        도시소공원의 사회체육시설 환경색채 연구

        본 연구는 도시소공원 색채환경에 관한 연구로서 사회체육시설 영역을 중심으로 서울과 동경사례를 비교, 분석하여 색채환경 차이를 이해하고 시민건강증진을 위한 도시소공원 사회체육시설 색채계획을 수립하기 위한 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 서울과 동경에 위치한 순환선인 2호선과 야마노테선을 중심으로 인근 지하철역에 위치한 도시소공원을 선정, 분광측색기로 환경색채를 측정하였다. 서울 도시소공원 4곳, 동경의 도시소공원 4곳 총 8곳을 직접 방문하여 현장조사를 실시하였으며 도시소공원의 사회체육시설물, 공원시설물, 바닥 포장면으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 서울과 동경의 도시소공원의 사회체육시설 영역의 환경색채는 전반적으로 Y계열(Y, YR, GY)의 색채의 분포가 높게 나타났다. Y계열 다음으로 서울의 경우 B계열(B, BG, PB), 동경은 R, P계열로 나타나 색상분포가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 사회체육시설물의 경우, 서울보다 동경이 다양한 색상분포를 보였고, 서울이 명도가 다소 높게 나타나 밝은 색채가 시설물에 적용되었고 동경의 경우 원색에 가까운 고채도의 색채가 적용되고 있었다. 세 번째, 공원시설물 색채는 서울과 동경이 비슷한 명도, 채도값을 나타냈고, 색상분포에서 서울은 Y계열-B계열 순으로 높게 나타나며, 동경은 Y계열-R계열 순으로 높게 나타나고 있다. 바닥포장면의 명도와 채도도 서울과 동경이 비슷하게 나타나지만 색상분포에서 차이를 보였다. 향후, 색채의 생리적, 심리적 반응에 대한 연구결과를 사회체육시설 색채에 적용하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the color environment of urban small parks. We selected the urban small parks located in the subway stations around the line 2 and the Yamanote line in Seoul and Tokyo, and measured the environmental color with a spectroscopic colorimeter. Four urban parks, four urban parks, four urban parks, four urban parks, and four urban parks in Tokyo, and conducted field surveys. The study was divided into social sports facilities, park facilities and floor paved areas. The results of the study are as follows. The color of Y, YR, and GY colors were high in the environmental color of the first sports facilities in Seoul and Tokyo. In the case of Seoul, B, BG, PB, and Tokyo are R and P series, respectively. econd, in the case of social sports facilities, Tokyo has a different color distribution than Seoul, and Seoul has a somewhat higher brightness, so bright colors have been applied to the facilities. Third, the colors of park facilities showed similar brightness and saturation values in Seoul and Tokyo. In color distribution, Seoul is higher in Y-series and B-series, and Tokyo is higher in Y-series and R-series. The brightness and the saturation of the bottom pavement are similar to those of Seoul and Tokyo. However, the difference in color distribution shows that the color difference of the social facilities of urban small parks in Seoul and Tokyo varies depending on the color distribution rather than brightness and saturation.

        근린공원에 대한 환경지각이 이용자의 건강증진인식에 미치는 영향 - 창원시의 8개 근린공원을 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 근린공원에 대한 이용자의 공원지각환경이 건강증진인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 경상남도 창원시의 8개 근린공원을 대상으로 공원별 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 먼저 공원별 공원지각환경에서는 대부분의 공원이 집에서 공원까지의 거리와 집에서 공원까지의 길 환경이 높게 평가된 반면, 수공간과 공원 내 다양한 볼거리는 충분하지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 23개의 지각환경 변수들을 요인분석한 결과, 경관성, 안락성, 접근성, 활동성, 편의성, 쾌적성의 6개 요인으로 분류되었다. 이를 토대로 건강증진인식과 지각환경요인과의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 8개 공원 중 4개 공원에서 지각환경요인이 신체적 건강증진인식에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 접근성과 활동성이 3개의 공원에서 영향력이 있는 변수로 분석되었다. 또한, 심리적 건강증진인식의 경우, 8개 공원 중 5개 공원에서 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 접근성이 4개의 공원에서 영향력이 있는 변수로 평가되었다. 이상과 같은 결과들은 기존의 공원 환경을 개선하고, 새로운 공원을 조성하고자 할 때 효율적인 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of environmental perception in neighborhood parks on user's recognition of health improvement. This study used objective field survey data and subjective user survey data at 8 neighborhood parks in Changwon City. According to the results, the perceptions of distance and street environment from home to park were evaluated highly but the perception of water spaces and various attractions within the parks were rated lowly in most of parks. As a result of factor analysis, 23 environmental perception variables were classified into 6 factors such as scenery, comfort, accessibility, activity, convenience and amenity. For the result of regression analysis between environmental perceptions and user's recognition of health improvement based on 6 factors, the recognition of physical health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 4 parks among 8 parks. 'Accessibility' and 'activity' were analyzed as the meaningful factors in 3 parks. Also, recognition of mental health improvement was significantly influenced from environmental perception factors in 5 parks among 8 parks and especially 'accessibility' was showed as the significant factor in 4 parks. The findings from this study can contribute to improve the physical environments of the present parks and can be a basic data for new park development.

