      • 효과적인 유아 교수법에 영향을 주는 요인들

        세계 어느 나라나 나름대로 유아를 위한 교육이라는 형태의 행위 및 제도를 가지고 있으며 이를 지속 발전시키고 있다. 사회가 발달할수록 유아를 위한 교수(teaching)는 그 역할과 효율성 면에서 연구자들의 관심의 대상이 되고 있으며, 각 나라마다 접근 방법이 다를 수 있겠지만 교수의 극대화를 위한 노력과 그에 대한 평가는 내용만 바뀌었을 뿐 끊이지 않고 연구되는 대상임에 틀림없다. 이 논문에서는 유아를 위한 효과적 교수(effective teaching)에 직접 간접으로 영향을 주는 몇 가지 요인에 대해 살펴보려고 한다. 효과적 교수와 관련 있는 세 가지 주요 영역으로 교사, 학생, 그리고 환경을 들 수 있다. 첫째 영역은 교사 행동(behavior)에 대한 측면으로 교사의 지식(교과 내용에 대한 지식과 교수 테크닉에 대한 지식), 수업에 대한 열정 또는 열심(enthusiasm), 유아에 대한 기대 수준(expectation), 수업 관리(classroom management), 측정(measurement) 등을 포함한다. 둘째 영역은 학생 됨(studenting)으로 유아들의 학습동기, 사전 지식과 경험, 다양한 욕구 등에 대해 살펴보았고 셋째, 유아를 둘러싸고 있는 주변 환경 즉 가정, 학교, 지역 사회의 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 이 연구의 의의는 교수(teaching)에 대한 변화하는 연구 동향을 근거로 최근 유아를 위한 효과적 교수에 영향을 주는 여러 요인들의 특성을 살펴봄으로 효과적 교수 기준 (criteria of teaching effectiveness)을 정하기 위한 토대를 마련했다는데 있다. 후속 연구의 목적은 각 유아교육 기관에서 행하여지고 있는 효과적 교수를 측정해 보기 위한 준거 및 기준의 각 항목을 개발하는데 있다.

      • 의류할인점에 대한 소비자태도 연구

        The purpose of this study is to help companies in building up the marketing strategy for their clothing discount stores by clarifying consumer's attitude to clothing discount stores and finding out consumer's attitude to clothing discount stores for each type of store. As for the method of the research, 313 female consumers who just finished shopping at clothing discount stores were interviewed and questioned. Factorial analysis, correlation analysis, one way analysis of variance, and t-test were used in analyzing the data. The result is as the following. Firstly, the consumer's attitude to clothing discount store was found to be composed of 3 factors : store loyalty, discount price preference, and well-known brand preference. Secondly, domestic national brand clothing discount store and imported casual brand clothing discount store built more favorable attitude from consumers than domestic causal brand did. As a consequence, consumers using clothing discount stores were proved to be people who prefer discount price and, at the same time, have the desire of buying famous brand products. It means that they would like to buy superior image with low cost by scrutinizing their investment opportunity.

        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        The Effect of a Simulation-based Integrated Clinical Practice Program on Problem-Solving Competence, Critical Thinking and Clinical Competence among Nursing Students

        이 연구는 시뮬레이션 기반 통합실습교육 프로그램이 간호대학생의 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고와 임 상수행능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하였다. 이 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 유사 실험 연구이다. 우리는 3시간씩, 주 1회 14주 과정의 시뮬레이션 기반 통합실습교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 자료는 프로그램 시작 시점과 프로그램 종료 시점에 수집하였다. 실험군에 86명, 대조군에 107명으로 총 193명 의 간호 대학생이 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 문제해결능력과 임상수행능력은 프로그램 중재 후 대조군에 비해 실험군에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 비판적 사고는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 시뮬레이션 기반 통합실습교육 프로그램은 문제해 결능력과 임상수행능력 향상을 위한 교육 및 학습 전략으로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. This study examined the effects of a simulation-based integrated clinical practice program on problem- solving competence, critical thinking and clinical competence among nursing students in Korea. This research used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. We developed a simulation-based integrated clinical practice program taking 3 hours per session, once per week for 14 weeks. 193 undergraduate nursing students participated in the study including 86 in the experimental group and 107 in the control group. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 for t-test and paired t-test. While problem-solving competency and clinical competence were significantly improved in the experimental group, no difference was found in critical thinking. Simulation-based integrated clinical practice program could be utilized as a learning strategy for improving problem-solving and clinical competency of nursing students.
