Information technology and medical advances in technology transformed the paradigm of health. In the past, the focus had been on the treatment, but today the current focus is towards maintaining health. This is research project based on the outdoors, running, walking, biking, in contrast to indoor exercise (weight training) can be utilized in an area where research is lacking. This paper is based on a variety of indoor acceleration sensor movement get figures for the record. This sensor sends data obtained through the Web and market themselves through a suitable exercise program or from users through their Smartphone with purchased recommended programs. Through this research, may be able to have goal-oriented exact figures in the future.

Paragonimiasis is a parasitic infection that occurs following the ingestion of infectious Paragonimus metacercariae, which occurs as a result of eating raw or undercooked freshwater crabs or crayfish. Pulmonary paragonimiasis is the most common clinical manifestation of this infection. Human paragonimiasis occurs sporadically. We experienced a case of pulmonary paragonimiasis in a 35-year-old woman with left lower chest pain. The patient had hypereosinophilia and a pleural effusion. The diagnosis was confirmed by positive ELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) that detected Paragonimiasis westermani antibody in the serum. We treated the patient with praziquantel for two days at a daily dosage of 75 mg/kg. Left pleuritic pain and pleural effusion improved after treatment. However, similar symptoms and pleural effusion developed recurrently for the first 3 courses of treatment with praziquantel. Upon the fourth round of treatment, the patient made a full recovery.

키워드의 모호성으로 인한 검색 결과가 부정확하게 되는 문제를 해결하기 위한 질의기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 질의 기법은 TMDR을 이용한다. TMDR은 로컬 데이터베이스를 통합하기 위한 스키마 정보의 통합 관리하기위한 MDR과 데이터 접근을 위해 온톨로지 지식 저장소로 토픽맵으로 구성된다. 토픽맵은 연관관계 분석을 통한 데이터 모호성 해결을 지원한다. 이를 이용하여 기존 시스템의 이질적 문제를 해결한다. 토픽맵은 지식을 제공하고, 지식 간의 관계성을 제공하므로 키워드의 모호성을 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 TMDR을 이용하여 키워드의 모호성과 기존 시스템의 이질적 환경을 적응하기 위한 질의기법을 제안한다.
A Vascular Characteristic Index of Blood Pressure Variation using the Pulse Wave Signal

Pulse waves continuously change with respect to the characteristics and status of the cardiovascular system and in relation to the blood pressure (BP) and the pulse wave velocity (PWV). Monitoring the vascular condition by analyzing the variations in pulse waveforms has been used to diagnose vascular disorders and in drug treatment of arteriosclerosis and peripheral circulatory obstruction. In this paper, we investigated the vascular characteristic index with regard to the BP and classified by pulse wave signals. The pressure pulse wave and photoplethysmography (PPG) were measured simultaneously while subjects exercised, producing changes in the BP, to analyze the variation in the vascular characteristic index. We investigated the correlation between the BP and vascular characteristic index with regard to the classification methods of the pulse wave. The reflection index (RI) and vascular stiffness index were correlated with the diastolic BP, but no correlation was found between these parameters and the systolic BP. These results suggest the possibility of estimating BP through simple measurements of pulse waves.

A 42-year-old woman preseated with intermittent rectal bleeding of a week's duration. A large polypoid mass with pigmented, ulcerated, nodular surface was seen in the rectum at 3cm from the anal verge during flexible sigmoidoscopy. A histologic diagnosis of metastatic melanoma wae made on light microscopic examination of biopsies obtained at sigmoidoscopy. The presence of metastatic melanoma at sites other than the rectum was found at the skin, pleura and lung. We report a case of metastatic malignant melanoma of the rectum with the review of the literature.

