ESPI 기법에 의한 하중을 받는 균열 박판의 진동 특성에 관한 연구

대부분의 실제구조물은 인장과 진동 등이 동시에 작용하는 복합하중 상태가 되며 이러한 환경에서 물체의 거동을 해석하는 것이 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 χ축에 대해 45˚결함이 있는 평판이 하중을 받고 있을 때, 진동 특성을 시간평균 electro speckle pattern interferometry(ESPI)를 이용하여 해석하였다. 결함이 있는 박판 시험편에 인장력을 증가하면서 물체의 고유진동수 변화와 모드의 형태 변화를 동시에 관찰하였다. 실험결과에서 결함은 저차모드에서는 진동모드에 영향을 주지 않았으나, 고차모드에서는 진동모드에 변화를 주었으며, 특정 진동모드에서 결함의 영향으로 현저하게 고유주파수가 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 또한 실험결과는 유한요소해석과 비교하여 주파수 비교에서는 5%이내의 오차율을 보였으며, 진동모드 비교에서는 완전히 일치하였다. This paper presents the vibration characteristics of a rectangular plate with 45˚ oblique crack subjected to a uniaxial tension. The experiment is adopted by the time-average Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI) method. The natural frequency and mode shape are considered accurately according to the increase of tensile load. When tensile load is zero, the vibration modes are agreed with the smooth and the 45˚ obliquely cracked plate. But according to the increasement of load, it is shown that vibration modes are extremely varied. The effects of the crack under the vibration are discussed in detail. It is indicated that the increase of load makes the variation of the frequencies and modes complicate in the range of even a small load. The results are agreed with the FEM analysis within 5%.

Objectives : This study aims to estimate the prevalence of the DSM-IV psychiatric disorders in Korean population using the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI). Methods : Subjects were selected by taking multi-stage, cluster samples of 7,867 adult household residents, 18 to 64 years of age, in ten catchment areas. Total 78 trained interviewers administered the K-CIDI to the selected respondents, from June 1 to November30,2001. Results : Total 6,275 respondents completed the interview. Some 33.5% of respondents reported at least one lifetime disorder, 20.6% reported at least one-year disorder, and 16.7% reported at least one-month disorder. The most common lifetime disorders were alcohol abuse/dependence (17.24%), nicotine dependence/withdrawal (11.19%), specific phobia (5.16%), and major de-pressive disorder (4.25%). The lifetime prevalence of substance abuse/dependence (0.25%) and schizophrenia (0.16%) was very low. Nicotine and alcohol use disorder showed very high male/female ratio. Mood disorder and anxiety disorder were more prevalent among female than male. Conclusion : The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was high. In comparison with other studies, remarkable differences in distributions of psychiatric disorders across the areas and times were observed.
Cardiac Cell Differentiation of Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells in the Co-culture with Fetal Heart

To investigate the effect of fetal cardiac cells on the differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) into cardiomyocytes, Mouse ESCs were co-cultured with heart cells prepared from fetus aged 11.5, 12.5, 13.5 or 14.5 days postcoitum (dpc). The fetal mouse heart was from ICR and 129 strains from which KH2 ES cell line was derived. In the present study, KH2 cells expressing EGFP directed by α-myosin heavy chain gene promoter were co-cultured with fetal heart isolated at different fetal stages. The cardiomyocytes derived from ESC in the co-culture could be identified by their EGFP expression. The EGFP expressing cells which were confirmed to be cardiomyocytes were measured as an indicator of cardiac cell differentiation of ESC. The fetal cardiac cells from 12.5 dpc were more effective in cardiac cell differentiation of ESC than the cells from fetus aged 11.5, 13.5 or 14.5 dpc. Fetal heart from 129 strain which is immunologically compatible with KH2 cells showed more strong cardiac cell differentiation induction activity compared with that from ICR mice. As the results, we demonstrated that fetal hearts at different developmental stages have different cardiac cell differentiation induction activity from ESC implying that fetal heart expresses cardiac cell differentiation induction factor(s).

