        붕장어 부산물로 제조한 붕장어탕의 식품학적 특성

        붕장어 가공부산물인 머리와 frame를 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 연구로 붕장어 부산물을 이용한 붕장어탕의 개발을 시도하였고, 아울러 이의 식품성분 특성에 대하여도 살펴보았다. 살균조건 및 가온일수에 따른 붕장어탕의 저장성 부여를 위한 최적 살균조건은 F? value=8분으로 판단되었다. 붕장어탕의 일반성분은 수분의 경우 90.7%, 조단백질의 경우 4.8%, 조지방의 경우 2.6%, 조회분의 경우 1.5%를 나타내었다. 붕장어탕의 엑스분 질소 함량은 243.1 ㎎/100 g으로 시판 추어탕의 208.0 ㎎/100 g보다 높았다. 붕장어탕의 총 아미노산 함량은 4,310 ㎎/100 g이었고, 주요 구성아미노산은 glutamic acid(637.3 ㎎/100 g, 14.8%), glycine(409.1 ㎎/100 g, 9.5%) 및 alanine(404.4 ㎎/100 g, 9.3%)등이었다. 붕장어탕은 관능적인 비린내는 거의 감지되지 않았고, 맛은 우수하였으며, 항산화능이 인정되었으나 ACE 저해능은 크게 기대할 수 없었다. For the effective use of the conger eel by-products, such as head and frame, Tang, which is the Korean-type soup, from conger eel by-products (TCEB) was developed and its food component characterization was compared with that of commercial Chueotang, loach Tang. According to the results of viable cells and coliform group of TCEB heated at 115oC for various times, the reasonable F0 value was 8 min. The proximate composition of TCEB was 90.7% for the moisture, 4.8% for the protein, 2.6% for the lipid, and 1.5% for the ash. The extractive-nitrogen content of TCEB was 243.1 ㎎/100 g, which was higher than that of commercial Chueotang, 208.0 ㎎/100 g. The total amino acid content of TCEB was 4,310 ㎎/100 g and its major amino acids were glutamic acid (637.3 ㎎/100 g, 14.8%), glycine (409.1 ㎎/100 g, 9.5%) and alanine (404.4 ㎎/100 g, 9.3%). TCEB was not felt in the sensual fish odor and its sensual taste was good. The health functional properties for health of TCEB were 1.29 as a PF (protection factor) for antioxidative activity and 39.4% for angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme (ACE) inhibiting activity.

        태권도 돌려차기 시 기술 수준에 따른 몸통, 골반, 지지 다리의 운동학적 변인 비교

        이 연구의 목적은 태권도 돌려차기 시 기술 수준에 따른 몸통, 골반, 지지 다리의 운동학적 변인을 비교 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 블랙 벨트 소지자로서 기술 수준에 따라 중급자10명, 상급자 9명이 실험에 참여하였다. 3차원 동작 분석 시스템을 사용하여 골반, 몸통, 지지다리의 방향각을 산출하였다. Start, Toeoff, MKF, Max, Impact, Min에서 그룹 간의 평균 방향각을 비교하기 위하여 독립표본 t-검정을 하였다. MKF, Impact, Min에서 골반의 좌측 기울어짐 각도가 그룹 간의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. Start와 Max에서 지지 다리의 엉덩관절 굴곡 각도와 MKF에서 지지 다리의 엉덩관절 외전 각도 사이에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때, 상급자들은 푸쉬단계에서 엉덩관절의 굴곡 각도가 증가 되었고, MKF에서는 외전 각도가 감소하였다. 또한, 스트라이크 단계에서 골반의 좌측 기울어짐 각도는 감소하였다. The study purpose was to investigate skill level differences on trunk, pelvis, and supporting leg kinematics in a Taekwondo roundhouse kick. 10 intermediate and nine expert male black-belt holders executed roundhouse kicks at a target. Orientation angles of the pelvis, trunk, and supporting -thigh, -shank, and -foot were obtained through a three-dimensional video motion analysis. Orientation angles at Start, Toeoff, Maximum Knee Flexion(MKF), Impact, Maximum angle(Max), and Minimum angle(Min) were compared between groups using independent t-tests(p<.05). Significant differences between groups were found in the pelvis left lateral tilted position at MKF, Impact, and Min; significant differences were also found in the supporting hip joint flexed position at Start and Max, and abducted position at MKF. It was concluded that higher performers increased the hip joint flexion angle in the Push phase, decreased abduction angle at MKF, and decreased the pelvis left tilted angle in the Strike phase.

