Mo¨ssbauer 분광법에 의한 Mg-Cd 페라이트계의 자기적 성질 연구

In this study, the magnetic properties of Mg_(1-X)Cd_(X)Fe₂O₄ ferrite system has been studied by Mo‥ssbauer spectroscopy. All the samples, prepared by a ceramic sintering method, were found to be single phase spinel by X-ray diffractometry. The Mo‥ssbauer spectra. for x<=0.3, show two magnetic hyperfine splittings. one due to Fe^3+ octahedral site ions and the other due to tetrahedral site ions. While for x=0.4 spectrum shows relaxation behaviour and for x>=0.5 it exhibits quadrupole splittings. This result implicates that the magnetic properties of Mg_(1-X)Cd_(X)Fe₂O₄ferrite system change from ferrimagnetics to paramagnetics as increasing x, And the x, Cd content, dependence of Mo‥ssbauer parameters (isomer shift, quadrupole splitting, magnetic hyperfine field and line width) were investigated.

The flora of Tsushima Islands consists of total 250 species. The major natural forests are coastal shrub forest, low-land forests, mountain forests, secondary forests, and planted forests. The vegetation maps of Tsushima Islands are similar to those of Jeju Islands, Ulreung Islands and the South-coastal districts of Korean Peninsula. The fresh water algae of Korea listed total 8 classes, 20 orders, 47 families, 122 genera and 618 kinds (including 459 species, 1 subspecies and 31 kinds). The fauna of fresh water fishes comprises 25 families, 83 genera, and 132 species in South Korea and 9 families, 20 genera and 22 species in Tsushima Islands, respectively. The Late 0ligocene sedimentation recorded in the Taishu Group reveals an unstable shallow marine depositional environment as shown in sole marks and other sedimentary features. Previous studies on directional features of the Taishu Group have shown that the Paleo-Tsushima Strait and the East Sea originated during the Taishu sedimentation. The provenances of the Taishu Group appear to be the Korean Peninsula and the Early Paleogene sedimentary rocks of Yellow Sea floor and the sea floor between Yellow Sea and the Tsushima Island. The Early Miocene uplift and folding of the Taishu Group must have closed the Paleo-Tsushima Strait connecting Korea and the Japanese Islands. According to previous studies, the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese Islands were connected during the end of the Miocene and the Late Pleistocene. The last isolation commenced during the Riss-Wu¨rm Interglacial age.

As Taekwondo is a symbol of the tenth representative cultures in Korea, it is selected to this effect that the correct aspect of Korea let the people widely know to the world. It means that it is to establish the identity in Korea The identity is en aspect that one it should be truly. Accordingly, the purpose of the tenth symbols is to correct our things wrong and distorted and let the whole world known the cultural excellence of Korea rightly. Accordingly, Taekwondo needs to have identity in order to fulfill that purpose, too, But, in the costume, Taekwondo does not have our traditional and original aspects. Accordingly, this study was to investigate the historical costume and idea. The purpose of this study was to establish the identity in Taekwondo as it was to suggest the traditional Taekwondo costume. The present official soft for Taekwondo practice is a pull-over-typed garment that obstructed the view and inserted into the head. It is similar to the traditional costume in Japan, and it did not present magnificent appearance in wearing and taking off. Accordingly. it needs to seek to chang into the front-opened costume that the front side is opened, restore our tradition. and present magnificent appearance in Taekwondo. Accordingly, this study was to suggest three stages of black belt kidder's suit. This research thought that the black belt holder's suit needed to the people given of leader's qualification only. It seemed to be valid that the player or general apprentice and the person without the leader's qualification were to wear the existing official suit, pursue the practicality, and prevent the confusion. As to three stages' suit, they were divided into the soft for the grader at the 4-5 grade, at the high-grade like 6-8 grade, and at the master-grade like 9 grade. It needs to take the upper garment from the existing pull-over-typed garment to the front-opened type. As to the difference by the stage, it found out that it could show the difference in each stage as the whether it faced the different color line to the collar, Doryori, sleeve edge, and pants' here, etc, or the difference of patterns. It was considered as 9 grade, a symbol of best stage, had to present magnificent appearance in wearing the suits with the whole traditionally honored colors. But, this study was insufficient in the research on the traditional color and pattern so it needs to follow-up research that reaches to that. And. it needs the scientific and ergonomic research about the materials of costume and suit consistent with the functionality. Also, it needs the aesthetic research in order that the dignity and position may be reflected on the suits for Taekwondo practice that the persons in martial arts have to show.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows : - analyzing and differentiating of epidemic febrile disease - analyzing and differentiating in accordance with the Sasang constitution medicine based on four-type recognition - differentiation of disease according to pathological changes of Chong and Ren channels - standards for diagnosis of women's disease - standards for diagnosis of children's disease - standards for diagnosis of motor and sensor disturbance (-muscle. born, joint, etc.) - standards for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease - standards for diagnosis of five sense organ disease - standards for diagnosis of external disease The indivisual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern, discrimination of diagnosis pattern, prognosis, a way of curing a disease, prescription, herbs in common use, disease appearing the diagnosis pattern, documents. The standards for diagnosis of each disease was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of disease, the main point of diagnosis, analyzing and differentiating of disease, analysis of disease, discrimination of disease, prognosis, a way of curing and prescription of disease, disease in western medicine appearing the disease in oriental medicine, documents.

체육 서비스조직의 리더십유형과 직무만족 및 조직유효성 간의 관계

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship among style of leadership, job satisfaction, and efficacy of sport service organization. In order to achive this purpose three reaserch questions were established. Participants for this study were 300 of 23-50 overaged public workers. Of participations valid data were 279. They completed a modified inventory of the style of leadership, job satisfaction and efficacy of sport service organization. More details, style of leadership Scale modified by Ahn(2000), job satisfaction by Ahn (2000) and efficacy of sport service organization by Kim(2001) were using after remodifing scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most three meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, there was influenced to relationship between style of leadership and job satisfaction. Second, there was influenced to relationship between style of leadership and efficacy of sport service organization. Third, there was influenced to relationship among style of leadership, job satisfaction, and efficacy of sport service organization.

Mossbauer 분광법을 이용한 Ni-Cd Ferrite의 미시적 연구

Ceramic sintering 법으로 제작한 ??의 X-ray 회절선과 80 ∼ 900K의 온도영역에서 측정한 Mossbauer spectrum을 분석하였다. Ni-Cd ferrite의 격자상수는 Cd 농도가 증가함에 따라 선형적으로 증가하며, Mossbauer spectrum과 parameter의 온도의존성을 조사한 결과 자기전이온도(??)는 Cd 농도가 증가함에 따라 감소하고, Debye 온도(??)는 Cd 농도에 따른 의존성이 없다. In this study, the Mossbauer spectra of ??, prepared by a ceramic sintering method, were investigated in the temperature range of 80K∼900K. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the all samples show the single phase spinel structure and the lattice constant increases linearly as increasing Cd concentration. The center shift values of the all samples decrease as increasing temperature regardless of Fe site, but the quadrupole splitting values are indepenent of the temperature. The magnetic hyperfine field and resonant absorption area decrease as increasing temperature. From the temperature dependence of the Mossbauer parameters, it is concluded that the magnetic transition temperature decrease as increasing Cd concentration and the Debye temperature is independent of Cd concentration.
