Toluene, alcohol및 vinylester류 등을 함유하고 있는 bond를 이용하여 휘발성 물질이 생체에미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 rat에 일정 농도의 bond를 일정 시간 흡입시킨 뒤 각 조직에대하여 효소의 생화학적 시험과 celluloseacetate electrophoresis를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를얻었다. 1. Bond 흡입은 시간이 증가함에 따라 혈청, 심장, 신장, 근육, 뇌의 ChE 활성을 억제하였으며특히 폐와 간장의 ChE활성에 가장 큰 영향을 나타내었다. 2. Bond 흡입에 의해 혈청 및 각 조직 중에서 LDH활성이 증가되었으며 특히 폐와 심장,근육에서 그 영향이 현저히 나타났다. 3. Celluloseacetate electrophoresis를 통한 각 조직의 LDH isozyme pattern에는 차이가 나타났으며 bond 흡입에 의해 band의 소멸과 선명도의 감소가 일어 났는데 특히 폐에 대한 독성이가장 현저했으며 근육에 대한 독성도 큰 것으로 나타났다. Acute poisoning with organic solvents and other volatile compou-nds now usually follows deliberate inhalation(volatile substance abuse) or inges-tion of these compounds. The effect of bond inhalation was analyzed for serum, liver, lung, brain,heart, kidney and muscle. And the observations are revealed on rat cholinesterase activity, lactatedeh-ydrogenase activity and electrophoretic pattern of lactatedehydrogenase isozyme. The results are as follows ; 1. The rat cholinesterase activity on serum, heart, muscle, kidney and brain showthe decrease by increasing of inhalation time of bond, in particular the lungand liver cholinesterase activity was greatly affected. 2. Bond inhalation brough out the lactatedehydrogenase activity increased ofthe serum and the tissues and had an important effect especially in both thelung and muscle lactatedehydrogenase activities. 3. Each tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of lactatedehydro-genase isozymes on celluloseacetate elelctrophoresis and the development ofinhalation time is shown the disappearence and diffusion of band.

위폐 판별을 위한 홀로그램 광학 검사 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 홀로그램의 표준패턴을 생성을 CGH(Computer Generated Holoram)방법에 근거한 주파수 변환을 적용하고, 조영각도에 따라 홀로그램 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 특성에 적합한 홀로그램 표준패턴을 생성 하게 된다. 생성한 표준패턴과 실제 영상과의 패턴매칭을 위해 패턴매칭알고리즘을 적용하여 위폐를 판별하는 검사시스템이다.

Spatial characteristics of play experience centers considering developmental characteristics and behavior characteristics of children are as follows. Integrated physical, kinematic, emotional, linguistic, cognitive and social development must be integrated and balanced. And, when comparing the frequency of play behaviors to play areas, the frequency of behaviors was relatively low, though there were a lot of play areas. With regard to the relation between development of children and space, individual spaces and integrated spaces must be properly designed and this can improve emotional stability and concentration on plays. Furthermore, this influences emotional development of children. Installing a multipurpose space in the central hall of plane for dealing with diverse play functions and programs can improve adaptation to facility and flexibility of space composition. As direct learning plays for linguistic development and indirect plays like role plays(dramatic plays), reading, listening and writing behaviors were observed. However, these behaviors are striking only in some facilities and spaces must be designed to stimulate rapidly changing development of children. Using dramatic plays(role play, housekeeping play, imaginative play and so on) is helpful in forming emotional interaction and ties by giving a chance to express language and emotions. The analysis so far is focused on behavior characteristics depending on developmental characteristics of children, based on the previous studies. But it is considered that management of proper play programs, which is based on this planning, will contribute to development of child-care support centers. Moreover, a suggestion for planning of active spaces considering behavior characteristics of children will be needed to complement this study, since there is a lack of previous studies on spatial components.

Since most biosensors are based on enzymatic electrochemical analysis, they are disposable due to the use of enzymes that are living creatures. Thus, these are limited to use in in-vivo and mobile monitoring-system applications. In this paper, a nano-hole-arrayed platinum electrode is fabricated and characterized on silicon substrate, to be used as a sensing electrode without any enzymes, for developing non-disposable biosensors integrated with silicon CMOS read-out circuitry. The proposed nano-hole-arrayed Pt electrode was fabricated by using a nonionic surfactant C16EO8 and an electrodeposition technique. Electrodeposition was performed at various applied voltages and charges to find an optimized condition. The optimized nano-hole-arrayed Pt electrode was fabricated at the applied voltage of .0.12 V and charge of 65 mC. In the comparison of the optimized nano-hole-arrayed Pt electrode and the plane (non-treated) Pt electrode, the amperometric response of the nano-hole-arrayed Pt electrode is about 30 times more sensitive than that of the plane Pt electrode in glucose with PBS (phosphate buffered saline: 0.1 M, pH 7.4) solution. This result shows that the nano-hole-arrayed Pt electrode is promising for the development of non-disposable electrochemical sensors.ackground=
cDNA Library Construction of Aphis gossypii Using Gateway Cloning System

Aphis gossypii was widely distributed throughout the tropical, subtropical and temperate zone. The chemical control of A. gossypii is becoming problem because it was rapidly appeared resistance expression to chemicals. We will attempt to resolve the this problem using RNAi technique. Besides, RNAi technology can be helpful to study the target genes of A. gossypii. In this study we produce cDNA library construction using gateway cloning system for selecting target gene in order to control of A. gossypii using RNAi. As a result, the 100-400bp of insert size, which is appropriate for RNAi was confirmed. Most of insert gene is associated with A. gossypii, after that insert sequence was compared with DNA databases and EST databases using NCBI blast search. Consequentially, A. gossypii of cDNA library with the titer of 3.15x105 clones were completed. And we will perform the LR recombination to transfer cDNA library into TRV2 (tobacco rattle virus) vector with att site. Then, after performing transformation using Agrobacterium tumefaciens (GV 2260), we inoculated to cucumber with A. tumefaciens. An insecticidal effect or a repellent activity against A. gossypii by changing behavior in transgenic cucumber plants were conformed. Also, the selecting target gene in order to control A. gossypii using RNAi may be provided.
