        본 연구는 한국의 뿌리, 동양의 미의식을 동시에 지닌 숙명문화원의 가치를 끌어올리기 위해 ‘브랜드, 디자인, 마케팅’을 융합된 시점에서 바라보고 그래픽, 제품, 공간의 통합 및 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구 시간적 범위는 2017년 3월~6월까지 조사대상은 브랜딩이 미흡한 숙 명문화원의 문신미술관, 숙명박물관, 숙명역사박물관, 정영양자수박물관으로 한정한다. 그 결과, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 브랜드스토리인 ‘문신의 작은 우주’는 조각가 문신의 가치관과 정체성을 유지하면서 지역사회와 소통하는 미술관으로서 포지셔닝 되었다. 또한, 문신미술관은 디자인과 마케팅 측면을 융합하여 로고, 사인물, 에코백, 머그컵 및 전시기획 등에 이르기까지 일관성과 객관성, 스토리성을 띄었다. 끝으로 본 연구는 문신미술관의 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 좀 더 체계화된 G·I, P·I, S·I의 통합 브랜드 매뉴얼을 만든 것에 의의가 있다

        Temperature-responsive interdrop association of condensed attractive nanoemulsions

        This study introduces a temperature-responsive attractive nanoemulsion (ANE) system, which ischaracterized by the polymer chain conformation-driven dipolar interaction across different oildroplets in an aqueous medium. To achieve this, highly stable ANEs were produced by co-assembly ofamphiphilic triblock copolymers (ATCs), poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(e-caprolactone)-b-poly(ethyleneoxide) (PEO-b-PCL-b-PEO), with lecithin at the oil-water interface. The dipolar attraction of the methoxyterminated-PEO (mPEO) of ATCs on one drop surface with the lecithin head located on the other dropsurface led to the drop-to-drop association. We showed that the efficiency of this interdrop associationwas dominantly influenced by the chain conformation of mPEO blocks. From dense suspension rheologystudies, it was demonstrated that the ANEs formed a gel-like phase below the lower critical solutiontemperature (LCST) of the mPEO, but transformed to a liquid-like phase above the LCST, which occurredreversibly, thus enabling the development of temperature-responsive emulsionfluids.

        Safety and efficacy of 10-fraction hypofractionated radiation therapy for non-small cell lung cancer

        Purpose: To investigate the safety and efficacy of hypofractionated radiation therapy (HFRT) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer who are unfit for surgery or stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) at our institution. Materials and Methods: From May 2007 to December 2018, HFRT was used to treat 68 lesions in 64 patients who were unsuitable for SBRT because of central tumor location, large tumor size, or contiguity with the chest wall. The HFRT schedule included a dose of 50–70 Gy delivered in 10 fractions over 2 weeks. The primary outcome was freedom from local progression (FFLP), and the secondary endpoints included overall survival (OS), disease-free survival, and toxicities. Results: The median follow-up period was 25.5 months (range, 5.3 to 119.9 months). The FFLP rates were 79.8% and 67.8% at 1 and 2 years, respectively. The OS rates were 82.8% and 64.1% at 1 and 2 years, respectively. A larger planning target volume was associated with lower FFLP (p = 0.023). Dose escalation was not associated with FFLP (p = 0.964). Four patients (6.3%) experienced grade 3–5 pulmonary toxicities. Tumor location, central or peripheral, was not associated with either grade 3 or higher toxicity. Conclusion: HFRT with 50–70 Gy in 10 fractions demonstrated acceptable toxicity; however, the local control rate can be improved compared with the results of SBRT. More studies are required in patients who are unfit for SBRT to investigate the optimal fractionation scheme.

      • Hemoptysis caused by coronary artery aneurysm associated with fistula to pulmonary art ery

        Introduction: Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is defined as abnormal dilatation of coronary artery, found in 1.5% to 5% of patients undergoing coronary angiography. Coronary artery fistula (CAF) is found in 20% of CAA patients, 17% of CAF is connected to pulmonary artery. Rare case has been reported hemoptysis in patients with coronary aneurysm - pulmonary artery fistula. Case Report: Herein, we report a case of a 58-year-old woman complaining of recently aggravated hemoptysis. Her symptom started 13 years ago, she previously diagnosed with bronchiectasis and underwent bronchial artery embolization at the time. The electrocardiogram showed normal sinus rhythm and no active lung lesion was found in chest radiograph. From chest contrast-enhanced computed tomography, dilated left main coronary artery and left anterior descending artery were detected, which maximum diameter up to 12.17 mm (Fig. 1A). Echocardiogram showed normal systolic function with an ejection fraction of 63%, and normal valve function. But we found diastolic shunt flow towards the distal part of pulmonary valve, suggesting fistulous connection between pulmonary artery and left main coronary artery. Coronary angiography revealed coronary-to-pulmonary artery fistula associated with a giant aneurysm located at left main coronary artery (Fig. 1B) and anomalous branch from RCA os to pulmonary trunk. The patient was successfully by treated by surgical closure of fistula, and was discharged on postoperative day 5.