        Conversion of chalcopyrite to copper oxide in hypochlorite solution for selective leaching of copper in dilute sulfuric acid solution

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In the present study, development of a novel oxidation route to convert chalcopyrite to tenorite for leaching of copper has been described. Initially chalcopyrite was converted into tenorite/copper oxide (CuO) under alkaline region using electro-generated chlorine as an oxidant. Various process parameters such as chlorine sparging rate, temperature, and reaction time were investigated. It was found that 93.8% chalcopyrite converted to tenorite at 60 °C in 300 min when chlorine sparging rate was 0.69 mmol min<SUP>−1</SUP> while, maintaining the pulp density of 10 g/L and pH of the solution between 11−12.7 using dilute sodium hydroxide solution. The oxidized sample containing tenorite phase was leached in dilute sulfuric acid solution at 30 °C and 10 g/L pulp density for 60 min. It was observed that pH of the solution plays a crucial role to enhance the selective recovery of copper. Almost 88% of copper along with 43.1% iron were leached out when pH of the leaching solution was varied between 0.9−1.2. However, negligible dissolution of iron with almost same percentage of copper leaching (88.2%) was observed with the solution having pH 2.7−3.2. Enhanced copper leaching efficiency of up to 99.3% was achieved in the same pH range (2.7−3.2) at 60 °C within 30 min.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Conversion of chalcopyrite to tenorite in alkaline medium was investigated. </LI> <LI> Electro-generated chlorine was used as an oxidant to assist the phase transformation. </LI> <LI> Subsequent leaching of tenorite yielding a selective recovery of copper. </LI> <LI> Linear relationship between degree of conversion to leaching efficiency was established. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • Loop와 HPLC Purification 방법보다 더 높은 비방사능을 보여주는 카트리지 Methylation과 Purification을 이용한 손쉬운 [ <sup>11</sup>C]PIB 합성

        $[^{11}C]PIB$는 베타아밀로이드($A{\beta}\;plague$)라는 변성 단백질에 결합하여 뇌의 기능과 기억력을 서서히 감퇴시키는 비가역적인 질환인 치매를 조기에 감별할 수 있는 대표적인 방사성의약품이다. 지금까지 많은 실험실에서 $[^{11}C]PIB$는 자동화합성장치에서 $[^{11}C]methyl\;iodide$나 $[^{11}C]methyl\;triflate$를 만든 다음 loop나 vial 방법을 사용하여 methylation을 한 다음 HPLC로 정제를 하는 것이다. 하지만 기존의 보고된 방법은 시간이 오래 걸리며, HPLC와 같은 복잡한 시스템을 필요로 하여 소규모 실험실에서 합성하기에 적합하지 않으며, 최종 product에서 에탄올 함량이 높다는 단점이 있었다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 카트리지만을 사용하여 카트리지에서 methylation과 purification을 동시에 실시함으로써 합성 시간을 단축하고, 비방사능이 높고, 낮은 에탄올 함량을 가진 $[^{11}C]PIB$를 합성 가능한지 확인하고자 하였다. 가장 널리 사용하는 카트리지 6종(CM, HLB, Alumina, C18, tC18, tC18 environmental을 선택하여 screening test를 실시하였다. 6-OH-BTA-0 1 mg을 c-HXO에 녹인 다음 6개의 카트리지에 loading를 한 다음 0.5 M MSP(pH 5.1) 20 mL로 정제를 한 다음 최종 fraction을 받아서 analytical HPLC로 전구체 잔류량을 측정한 결과 hydrophobicity가 낮은 계열(CM, HLB, Alumina)의 카트리지에서는 완충액으로 정제를 하였을 때 잔류전구체의 양이 많았으나, 탄소함량이 많은 계열의 카트리지(C18, tC18, tC18 environmental)에서는 잔류전구체의 양이 CM, HLB, Alumina 카트리지에 비하여 상대적으로 적었다. 완충액의 정제 농도와 부피를 최적화 하기 위하여 screening test에서 가장 좋은 결과를 나타낸 C18 series cartridge를 가지고 추가 실험을 진행하였다. 인산완충액 농도를 10 mM, 20 mM, 30 mM, 40 mM, 50 mM, 250 mM, 500 mM로 변화시켰으며, 에탄올 함량은 20%와 30%로 하여 용출액을 분석하여서, $[^{11}C]PIB$를 카트리지로 합성하기 위한 최적의 조합은 tC18 environmental cartridge와 0.5 M MSP 20 mL인 것을 알 수 있었다. 기존에 보고된 방법과 cartridge를 비교한 결과, 합성시간에서는 각각 15 ~ 18min, 8 ~ 9 min이 소요되었으며, product activity는 각각 $4.1{\pm}1.4\;GBq$ (n=41), $3.8{\pm}0.9\;GBq$ (n=3), 방사화학적 수율(based on HPLC analysis of the crude product)에서는 $13.9{\pm}4.4%$ (n=41), $12.3{\pm}2.2%$ (n=3)로 별다른 차이가 없었으며, 비방사능에 있어서는 HPLC purification method가 $78.7{\pm}39.7\;GBq/{\mu}mol$ (n=41), cartridge method가 $420.6{\pm}20.4\;GBq/{\mu}mol$ (n=3)로 카트리지 방법이 기존 방법보다 더 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 또한, 잔류 용매(c-HXO)도 vial or loop method와 별다른 차이가 없었으며, 에탄올 함량에 있어서는 70%(기존 방법)에서 30%(카트리지 방법)로 두 배 이상 함량이 적다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 지금까지 알아본바와 같이 cartridge method는 reported method(HPLC purification)에 비하여 더 향상된 결과를 보여준다는 사실을 확인하였다. $[^{11}C]PIB$ synthesis has been performed by a loop-methylation and HPLC purification in our lab. However, this method is time-consuming and requires complicated systems. Thus, we developed an on-cartridge method which simplified the synthetic procedure and reduced time greatly by removing HPLC purification step. We compared 6 different cartridges and evaluated the $[^{11}C]PIB$ production yields and specific activities. $[^{11}C]MeOTf$ was synthesized by using TRACERlab FXC Pro and was transferred into the cartridge by blowing with helium gas for 3 min. To remove byproducts and impurities, cartridges were washed out by 20 mL of 30% EtOH in 0.5 M $NaH_2PO_4$ solution (pH 5.1) and 10 mL of distilled water. And then, $[^{11}C]PIB$ was eluted by 5 mL of 30% EtOH in 0.5 M $NaH_2PO_4$ into the collecting vial containing 10 mL saline. Among the 6 cartridges, only tC18 environmental cartridge could remove impurities and byproducts from $[^{11}C]PIB$ completely and showed higher specific activity than traditional HPLC purification method. This method took only 8 ~ 9 min from methylation to formulation. For the tC18 environmental cartridge and conventional HPLC loop methods, the radiochemical yields were $12.3{\pm}2.2%$ and $13.9{\pm}4.4%$, respectively, and the molar activities were $420.6{\pm}20.4GBq/{\mu}mol$ (n=3) and $78.7{\pm}39.7GBq/{\mu}mol$ (n=41), respectively. We successfully developed a facile on-cartridge methylation method for $[^{11}C]PIB$ synthesis which enabled the procedure more simple and rapid, and showed higher molar radio-activity than HPLC purification method.

