濟州地域에서 販賣되고 있는 國內産 市乳 7個製品을 1986年 3月부터 1987年 2月까지의 매월 2회씩 총 138점에 대하여 組成分을 分析한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 市乳의 乳脂肪, 乳蛋白質,乳糖,總固形分 및 無脂固形分의 含量은 各各 3.71%, 3.11%, 4.59%, 12.17% 및 8.48%였다. 2. 各 組成分 含量은 季節에 따라 變化하여 대체로 봄과 겨울철이 여름과 가울철에서 보다 높았다. 3. 各 組成分 含量間에는 高度의 正의 相關이 있었다. 4. 各 製品間의 組成分 分析結果는 乳脂肪 含量은 B제품이 3.86%로서 가장 높았고, E제품이 3.55%로써 가장 낮았으며 乳蛋白質은 B제품 및 D제품이 3.17%로 가장 높았고, F제품이 3.02%로 가장 낮았으며 乳糖과 總固形分 및 無脂固形分은 各各 4.57%, 12.44%,8.65%로써 D제품 市乳가 가장 높았고, E제품은 4.34%, 11.83%, 8.28%로써 가장 낮은 수준을 보여 주었다. This study was carried out to find the chemical properties of the market milk produced in Korea. Market milk from 7 dairy companies was analyzed for their gross composition, twice a month from Mar. in 1986 to Feb. in 1987. MULTI-SPEC. M was used to determine fat, protein, lactose, solids-not-fat and total solids in samples collected from retail stories in Che-ju area. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The average contents of fat ,protein, lactose, total solids and solids-not-fat were 3.71, 3.11, 4.59, 12.17% and 8.48%. 2. Average compositions of market milks have shown large a variation with the seasons and was generally higher in spring and winter. 3. There were highly positive correlations among the components. 4. B prouct gave the highest fat content, 3.86% but E product gave the lowest, 3.55% and D product gave the highest protein content, 3.17% but F product gave the lowset, 3.02% and D product gave the highest value of lactose, total solids and solids-not-fat contents (4.57, 12.44 and 8.65) but D product gave the lower 4.34, 11.83 and 8.28%, respectively.
정보시스템 개발방법론 성과에 관한 연구 : 혁신이론 관점으로 lnnovation Theory Perspective

Many enterprises are interested in using the IS development methodologies as a means of increasing system performance and solving the problems of delayed delivery time, excessive budget, and failure of integrated systems. Even if previous researches showed that the system productivity and quality improvement using the system development methodologies are very poor, we tried to find that the methodologies are meaningful as an innovative means for IS performance. We defined that the IS development methodology as a technical and managerial innovation for IS department. We intended to study the relationship between the implementation process of the IS development methodology divided into four steps and IS performance. A cross-sectional field survey with IS departments of domestic companies was conducted, and we used LISREL 8 12a to perform the structural equation model analysis and hypothesis verification. We found the meaningful relationship between the development methodology and qualitative performance. We reconfirmed that the relationship between the development methodology and qualitative performance is not meaningful as expected, which is the same result with the previous researches. But the qualitative performance affects very strongly to the quantitative performance. As a result, we suggest that IS managers and developers keep the principles of improvement.
Vacuum Packaging Technology of AC-PDP using Direct-Joint Method

We suggested new PDP packaging technology using the direct joint method, which does not need an exhausting hole and tube. The advantages of this method are simple process, short process time and time panel package. To packaging, we drew the seal line of glass frit by dispenser followed by forming the lump, which provide pumping-out path during the packaging process. And, we have performed a pretreatment of glass frit to reduce the out-gases. After which, both front and rear glass plates were aligned and loaded into vacuum packaging chamber. The 4-inch monochrome AC-PDP was successfully packaged and fully emitted with brightness of 1000 $cd/m^2$. Also, glass frit properties for pretreatment condition was investigated by AES and SEM analyses.

This paper presents heating process for obtaining standing carbon nanotube emitters to improve field-emission properties from the screen-printed multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) films. In an atmosphere with optimum combination of nitrogen and air for heat treatment of CNT films, the CNT emitters can be made to protrude from the surface. This allows for high emission current and the formation of very uniform emission sites without special surface treatment. The morphological change of the CNT film by this technique has eliminated additional processing steps, such as surface treatment which may result in secondary contamination and damage to the film. Despite its simplicity the process provides high reproducibility in emission current density which makes the films suitable for practical applications.

<P>We demonstrated the in situ one-step fabrication of suspended single wall carbon nanotube transistors with Fe/Al bi- layered film electrodes for practical integrated quantum phase devices. At 300 K, the devices show field effect transistor operation with an excellent subthreshold swing of S ~ 90 mV/decade for a long channel of 3 mum. In the low temperature regime, we observed four clear peaks corresponding to the four-fold degeneracy of the quantum energy levels at 3.7 K. These four clear peaks indicated that both of the contacts between the SWNT and Fe/Al are highly transparent and that a high-quality SWNT bridge is formed. The dl/dV characteristics under an applied external magnetic field indicate that the modulation of the bandgap of the nanotube with the oscillation of the conductance can be achieved by varying the magnetic field, due to the quantum interference of the electrons. In summary, the simple one-step grown SWNT junction between Fe electrodes can be utilized as a promising element for integrated quantum electronic devices.</P>
