The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows : - analyzing and differentiating of epidemic febrile disease - analyzing and differentiating in accordance with the Sasang constitution medicine based on four-type recognition - differentiation of disease according to pathological changes of Chong and Ren channels - standards for diagnosis of women's disease - standards for diagnosis of children's disease - standards for diagnosis of motor and sensor disturbance (-muscle. born, joint, etc.) - standards for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease - standards for diagnosis of five sense organ disease - standards for diagnosis of external disease The indivisual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern, discrimination of diagnosis pattern, prognosis, a way of curing a disease, prescription, herbs in common use, disease appearing the diagnosis pattern, documents. The standards for diagnosis of each disease was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of disease, the main point of diagnosis, analyzing and differentiating of disease, analysis of disease, discrimination of disease, prognosis, a way of curing and prescription of disease, disease in western medicine appearing the disease in oriental medicine, documents.
쇼트피닝가공한 평기어의 최적 피닝강도 탐색에 관한 연구

The shot peening process is often used to improve fatigue properties of metal parts. Among them, It is the most use in an auto-component. In order to achieve optimum, repeatable and reliable fatigue enhancement from the shot peening process, the important shot peening parameters must be controlled. In this paper, the optimum peening intensity (Almen intensity) condition is investigated by experiment..The Spur Gear steel was used to investigate shot peening effects. The fatigue life at σ_(a)=1,050 and σ_(a)=1,250MPa first gently increases, then drops gently as peening intensity increases compared with unpeened specimen. Experimental results show that the optimum peening intensity range is 0.391~0.434mmA..So the fatigue strength and fatigue life have been tremendously increased by optimum-peening treatment. However, the fatigue strength and fatigue life have been decreased by over peeing.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure and characteristics of RTA-DSM, and to analyze the potential of RTA-DSM as an alternative to the WTO-DSM in the crisis of the WTO dispute sttlement system. Design/Methodology/Approach – This paper largely is a literature review. It adopts a method of examining the texts of regional trade agreements based on the WTO RTA database. In addition, this study does not perform legal analysis as much as possible, and analyzes RTA-DSM from an institutional point of view. Findings – RTA-DSM has a similar structure to the WTO-DSM. However, the content of RTA-DSM is insufficient compared to the WTO-DSM, and as a result, there are few cases of dispute resolution. The crisis of the Appellate Body and the rapid evolution of RTA-DSM have increased the importance of RTA-DSM as an alternative to the WTO-DSM. The introduction of dispute settlement systems in regional trade agreements is an irreversible trend, and considering the usefulness, cases of dispute resolution using RTA-DSM will increase rapidly in the future. Research Implications – RTA-DSM cannot completely replace the WTO-DSM. In the long term, WTODSM should be restored, and RTA-DSM should play a supplementary role. The centrality of the WTO, which supports the multilateral trade system, must be maintained through the restoration of the WTO-DSM.

The objectives of present study were to characterize the peptides which were isolated from Korean fermented soybean paste, chungkukjang, and to determine their antioxidant activities. Four fractions were collected from the methanol extract of chungkukjang by using a recycling preparative HPLC. Among fractions, Fr-2 was identified to be highly potent free radical scavenging activity in the assay of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) and nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)-reduction inhibition. Base on antioxidant effects, fraction Fr-2 was employed for the refraction with a prep-column and separated into five fractions of which two fractions were identified to have higher antioxidant activity. To confirm the amino acid constituents of antioxidant fractions Fr-2-2 and Fr-2-3 were analyzed, and eight kinds of amino acids such as aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, glycine, lysine, histidine, and arginine were identified as the constituent amino acids. Antioxidant activities of the separated peptides were further assessed cell viability with 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl terazolium bromide (MTT), and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis of H4IIE cells treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Chungkukjang peptides have shown their ability to protect H4IIE rat hepatoma cells against H2O2- induced oxidative stress by concentration and time-dependent manner. Therefore, These results indicated that fermented soybean paste chungkukjang will be promoted the antioxidant and radical scavenging activities, and beneficial for health. The antioxidant peptide fractions Fr-2-2 and Fr-2-3 were denominated as P-NICS-1 and P-NICS-2, respectively. However, further studies were required to clarify their amino acid sequences and molecular properties, and physiological significances.
Tamoxifen-Induced Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis Cirrhosis

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has been observed in over 30% of patients who have received tamoxifen therapy. However, tamoxifen- induced non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) cirrhosis has never been reported in Korea. A 41-year-old woman was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma in the left breast. She had well-controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and chronic hepatitis B. Ultrasonography showed mild fatty liver. Chronic hepatitis B had been treated with clevudine one month before the diagnosis of breast cancer. The patient was diagnosed with NASH cirrhosis 39 months after tamoxifen treatment. Careful observation for the development of NASH cirrhosis is warranted during tamoxifen therapy.
SC-FDMA with iterative multiuser detection: improvements on power/spectral efficiency

<P>This article outlines the basic principles of single-carrier frequency division multiple access with iterative multiuser detection, called grouped frequency division multiple access. GFDMA allows multiple users to share a common set of subcarriers and separates the signals of users by employing distinct interleavers and frequency-domain multiuser detection. Some attractive features of GFDMA are explained, including low-cost iterative multiuser detection, multiuser and frequency diversity gains, and flexibility in resource allocation. We also discuss the applications of GFDMA to spatial diversity schemes and to intercell interference mitigation in the cell edge. It is shown that GFDMA offers advantages over SC-FDMA with respect to power/spectral efficiency. Such power/spectral efficiency can provide considerable performance improvements in future wireless communication networks.</P>
