      • 홈쇼핑 기업과 소비재 중소기업의 해외 동반진출에 관한 사례연구

        우리나라의 지속적인 경제발전과 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 대기업과 중소기업의 간의 균형 잡힌 발전이 필요하다. 이에 대중소기업간 상생 및 해외 동반진출에 대한 관심이 높으며, 정부에서도 여러 가지 지원정책을 늘리고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 홈쇼핑 기업과 소비재 중소기업의 해외 동반진출에 관한 인터뷰를 통해 홈쇼핑의 특수성을 고려한 효율적인 유통대기업과 중소기업의 해외 동반진출 확대 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 해외 동반진출을 하고 있는 3개의 홈쇼핑 기업을 대상을 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 홈쇼핑 기업은 소비재 중소기업의 해외 판로 개척에 도움이 되며, 자원과 역량이 부족한 중소기업에게 경영 및 마케팅 역량을 활용할 수 있게 해준다. 홈쇼핑 기업이 소비재 중소기업을 지원하기 위해 영상을 제작하거나 언어를 번역해주기도 하며, 무역 통관과 관련된 서류를 지원해주기도 한다. 또한 시장개척단을 구성하여 해외시장 정보 제공 등의 지원을 한다. 그렇지만 아직까지는 홈쇼핑 기업에게 해외 동반진출이 주는 실질적인 혜택이 미미하기 때문에 장기적으로 서로 win-win할 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 이를 위해 해외 동반진출을 독려할 수 있도록 실질적인 혜택을 제공해야 하며, 궁극적으로 CSV 개념을 실천할 수 있도록 해야 한다. There must be a balanced development of both conglomerates and small and mid-sized companies in order to secure constant economic growth and competitive edge of South Korea. Accordingly, high expectations are being placed on win-win growth and joint overseas expansion of conglomerates and small and mid-sized companies. This study seeks efficient ways to promote joint overseas expansion of major retailers and small and mid-sized companies considering the distinctiveness of home shopping by conducting interviews about joint overseas expansion of home shopping companies and small and mid-sized consumer goods companies in South Korea. Home shopping companies contribute to opening up overseas markets for small and mid-sized consumer goods companies, and allows them to make use of business and marketing competencies that they lack. Home shopping companies also produce visual materials or provide language translations, and help draw up documents for customs clearance in trading. They also form market development teams and provide information about the overseas markets. However, since the actual benefits from joint overseas expansion are minor for home shopping companies, there is a need for a strategy for win-win growth of both parties in the long run. To this end, it is necessary to provide substantial benefits to encourage joint overseas expansion and ultimately implement the concept of creating shared value (CSV).

        하악 제1대구치 이소맹출의 치험례

        Ectopic eruption is caused by an abnormal direction of eruptive path, most common in maxillary first molar, mandibular lateral incisor, and maxillary canine, and sometimes mandibular first molar. Ectopic eruption of first molar leads to abnormal root resorption of second deciduous molar, which, if left untreated, could cause premature loss of second deciduous molar; mesial tilting and rotation of first permanent molar; lack of space for eruption of second premolar; and occlusal problems. Therefore early treatment is advised when diagnosed as ectopic eruption. Treatment of ectopic eruption in the first permanent molar involves providing proper guidance for the direction of eruption using interproximal wedging and distal tipping methods while preserving second deciduous molar. This case report shows satisfactory results of the ectopic eruption of mandibular first molars in young patients who were treated with Humphrey appliance and Halterman appliance. 이소맹출은 치아가 비정상적인 위치로 맹출하는 경우를 말하며, 주로 상악 제1대구치, 하악 측절치, 상악 견치에서 발생하며 하악 제1대구치에서는 드물게 발생한다. 제1대구치의 이소맹출은 흔히 제2유구치의 비정상적인 치근흡수를 야기하며, 이를 방치하게 되면 제2유구치의 조기상실, 제1대구치의 근심경사 및 회전, 제2소구치의 맹출 공간 부족 및 교합문제 등을 야기하게 되므로 이소맹출로 진단될 경우 조기 치료가 추천된다. 이소맹출은 대개 통상적인 방사선검사를 통해 발견되나, 간혹 제2유구치의 치근흡수가 심할 경우 치수가 감염되어 동통을 야기하는 경우도 있다. 이소맹출의 치료는 제2유구치를 보존하면서 제1대구치의 맹출 방향을 바로 잡아 주는 것으로 크게 치간이개(interproximal wedging)와 원심경사이동(distal tipping)을 이용한 방법을 사용한다. 본 증례들은 하악 제1대구치의 이소맹출을 보이는 환아들로, Humphrey appliance와 Halterman appliance를 이용하여 양호한 치료 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.

