        플라톤의 교육목적론의 현대적 의미

        The hypothesis ofthis study is thatthe work to define Plato’s theory of educational aims is notonly a necessary process to understand the educational theory of ancient Greece.but also an important factor to understand modern western educational aims.Three educational aims of Plato such as the pursuit of absolute knowledge,the construction of ideal society,and the pursuit of happy life will be discussed in this study. From there search of Plato’seducational aims,the characteristics and problems of modern educational aims are found and discussed.At first,the relation between intrinsic aim and extrinsic aim of education is defined from the viewpoint of the pursuit of knowledge.Secondly,the matter of education for the politicians is discussed on the basis of the construction of ideal society.And finally,the modern meaning of happiness and just society is suggested with Plato’s theory ofthe pursuit of happy life. 플라톤의 교육목적론을 규명하는 작업은 그리스 고대의 교육이론을 이해하는 데 있어서 필수적인 과정인 동시에 현대 서양의 교육목적론을 이해하는 단서를 찾는 과정이라고 볼 수 있다.따라서 이 논문에서는 이런 가정 아래 플라톤이 주장한 세 가지 교육목적,즉 절대적인 지식의 추구와 이상적인 사회의 건설,그리고 행복한 삶의 추구가 무엇을 의미하는가를 밝혀보았다. 플라톤이 주장한 세 가지 교육목적이 지향하는 것이 무엇인가를 탐구한 결과를 바탕으로 현대 교육목적의 특징과 문제점을 규명하는 작업을 했다.특히 지식의 추구와 관련지어 교육의 내재적 목적과 외재적 목적 사이의 관계를 규명하고,이상적인 사회 건설과 관련지어 정치가를 위한 교육의 문제를 논의하고,행복한 삶의 추구와 관련지어 행복의 의미와 공정한 사회적 장치의 문제를 살펴보았다.

        플라톤은 다양한 정치체계에 관해 체계적으로 논의했을 뿐만 아니라 서양 정치사상이 발전할 수 있는 계기를 마련했다고 볼 수 있다. 특히 그는 펠로폰네소스 전쟁에서 아테네가 패배한 원인이 정치가의 무능과 부패에 있다고 진단하고 이를 치유할 수 있는 정치가의 교육에 관해 체계적으로 논의했다. 그는 잘산다는 것은 무엇이며, 잘사는 국가는 어떤 것인가를 논의하는 가운데 정치의 본질은 사람들을 착하게 만드는 데 있다고 주장하고, 정치적인 문제들을 공개적으로 토론하고 깊이 있게 사고하는 토양을 마련하는 데 힘썼다고 볼 수 있다. 그는 정의로운 국가는 어떤 국가이며, 그런 국가를 만드는데 있어서 무엇보다 중요한 것은 훌륭한 정치가를 기를 수 있는 교육이라고 주장했다. 그래서 이 논문에서는 먼저 플라톤이 제안한 사회적 선을 실현하기 위한 전제 조건은 무엇인가를 분석한 다음, 그것을 바탕으로 실현해야 할 행복하고 정의로운 사회는 어떤 사회인가를 밝히는 일을 했다. 이 과정에서 철인 정치가는 어떤 인간이며, 오늘날 우리 사회의 정치문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 과정에서 어떤 시사점을 제공할 수 있는가를 논의했다. 특히 잘사는 국가는 어떤 국가이며, 훌륭한 정치가는 어떤 인간이며, 그것은 우리가 겪고 있는 많은 정치와 경제문제들을 해결하는 데 어떤 시사점을 제공할 수 있는가를 밝히는 데 주력했다. It can be said that Plato not only systematically discussed a variety of political systems but also laid the foundation for Western political thought to be developed. Especially, he thought that the main reason Athens was defeated in the Peloponnesian War was because their politicians at that time were incompetent and corrupted. Therefore, he studied in depth how to educate politicians, as a way to prevent their incompetence and corruption. While he was discussing what brings people to be well off and what is the wellbeing of a nation, he argued that it is the essence of policy to make the whole nation good. As a result, Plato can be said to have made a contribution to lay the cornerstone of public discussion and profound thinking on political issues. He expressed his opinion on what makes a nation righteous, and also claimed it is important to cultivate good politicians in order to establish such nations. Therefore, this study examined first what are the preconditions to implement social good Plato suggested, and then found out what society based on them is wellbeing and righteous. During the studying process, it is pointed out what kind of people were called philosopher politicians and that what are the suggestions they made for us in order to solve today"s our political issues. In conclusion, this study is focused on clarifying what kind of nation could be better off, who could become good politicians, and what these factors suggest for us to resolve a lot of political and economical issues we have been facing these days.

