A 3D seepage flow numerical simulation model was developed for seepage analysis of a landslide dam. A 3D seepage flow numerical simulation model coupled with a 2D surface flow and erosion/deposition model was developed for seepage analysis of a slope due to a rainfall event. The conventional water-phase (one-phase) seepage flow model assumes only water phase flow in seepage analysis, which is inadequate for unsaturated soil domains. Hence, a water-air two-phase seepage flow model that considers both water and air phase in the seepage flow process is also used for seepage analysis. Pore water pressure and moisture content data obtained by the seepage flow model were then used to analyze the stability of the slope. Janbu’s simplified method as well as the extended Spencer method was used for the stability analysis. Numerical simulation results and experimental measurements are satisfactorily in agreement.

Analysis of Factors Influencing Food Purchasing Behavior of Consumers In Mobile Shopping Malls

This study focuses on finding ways to stimulate the growth of agricultural sectors in m-businesses, by analyzing and comparing the factors that influence the purchasing behavior of consumers in the open market, social commerce, and integrated shopping malls. Consumers at various mobile shopping malls answered a survey. Among the nine factors considered, one important factor was the frequency of purchasing agrifoods. Regression analysis produced three results. First, in the open market, in addition to various other advantages, the brand image, reasonable pricing, simple payment system, and convenience of using an app were important factors that influenced the purchasing behavior of the individual consumer. Second, in social commerce, the major factors influencing purchase were the reasonable pricing, quick delivery service, and convenience of using an app. Third, in integrated shopping malls, the brand image, guaranteed after-sale service, the variety of products, quick delivery service, and convenience of using an app were the significant factors.
Data Augmentation Method for Object Detection in Underwater Environments

This paper proposes a novel data augmentation method for enhancing the performance of deep-learning-based object detection in underwater environments. With deep-learning-based methods, system performance is highly dependent on the learning dataset. In extreme conditions such as underwater environments, however, it is difficult to obtain sufficient image data. To make this easier, we propose an image generation method that augments learning data by applying the special conditions of underwater environments. The proposed method generates virtual underwater images by using the optical properties of water from images taken above ground. The generated data can be used in place of underwater data, thus reducing the training effort. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
시설 및 노지 재배 오디의 숙기에 따른 기능성 성분 함량 분석

시설 및 노지에서 재배된 오디를 숙기별로 분획하여 phenolic acid, flavonoid, anthocyanin의 구성성분 함량을 HPLC를 이용하여 측정하였다. 주요 phenolic acid로 caffeic acid, coumaric acid, ferulic acid, sinapic acid가 확인되었고, 각각 96.37~824.00 μg/g, 19.45~68.23 μg/g, 4.50~18.66 μg/g, 15.61~29.27 μg/g 범위 수준을 나타내었다. 시설 및 노지 오디의 caffeic acid 및 sinapic acid의 함량은 숙기 초기에는 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. Coumaric acid는 일정 함량을 유지하였다가 마지막 단계에서 감소하였으며, ferulic acid는 숙기가 진행됨에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 시설 및 재배방법 간에는 전체적으로 노지 재배 오디의 phenolic acid의 함량이 높은 경향을 보였다. Flavonoid 성분 중 quercetin과 kaempferol의 함량은 각각 44.17~1,661.73 μg/g 및 108.67~360.20 μg/g의 범위 수준을 나타내었다. Quercetin은 숙기가 진행됨에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였고, kaempferol은 노지 재배 오디의 경우 일정량을 유지하였으나 시설 재배 오디의 경우 점차 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 재배방법 간에는 quercetin이 노지 재배 오디의 함량이 전체적으로 높게 나타났으나, kaempferol은 노지 재배 오디의 함량이 초기에는 높았다가 중간 단계에서는 낮았고 마지막 단계에서는 차이가 없었다. Anthocyanin 중 주요성분은 cyanidin, delphinidin, malvidin, pelargonidin이 검출되었으며, 각각의 함량은 30.43~6,443.88 μg/g, 0~52.10 μg/g, 1.06~1,650 μg/g, 1.92~401.97 μg/g 범위 수준으로 나타났다. Anthocyanin은 숙기가 진행됨에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 재배방법별로는 노지 재배 오디의 함량이 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. 숙성되었거나 숙성 전단계의 오디가 활성성분이 가장 많이 함유되어 있으며, 시설 재배보다는 노지 재배 오디의 성분 함량이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 기능성 성분이 풍부한 함량을 가진 숙기 단계를 고려하여 오디를 수확한다면 기능성 소재로서 활용성이 더욱 높아질 것으로 기대된다. In the case of cultivation methods, quercetin content of OF mulberries was higher than that of GH mulberries. Contents of cyanidin, delphinidin, malvidin, and pelargonidin were 30.43∼6,443.88 μg/g, 0∼52.10 μg/g, 1.06∼1,650 μg/g, and 1.92∼401.97 μg/g, respectively. Anthocyanin content increased with maturation stage, and anthocyanin content of OF mulberries was higher than that of GH mulberries. OF mulberries in the last stage of maturation had higher contents of functional substances than other conditions.

Podostroma cornu-damae is a rare species of fungus belonging to the Hyocreaceae family. Its fruit body is highly toxic, as it contains trichothecene mycotoxins. The morphology is similar to that of immature Ganoderma lucidum, making identification difficult for non-experts. We experienced such a case of a 56- year-old male who picked and consumed podostroma cornu-damae, and consumed. Later that day, he developed digestive system symptoms, including nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. He presented to the emergency room (ER), there were no abnormal physical findings, symptoms improved after gastric lavage, and the patient voluntarily discharged himself on the same day. The following day, as the symptoms gradually deteriorated, he was admitted via the ER. He was presented with severe pancytopenia, alopecia, desquamation of skin, and acute renal failure. He recovered without any complications after conservative care, antibiotics therapy, and granulocyte colony stimulating factor administration. The most commonly reported complications of podostroma cornu-damae intoxication were reported pancytopenia, infection, disseminated intravascular coagulation, acute renal failure, etc. since Prevention is especially important because its toxicity can be lethal and there is no particular treatment to date, prevention is especially important. Promotion and education for the public are needed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediated role influencing head coach trust on leader"s behavior and team performance of head coach of an adult division handball team. participants for this study were 200 of 18 overaged adults. of participations valid data were 172. The most five meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, there was significant mediated effect of head coach trust to relationship between training and direction behavior of handball head coach and team performance. Second, there was significant mediated effect of head coach trust to relationship between democratic behavior and team performance. Third, First, there was significant mediated effect of head coach trust to relationship between positive compensate behavior and team performance. Forth, there was not mediated effect of head coach trust to relationship between authoritative behavior and team performance. Fifth, there was significant mediated effect of head coach trust to relationship between social supportive behavior and team performance.