      • 식품영양분야의 심화교육 수요조사 : 부천 및 인천 지역을 중심으로 Focusing on Bucheon and Inchein Area

        식품영양분야의 심화교육을 실시하기 위하여 부천 및 인천지역의 식품관련 업체에 근무하는 사람을 대상으로 교육수요에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사에 성실하게 응답한 126명중에서 전공심화교육을 긍정적으로 평가하고 기회가 되면 교육을 받겠다고 응답한 사람이 101명(80.2%)이었고, 부정적으로 평가하거나 심화교육을 받을 의사가 없다고 응답한 사람이 25명(19.8%)이었다 심화교육을 희망하는 주된 이유는 전문분야의 부족한 실력을 향상시키고 학점은행제에 의하여 학사학위도 받을 수 있기 때문이었다. 전공심화과정에 개설되었으면 좋겠다고 생각하는 전공과목은 영양상담, HACCP실무론, 식생활과건강, 외식산업창업및경영, 식당경영론, 급식전산실무, 식품및조리원리, 식품재료학, 식품관능검사, 식품품질관리 등이었다. 학정은행제에 교양관련과목으로 개설되면 좋겠다고 생각하는 과목은 PC활용, 재태크론, 전자상거래론, 소자본창업경영, 대인관계심리학, 상담심리학, 운동과 건강 등이었다. The aim of research was to investigate the demand for deepened education of the subjects who work in food related jobs in Bucheon and Incheon area, and to establish the deepened education in field of Food and Nutrition. Subjects were 126 persons, and the results were as follows: 101 persons(80.2%) evaluated positively the deepened education, and answered to be willing to take the course if they have an opportunity for study. 25 persons (19.8%) responsed negatively, or answered not to take the course. The main reasons to select the deepened education are not only to be able to improve the knowledge in major but also to obtain the degree of Bachelor in food and nutrition. The courses they wanted to be opened were as follows: nutrition education, practice in HACCP, food and health, restaurant management, practice in computer related to food service, food science, principles of cookery, food materials, sensory evaluation of food, quality control, etc. The general courses they wanted to be opened were as follows: PC practice, theory of property management, electronic commercial transaction, establishment and management of the small sized capital enterprises, psychology in human relation, psychology in counseling, physical activity and health, etc.

        파노라마방사선사진에서 석회화가 발견되는 경동맥의 협착 정도

        Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the luminal stenosis of the internal carotid artery with calcification detected on panoramic radiographs. Materials and Methods : This study used fifty carotid arteries of 36 dental patients whose panoramic radiograph and computed tomography angiography (CTA) revealed the presence of carotid artery calcification. A neuroradiologist interpreted CTA to determine the degree of stenosis of the internal carotid arteries. The degree of stenosis was stratified in four stages; normal (no stenosis), mild stenosis (1-49%), moderate stenosis (50-69%) and severe stenosis (70-99%). Results : Among the fifty carotid arteries with calcification detected on both panoramic radiography and CTA, 20 carotid arteries (40%) were normal, 29 carotid arteries (18%) had mild stenosis, 1 carotid artery (2%) had moderate stenosis, and there was none with severe stenosis. Conclusion : Sixty percent of the carotid arteries with calcification detected on both panoramic radiography and CTA had internal luminal stenosis, and two percent had moderate stenosis. When carotid atheroma is detected on panoramic radiograph, it is possible that the dental patient has luminal stenosis of the internal carotid artery.       • N-alkyl/perfluoroalkyl 관능기의 표면특성

        Micro slide glass surfaces was coated by the self-assembled technique with a monolayer of hydrocarbon/fluorocarbon(HC/FC) compounds, such as CH₃(CH₂)_(n)C₂H₄Si(CH₃)₂Cl (n=3, 5, 7, 9) and CF₃(CF₂)_(n)C₂H₄Si(CH₃)₂Cl(n=5, 5, 7, 9). These meterials was synthesised by the hydrosilation reaction. These monomers was characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). The effect of concentration of HC/FC on coating quantity was investigated. Sessile drop measurment was used for quantitative chracterization of formation for the monolayer. An increase of concentration of HC/FC raised contact angle of water and methylene iodide. Contact angle of water and methylene iodide was increased according to an increment of alkyl chain length.