        Cinchonine-Copper(Ⅱ) 착물로 변성된 탄소반죽전극을 이용한 요오드 이온의 양극벗김전압전류법 정량

        $(Cin)Cu(NO_3)_2$으로 변성된 턴소반죽전극을 제작하여 $I^-$이온을 벗김전압전류법을 이용하여 정량하였다. $I^-$이온은 변성제인 $(Cin)Cu(NO_3)_2$착물에 배위된 $NO_3^-$와 이온교환에 의해 변전극에 감응하며, 산화전위는 +0.72 V였다, $I^-$ 이온의 최적분석 조건은 다음과 같다: 농축용액의 조성은 0.1 M $KNO_3$, 농축시간은 10분, 탄소분말에 대한 변성제의 함량은 40%(w/w). 선형주사 양극벗김전압전류법(Linear Sweep Anodic Stripping Voltammetry)에 의한 $I^-$이온의 검출한계는 $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M$이며, $2.0{\times}10^{-5}M$에서 구한 상대표준편차는 ${\pm}5.5%$였다. 여러 음이온에 대하여 방해작용을 검토한 결과 $Cl^-,\;Br^-,\;C_2O_4^{2-},\;ClO_4^-$ 등은 $I^-$이온의 정량에 영향을 주지 않았지만, $SCN^-$ 이온은 $I^-$ 이온의 산화전류를 약 32% 감소시켰다. Electrochemical determination of iodide was carried out by stripping voltammetry with a $(Cin)Cu(NO_3)_2$ modified-carbon paste electrode. Iodide was coordinated onto the electrode surface containing $(Cin)Cu(NO_3)_2$ via ion exchange. The oxidation peak potential of incorporated iodide was +0.72 V. The optimum analytical conditions for the determination of iodide were investigated using linear sweep voltammetry. Optimum conditions for the electrochemical determination of iodide were as follows: i) A predeposition solution was 0.1 M $KNO_3.$ ii) The deposition time was 10 min. iii) The composition of the electrode was 40% (w/w). The detection limit for iodide was $1.0{\times}10^{-6}M$ and the relative standard deviation was ${\pm}5.5%\;in\;2.0{\times}10^{-5}M$(four repetitions). The interference effect of other anions were also investigated. $Cl^-,\;Br^-,\;C_2O_4^{2-},\;and\;ClO_4^-$ ions do not interfere for the determination of iodide. When $SCN^-$ was added to the deposition solution, the oxidation peak current of iodide ion was decreased roughly 32%.

        A novel in-mold packaging process has been developed to manufacture devices with closed channels. In this unified process, fabrication of open channels and forming the rigid cover on top of them are sequentially integrated in the same mold. The entire process is comprised of two phases. In the first phase, the open channels are fabricated under an exquisitely controlled temperature and pressure using the conventional micro injection molding technology. In the second phase, the closed channels are fabricated by conducting the injection molding process using the molded structure with the open channels as a mold insert. As a result, the in-mold technology can eliminate the bonding processes such as heating, ultrasonic or chemical processes for cohesion between the channel and the cover, which have been required in conventional methods.

