본 연구에서는 장애대학생의 성공적인 대학생활을 위한 대학교육 전반에 걸친 지원 프로그램의 연구동향을 파악하고 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 대학 내 장애학생 대상 지원 프로그램에 대한 시사점을 도출하고 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석 자료는 장애인 특수교육대상자 대학입학 특별전형제도가 시작된 1995년부터 2012년 12월까지 한국연구재단 등재 또는 등재후보지의 학술지에 발표된 총 38편의 논문을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문을 우선 입학 전, 대학생활 중, 졸업 후 취업을 위한 지원으로 나누고 연구방법, 연구대상, 지원 분야, 지원 내용의 세부 분야별로 구분하여 연구의 동향을 살펴보았다. 또한 연구논문에서 실제 지원 프로그램을 제공한 연구가 대학 현장에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지 그 내용을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 장애학생 지원을 위한 연구 동향을 살펴본 결과 제도적인 변화에 따른 요구가 연구에 반영되었으며, 연구주제는 실태조사가 대부분을 차지하였다. 연구대상은 시각장애와 청각장애 학생들을 대상으로 한 연구가 대다수였다. 실제적인 지원을 제공한 분야는 대학생활 중 교수-학습 지원이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 또한 입학 전?대학생활 중·졸업 후 취업을 위한 지원으로 볼 때 입학 전, 졸업 후에 비하여 대학생활 중과 관련된 논문이 다수를 차지하였다. 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 향후 다양한 연구 분야와 대상을 확장하여 장애대학생을 위한 개별화된 지원서비스의 필요성 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends on support for college students with disabilities and suggest diverse support service programs for college students with disabilities to be successful in college life. The search procedures using the Web-database system were implemented to find the proper research from 1995 to 2012. A total of 38 articles met the criteria for analysis and were included in this review. Each article was analyzed according to pre-college (transition to higher education), college (Success learning program in higher education), post-college (work and higher education). Studies were analyzed by research methods, disability type, what type of services were provided. Results of the study are as follow: research trends reflected the changes in regulations and laws by the government. Additionally, it was found that most of the research methods were survey and most of the subjects in research were college students with visual and sensory disabilities. The result showed that the contents areas of research were concentrated teaching and learning services and support for students with disabilities and focused success learning program in the college life. Based on the results of the study, a variety of research areas and practical support was suggested, and additionally an individualized learning service program for college students with disabilities were discussed and suggested future researches.

Currently, as part of eco-friendly agriculture in Korea, useful agricultural microorganisms are provided to farmers through 141 agricultural technology centers nationwide. In particular, there are very few cities and counties agricultural technology centers are using indigenous and patented microorganisms. Thus, this study was aimed to isolate Bacillus aryabhattai GW320 from soil rhizosphere of cucumber cultivation and to estimate the effect on the growth promoting effect of cucumbers. As a result, the GW320 strain showed robust plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) activities such as plant growth promoting hormone, nitrogen utilizing activity, and urea solubilizing activities. Furthermore, in comparison with control group, the strain increased plant height 22 to 33% and leaf width by 7 to 9% in cucumber, and elevated plant inorganic components. In addition, when the results of cucumber growth promotion, plant inorganic components, and soil properties were analyzed, the optimum microbial treatment concentration the isolate GW320 was found to be the best when the stock solution was diluted 100 times, and 1.0 × 10⁷ CFU mL<SUP>-1</SUP>. Concluding remark of this study is that this indigenous strain isolated from rhizosphere of cucumber in Gunwi-gun promoted growth of cucumber, suggesting the importance of indigenous bacterial strain scientifically confirmed in terms of eco-friendly treatment in agricultural field.

<P>We investigated the effect of the phenylalkylamine Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> channel inhibitor verapamil on voltage-dependent K<SUP>+</SUP> (Kv) channels in rabbit coronary arterial smooth muscle cells using a whole-cell patch clamp technique. Verapamil reduced the Kv current amplitude in a concentration-depenent manner. The apparent <I>K</I><SUB>d</SUB> value for Kv channel inhibition was 0.82 μ<SMALL>M</SMALL>. Although verapamil had no effect on the activation kinetics, it accelerated the decay rate of Kv channel inactivation. The rate constants of association and dissociation by verapamil were 2.20±0.02 μ<SMALL>M</SMALL><SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP>, and 1.79±0.26 s<SUP>−1</SUP>, respectively. The steady-state activation and inactivation curves were unaffected by verapamil. The application of train pulses increased the verapamil-induced Kv channel inhibition. Furthermore, verapamil increased the recovery time constant, suggesting that the inhibitory effect of this agent was use-dependent. The inhibitory effect of verapamil was not affected by intracellular and extracellular Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>-free conditions. Another Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> channel inhibitor, nifedipine (10 μ<SMALL>M</SMALL>) did not affect the Kv current, and did not alter the inhibitory effect of verapamil. Based on these results, we concluded that verapamil inhibited Kv current in a state-, time-, and use-dependent manner, independent of Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> channel inhibition.</P>

<P>We investigated the effects of YC-1, an activator of soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC), on voltage-dependent K<SUP>+</SUP> (Kv) channels in smooth muscle cells from freshly isolated rabbit coronary arteries by using the whole-cell patch clamp technique. YC-1 inhibited the Kv current in a dose-dependent fashion with an apparent <I>K</I><SUB>d</SUB> of 9.67 <I>μ</I>M. It accelerated the decay rate of Kv channel inactivation without altering the kinetics of current activation. The rate constants of association and dissociation for YC-1 were 0.36 ± 0.01 <I>μ</I>M<SUP>−1</SUP>·s<SUP>−1</SUP> and 3.44 ± 0.22 s<SUP>−1</SUP>, respectively. YC-1 did not have a significant effect on the steady-state activation and inactivation curves. The recovery time constant from inactivation was decreased in the presence of YC-1, and application of train pulses (1 or 2 Hz) caused a progressive increase in the YC-1 blockade, indicating that YC-1–induced inhibition of Kv currents is use-dependent. Pretreatment with Bay 41-2272 (also a sGC activator), ODQ (a sGC inhibitor), or Rp-8-Br-PET-cGMPs (a protein kinase G inhibitor) did not affect the basal Kv current and also did not significantly alter the inhibitory effect of YC-1. From these results, we suggest that YC-1 directly inhibits the Kv current independently of sGC activation and in a state-, time-, and use-dependent fashion.</P>