The Anti-cancer Effect of Oriental Medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang in the Mouse with Metastatic Lung Cancer. Proceedings of International Symposium on East-West Medicine, Seoul. 231-243, 1999.-The oriental medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang is an herbal medicine which has been used for pulmonary diseases and known as having immune stimulatory effects. It has been known effective in lung cancer. So we studied the effects and the mechanisms of this herbal medicine it the mouse with metastatic lung cancer. The metastatic lung cancer of the mouse was produced with melnoma cell line(B16BL/6).5×10□/mouse tumor cells were injected intravenously to the CDF1 mouse via tail vein. The mice were divided 4 groups. The first group was treated with 50mg/kg extract of Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang per oral for 10 days after cancer cell injection, second group treated with saline after cancer cell injection, the third group with medicine without cancer cell, and the last group with saline only. After 10 days treatments some of the mice were scarificed and the lung and spleen was removed. The survival duration, weight change, the number of metastatic cancer nodule of the lung, the NK cell activity, the capacity of cytokines(INF-γ,INF-α,IL-2) production and the proliferation activities of mouse lymphocytes were measured. The surival times of the group 1 mice were longer and the weight loss was less than the group 2 significantly. The number of the metastatic nodule of the lung were decresed in the group 1 than the group 2. The production of INF-γ,was increase in group 2 than group 3 and 4, IL-2 production was increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4 significantly. There was no difference in TNF- α production and proliferation activity of lymphocyte in each group. The NK cell activity was significantly increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4. We conclude that the Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang has the effect of increasing the NK cell activity of the CDF1 mouse with metastatic lung cancer(B16BL/6). And it is suggested that the increased production of the IL-2 is the mechanisms of enhanced NK cell activity.

        'Joe'(調) implies the harmony or the regulation, and 'Kyung'(經) indicates a meridian on that is translating meridian blood and Meridian-Qi. The Meridian channel is opened to the Five viscera(五藏) and the Six bowels(六腑) internally and that is connected with three hundred and sixty five joints externally. The body never occurs disease until Qi-hyul(氣血) is harmonied and Yin-Yang(陰陽) is balanced. If the disease occurs by means of the internal cause-the eating and drinking, the living of dwelling space, the importance of the emotion etc, I or by means of the external cause- the wind and rain, and the cold and dampness, it has influence on the Qi-hyul(氣血) of the body. Therefore with disharmony of the body has Qi-hyul, each kind of the Hei-shil disease brake(&實病燮) occur. From this chapter, Joe kyung(調經) implies the regulation that each kind of Hei-shil disease brake with ocwrance of the disorder of the body Yin-Yang-Qi-hyul(陰陽氣血), the shortage(&) is supplied, and the surplus(R) is decreased. Summerizing the contents of the "Joe Kyung Ron(調經陰)" in reference to the contents of successive generation note, the contents were as follows; In chapter 1, it was made clear that the revelation of the body normal physiological function had an action that connected human being's inside with it's outside, and that play the part of a passage in Qi-hyul(氣血) risvolving. In chapter 2, it was made clear about the plentiful disease, and it's administration of the Shen-Qi-Hyul-Hyung-Zhi(神·氣·血·形·志) with kept in the five viscera. In chapter 3, it was made clear about the Hei-shil(虛實) of the cause of the disease(病機), Qi-Hyul(氣血) union malim(雅氣), that by Qi-Hyul(氣血) itself union how Hei syndrome(虛證) and Shil syndrome(#%) are? In chapter 4, it was made clear that cause of a disease about Hei-Shil(虛實) has an attack of disease by pung(風)·woo(雨)·han(寒)·seo(署), and by the eating and drinking, the living of dwelling space and it explained the cause of a disease. In chapter 5, it explained the cause of a disease about Yin-Yang-Han-Yul(陰陽寒熱). In chapter 6, it explained an acupuncture technique about Hei syndrome(虛證) and Shil syndrome(l實證). chapter 7, it explained the method of Joe Kyung(調經) through the region of the body. The above contents had significient influence on the assortment and demonstration of the method of the acupuncture and moxibustion and disease in the future.

