To observe the effect of SA on lipid metabolism induced by HFD in Syrian hamsters. Changes in body weight(BW) were observed. The serum and hepatic levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and NEFA were determined by ELISA kits. The levels of PPAR-γ, CPT-1, CYP7A1, FAS, ACC1, SREBP2, HMGCR were detected by Western Blotting. Compared with control (CON) group, the weight of hamsters in the HFD group increased, while the weight and gain of hamsters in SA group decreased significantly (P<0.05). The weight of fat was significantly decreased after intervention with SA (P<0.05). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and NEFA in serum and liver were increased by HFD (P<0.05); while the serum levels of TC, TG, NEFA and LDL-C in SA group were decreased and HDL-C level was increased. Western-blot results showed that the HFD group’s levels of PPAR-γ, CPT-1 and CYP7A1 were decreased, and the levels of FAS, ACC1, SREBP1, SREBP2 and HMGCR increased; and SA can ameliorates changes in protein levels caused by HFD.Our results suggested that SA reduced fat accumulation, improve lipid metabolism disorder in hamsters induced by HFD.
Preparation of Polydopamine-Modified 3D Interconnected Macroporous Silica for Laccase Immobilization

Millimeter-sized polydopamine (PDA) modified three-dimensional interconnected macroporous silica (PDA/3DIMS) with high porosity, large pore volume and pore diameter was prepared and used as the support to immobilize commercial laccase (Lac) from Denilite II S. The skeleton of 3DIMS is constructed by silica nanofilm, so the PDA/3DIMS is constructed by PDA/SiO2/PDA sandwich nano-film. The immobilization conditions, incubation time, pH and enzyme concentration were optimized, and the properties of the immobilized laccase were investigated. The enzyme activity of Lac-PDA/3DIMS (295.9 U/g) was higher than that of Lac-3DIMS (222.2 U/g). The stability and reusability of the two immobilized laccases were both improved comparing with the free laccase. Lac-PDA/3DIMS exhibited higher retained activity (73.6%) than Lac-3DIMS (31.8%) after reused for ten times. Lac-PDA/3DIMS retained more than 84.0% initial activity after storage for a month, however, the free laccase and Lac-3DIMS were 7.1% and 48.6%, separately. These advantages revealed that PDA thin layer plays an important role to improve the enzymatic activity of immobilized laccase, and the PDA/3DIMS material is a very promising support for enzyme immobilization.

Rhodamine B (RhB) and rhodamine 6G (Rh6G) were employed as catalysts for the synthesis of cyclic carbonate from carbon dioxide and epoxide. It turned out that the catalytic activity of Rh6G was nearly 29 times higher than that of RhB at 1 atm pressure, $90^{\circ}C$. Furthermore, the catalytic efficiency of RhB and Rh6G was greatly enhanced with triethylamine as co-catalyst. Under the optimized conditions, the best isolated yield (93%) of cyclic carbonate was achieved without organic solvent and metal component.

In this paper, we investigate the differential game theoretic approach for distributed dynamic cooperative power control in cognitive radio ad hoc networks (CRANETs). First, a payoff function is defined by taking into consideration the tradeoff between the stock of accumulated power interference to the primary networks and the dynamic regulation of the transmit power of secondary users (SUs). Specifically, the payoff function not only reflects the tradeoff between the requirement for quickly finding the stable available spectrum opportunities and the need for better channel conditions, but also reveals the impact of the differentiated types of data traffic on the demand of transmission quality. Then the dynamic power control problem is modeled as a differential game model. Moreover, we convert the differential game model into a dynamic programming problem to obtain a set of optimal strategies of SUs under the condition of the grand coalition. A distributed dynamic cooperative power control algorithm is developed to dynamically adjust the transmit power of SUs under grand coalition. Finally, numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for efficient power control in CRANETs.

To investigate the effect of TSS on lipid metabolism and oxidative stress in HFD mice. The body weight and food intake were observed. The serum SOD, MDA, GSH, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were determined by kits. Western Blotting was used to detect the levels of PPAR-γ, AMPK, SIRT1 and PGC-1α. TSS treatment reduced the body weight, Lee"s index and fat organ indices of mice in the HFD group. Compared with the control(CON) group, the serum TC, TG and LDL-C in the HFD group were increased, Administrated with TSS can improve abnormal blood lipid levels. Compared with the CON group, the serum SOD level in HFD group was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and MDA level was increased; while the levels of serum MDA in the TSS group decreased and SOD level increased. The pathological sections showed that TSS could improve the degree of hepatic steatosis. TSS also increased the levels of PPAR-γ, AMPK, SIRT1 and PGC-1α, and the effect of the high-dose group was the most significant. TSS can reduce body weight and fat accumulation, improve lipid metabolism disorder and oxidative stress caused by HFD.