      • 실시간 운영체제 UbiFOS™ 인터페이스용 미들웨어 설계 및 구현

        사용자가 응용프로그램 개발 시, 응용프로그램은 특정 운영체제에 의존적으로 개발되기 때문에 각각 운영체제 커널의 제약을 받게 된다. 또한 응용프로그램의 시스템 종속성으로 인해 동일한 기능을 제공하는 응용프로그램을 중복 개발함으로써 개발 단계뿐만 아니라 유지 및 관리에 많은 노력과 비용을 필요로 하게 된다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 운영체제 계층과 개발자 응용프로그램 계층 사이에 OSAL(Operating System Adaptation Layer)이라는 계층을 두어 운영체제들의 기능적인 함수의 API(Application Program Interface)를 패키지화한 표준 API를 제공하여 각각의 운영체제 마다 커널의 제약 없이 응용프로그램이 동작할 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 운영체제의 대표적인 API 함수를 선택하여 기본 API를 선정하고, 실시간 운영체제인 UbiFOS™을 위한 POSIX 기반의 미들웨어를 설계 및 구현하였다. When the developer developing application program, the Application program is restricted in kernel of each operating system because it is developed to depend in specific operating system. Also, many effort and expense are necessary in not only development level but also maintenance and management to development of duplication to application program supporting same function by system dependency of application program. There are OSAL in between operating system layer and developer application program for solving this matter and it supports standard API that makes a package to functional function of operating system. it is necessary that operation of application program performs without kernel's restrict each operating system. In this paper, I choose basic API that selects representative API function of operating system and design and implement of the portable middleware for UbiFOS™ real-time operating system.

        플래시백 기법의 창의적 사용을 위한 연구: 영화 <맨체스터 바이 더 씨>를 중심으로

        많은 학생들은 상대적으로 짧은 물리적 시간을 가지는 단편영화의 특성에 따라 더 많은 서사적 시간을 담아내기 위해 플래시백을 자주 사용한다. 그러나 대부분의 작품 속 플래시백 기법은 단순히 정보전달 수단 이상이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 학생들에게 플래시백과 관련한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 많은 학생들이 플래시백에 대해 현재 부정적인 시선을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 다수의 학생은 그 효과를 적절하게 사용할 수 있다면 사용하겠다고 답하며 기존 설명적으로 사용되던 플래시백 기법의 변화의 필요성에 대해 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구는 플래시백의 다양한 분류 기준을 살펴봄으로 플래시백이 가진 진정한 기능에 대해 연구하고, 플래시백이 효과적으로 사용된 <맨체스터 바이 더 씨>의 사례를 분석함으로 플래시백의 효과적인 사용방향에 대해 제시한다. <맨체스터 바이 더 씨>는 심리적 외상을 지닌 주인공이 그 기억이 남겨진 고향으로 향하는 이야기를 담고 있다. 영화의 플래시백의 주체는 주인공 ‘리’이다. <맨체스터 바이 더 씨>의 플래시백은 단순히 과거 주인공의 비어있는 서사를 채우는 정보전달의 수단을 넘어 약호 없는 연결, 플래시백 등장 타이밍, 지속길이의 변화, 외상장애의 특징 등을 이용하여 플래시백 자체로 서사의 핍진성을 부여하고, 인물의 행위에 당위성을 만들고, 관객에게 그의 고통을 고스란히 전달시킨다. 본 논문은 <맨체스터 바이 더 씨>의 플래시백 사례를 분석함으로 기존 부정적인 시선을 만들었던 설명적 플래시백 기법에서 벗어나 플래시백의 서사적 기능, 감정적 작용과 그 방법에 대해 알아보고 이를 통해 영화적 표현의 향상을 도모하고자 한다. Out of a total of 12 short films in school A in 2021, 4 films utilized flashback techniques. Many students often use flashbacks to secure more narrative time within the physical constraint of short films which are relatively shorter. However, the flashback techniques applied in most works is mostly limited to simple means of delivering information. This paper conducted surveys regarding flashbacks to students, and as a result, it was revealed that many students had a negative view regarding flashbacks. However, many of the students replied that they would utilize the effect if other appropriate applications were available, and were very aware of the need for a change in the current use of the flashback technique, which is currently used for explanatory purposes. This study focuses on the true function of a flashback by examining various classification criteria of flashbacks and proposes effective applications for using flashbacks by analyzing the successful case of < Manchester by the Sea >. < Manchester by the Sea > describes the story of a protagonist with psychological trauma heading back to his hometown where those traumatic memories were formulated. The main agent of the movie's flashback is the main character, Lee'. The flashback of < Manchester by the Sea > goes beyond simply delivering information that fills the empty past narrative of the protagonist, and uses connections without codes, the appearance timings of the flashback, the changes in duration, and the characteristics of the traumatic disorder to create the verisimilitude of the narrative, justify the character's actions, and convey his pain to the audience. By analyzing the case of < Manchester by the Sea >, this paper breaks away from the explanatory flashback technique that generated negative views, and aims to discover the narrative function, emotional effects, and the corresponding methods of flashback, and ultimately enhance the art of cinematic expression.