유육종증의 비강 침범은 드물게 발견되며 폐 침범 없이 비강만 단독으로 침범하는 경우는 더욱 드물게 보고되고 있다. 37세의 여자 환자가 콧물과 비강 폐색을 주소로 내원하였다. 비강 종괴의 조직 검사상 일부분에서 괴사를 동반한 비건락성 육아종으로 나와 폐외 결핵으로 생각하고 9개월간 항결핵제의 투약을 하였다. 그러나 항결핵제 투약 완료 후에 결막 종괴 및 많은 수의 흉곽 내 림프절 비대가 새로이 발견되었고, 결막 종괴에서 시행한 조직 검사상 비강 종괴와 동일한 양상의 비건락성 육아종이 발견되었다. 항결핵제 투약에도 불구하고 임상 증상의 호전이 없었고 비강과 결막 조직 검사에서 비건락성 육아종 소견이 동일하게 보여 최종적으로 유육종증으로 진단 할 수 있었다. 혈청 안지오텐신 전환효소 수치는 상승되어 있었다. 부신피질 호르몬 투여 이후 환자의 증상은 점차 개선되었다. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This work was carried out to elucidate the mechanism underlying the formation of zirconium and titanium oxide mixed layers on titanium substrates via plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) and plasma-enhanced electrophoresis. A series of constant high anodic currents were applied to KOH-based electrolytes containing ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles with four different concentrations of K<SUB>4</SUB>P<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>7</SUB>. Scanning electron microscopy observations indicated that the coating layer formed in the electrolyte without K<SUB>4</SUB>P<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>7</SUB> was underdeveloped owing to the absence of phosphate ions, which act as a complexing agent for uniform coating growth. Compositional analyses using X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the coating layer formed in the electrolyte with 0.015 M K<SUB>4</SUB>P<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>7</SUB> consisted predominately of ZrO<SUB>2</SUB>, whereas increasing amounts of additional Zr compounds, such as ZrTiO<SUB>4</SUB>, and Zr–P compounds were found in the coating layers formed in the electrolytes with 0.03 and 0.045 M K<SUB>4</SUB>P<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>7</SUB>. The formation of such compounds could be mainly attributed to electrochemical reactions between ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> and other components in the electrolytes owing to the high electrical energy of microarcs. <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Plasmid DNA was purified using core-shell γ-Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>@SiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles synthesized by a common sol-gel method utilizing tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as a silica precursor. The dispersibility and TEOS binding affinity of γ-Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> nanoparticles were enhanced by acid/base treatment due to the formation of additional surface hydroxyl groups prior to SiO<SUB>2</SUB> deposition. Since SiO<SUB>2</SUB> was coated under basic conditions in the presence of ammonia as a catalyst, base-treated γ-Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> nanoparticles were more suited for this modification due to exhibiting a larger zeta potential and a lower saturation magnetization loss. The performance of the synthesized γ-Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>@SiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles with a 15-nm-thick SiO<SUB>2</SUB> layer in the purification of plasmid DNA was compared to that of commercial Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-based magnetic beads. The used DNA samples exhibited similar purities, and all samples had similar theoretical plasmid DNA binding capacities. However, γ-Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>@SiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles exhibited a faster separation speed and a larger saturation magnetization of 100emu/g compared to that of commercial Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-based magnetic beads (75emu/g).</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> @SiO<SUB>2</SUB> core–shell-structured nanoparticles are expected to act as nanoabsorbents or nanocarriers because of the magnetic properties of the internal Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> and the inherent properties of the external SiO<SUB>2</SUB>. Plasmid DNA, a small class of nucleic acid, is isolated and purified by the SiO<SUB>2</SUB> surface of magnetic beads. Improvement of the specific surface area of the SiO<SUB>2</SUB> coating layer under specified conditions greatly contributes to the purification performance of the material. As a means to achieve this, one way to maximize the surface area is to create a hollow structure by adding a coating layer. However, the process and environmental burdens associated with fabricating a hollow structure are some of the obstacles that currently prevent utilization of this method. This study proposes a novel synthesis method based on the use of water‐soluble surfactant, which can form an interlayer while simultaneously acting as a bridge between a core and a shell. The morphology changes of the SiO<SUB>2</SUB> layer depending on the crosslinking agent content were investigated, and the optimal conditions for hollow-structure generation were established. The improved surface properties dramatically improved the purification efficiency of plasmid DNA.</P>
