폐결핵 환자의 우울 상태

The main purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the depressive states for the patients with chronic pulmonary tuberculosis. A questionnaire(Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS) survey was performed toward 57 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with initial treatment who started chemotherapy and 53 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with retreatment, admitted to one tuberculosis-centered hospital and two general hospital. Fifty three healthy persons as control group were investigated with the same questionnaire for comparison. The survey was performed from July to August 1996. The results are as follws : 1. The patients had significantly high scores in the depression than control and the patient with retreatment showed significantly high scores in the depression than the patient with initia1treatment(P<0.01). 2. The depressive levels of the patients were associated with duration of admission and the expectancy of recovery (P<0.05). 3. The percentage of the subjects with 40 or more scores tentatively classifiable as psychologically depressed was 67.1% of the total subjects, 48.4% of the control groups, 75.0% of the patient with initial treatment and 84.1% of the patient with retreatment. Because patient with pulmonary tuberculosis with initial treatment showed higher depression scores than normal persons, and patients with retreatment due to failure of initial treatment showed higher depression scores than initial treatment, it is necessary to give attention to depression of the patients during treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.

This study investigate unofficial consignment as a part of collection device size of the customs duties arrears. Customs duties arrears is one of serious problems that Korea Customs Service has faced, there is no systematic incentive to prevent the customs duties arrears. So that the unofficial consignment obtain good results collection of customs duties arrears, the unofficial consignment carry forward following device : First, unofficial consignment company is under competent institutions because unofficial consignment company fulfill statutes, taxpayers right care, etc. Second, maximization collection of the customs duties arrears grant reasonable collection discretion for unofficial consignment company. Third, it need the foundation of computer system in order to classification, management, delivery for information of the customs duties arrears.

熟地黃의 抱製에 따른 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde 함량 연구

Objectives : Rehmanniae Radix Preparata has been used to enrich blood and supply yin for a several thousand years. We have studied on the quantity of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (5-HMF) from Rehmanniae Radix Preparata at various processings and tried to develop the making method. Methods : The Rehmanniae Radix Preparata was prepared from the steaming process with rice wine, sterilized rice wine, diluted ethanol and water each other. And the change of 5-HMF was determinated. The analysis of 5-HMF was conducted by HPLC with reversed-phase C18 column and a UV detector at 280 nm. Elution was carried out at 1.0 ml/min with 5% acetonitrile. Results and Conclusions : From this analysis, we found out that the content of 5-HMF was increased with the number of processing times and the content of 5-HMF from Rehmanniae Radix Preparata steamed for 4 times was the same as that of Korea pharmacopoeia.

Objectives : This study aims to estimate the prevalence of the DSM-IV psychiatric disorders in Korean population using the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI). Methods : Subjects were selected by taking multi-stage, cluster samples of 7,867 adult household residents, 18 to 64 years of age, in ten catchment areas. Total 78 trained interviewers administered the K-CIDI to the selected respondents, from June 1 to November30,2001. Results : Total 6,275 respondents completed the interview. Some 33.5% of respondents reported at least one lifetime disorder, 20.6% reported at least one-year disorder, and 16.7% reported at least one-month disorder. The most common lifetime disorders were alcohol abuse/dependence (17.24%), nicotine dependence/withdrawal (11.19%), specific phobia (5.16%), and major de-pressive disorder (4.25%). The lifetime prevalence of substance abuse/dependence (0.25%) and schizophrenia (0.16%) was very low. Nicotine and alcohol use disorder showed very high male/female ratio. Mood disorder and anxiety disorder were more prevalent among female than male. Conclusion : The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was high. In comparison with other studies, remarkable differences in distributions of psychiatric disorders across the areas and times were observed.

국내 농업 콘텐츠 플랫폼 수립 및 활성화 전략 네이버 FARM판의 설립과 운영 사례를 중심으로

This study examines the behavior of online agricultural content consumption by looking at the case of FARM board which launched its service in April 2017 through Korea s biggest web portal Naver . The FARM board is Korea s largest agricultural content platform in size, which has surpassed 1.3 million followers as of July 2017. The average number of visitors per day is around 150,000. Looking at the FARM board, this study seeks to identify the main target audience group and identify the preference of agriculture contents consumed by the target audience. The study found that 30-49 year-old women were most interested in subscribing to FARM board. They recorded 43.68 percent of the total user population. Content most widely consumed were topics related to consumer foods. This study proposes strategies which can effectively promote agriculture policies that can be applied by public agencies such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affair and Rural Development Administration and so on. Individual farmers and business entities can also utilize online contents to explore strategies for more efficient marketing of their Goods ans services. The research utilizes many in-depth analysis and survey results conducted by FARM Board as well as in-depth interviews of 15 people including current farmers.

