목적 본 연구는 폐경기 비만 여성의 건강증진을 위한 국내 운동 중재 프로그램의 특성, 효과 등을 확인하는 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구이다. 방법 2022년 8월까지 국내에서 발표된 학술지에 등재된 문헌을 대상으로 한국학술정보(Korean Studies Information Service System, KISS), 학술연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service, RISS), 한국의학논문데이터베이스, 국회도서관 4개 데이터베이스를 통해 검색을 시행하였다. 문헌검색과정을 통해 총 1,252편의 문헌이 검색되었으며 선정기준과 배제기준을 근거로 최종 4편의 RCT 논문이 분석에 사용되었으며, 선정된 문헌은 RevMan 5.4를 이용하여 효과크기를 산출하였다. 결과 분석결과 폐경기 비만 여성의 운동 중재의 효과크기는 체지방률 -8.96, 체질량지수 -1.50으로 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 확인하였으며, 그 외 수축기혈압 -6.91, 총 콜레스테롤 -5.30, 중성지방 -3.00, 저밀도지단백 -22.13, 고밀도지단백 2.26, 혈당 -10.66 으로 운동 효과가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다(p<0.001). 결론 현대 의학의 발달로 여성 평균 수명이 늘어나며 긴 시간 호르몬의 변화 등 다양한 원인으로 폐경 이후 비만 발생 위험이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 폐경기 비만 여성의 운동 중재 효과를 확인함으로 지역사회 현장에서 대상자들의 비만 예방 및 건강증진 운동에 대한 교육적 프로그램 개발의 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Objectives This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis study to confirm the characteristics and effects of domestic exercise intervention programs for health promotion in postmenopausal obese women. Methods This study investigated literature published in academic journals published in Korea until August 2022. The search was conducted through four databases: Korean Studies Information Service System (KISS), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Korean Medical Papers Database, and National Assembly Library. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final 4 RCT papers were analyzed. For the selected literature, the effect size was calculated using RevMan 5.4. Results As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that exercise intervention in postmenopausal obese women had significant effects on body fat percentage -8.96 and body mass index -1.50. In addition, significant effects of exercise were found on systolic blood pressure -6.91, total cholesterol -5.30, triglyceride -3.00, low-density lipoprotein -22.13, high-density lipoprotein 2.26, and blood glucose -10.66. Conclusions With the development of modern medicine, the average life expectancy of women is increasing, and the risk of obesity after menopause is increasing due to various reasons such as long-term hormonal changes. Therefore, by confirming the effect of exercise intervention on postmenopausal obese women, this researcher will be able to use it as evidence for the development of educational programs for obesity prevention and health promotion exercise for subjects in the community.
CASE REPORT : Endoscopic Findings of Enteropathy-Associated T-Cell Lymphoma Type II: A Case Series

Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL) is a rare extranodal T-cell lymphoma arising from the intestine. Two types of EATL have been reported. In contrast to the classic EATL type I, EATL type II occurs sporadically, is unrelated to celiac disease, and comprises 10% to 20 % of all EATL cases. A total of five cases of EATL type II were diagnosed at our clinic from January 2009 to September 2012. Four of the five patients were diagnosed with the help of endoscopy. Among the four patients, two of the cases involved both the small and large intestines, whereas in the other two patients, EATL was limited to the small intestine. Common endoscopic findings included innumerable fine granularities (also called mosaic mucosal patterns) and diffuse thickening of the mucosa with a semicircular shallow ulceration in the lesions of the small bowel. In contrast, the endoscopic findings of the colon were nonspecific and could not distinguish EATL type II from other diseases. There are only few published reports regarding the representative endoscopic findings of EATL. Here, we present the clinical and endoscopic findings of four cases of EATL type II diagnosed by endoscopy. (Gut Liver 2016;10:147-151)

Pure gallium (Ga) is not widely studied for electrochemical CO2 reduction (EC CO2R) due to its low meltingpoint near room temperature. However, in this study, metallic Ga was selected and subjected to ECCO2R under varying conditions of applied potentials, electrolytes, concentrations, and photoirradiation. The results showed that formate, CO, and H2 were the major products produced and were dependenton the conditions used. The introduction of nickel (Ni) on the Ga electrode was found to open up longchain CAC bond coupling Fischer–Tropsch synthesis pathways, resulting in the production of longchainC2-6 hydrocarbons. This research provides new and valuable insights into the use of Ga for electrochemicalCO2 reduction and the development of Ga-based electrocatalysts for CO2 recycling.

Objectives: Despite the importance of Non-pharmacological interventions for Eating Disorders, no meta-analysis providing definite conclusions in this field has been reported. The purpose of the this study was to conduct meta-analysis of Non-pharmacological interventions for the improvement of eating disorders. Methods: We searched the Koreamed, KISTI, KMBASE, RISS and KISS and so on up to October 2017 using search terms such as ((Eating disorders OR anorexia OR binge) AND (Mediation OR program OR treatment OR therapy OR technique)) in Korean. Results: Initial searches yielded 602 citations. Of these results, seven met selection criteria. Interventions reduced the risk of binge eating disorder (standardised mean difference [SMD] -2.133, 95% CI -3.107∼-1.159). Interventions reduced drive for leanness (-1.857, -3.143∼-0.571), body dissatisfaction (-1.357, -2.238∼-0.477), depression (-0.745, -1.298∼-0.192), but not physical function (0.191, -0.089∼0.471). Conclusions: The results from this study indicate that Non-pharmacological Interventions may help Eating disorders binge eating, drive for thinness, body dissatisfaction, depression. However, larger-scale studies are needed to confirm this conclusion.