        알루미늄 PEO 코팅의 결정상에 미치는 공정 조건에 대한 연구 I. Unipolar 펄스와 코팅시간

        전해질로 $Na_2SiO_3$을 사용하여 A1050 알루미늄 판재를 pulse 폭 $ 2000{\mu}sec$, impulse 420 V, 400 ${\mu}$sec의 unipolar pulse로 플라즈마 전해 산화 코팅(plasma electrolytic oxidation coating)을 하여 산화 피막을 2, 5, 15, 30분에 따라 형성시킨 다음 산화피막을 분석하였다. 표면에 형성된 산화물의 결정상은 ${\alpha}-alumina$와 ${\gamma}-Alumina$로서 시간에 따른 변화는 없었다. 반응 초반에는 ${\gamma}-Alumina$가 많이 생성되었지만 시간이 갈수록 ${\gamma}-Alumina$의 양에는 변화 없이 ${\alpha}-alumina$가 많이 생겨남을 알 수 있었다. 이런 결과는 micro plasma에 의해서 ${\gamma}-Alumina$가 우선 생성되고, 이후 계속되는 micro plasma의 열에 의해서 ${\alpha}-alumina$로의 전이가 일어나기 때문으로 판단된다. Crystallographic phases of Plasma electrolytic oxidized Al alloy, A1050, were investigated. The electrolyte of PEO was $Na_2Si_2O_3$ and KOH. Unipolar pulse, $ 2000{\mu}sec$ with $400{\mu}sec+420V$ impulse, were applied for 2 min, 5 min, 15 min, and 30 min. ${\gamma}-Alumina$, as well as ${\alpha}-alumina$, was main crystal phase. ${\gamma}-Alumina$ was appeared in the beginning, then the amount of ${\alpha}-alumina$ was increased with time, but the amount of ${\gamma}-Alumina$ remained constant without any increasing. So, it is concluded that plasma gas produce ${\gamma}-Alumina$ at the first, and then ${\gamma}-Alumina$ transform ${\alpha}-alumina$ finally. During the transformation, high temperature of micro plasma gives transformation energy.

