본 연구는 아이스플랜트의 기능성 소금 대체제로서의 가능성을 조사하고자 천연 및 정제소금과의 NaCl, D-pinitol, 총 페놀, 총 플라보노이드 및 DPPH 라디칼 소거능에 대한 기초자료를 비교 조사하였다. 아이스플랜트 동결건조분말의 NaCl 함량을 분석한 결과 19%이었고 D-pinitol의 함량은 777 mg/100 g으로 천일염 및 정제염에 비해 NaCl 함량은 유의적으로 낮으나 D-pinitol을 함유하고 있어 건강기능성에는 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 아이스플랜트 동결건조분말의 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 115 mg/100 g 및 985 mg/100 g을 함유하고 있어 DPPH라디칼 소거능의 항산화효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 아이스플랜트 분말의 bioactive compound을 함유한 대체 소금 천연소재로서 가능성을 확인한 기초 연구를 제공하였다. This study investigated the suitability of freeze-dried ice plant (Mesembryanthemum crystallinum) as the source of an edible healthy salt alternative by examining the content of NaCl, D-pinitol, total phenols, total flavonoids, and DPPH radical scavenging activity compared with those of natural and purified salts. Our results showed that the NaCl content of freeze-dried ice plant, natural and purified salts was 19, 94 and 99%, respectively. The D-pinitol content of freeze-dried ice plant was 777 mg/100 g, whereas D-pinitol was not detected in either natural or purified salts. The total phenol and flavonoid contents of freeze-dried ice plant were 115 mg GAE/100 g and 985 mg RE/100 g, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of freeze-dried ice plant was markedly higher than that of natural and purified salts. Altogether, these results show that freeze-dried ice plant contains both NaCl and bioactive compounds and can be used as a source of edible salt with positive health effects.

Experimental Dermatology 2010; <B>19</B>: 694–696.</P><P>Abstract: </P><P>As the hormonal levels in scalp hair reflects the condition of skin appendage, the level of dehydroepiandrosterone-3-sulphate (DHEAS) and cholesterol sulphate (CS) was evaluated in scalp hair obtained from patients with acne. The hair samples were extracted by alkaline solution and were analysed by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry coupled to column switching system. The levels of DHEAS in scalp hair of women with acne were higher (<I>P</I> < 0.001) than controls, while the levels of CS in scalp hair of women and men with acne were higher (<I>P </I>< 0.001) than both control subjects. Increased hair levels of both DHEAS and CS could indicate acne development because of its direct action or stimulatory effect on local enzyme activity. It may be also helpful to understand the pathogenesis of acne based on follicular retention hyperkeratosis and increased sebum production of both steroid sulphates.</P>

영리목적의 민간기업과는 달리 지역농협은, 조합원간의 상호부조적인 특성과 공익적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 각 기관의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 영리기업 위주로 도입되고 있는 BSC를 지역농협에 접목시키는 방안을 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본연구는 Kaplan과 Norton(1992)에 의해 개발된 균형성과관리의 이론과 국내외 적용사례 분석을 통하여, 지역농협의 비전과 전략을 재정립함은 물론, 농협조직과 구성원, 지역농협 내ㆍ외부의 환경적 요인분석과 결합을 통하여 지역농협의 전략적 경영목표수립에 필요한 BSC 모형을 설계하고 조직의 전략목표의 설정 및 달성에 지침이 될 수 있는 전략지도를 개발하였으며, 각 부서별 전략목표를 제시하였다. 또한 농협조직과 구성원, 지역농협 내ㆍ외부의 환경적 요인분석과 결합을 통하여 지역농협의 전략적 경영목표수립에 필요한 BSC 모형을 설계하기 위해, 균형성과표의 네 가지 관점별 전략목적을 측정하는 핵심성과측정지표(KPI)와 이를 견인하는 선행 동인들의 인과관계모형을 수립하였다. Recently, the choice of performance evaluation system has become one of the most importance challenges facing corporate performance measurement system play a critical role in setting organization's direction, making strategic decision and achieving desired goals. Particularly, there are some companies implementing Balanced Scorecard(BSC) to improve their performance measurement and control system. The main purpose in this paper is, by analyzing the whole procedure for implementing a BSC system in Korean Local Nonghyup Bank, to provide a best strategies. In order to fulfill the purpose, a Korean local agricultural cooperative(deal by the specialized local produce materials ; cheese, wine, traditional candy, Capsicum annuum, wild vine etc), which is a credit & economy business can be well-defined mission statements and strategies that are aligned to and measured by Its BSC system. The vision of local agricultural Cooperative are growth and development as first classic local credit & financial institution in 21c, so the strategies to accomplish vision are attainment of the futures' growth incentives through management innovations. According to this study results, local agricultural cooperative shows the establishment of BSC model's casual relationship. Namely, a casual relationship of study & growth viewpoint, a casual relationship of process & consumer viewpoint, a casual relationship of financial viewpoint, a casual relationship of process improvement &consumer satisfaction, all these relationship are established meaningfully. Also, through inside process improvement for consumer, it means the facility improvement with increasing the number of consumer by improvement consumer satisfaction measurement through inside process improvement for consumer. In order hands, this study contributes to change segmented department strategy into several viewpoint of BSC and enhance goal establishment centered in a casual relationship of performance motives.
