Background High-rise buildings, large-scale buildings with complex structures are on the rise. It is no longer uncommon to get lost in a complex. As a result, research on indoor navigation is gradually progressing. This study would like to propose a measure as a way to define the static size (scale) of an indoor navigation map. Methods Based on the drawings of buildings of the Korea Design Promotion Agency, which is currently developing fire escape applications, the information volume of each piece was compared and analyzed in hexadecimal numbers by coloring the escape route and dividing each of the three sizes into eight equal parts. Results The analysis showed that the distribution of the information volume of each piece was 7.68% to 19.43%, 1.21% to 35.42% for enlarged drawing 1 and 1.69% to 63.79% for enlarged drawing 2, showing the greatest deviation in extended drawing 2. In addition, the effective number of drawings was 102,550, the effective number of drawings 1 was 116,821 and the effective number of drawings 2 was 223,917. Conclusion Expanding the map increases the amount of information. However, too much zooming will reduce the deviation for each sector. Therefore, the right-sized map will have to find a balance point where there is a lot of absolute information and a large deviation. This study has studied stationary images to draw this conclusion, but it will require the development of a separate program to apply them in motion navigation.

본 연구에서는 전국 17지역에서 생산한 한국 전통 간장의 이화학적 분석, 색도 및 갈색도, 총 질소 및 아미노태 질소, 총 폴리페놀의 함량, protease 활성과 항산화 활성을 측정하고, 이들 사이의 상관관계를 분석하였다. pH는 4.34~5.37, 염도는 16.77~34.71%, 환원당은 3.00~32.04 mg/mL, 총 고형분 함량은 19.95~36.86%, 가용성 고형분 함량은 23.10~41.70oBrix의 범위를 보였다. 총 질소 함량은 무주(JMJ) 간장이 12.60%로 가장 높았고, 평창(GPC) 간장이 2.23%로 가장 낮았다. 아미노태 질소는 JMJ 간장에서 139.30mg%로 가장 높은 함량을 보였고, GPC 간장에서 28.23mg%로 가장 낮은 함량을 보였다. Protease 활성은 JMJ 간장에서 2.20 U/mL로 가장 높은 활성을 나타냈고, GPC 간장에서 0.35 U/mL로 가장 낮은 활성을 나타냈다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 JMJ 간장에서 11.20 GAE mg/mL로 가장 많이 포함되었고, GPC 간장에서 2.37 GAE mg/mL로 가장 적게 포함되었다. DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성은 JMJ 간장에서 63.39%로 가장 높은 활성을 보였고, GPC 간장에서 8.96%로 가장 낮은 활성을 보였다. FRAP는 JMJ 간장에서 2.41 AE mg/mL 로 가장 높은 활성을 보였고, GPC 간장에서 0.12 AE mg/mL로 가장 낮은 활성을 보였다. ORAC는 JMJ 간장에서 115.69 TE mg/mL로 가장 높은 항산화 활성을 보였고, GPC 간장에서 8.42 TE mg/mL로 가장 낮은 항산화 활성을 보였다. 실험항목 간 상관관계를 본 결과 protease 활성이 총 폴리페놀 함량과 0.995로 가장 높은 상관성을 보였고, 총 폴리페놀 함량은 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성과 0.973으로 상관성이 높았다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activity of Korean traditional soy sauce and its relationship with physicochemical properties. Seventeen samples of soy sauce prepared by using a Korean traditional method were obtained from six provinces of Korea. The most powerful antioxidant activity of soy sauce was ranging from 8.96 to 63.39% for 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity, from 0.12 to 2.41 AE mg/mL for ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) value, and from 8.42 to 115.69 TE mg/mL for oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC). Protease activity and total polyphenol contents were highly correlated with antioxidant activities such as DPPH radical scavenging activity and FRAP value (R=0.97). The contents of amino nitrogen were also correlated with DPPH radical scavenging activity (R=0.92), FRAP (R=0.93), and ORAC values (R=0.80). Based on these results, antioxidant activities were highly influenced by protease activity, contents of total polyphenols, and amino nitrogen.