      • 고혈압쥐 적혈구 및 혈관조직에서의 Rubidium 이동과 Ouabain 결합에 관한연구

        To study the alterations of Na-pump in the 1-kidney, 1-clip hypertensive rat, made by partial ligation of left renal artery and by removal of right kidney, we determined Na, K-ATPase activity in the RBC and carried out the experiment of Rb-uptake and H-ouabain-binding from the RBC and aorta. Results were as follows; 1. Blood pressure was significantly increased to 117.4/121.6mmHg in 1-kidney, 1-clip hypertensive rat as 4 weeks after operation. 2. Na, K-ATPase activity in the RBC membrane of hypertensive rat was significantly decreased, compared to that of control rat(P<0.05). 3. Ouabain-sensitive Rb-uptake was significantly decreased in the RBC and aorta strip on hypertensive rat, compared to that of the control rat. 4. Bmax of the RBC and aorta strip in the ouabain-binding study was significantly decreased, but values of Kd was significantly increased in hypertensive rat. From these results, it is suggested that decreased activity of Na-pump in hypertensive rat RBC and aorta strip, is due to the alteration of number and property of Na-pump.

      • 기도 이물의 임상적 고찰

        Aspiration of foreign bodies into the airway is a common problem in spite of efforts to educate the public and it can be sometimes fatal accidents. A retrospective study has been performed for 34 cases of airway foreign bodies, which were obtained from April 1994 to August 1998 at Chunan hospital of Soonchunhyang University. The results were as follows: 1) Among the 34 cases, 26 cases(76.4%) were under the age of 3. The ratio of male and female was 1.4:1. 2) The most common symptom after foreign body aspiration was intractable cough(38.2%). 3) Abnormal findings in the chest X-ray films were found 24 cases(70.6%) and the most common abnormal radiologic feature was combination of pneumonia and atelectasis(37.5%), followed by combination of pneumonia and emphysema(16.6%), pneumonia alone(16.6%). 4) The nature of foreign body was vegetables in 20 cases(58.8%), miscellaneous in 11 cases(32.4%), metals in 2 cases(5.9%) and plastics in 2 cases(5.9%). 5) By distribution of the location of foreign bodies, 26 cases(76.4%) were located in the main bronchus(20 cases in right side and 6 cases in left side), 5 cases were in trachea, 2 cases were in larynx and 1 case was located at carina level. 6) By duration of foreign body lodgement in the airway, 15 cases(44.1%) were found within 24 hours, 9 cases(26.5%) were within 7 days, 7 cases(20.6%) were within 30 days and 3 cases(8.8%) were found over 1 month. 7) In mode of treatment, ventilating bronchoscopic removal under general anesthesia was performed in 29 cases(85.3%), thoracotomy with bronchotomy in 2 cases, thoracotomy with lobectomy in 1 case and postural drainage in 2 cases. 8) Complication rate according to the nature of foreign body was most high in vegetables(68.2%). 9) Correlation between complication rate and the duration of the foreign bodies in situ was definite.

        The speed characteristics of self-excited single-phase induction Generator using Three-Phase Squirrel-Case Induction Machine which has only two series capacitors with respect to the load are analyzed in this paper. The symmetrical component method and the condition of equivalent circuit are applied to develop an equivalent model of this generators. The speed characteristics of this generator are computed by using this model and compared with those of the self-regulated generators.

        ECAP 공정을 거친 1050 Al 합금 판재의 전기화학 특성에 관한 연구

        The effect of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) pass number on the electrochemical properties of AA 1050 (UNS A91050) in 0.1M Na₂SO₄ solution containing 100 ppm chloride were investigated by electrochemical techniques (potentiodynamic test, potentiostatic test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and surface analyses (OM, SEM, EDS). The ECAPed specimens that have a various numbers of passes from N=l to N=5 were selected for electrochemical experiments in this study. The results of potentiodynamic test indicated that the breakdown potential increased with increasing the ECAP pass number. EIS measurements also showed that the corrosion resistance of the AA 1050 increased with increasing the ECAP pass number at the passivation and breakdown states. The results of surface analyses (SEM, EDS) showed that silicon-containing impurities were observed on the surface of the alloy. It was found that the size of these Si-containing impurities decreased with increasing the ECAP pass number. The Si-containing impurities induced the microgalvanic reaction(i) between the Al matrix and the Si-containing mixed oxide and (ii) between the Al matrix and the Si-containing impurities. Due to its ultrafine-grained microstructure, ECAPed AA 1050 had smaller Si-containing impurities, and reduced microgalvanic currents. Thus, in the case of ECAPed AA 1050, it has increasing corrosion resistance with increasing ECAP pass number because of its small cathodic impurities.