        재조합 균주 Bacillus subtilis LKS88에 의한 Streptomyces albus KSM-35 Amylase의 생산조건

        Streptomyces albus KSM-35의 amylase의 유전자를 Bacillus subtilis LKS88에서 발현시킨 균주를 사용하여 amylase의 생산에 미치는 몇가지 요인들을 조사하였다. 본 실험에 사용한 탄소원들중에서 sodium citrate와 왕겨의 효소 생산량이 가장 높았고, 이들을 1:1의 비율로 혼합하여 첨가하였을 때 효소의 생산량은 대조군으로 사용한 가용성 전분에 비하여 20배 이상 증가하였다. 질소원으로 대두박을 사용하였을 경우 yeast extract의 첨가량을 줄이면서 효소의 생산량을 증가시켰다. 배양을 위한 초기 pH를 60으로 조절하고 SDS를 0.01%첨가하였을 때 대조구조보다 높은 효소 생산량을 나타내었다. Bacillus subtilis LKS88 (pASA240)을 sodium citrate와 왕겨 각각 1.5%, K_2HPO_4 0.66%, yeast extract 0.3%, 대두박 0.7%, SDS 0.01% 및 초기 pH를 6.0으로 조절한 배지에서 37℃에서 배양시 최대 효소 활성은 배양 후 36시간에서 나타났으며 이때 효소 활성은 56.6 U/ml이었다. The effects of culture conditions on the production of amylase expressed by Bacillus subtilis LKS88 with a cloned gene from Streptomyces albus KSM-35 were investigated The production of amylase was increased significantly by using sodium citrate and rice hull as a carbon source. In addition, the use of a mixture of sodium citrate and rice hull(1:1) resulted in increase of enzyme production by 20-fold when compared to that of soluble starch. The soybean meal as the nitrogen source could be partially replaced with yeast extract without changing the enzyme production yield. The amylase production was also increased by adjusting initial pH to 6.0 or by adding 0.01% SDS. Maximum amylase production was observed in the medium containing 1.5% sodium citrate, 1.5% rice hull, 0.7% soybean meal, 0.3% yeast extract, 0.66% K_2HPO_4, 0.05% MgSO_4·7H_2O, 0.08% CaCl_2·2H_2O, 0.01% SDS with initial pH of 6.0. The maximum yield of amylase reached 56.6 U/ml when B. subtilis LKS88(pASA 240) was cultured at 37℃ for 36 hr.

        폐렴구균 감염에 의한 복부 대동맥류 1예

        폐렴구균은 폐렴, 수막염, 중이염 등의 감염증을 일으키나 감염성 대동맥류를 유발하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 고혈압, 당뇨병 등을 가지고 있으며 대동맥류가 확인되지 않았던 78세 남자 환자에서 감염증의 증상없이 대동맥류 파열로 내원하여 폐렴구균에 의한 대동맥류로 진단되었던 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Streptococcus pneumoniae has been an important etiologic agent of community-acquired pneumonia, meningitis, and otitis media. S. pneumoniae is also an important cause of bacteremia, especially in a community setting and it may cause intravascular infection. S. pneumoniae has been rarely been reparted to cause mycotic aneurysm and three is no case report on abdominal aneurysm caused by S. pneumoniae in Korea, yet. We experienced a case of abdominal aneurysm caused by S. pneumoniae infection. A 78-year old male with hypertension and diabetes mellitus was transferred to our hospital due to ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. Surgical intervention was done for removal of hematoma and vascular anastomosis. Ascending aorta showed atheromatous plaque with dystrophic calcification and thrombus. S. pneumoniae was isolated from the culture of the surgical specimen. After successful treatment with antibiotics for 7 weeks, he has been followed up uneventfully in outpatient clinic for 1 year.

