to improve communication competence. For this purpose, the present situation and direction of the extracurricular program operated by the Communication Center of Gachon University were examined. In order to increase the practical communication competence, not only the ability required of the caller but also the ability necessary for the receiver must be handled integrally. In addition, the program should be continuously operated so that learner can practice the communication process sufficiently by stopping the single program operation. And it is necessary to improve the efficiency of communication education by systematically managing personal communication competence. Considering the importance of the communication process, it can not be said that it is equipped with communication competence simply by writing well and talking well. Therefore, in order to improve communication competence, it is necessary to develop a program considering various factors of communica tion as well as various communication methods. 이 글은 의사소통 역량 신장을 위한 비교과 프로그램 운영 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 가천대학교 의사소통센터에서 주관하는 비교과 프로그램 운영 현황과 운영 방향을 살펴보았다. 실질적인 의사소통 역량을 신장시키기 위해서는 발신자에게 요구되는 역량뿐 아니라 수신자에게 필요한 능력을 통합적으로 다루어야 한다. 또한 단발성의 프로그램 운영을 지양하고 학습자가 의사소통 과정을 충분히 연습할 수 있도록 지속적인 프로그램으로 운영되어야 한다. 그리고 개인별 의사소통 능력을 체계적으로 관리하여 의사소통 교육의 효율성을 높일 필요가 있다. 의사소통의 본질은 발신자와 수신자의 상호작용을 통해 이해와 공감을 이끌어내는 데 있다. 이러한 의사소통 과정의 중요성을 고려하면 단순히 잘 쓰고 잘 말하는 것만으로 의사소통 역량을 갖췄다고 할 수 없다. 따라서 실질적인 의사소통 역량을 강화할 수 있는 의사소통의 다양한 방식은 물론 의사소통 과정에서 요구되는 여러 요인들을 고려한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Logistics centers play an important role in the SCM network. There are tangible and intangible assets that are widely considered as suitable variables for measuring performance of logistics centers. However, few confirmatory research have been conducted identifying the relationship between the intangible assets and the performance of logistics centers. Thus, this paper examines the impact of managers`` interorganizational relationship ability on the performance of logistics centers. Based on the sample of 90 professionals in Korea, it shows that intellectual stimulation, commitment to growth, communication, and trust had positive effects on working lead time. Furthermore, individual consideration had a positive impact on perfect order fulfillment. The results also identified that community building had a positive impact on the sales revenue. In conclusion, this study clearly identified that positive relationship building in the managerial level employees can have a positive impact on the overall performance of logistics centers.

This paper aims to summarize what roles teachers of Japanese play in the process of administering and managing e-learning contents and identify what qualifications and abilities are required of the teachers in addition to those required in conventional face-to-face learning by looking into a case of Japanese classroom practices in the Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. In analyzing the teachers’ qualifications and abilities, by examining the cases of administering and managing the contents of Japanese language and circumstances in Japan, from three perspectives of ‘professionalism’, ‘self-educational ability’ and ‘humanity,’ and drew characteristics of the qualifications and abilities required for teachers of Japanese in the process of administering and managing the e-learning contents. As a result, it was concluded that the qualifications and abilities required of teachers of Japanese in the process of administering and managing the e-learning contents included ‘ability of communication in Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) space’, ‘ability to improve mentoring’ and ‘autonomy and humility.’

Since the mid-1990s, small and medium distribution and retail businesses have been experiencing difficulties due to the active entry of domestic and foreign distribution companies into the distribution industry. Accordingly, in 2003, the government established a small and medium distribution logistics center to secure self-sustainability and strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium distribution and retail businesses. However, in the rapidly changing distribution environment, small and medium distribution logistics centers were becoming increasingly difficult. To strengthen the management capabilities of small and medium distribution logistics centers, 4 primary factors (management operational ability, employee professional competency enhancement, product delivery, customer CS management) and 16 secondary factors were established based on literature research and FGI. We intend to derive the final weight and priority of these factors using AHP, and establish strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium distribution logistics centers.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized evaluation tool that can evaluate the current state of brains of adult men and women. For this purpose, 479 cyber university students in Cheonan, conducted an online questionnaire on brain operational quotient, physical symptoms, subjective well-being, and self-leadership measures. The final items were confirmed by examining the item goodness level and deleting the inappropriate item. Factor analysis was performed on the final items to extract sub-factors of each scale, and reliability and validity analysis of the scale were performed. The results showed that the item goodness, construct validity, concurrent validity, and reliability of the brain operation quotient test were within the appropriate range. Implications for validating studies on various groups and linking brain improvement programs were described.