      • 한국형 출혈열 병원체 한탄바이러스의 중화항체에 관한 연구

        Korean hemorrhagic fever (KHF) was recognized for the first time in Korea in 1951 during Korean War among United Nations troops although similar diseases to KHF had been reported as hemorrhagic nephroso-nephritis in Russia, as epidemic hemorrhagic fever in China, as nephropathia epidemica in Scandivavia and epidemic hemorrhagic fever in Eastern Europe and in Japan. In recent years it appears to have spread slowly in a southwesterly direction and about 800 hospitalized cases are clinically diagnosed each year in Korea. Recently, Lee et al. discovered the etiologic agent of KHF, Hantaan virus, and animal reservoir host of KHF and perfected serologic test for diagnosis of the disease but there is no report on neutralizing antibodies of KHF to date. This is the first report on neutralizing antibody in the sera of KHF patients and of immunized rabbit with Hantaan virus. 1. It was demonstrared that infectivity of Hantaan virus was neutralized with serum antibodies of KHF patients in Apodemus mice. 2. Neutrarizing antibody was appeared on 7th days after onset of illness and it was remained for 10 years at least. 3. Neutralizing antibody appeared more quickly and higher than immunofluorescent antibody in the patients. 4. Immunofluorescent antibody and neutralizing antibody were produced in rabbits after inoculation of the virus intramuscularly.

      • 관광일본어과 교육과정에 관한 연구 : 광주보건대학 교육과정을 중심으로 Focus on Kwangju Health College

        Curriculum has been variously changed by the characteristics of society and age. Now we have our own curriculum to try to meet actual circumstances in our country. Almost all the universities and colleges educate their students in accordance with their own curriculum within them. However, some colleges have not only an inappropriate curriculum to adjust their education goal, but a similar one compared to those of the universities in our country. If a college does not have an individual or particular curriculum to meet its education goal, it will not be able to exist. Therefore, all the colleges must have their own inventive and practical curriculum to coincide with the characteristics and situations demanded in this century. There are numerous strategies for colleges to continue to survive at the critical moment in our country when the number of students applying for college or university has been sharply reduced, so that the competition among colleges or universities is variously shown in order to attract into their campus better students within the limited sources. Although each college or university is planning a strategy to suitable for its characteristics, it is still an important task how they make their reputation high enough to attract applicants. Furthermore, they should make their students have not merely enough abilities and proficiencies to be employed, but raise their cultural level. To this end, all the college should organize an elaborate curriculum and educate their students intensively according to it, so that the students can decide their path in life and devote themselves to study. Also, when they have a job after graduation, both the employer and they should be highly satisfied. This paper is to try to develope a new curriculum applicable for the department of Japanese Tourism in our country. In this curriculum, it is emphasized to have an adequate proportion of the major subjects, tourism, computer and information, and Japanese to suit general college curriculum and its education goal.

      • 現代日本語方言の諸相 : ム一ドの「ようだ」を中心た

        This study is to examine "Youda"(or a kind of Japanese Mood) expressing some guess, comparison, hope, etc., focusing on the four districts in Japan. The results are like followings. 1. The expression of guess: Almost all of the residents speak for "Youda" the word of "yo-da," "yo-na," "gotoaru" in the area of the northeast, kinki and Zuwugoku, and Kyuwusuwoo, respectively. 2. The expression of comparison: In northeastern area, they use the word of "yoda", "mitaida", or "ke" instead of "Youda." "Yo-ni" is largely spoken in Kinki, "ga-na" in Zuwugoku, and "gotoaru" in Kyuwusuwoo. 3. The expression of hope: In the three areas of the northeast, Kinki, and Zuwugoku, they use the same word of "yoni" or "yona," but the residents in Kyuwusuwoo area speak the word of "gotoaru."

      • Electrochemical Studies of Oxovanadium(Ⅳ) Complex of 2-Amino-1-cyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylate

        The redox properties of 2-amino-1-cyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylate anion (acdc) and its oxovanadium complex, VO(acdc)₂have been investigated in dimethylformamide (DMF) with polarography and cyclic voltammetry. Bis(2-amino-1-cyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylate)oxovanadium(Ⅳ)exhibits two polarographic oxdation waves and two reduction waves in the potential range from +0.50V to -2.4V vs. the Ag/AgCl (DMF) reference electrode. The second oxidation wave appeared at -0.08V is also reverssible and this reduction process is caused by the electrode process of formation of VO(acdc)^(2-)species. The half wave potential for the reductio, V(lV) →V(Ⅲ) is more positive for oxovanadium complexes containing sulfur donor atoms than other VO(IV) complexes having oxygen or nitrogen donor atoms.