      • 교내 실내 공기에서 부유 미생물의 분포

        The pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganism have been isolated from the indoor airborne, the closest environment of human beings. Our purpose were to investigate the distribution of fungi and bacteria in indoor airborne sampled from 7 locations in Namseoul University for 2 months from September to October, 2010. The isolated bacteria were identified by Gram stain and biochemical test using VITEKTM system, also The fungus were identified by LPCB. The experiment on microorganism concentration of indoor air carried out and the average of total microorganism was measured. When airborne bacteria were isolated and identified. The isolation rates of Gram positive cocci, Gram positive bacilli, Gram negative bacilli, and Gram negative cocci were 38.3%, 22.4%, 2.7%, 0%, respectively. In Gram positive cocci, the most strains were identified as Micrococcus spp. In Gram positive bacilli, the most strains were identified as Bacillus spp. The frequently isolated fungi were Aspergillus sp, Penicillium sp, Alternaria sp, Rhizopus sp, Mucor sp. respectively. Further systematic studies are necessary with an emphasis on species identification. Key Words : Microorganism, Fungus, Indoor Airborne, Micrococcus, Aspergillus

        영양소제거 공정의 기질 정량관계에 대한 온도와 기질부하의 영향

        This research has been performed to evaluate the stoichiometric relationship between removed COD and nitrogen or phosphorus. A modified A²/O process, which was equipped with an external nitrification tank and a switching reactor, was operated with a capacity of 50㎥/d. From the results, it has been concluded that the stoichiometric values were varied by temperature condition or input COD loads. In case of denitirfication, the requirement g COD for removed nitrate nitrogen ranged 0.13 to 10.5g, and the compensation coefficient of temperature was evaluated as 1.028. For phosphorus removal, the required COD was about 7.5gCOD_(consumed)/gP_(released) and 0.54gPHACOD_(storage)/gP_(uptake). During rainy season, as it appeared a lower organic substrate loads, the PHA(Poly Hydroxy Alkanoate) contents of biomass was reduced. From the relationship between influent BOD, and the sum of removed TN and TP, the ratio for rainy and winter season was about 4.8 and 5.8g BOD/g (TN+TP) each others. Therefor, the substrat ratios for nitrogen and phosphorus removal appeared to be affected by temperature and influent organic substrate loads.

      • Complex法에 의한 配水管網의 最適管徑 決定에 관한 硏究

        Box-complex 알고리즘을 적용하여 배수관망의 관 포설경비를 목적함수로, 유속과 관경을 제약조건으로 고려하여 관경을 최적화 하였으며, 본 연구에 적용된 알고리즘의 적용가능성, 안정성 및 효율성등을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Box-Complex 알고리즘은 배수관망의 설계에 매우 적합한 최적화 기법이다. 2. 지반고가 일정한 배수관망의 관경을 최적화하여 최적관경을 얻었으므로 지반고가 일정하지 않은 배수관망이나 대형의 관망 최적화에도 용이하게 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 3. 도송배수관로와 배수관망을 연결하여 최적관경을 구하면 배수관망 자체만의 최적화에서 구한 관경보다 경제적인 관경을 얻을 수 있다고 사료된다. 4. 본 연구에서 적용한 알고리즘은 초기치를 달리하여도 목적함수값이 변하지 않고 짧은 시간내에 일정한 값에 수렴하므로 적용성이 있고 효율적이며 안정성이 있는 알고리즘으로 사료된다. This study deals with the optimization of pipe diameter applying the Box-Complex algorithm and considering the velocity of flow and pipe diameter as constraints with the pipe paving cost of water pipe networks as their objective function. Then this study obtains the results as follows, analyzing the applicational possibility, stability and efficiency of algorithm which are applied to this study. 1. A Box-Complex algorithm is a very suitable optimization technique for the optimal design of the water pipe networks. 2. The optimal pipe diameter will be applied easily for the optimization of the large scale water pipe networks or the water pipe networks that the ground height inclines because the optimal pipe diameter is attained through the optimization of pipe diameter of water pipe networks that the ground height is horizontal. 3. If the optimal pipe diameter is attained through the linking of a water pipe channel with pipe networks, then it will be more economical pipe diameter than the one which is attained from the optimization of pipe networks itself. 4. The algorithm applied to this study is applicable, efficient and stable algorithm because it converges to a constant value within a shore time and does not change its objective function value through the initial value of the design valuables is different.