Flare phenomenon refers to increased radiotracer uptake in bones despite clinical findings showing a positive response to treatment. Flare phenomena are most often observed in patients with breast or prostate cancer. Here, we present a case of bone flare in a 54-year-old male who had advanced gastric cancer with bone metastases. After three cycles of chemotherapy, a bone scan showed increased intensity, but the patient`s bone pain was alleviated and abdominal computed tomography revealed a decrease in the size of the primary mass and metastatic lymph nodes. We therefore continued chemotherapy using the same regimen, and a follow- up bone scan revealed decreased intensity. A flare phenomenon after treatment is rare in cases of gastric cancer with bone metastasis. Although flare phenomena are not common, they should be considered in patients with gastric cancer when the clinical results are inconsistent with bone-scan findings. (Korean J Med 2016;91:321-324)
ELW 시장 규제도입의 유효성 평가에 관한 연구 : ELW 가격적정성 분석을 중심으로

We examine the effects of new regulations introduced by Korean government to cool down overheated Korean ELW markets. We also investigate whether ELWs are fairly priced as noted in the previous research. The empirical findings are as follows. Firstly, ELW was more expensive than KOSPI200 option not only before but also after the introduction of the new regulations. But degrees of the overpricedness are decreased significantly with the new regulations. Secondly, we confirm the well known facts in the literature that liquidity providers get extra profits as monopolistic providers for ELWs. Thirdly, we analyze the determinants of the differences in premiums between ELW and KOSPI200 option. The trading volume is negatively correlated with premium difference, however, timeto- maturity and market share are not statistically significant. Even though it seems that the financial regulator achieve their primary purpose to control the overheated market, we find that the new regulations have almost no effects on the overpricing problem, which implies that overpricing in ELW is not related to the market inefficiency.
열교환기 수평배치를 통한 차량용 HVAC 소형화 설계 기술 개발

Recently, as the demand for a physical and visual sense of space in the vehicle interior space has increased, the interior space design of automobiles has been changing towards the implementation of large screens, slim cockpits, and flat floors. According to these changes, the development of miniaturization of HVAC has been required in order to slim the cockpit module, that occupies a large part of the indoor space. In this paper, the design technologies and characteristics of Thin HVAC for expanding the indoor space of small and medium-sized vehicles applied to KIA EV3 has been described. Main features of Thin HVAC are horizontal placement of heat exchangers, minimization of the mixing zone and the air path, and application of a curved sliding door. In addition, by locating the second-row discharge port on the rear of the HVAC the space occupied by rear duct can be minimized. Additionally, condensed water drainage element technology to facilitate the discharge of condensed water generated from the horizontally arranged heat exchanger is also applied. As a result of this development, Thin HVAC has reduced the height of HVAC by 33% and its volume by 22% compared to the existing HVAC (KIA NIRO). Through the simplification of the HVAC air movement path, the air volume has increased by 5.4%, the power consumption has decreased by 25.4%, and the noise has improved by 4.3%. Thin HVAC is applied to KIA EV3, contributing to enlarge indoor space, especially foot space, and it is expected to contribute to diversifying vehicle interior design in the future.

SGML은 문서 정보를 체계적으로 조직하고, 생성하고, 전송하기 위한 문서 표준으로서 문서의 적절한 구조가 유지되도록 문서 구조를 표현하는데 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 문서 형태로 표현된 정보에서는 기존의 파일 형태의 정보에 비해 의미적인 정보의 단위를 구조(structure)로서 표현하며, 이 구조 정보를 이용해 문서의 관리 및 검색, 저장에 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 SGML 문서 관리 시스템의 하부 구조로서 대량의 SGML 문서를 효율적으로 저장 및 검색, 관리할 수 있는 데이터베이스 관리기 구조의 필요 모듈들을 도출하고 각 모듈의 기능과 모듈 사이의 인터페이스 관계를 기술하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스 관리기 구조의 각 모듈에 대한 구현 내용을 설명하기 위해 각 모듈간의 데이터 처리 흐름도를 기술하였으며, 구현 환경으로는 객체 지향 DBMS인 O2 DBMS를 기반으로 한다.