      • Relationship between Cognitive Function and Competence in Inhaler Technique in Elderly Airway Disease Patients

        Purpose The incidence of cognitive impairment is high in elderly patients with airway disease. However, the impact of cognitive function on inhaler competence is unclear. The aim of the study was to determine the relation between cognitive assessment score (K-MMSE) and inhaler competence in elderly patients of airway disease. Methods This prospective observational study was performed in a tertiary care university hospital in South Korea from January 2019 to September 2020. Inhaler naive patients aged ≥60 years diagnosed of airway disease were enrolled. The type of inhaler prescribed was determined by clinician. K-MMSE and inhaler performance score was assessed on the day inhaler was first prescribed (V0). Feedback education on error observed during inhaler performance assessment was given after the assessment was finished. On follow up visit (V1) after 1-3 months from V0, the inhaler performance was assessed again. The correlation between the K-MMSE score and inhaler performance score was analyzed by Pearson correlation test. Results Total 108 patients were enrolled. Median age was 69.0 (66.0-76.0) and 82 (75.9%) were male. Mean duration of education was 10.0 years and median K-MMSE score was 28.0. Inhaler technique accuracy was lower at V0 than at V01 (76.9% vs 100%, P < 0.001). Significant positive correlation was observed between K-MMSE score and inhaler technique accuracy at both V0 and V1 assessment (r=0.341, P < 0.001; r=0.217, P=0.048, respectively). Among the sub-cognitive functions of K-MMSE, registration, recall and place orientation showed significant correlation with inhaler performance score at V0 (r=0.222, P=0.021; r=0.254, P=0.008; r=0.278, P=0.004; respectively). At V1, attention and calculation showed significant correlation with inhaler performance score (r=0.300, P=0.006) Conclusions Inhaler technique accuracy was impaired as the K-MMSE score was lower in elderly patients with airway disease. However, by giving feedback education on error, accuracy was improved.

        위성 통신 환경에 적합한 분산 망관리시스템을 위한 DDS의 성능 분석

        차기 위성의 통신망은 단말의 수가 증가하고 네트워크의 구조가 분산화 및 대형화되고 있는 추세이며, 위성 통신을 이용하는 트래픽이 증가하고 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 위성 통신과 같이 다양한 통신 장비들이 동적으로 도메인을 형성하고 데이터를 빈번하게 주고받는 통신 환경에서는 서버/클라이언트 방식의 데이터 교환보다는 데이터 중심 발간/구독 방식의 데이터 교환이 더욱 효과적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한정된 위성 자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 분산 망관리시스템에 데이터 중심 발간/구독 통신 기술인 DDS 표준을 적용하기 위하여 DDS의 성능을 분석하였으며, 기존의 서버/클라이언트 방식으로 데이터를 교환하는 SNMP와 비교 연구하였다. 비교 연구를 위해 OPNET을 사용하였으며 네트워크 계층 관점의 성능 중심으로 수행하였다. Trend of next generation satellite communication network is distribution and enlargement of network structure with increased network terminals, and traffic which use satellite communication is increasing and frequently occurring. Under specific satellite communication environment that various communication device dynamically forms a network domain and frequently exchanges the data, data-centric publish/subscribe data exchange is more suitable than server/client data exchange. So, this paper analyze DDS performance for application of DDS standard to distribution network management system which aims to efficiently manage limited satellite resource, and also this paper covers comparative study on DDS and SNMP(server/client data exchange). Study compares DDS and SNMP using OPNET, and result of study is analyzed from a network layer performance perspective.
