        배양 표피세포 이식의 생착에 관한 연구

        We cultured the keratinocytes from different donors for 3 weeks and the cultured keratinocyte sheets were applied to the 15 cases of patients who had hypertrophic scars on their extremities. (auto-??allografting) And the applied keratinocyte sheets were studied for the adaptation, growth ?? differentiation with light and electron-microscopy. The results were as follows; 1. Grafted epidermal cells started differentiation from second week post-grafting and showed a similar appearance to the normal epidermis at fourth week post-grafing. 2. Keratohyalind granules were seen from fourth week post-grafting and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 3. Immature desmosome-tonofilament complexes were seen at cultured epidermal sheet and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 4. Rete ridges showed its appearance at fourth week post-grafting and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 5. Fine structures of epidermo-graft bed junction showed a discontinuous appearance at second week post-grafting and showed a normal continuous appearance at fifth month post-grafting. In summary, the 'take' of grafted epidermal sheets begins at fourth week post-grafting and completed at fifth month post-grafting.

      • TNF-α 유전자로 형질전환된 효모의 성장양태 및 단백질 생산

        사람 TNF-a를 생산하도록 GPD promoter와 AG promoter로 형질전환된 S. cerevisiae가 보이는 성장양상, 총분비단백질, pretease 활성을 측정하였다. GPD promoter로 형질전환 된yeast는 63.6 g/L의 성장이 일어났고 총분비단백질은 9 mg/L이며, pretease 활성은 2.55 X10^(4) unit/L 였다. AG promoter로 형질전환된 yeast의 경우엔 68 g/L의 성장이 측정되고 총분비단백질은 27 mg/L, pretease 활성1.55 X10^(4) unit/L였다. 단백질과 protease 분비량은 세포의 성장과 비례하는 것을 알 수 있었고, GPD promoter로 발현되는 TNF-a의 양은 배양초기에는 검출 한계 이하였고 15시간 이후에 증가하는 양상을 보여 배양 후 35시간째에 가장 많은 양 약 2535 ng/ml 정도가 분비되는 것으로 나타났다. We measured growth, total secreted protein and total secreted protease of transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae with human TNF-α gene. Two different promoters, GPD promoter and AG promoter, were used for heterologous expression of human TNF-α gene. The growth which transformed TNF-α:GPD promoter was 63.9 g/L and total secreted protein was 9mg/L, protease activity was 2.55 x 10^(4) unit/L. In another case at TNF-α:AG promoter the growth was 68 g/L, total secreted protein was 27 mg/L and protease activity was 1.55 X 10^(4) unit/L. We could know total secreted protein and protease were directly proportional increase with growth. In initial time of culture, we could not see the TNF-α content in GPD promoter but after 15hours the yeast produced TNF-α. The highest level of product of TNF-a was 2535 ng/ml at 35hours after culture.

      • 고속 플라즈마 진단용 능동회로의 설계 및 응용

        본 논문에서는 자화 플라즈마의 파라메타를 측정할 수 있는 고속 푸르브 구동시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 1[msec] 이내에 -40 - +40[V]에 이르는 톱니파 전압을 푸르브에 인가시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 2회 연속 미분을 행하여 전자에너지 분포함수를 구할 수 있었다. 이와 같이 고속 푸르브 구동시스템 및 2회 연속 미분회로를 이용하여 고속으로 거의 전형적인 푸르브 특성곡선을 얻을 수 있었고 2회 연속 미분회로로써 얻어진 전자에너지 분포하수에서 플라즈마의 중심부 보다 플라즈마의 가장자리에 고에너지를 가진 전자들이 많이 분포함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper ,we have realized the high speed probe driving circuit system which can measure the plasma parameters of magnetoplasma. By this system, the probe voltage can be seeped in a 1[msec] order. In addition, we can obtain the electron energy distribution function in magnetoplasma by using two differentiators. In this study, we obtain a complete probe characteristics, and find that the electron energy measured at the edge of plasma is larger than of electron measured at the center of plasma

