Antiplatelet agent from the extract of Glycine soja seed

Glycine soja is an annual winder plant widely grown in Korea, Japan, China, and Russia. It is known to be an original species of soybean. We studied anti-platelet effects of beans. Each seeds of Glycine max(GM), Phaseolus vulgaris(PV), Rhynchosia nulubilis(RN), and Glycine soja(GS) were grinded, extracted with 70% ethanol, and freeze dried. Washed platelets were prepared and platelet aggregation was induced by adding 5 μg/mL collagen, 10 μM adenosine 5’-diphosphate, and 0.5 U/mL thrombin, respectively. Antiplatelet effects of each extracts were evaluated. In ex vivo assays, these extracts were orally administered to rats daily after overnight fasting for 3 days and blood was collected 1 h after the final treatment. GS significantly inhibited platelet aggregation compared to other extracts. It was confirmed that GS contained much more quantity of epicatechin, daidzein, and genistein than others. GS showed remarkable inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation and thrombus formation. GS has been confirmed to have a strong effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation as a safe material for food, so it is proposed to use it as an excellent health functional ingredients.

중국은 우주개발 분야에서 성과를 창출하고 있으며, 기술적인 측면에서도 우위를 나타내고 있다. 이러한 이면에는 1950년대부터 시작된 기술 개발과 지원 등 정부 주도적인 정책검증과 추진, 관련조직 개편이 있었다. 본 연구는 중국의 우주개발 행정조직의 변화를 형성과 발전, 개혁개방, 발전과 정착의 세 단계로 구분하고 각 단계 내에서 조직을 층위별로 분류하여 행정조직의 변화과정을 분석하고 그 특징을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 중국 정부는 국가 차원에서 정책을 주도적으로 수립하고 시행해 나가는 가운데 상위 기구의 조직과 기능을 구체화하고 중복된 기능은 통합·간소화하였다. 부처 수준에서는 조직을 분산 또는 통합하고 국유기업 설치 등을 통해 효율성을 강화하였다. 세부 정책 개발과 조정 기능은 상대적으로 미흡하였으나 1990년대부터는 행정관리와 정책조정 기능을 강화하여 관련 기구를 설치·운영하고 있으며 실제 연구 실행 기능은 집단공사라는 국유기업에 이관하여 이후로는 큰 변동 없이 장기적으로 일관성 있는 정책을 실행해 나가고 있다. 이와 같은 조직 변동의 구체성과 지속성, 효율성 제고 노력 등에서 향후 관련 정책 수립·시행을 위한 시사점을 도출 하였다. China is producing meaningful results in the field of space development. This study divides the change of Chinese public space organization into three stages of formation and development, reform and opening, development and settlement, and analyzes the process of administrative organizational change by classifying the organization within each stage and derives its characteristics. As a result of the analysis, the Chinese government has formulated and implemented the policies at the national level, while specifying the organization and functions of the higher organizations and integrating and simplifying the duplicated functions. At the level of the ministry, the efficiency was strengthened by distributing or consolidating the organizations and installing state-owned enterprises. Although the detailed policy development and coordination functions were relatively inadequate, management and policy coordination functions have been strengthened since the 1990s, and the research has been conducted by state-owned corporations without major changes. In this paper, implications for future policies are derived from the concrete, sustainable, and efficient organizational changes.

본 연구는 항산화성이 우수하나 버려지는 율피의 이용 증대를 위해 숙성시켜 파우더로 만든 후 쿠키에 첨가(0.25%, 0.5%, 1%)하여 품질 특성 및 항산화성을 분석하였다. 숙성흑율피 첨가 쿠키의 수분 함량은 숙성 흑율피의 첨가량이 증가할수록 수분 함량도 같이 증가하였다. 가용성 고형물 함량과 환원당 함량은 숙성 흑율피의 첨가량이 증가할수록 높아졌다. 명도는 숙성 흑율피 첨가량이 증가할수록 낮아지는 경향을 보였으며, 적색도는 숙성 흑율피 첨가량에 따라 증가하였다. 황색도는 숙성 흑율피 첨가량에 따라 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. pH는 숙성 흑율피의 첨가량이 증가할수록 낮아졌으며 산도는 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 숙성 흑율피 쿠키의 조직감은 강도에서만 각각에 유의적이 차이를 보였으며 씹힘성에서는 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 총페놀의 함량은 숙성 흑율피의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. DPPH 라디칼 및 hydroxyl 라디칼 소거능은 숙성 흑율피 첨가량이 증가할수록 IC50 값이 낮게 나타나 항산화능이 증가하였다. 관능검사 결과 색상, 거침성, 숙성 흑율피의 이질성, 숙성 흑율피의 향, 숙성 흑율피의 맛은 숙성 흑율피의 첨가량이 증가할수록 높은 점수를 받았으며, 버터향과 단맛은 숙성 흑율피의 첨가량이 많을수록 낮게 나타났다. 기호도 특성 결과 전체적인 기호도와 구매의향은 0.5%의 숙성 흑율피를 첨가하였을 때 가장 높게 나왔다. 이상의 결과로부터 숙성 흑율피를 쿠키에 첨가 시 0.5% 수준으로 첨가하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 생각되며, 폐기하던 율피의 이용도를 증대할 수 있는 바람직한 방법이라 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate cookies added with aged black chestnut inner shells powder (ABCI). Cookies were prepared with three different levels (0.25%, 0.5%, or 1%) of ABCI. During storage, moisture content was higher in cookies containing ABCI compared with control cookies. As the amount of ABCI increased, pH of cookies added with ABCI decreased slightly, whereas acidity increased. The lightness and yellowness in the Hunter color system of cookies with ABCI decreased during storage, whereas redness increased during storage. Higher reducing sugar was contained in cookies with ABCI than in the control. Textural properties by texture profile analysis showed that hardness and chewiness decreased with an increase in ABCI amount. Total phenol content increased in cookies with ABCI. Antioxidant activities such as diphenyl picrylhydrazyl radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities increased in cookies with ABCI compared with that of the control. It is concluded that cookies with ABCI may be of high quality with antioxidant activity. In the preference test, cookies added with 0.5% ABCI showed the high results in terms of overall preference and buying intention.
한국 성인의 가치와 의사소통 방식 간의 관계에서 연령과 성별의 조절효과

This study examined the moderating effects of age and gender on the relationship between values and communication styles of Korean adults. Five hundred adult men and women across the country responded the questionnaires regarding cultural universal values (openness to change, self-enhancement, conservatism, and self-transcendence), cultural-specific values (collectivism, conformity to norms, emotional self-control, family recognition through achievement, and humility), high-context communication style, and low-context communication style. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of exploring the factors influencing the communication style, self-enhancement, emotional self-control, and self-transcendence significantly predicted the high-context communication style. Whereas openness to change, self-enhancement, conformity to norms, emotional self-control, and gender significantly predicted the low-context communication style. Second, age moderated the relationship between self-enhancement and high-context communication style. The high-context communication style significantly increased when the level of self-enhancement was high and the age was younger. Third, age and gender moderated the relationship between conformity to norms and high-context communication style. In the case of males with high conformity to norms and younger age, the high-context communication style significantly increased. Fourth, gender moderated the relationship between collectivism and low-context communication. As collectivism increased, men tended to increase low-context communication styles, while women tended to decrease it. Fifth, gender moderated the relationship between humility and low-context communication. In the case of women with high humility, their low-context communication style was significantly lowered. The implications and limitations of the results of this study were discussed.