        고령자 급성 췌장염의 임상적 고찰

        Background/Aims: Inflammatory diseasas of the pancreas are not uncommon. The advanced age is one of the significant factors in assessing the severity of acute pancreatitis. It has been shown that the biliary tract disease is a more frequent cause of acute pancreatitis in the elderly than in the young. With the increased life span, the elderly are comprising a large proportion of the population. As a result, physicians are more often being faced with acute pancreatitis in the elderly. The purpose af this study was to evaluate clinical features of acute panereatitis in the elderly. Methods: A total of 188 patients with acute pancreatitis were reviewed. We investigated the differences of clinical characteristics between the elderly patients aged over 60 and the young patients aged under 60. Results: The sex distribution showed male preponderance in the young patients (M:F=2.4:1), but was nearly equal in the elderly patients (M:F=1.1:1). The most common cause of acute pancreatitis in the elderly was biliary tract disease (52.5%), while alcohol abuse was the most common cause in the young patients (38.8%), Local complications of acute pancreatitis, such as psuedocyst, necrosis, abscesses were not differently shown between the elderly (16.9%) and the young (20.2%) patients. Systemic complications including acute puhnonary failure occurred more frequently in the elderly patients than the young patients. The mortality rate of the elderly patients (5.1%) was not significantly different from that of the young patients (3.1%). Conclusions: To detect correctable underlying bihary tract diseases the elderly patients with acute pancreatitis should be completely investigated using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). In addition, the patient should be closely monitored for the development of the systemic complications during the disease process.

      • Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Korean Wheat Cultivars Using Microsatellite DNA Polymorphisms

        Genetic background and phylogenetic relationships among 20 Korean wheat cultivars were assessed using microsatellites after amplifying with 13 SSR primer pairs. Average allele number per primer pair was 3.36. Genetic similarities for every pair of cultivars ranged from 0.42 to 0.97, with 0.69 of overall average. Korean cultivars were divided into two major groups based on microsatellite DNA polymorphisms. Group I consisted of relatively old cultivars developed until 1970s, and group II contained the recent cultivars developed during 1980s and 1990s. Amongst old elite cultivars/lines, ‘Yukseung 3’, ‘Norin 12’ and ‘Norin 72’ contributed most to the genetic background of cultivars belonging to group I, and ‘Norin 4’, ‘Norin 12’, ‘Norin 43’ and ‘Norin 72’ to group II, respectively. The phylogenetic relationship of Korean wheat cultivars was in accordance with the genealogical data of each cultivar. The genetic background of each cultivar was assessed from the point of breeding and germplasm management such as variety identification and duplicated accessions for assisting in developing a system for the registration of new variety based on the molecular characterization in future.

      • Effect of Cooling Rate on Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Cu-TiB<sub>2</sub> by Turbulent In-Situ Mixing Process

        <P>A copper matrix composite reinforced with in situ TiB2 nanoparticle was successfully fabricated by tubulent in-situ mixing process. The microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties of the in situ composite were investigated. The results showed that the in situ formed TiB2 particles, in which size varying from about 50nm to 200nm, exhibited a homogenous dispersion in the copper matrix. It is shown that the interface between the nanoscale particles and the matrix was clean without a transitional layer. Because of the reinforcement, the hardness and Young’s Modulus of the composite improved with increment of cooling rate. Moreover, the in situ Cu-TiB2 composite exhibited higher electrical conductivity with increasing of cooling rate.</P>

      • Polymerase chain reaction으로 설사 영유아 대변 검체에서 adenovirus type 40, 41의 분리 동정

        Adenovirus is the second leading cause of acute gastroenteritis. As the children with diarrhea by acute adenoviral gastroentertis usually require hospitalization, rapid diagnosis is necessary for proper management. Adenovirus infection can be diagnosed conventionally by the direct electron microscopic observation of the virus particle, isolation of the virus by cell culture, or enzyme immuno assay. Recently, polymerase chain reaction is applied for the detection of adenovirus. In this study, we investigated stools collected from 100 children hospitalized for diarrhea in Ewha womans University Hospital from the September of 1995 to the July of 1996 for adenovirus by polymerase chain reaction. Two oligonucleotide primers, desiginated as hexAA1885 and hexAA1913, were used for the detection of enteric adenovirus type 40 an 41 in PCR. After amplification pf 35 cycles, 300 bp fragments were detected on 1.8% Sea Kem GT agar gel in 14 samples. The stool samples were further analyzed by electron microscopy and immunoblotting. In electron microscopy, icosahedral particles of about 75nm were observed in a^7 of the 14 samples. The 14 samples were collected from children whose mean age was 1.4 years and the sex ratio was 10/4(M/F). The seasonal variation showed acute gastroenteritis by adenovirus infection was frequent in March to May and in September to October in Korea.