        Hydrogen Peroxide 농도와 적용시간이 Hydroxyapatite discs의 미백과 물리적 성질에 미치는 영향

        법랑질의 주성분인 hydroxyapatite 분말을 성형하고 소결하여 착색을 유발한 다음 과산화수소의 농도와 적용 기간의 변화에 따라 나타나는 미세 조직과 기계적 성질의 변화 및 미백 효과 등에 관한 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 과산화수소의 농도와 적용시간이 증가함에 따라 미백 효과가 증가되었다. 2. 표면조도는 15% 과산화수소 10일, 30% 과산화수소 7, 10일 적용 시 유의한 차이로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 3. X-선회절 분석결과 미백처리 전·후의 결정상의 변화는 관찰되지 않았으나, 주사전자현미경 관찰시 표면의 미세구조는 과산화수소 농도와 적용시간의 증가에 따라 미세기공이 증가하였다. 4. 2축 굽힘강도는 30%농도의 과산화수소로 7, 10일 적용하였을 때 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05). 5. 미소 경도값은 15% 과산화수소 10일과 30% 과산화수소 3, 7, 10일 적용 후 유의한 차이로 감소되었다(p<0.05) The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect that various concentration and application time of hydrogen peroxide had on tooth whitening and physical properties. The hydroxyapatite (HA) discs of 12 mm (Φ) x 1.2 mm (t) in dimensions were made by compression (100 kg/㎠) and sintering (at 1350℃ for 2 hours). All specimens were polished sequentially with #240 through #2000 emery paper and one side of each specimen was polished finally with 0.3 ㎛ alumina paste. The discs were placed in sterile whole stimulated saliva overnight at 37℃ in order to form an in vitro pellicle layer. Then the discs were rinsed with distilled water and soaked into staining broth at 37℃ for 7 days. These stained specimens were bleached with hydrogen peroxide according to the change of concentration (3∼30%) and application time (3∼10 days). The specimens were analyzed with a spectrophotometer, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), surface roughness tester, microhardness tester and biaxial flexural strength. The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. The bleaching effect was increased with the increased concentration and the extended application time of hydrogen peroxide. 2. The surface roughness was significantly increased from the specimen bleached with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 3. The changes of crystal phase observed by XRD between before and after bleaching weren' t shown of any difference, but microporous structure of surface observed by SEM was shown of increase with the increased concentration and the extended application. 4. The biaxial flexural strength was significantly decreased from bleaching of specimen with 30% hydrogen peroxide for 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). 5. Microhardness was significantly decreased from bleaching with 15% hydrogen peroxide for 10 days and with 30% for 3, 7 and 10 days respectively (p<0.05). Although the tooth bleaching effect was greater when the high concentration was applied, further in vivo experiment will be needed to prove it s safety.

        Afferent loop syndrome is an uncommon complication of a gastrectomy and Billroth Ⅱ reconstruction. It may cause symtoms at any time from the first postoperative day to many years after the gastrectomy. Afferent loop syndrome is characterized by abdominal pain, vomiting and elevation of serum amylase. Thus, it is difficult to differentiate afferent loop syndrome from other cause of acute pancreatitis. However, the history of gastrectomy can be an important clue for diagnosing afferent loop syndrome. We experienced one case of chronic afferent loop syndrome with acute pancreatitis. After appropriate management, the abdominal pain disappeared and serum amylase level decreased. We report this case with a review of relevant literatures.

        The quantitative analysis of heavy metals(As, Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb, Cu) in the sea water around Kaduck island was conducted during the period of March, 1998 to September, 1998. The sea water in the four regions was sampled four times and the heavy metals were analyzed. The Heavy metal concentration of the sea water around Kaduck island was As 127.7㎍/ℓ , Cd 49.28㎍/ℓ , Cr 0.462㎍/ℓ, Hg 0.111㎍/ℓ, Pb 1.713㎍/ℓ, Cu 2.716㎍/ℓ in the average value, respectively.

Libraries are systems that carry out interactions among information and knowledge seekers. Library become more and more important for the provision of data. Total information system for books management exist in many forms. We present total information system for books management which is applied to several different sources, e.g., administrator security login, statistics about the present state of lending, printing management, and convenient GUI(Graphic User Interface) environment.

        Effect of Sesbania Incorporation as Nitrogen Source on Growth and Yield of Whole Crop Barley and Reduction of N Fertilizer in Saemangeum Reclaimed Tidal Land

        It is known that the poor soil fertility of newly reclaimed saline soils is due to the lack of organic matter and available mineral nutrients for crop production. The effect of green manuring with Sesbania aculeata in combination with five rates of urea-N treatments (N0. N25, N50, N75, N100) on the productivity of a subsequent whole-crop barley and the fertility of the reclaimed saline soil in Saemangeum was evaluated in the field during 2013-2014 growing season. Sesbania was grown during summer season (June to October). The amount of Sesbania incorporated was $16.2Mg\;ha^{-1}$. Sesbania contributed to $393kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$ to the soils when ploughed down and incorporated before whole-crop barley cultivated. The performances of whole-crop barley following sesbania incorporation were significantly affected by a combination of Sesbania manuring and different N rates. The N fertilizer equivalence without N fertilizer following Sesbania was 42.6% ($63.9kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$), compared with N100 ($150kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$) in fallow soils. The whole-crop barley yield responded to N fertilizer rates in both sesbania-amended and fallow soil. The yield response to nitrogen rates in fallow soil was linear (Y=0.0586X+3.3011, $R^2=0.9534$), whereas that in sesbania-amended soils was quadratic (Y= -0.001X2+0.1322X+5.7143, $R^2=0.9576$). The yield of whole-crop barley in sesbania-amended with increasing N rates was increased up to SN75 (115 kgN) $10.3Mg\;ha^{-1}$. Apparent N recovery (ANR) of whole-crop barely showed decreased with sesbania plus increasing rates of N fertilizer. Despite higher yield with sesbania manuring plus increasing N rates, the contributions of N from Sesbania with increasing N rates to whole-crop barley were decreased, whereas those from fertilizer increment due to excessively mineralized Nitrogen. Considering yield, ANR, N contribution from Sesbania and nitrogen fertilizer, the optimum N rate was N50 rate following sesbania incorporation.