Objective: To evaluate the association of MRI features with the major genomic profiles and prognosis of World Health Organization grade III (G3) gliomas compared with those of glioblastomas (GBMs). Materials and Methods: We enrolled 76 G3 glioma and 155 GBM patients with pathologically confirmed disease who had pretreatment brain MRI and major genetic information of tumors. Qualitative and quantitative imaging features, including volumetrics and histogram parameters, such as normalized cerebral blood volume (nCBV), cerebral blood flow (nCBF), and apparent diffusion coefficient (nADC) were evaluated. The G3 gliomas were divided into three groups for the analysis: with this isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH)-mutation, IDH mutation and a chromosome arm 1p/19q-codeleted (IDHmut1p/19qdel), IDH mutation, 1p/19q-nondeleted (IDHmut1p/19qnondel), and IDH wildtype (IDHwt). A prediction model for the genetic profiles of G3 gliomas was developed and validated on a separate cohort. Both the quantitative and qualitative imaging parameters and progression-free survival (PFS) of G3 gliomas were compared and survival analysis was performed. Moreover, the imaging parameters and PFS between IDHwt G3 gliomas and GBMs were compared. Results: IDHmut G3 gliomas showed a larger volume (p = 0.017), lower nCBF (p = 0.048), and higher nADC (p = 0.007) than IDHwt. Between the IDHmut tumors, IDHmut1p/19qdel G3 gliomas had higher nCBV (p = 0.024) and lower nADC (p = 0.002) than IDHmut1p/19qnondel G3 gliomas. Moreover, IDHmut1p/19qdel tumors had the best prognosis and IDHwt tumors had the worst prognosis among G3 gliomas (p < 0.001). PFS was significantly associated with the 95th percentile values of nCBV and nCBF in G3 gliomas. There was no significant difference in neither PFS nor imaging features between IDHwt G3 gliomas and IDHwt GBMs. Conclusion: We found significant differences in MRI features, including volumetrics, CBV, and ADC, in G3 gliomas, according to IDH mutation and 1p/19q codeletion status, which can be utilized for the prediction of genomic profiles and the prognosis of G3 glioma patients. The MRI signatures and prognosis of IDHwt G3 gliomas tend to follow those of IDHwt GBMs.

이질의 생물 정보원을 통합하기 위해서는 각 정보원의 이질적인 내용을 숨기고 하나의 관점으로 표현하는 뷰를 정의해야 한다. 본 논문은 생물 정보원 통합 미들웨어를 설계함에 있어서 XML 기반의 뷰 정의모델을 제시하고 그 동작 원리를 보인다. 제시된 모델은 통합시스템 구축을 위한 융통성을 증대시키고, 보다 추상화된 수준에서 통합 질의를 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 사용자 정의 XML 뷰를 지원한다. 제시된 뷰 정의 모델을 기반으로 관계형 데이터베이스와 웹 자원에 대한 랩핑 모델을 제시하고, 아울러 응용 프로그램에 대해서도 같은 모델을 사용한 램핑 결과를 제시한다. In order to integrate heterogeneous biological information sources, it is necessary to define the view that represents unified viewpoint for the multiple sources by hiding heterogeneity of the data. We present an XML-based view definition model and show Its operating principles in designing the middleware system to integrate biological information sources. This model supports the user-defined XML view to increase flexibility in constructing the integration system and execute integrated queries on higher level ion. Based on the view-definition model, we present a wrapping model for relational database systems and web resources as well as an application program.
전문계 고등학교 인쇄매체 광고 컨셉트의 창의적 시각화를 위한 수업 연구

본 연구에서는 광고디자인 분야를 대상으로 창의적 사고를 바탕으로 체계적으로 학습이 이루어 질 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 현장 수업에 적용하여 보았다. 광고의 제작과정을 고등학교 학습자의 눈높이에 맞춰서 이해, 발상, 표현, 실제화, 평가의 단계로 나누어 재구성하였으며, 제작 과정에서 학습자 스스로가 창의적으로 문제를 해결하는 능력을 배양하는데 학습의 의의를 두었다. 위계화 된 과정을 토대로 개발된 프로그램을 학습 현장에 적용한 결과 학생들이 자기 주도적으로 과제를 해결하기 위해 노력하고 진지하게 발표하는 효율적인 수업을 진행할 수 있었으며, 디자인과 광고에 대한 학습자들의 관심도, 이해도, 활용도가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. To enhance the visual resolution and judgment abilities of students on the advertisement design class, analysis on the concepts of advertisement was made and the curriculum has been reconstructed such as understanding, thinking, expressing, action and evaluation. The results obtained from actual implementation on class are as follows; Firstly, improvement of learner's ability to understand advertisement is possible through the experience of process in appreciating and evaluating colleague's works together. Secondly, creativity can be improved by practicing the properly prepared program. By gaining confidence on the idea through class, students can build the problem solving ability successfully. Thirdly, improvement of expression ability and quality had been obtained by practicing the class on the variety types of visualized expression method. By providing the systematic learning process and active feedback between student and teacher, the achievement level of students has been enhanced successfully.