해방 이전 대한인동지회의 조직과 활동

본 연구는 해방 이전시기 대한인동지회(이하 ‘동지회’)의 설립부터 독립운동까지를 다룬 글이다. 이승만에 의해 하와이 호놀룰루에서 설립된 동지회는 하와이와 북미의 국민회와 함께 미주한인사회를 대표하는 독립운동단체로 활동했다. 그동안 동지회에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않으나 꾸준히 이루어져 왔다. 이번 연구는 기존의 연구에서 충분히 다루지 못한 동지회의 설립 배경, 동지회 북미총회의 결성, 동지회의 독립운동과 그 성격 등을 중점으로 고찰했다. 이승만이 동지회를 설립하게 된 배경은 상해 방문의 경험에서 상해임정과 자신의 임정대통령 직임을 안정적으로 유지하기 위한 방편이 필요하다는 점을 절실히 깨달았기 때문이다. 이런 인식이 그로 하여금 하와이 도착 직후부터 준비에 들어갔고 마침내 1921년 7월 7일 동지회가 설립될 수 있었다. 동지회는 1924년 11월 한인대표회를 개최하고 3대 「정강」과 4대 「진행방침」을 제정하는 등 조직을 강화하였다. 이후 자급자족의 민족경제력을 확보하기 위해 1925년 12월 동지식산회사를 설립하였으나 만성적인 자금력의 부족과 경영능력의 부족으로 1931년 4월 파산하고 말았다. 이승만은 1930년 7월 15일부터 21일까지 호놀룰루에서 동지미포대표회를 개최하고 동지회 중심의 통합과 동지회 부흥운동을 시도했다. 그리고 권한을 대폭 강화한 총재 중심의 동지회 조직을 만들어 이승만의 역할과 비중을 거의 절대화 시켰다. 하지만 하와이 교민단 측이 민중화를 주장하며 이승만에 반발하면서 동지회는 오히려 하와이 한인사회를 분란에 빠트렸다. 동지회는 일제의 만주침략을 계기로 활발한 대외활동을 추진하였다. 먼저 그동안 소원했던 임시정부를 적극 후원하는 태도로 전환하였고 이승만의 국제연맹에 대한 외교활동을 적극 후원하였다. 이러한 활동을 기반으로 동지회는 회세를 점차 회복하였고 나아가 하와이 내 여러 한인단체들과 연합활동을 추진하였다. 연합활동에 대한 동지회의 결실은 해외한족대회에서 미주한인사회 최대의 독립운동 연합단체인 재미한족연합위원회(이하 ‘연합회’)를 결성하게 했다. 동지회는 연합회에서 이사부의 핵심 단체로 활동하였고 이승만의 외교활동의 지원과 독립금수합운동에 앞장섰다. 그런데 미일전쟁의 발발 이후 하와이 정부가 집회 및 결사활동을 제한하자 북미지역 동지회가 1942년 6월 시카고에서 북미동지대표회를 개최하고 북미동지회총지부를 결성했다. 그런 중에 연합회 집행부의 김호와 이승만이 주미외교위원부 확장문제로 갈등을 빚기 시작하자 동지회북미총지부는 연합회 집행부의 처사에 반발하며 이승만을 독자적으로 후원하였다. 이러한 영향으로 하와이 동지회도 1943년 12월 23일 결국 연합회에서 탈퇴하고 말았다. 북미지역 동지회는 연합회 집행부의 처사에 반발하며 독자활동을 전개하는 동안 자체의 조직을 대한인동지회북미총회로 개편하고 동지회 미포대표회를 개최하였다. 이러한 모습은 그동안 동지회가 하와이 중심에서 북미 중심으로 이동하고 있음을 보여주는 것이었다. 동지회는 설립 때부터 이승만을 중심으로 조직되었고 활동의 주된 임무도 이승만과 그의 대외활동을 적극 후원하는데 있었다. 동지회의 숙명이자 중대한 사명이라 할 수 있는 이러한 모습은 동지회를 미주한인 사회 내 여타의 단체와 뚜렷하게 구별되게 만들어 주었다.

뇌파신호를 활용한 Deep Learning 기반 사용자 식별 모델 설계 및 구현

최근 개인정보 활용에서 보안 및 인증에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, IoT 기반의 바이오 디바이스를 접목한 생체인식 기술은 사용자의 식별과 인증을 위해 다양한 분야에서 많은 발전을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대규모 뇌파신호를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 방안으로 Deep Learning 기법을 적용한 뇌파 데이터 식별과 이를 분석한 사용자 인증이 가능한 스마트 자물쇠 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 뇌파신호를 활용한 Deep Learning 기반 사용자 식별 및 인증 모델은 보안 시스템에서의 활용뿐만 아니라 다양한 사물인터넷과 접목 시킬 수 있으며, 뇌성마비 또는 신체 활동이 제한적인 환자의 경우 일상생활의 제약을 줄이고 삶의 질적 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
