        비복신경이식을 이용한 긴 거리의 말초신경 결손부 수복

        The surgery of oral and maxillofacial area poses the risk of cranial nerve damage such as trigeminal nerve or facial nerve. Inferior alveolar nerve is prone to damage in the third molar extraction, implant installation, orthognathic surgery, open reduction and rigid fixation, and tumor ablation surgery. On the other hands,facial nerve is likely to be damaged or sacrificed with trauma or parotidectomy. In case of inferior alveolar nerve injury, the incidence is reported to be about 1.3%. The nerve function will almost recover in minimal damage, but it won't recover at last in total damage of a part of nerve unit. In latter cases, nerve regeneration in intended by allograft as nerve substitute or various route of merve condit. But the recovery with autograft is believed to be most relialbe mrthod in the rapair of long-span(longer than 15㎜)nerve defect. We have performed autologous sural nerve graft in the repair of nerve defect, which is caused by resection of benign or malignant tumor. Hereby we report the method of nerve harvesting, recovery of defected peripheral nerve and the complications of donor site with the discussion of sural nerve anatomy.

      • 논에 있어서 포장정보 공간변이의 공간통계학적 해석

        논에 있어서 정밀농업을 위한 기초자료수집과 분석을 하기 위해서 토양의 특성, 포장면 고저차, 생육상태 그리고 수량에 관한 포장정보를 조사한 결과 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 가. 기본통계값을 살펴보면 유효태 규산의 경우는 한 포장내 14배 이상의 변이차이를 보였으며, 생육정보 중 분얼수는 3배, 수량은 4배 이상의 차이를 보였다. 나. 포장정보의 변이계수를 살펴보면 5.45∼51.3%의 공간변이를 보였다. 토양특성 중에 pH를 제외한 나머지가 10%이상의 공간변이를 보였다. 포장면 고저차는 51.3%, 생육정보는 7.32∼23.2%, 그리고 수량에 있어서도 변이계수가 22.5%를 보였다. 다. 포장정보를 공간통계학을 이용해 해석한 결과, 포장정보의 공간구조 발달여부를 표시하는 Q값이 0.24∼1로서 공간구조가 포장정보에 따라서 발달되어 있었으며, 공간변이의 의존거리를 나타내는 랜지는 8.1∼147.9m를 보였다. 그러나, 실질적인 랜지는 토양특성값이 15∼50m 정도, 생육정보는 15m 전후, 포장면 고저차는 30m 정도, 수량은 8.1m를 보였다. 이것을 기초로 하여 크리깅 방법으로 데이터를 보간하여 지도화 시킨결과, 공간변이를 이해하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있는 포장정보 지도를 얻을 수 있었다. Soil properties, relief of field surface, growth information, grain yield were investigated in a 1ha paddy field in 2001 to obtain basic field information for precision agriculture. The field information were analyzed to examine their within field variability using descriptive statistical method. Semivariograms and Kriged maps of geostatistical analysis were also adopted to examine their within field spatial dependence. The results obtained were as follows ; 1) Nutrient distribution difference of available SiO_2 was seemed 14 times overs, 3 times overs at tiller number, 4 times overs at grain yield from within a paddy field. 2) Descriptive statistics of field information showed that the coefficient of variation ranged from 5.45∼51.3%. 3) Field information showed a high spatial dependence within a paddy field. The Q values ranged from 0.24∼1, the ranges of spatial dependence were from 8.1∼50m, respectively. 4) Kriged maps enable the visualization and comparison of the spatial variability of field informaton.

      • 腦硬塞을 同伴한 糖尿病性 腎症 患者에 對한 一例報告

        A clinical study was done in one case of Diabetic Nephropathy patient for Oriental Medicien Hospital of DaeJeon Univeristy one month, Dec 1-30, 2001. The following results were obtained. Patient, 60 years old man had complained tibia edema, itching sense, an early uremia and Rt. Hemiparesis. After treatment of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Herbmed with physical therapy during about one month, patient could self working with assistance and showed improvedment of chief compalin and uremia.

        Polymer insulating materials are widely used in power distribution and transmission systems for their good dielectric properties, light weight, low cost, and good contamination performance. Tracking is one of the biggest problems to be overcome in polymer insulating materials. The alumina trihydrate(ATH) is widely used as a filler for improve the tracking performance of silicone rubber. In this paper, we have investigated the influence of surface treatment of fillers on the tracking performance of silicone insulator using the IEC 587 tracking test method.

      • 도입벼 품종의 재배환경 반응 연구

        본 시험은 1997年 湖南農業試驗場 水稻圃場에서, 최근 良質米로 市販되고 있는 다마금과 칼로스 등 3품종과, 우리나라에서 가장 재배면적이 많은 東津벼와 相互比較하여 재배시기 및 보통기의 시비량을 달리하여 생육특성과 수량 및 현미의 外觀上 品位 등을 조사하여 보았던 바, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 이앙기 素質의 乾物重比率은 東津벼에 비해苗 導入品種들은 낮았다. 2. 보통기재배의 普肥 및 만기재배에서 登熱率은 보통기재배의 보비, 다비조건에서는 동진벼>아끼바레>칼로스>다마금 순위를 보였으나, 만기재배에서는 칼로스가 가장 등숙율이 낮았다. 3. 收量은 보통기 보비재배에서는 동진벼, 칼로스, 아끼바레, 다마금의 순이었으나 多肥條件과 만기재배 동진벼, 아끼바레, 칼로스, 다마금 順이었다. 4. 心腹白程度는 동진벼와 아끼바레는 재배시기 및 시비량에 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 다마금과 칼로스는 다비재배와 만기재배에서 심복백이 많아졌다. 5. 玄米의 完全粒比率은 재배시기 및 시비량에 관계없이 동진벼가 가장 높았고, 다마금이 낮았으며, 특히 칼로스와 다마금은 만기재배에서 53.9%와 28.6%로 매우 낮은 수치를 보였는데, 이것은 被害粒의 靑米比率이 높은 결과로 나타났다. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of transplanting date and fertilizer level on growth characteristics, yield components, grain yield and apparent quality of brown on rice of three introduced rice varieties : Damageum, Akibare and Calrose as compared with Dongjinbyeo. The test varieties were transplanted on June 1 and July 10 under normal (NFC) and heavy fertilizing culture (HFC). The percentage of dry weight in seedling quality was lower in the introduced rice varieties than in Dongjinbyeo. Akibare had the highest panicle number per ㎡ in than Dongjinbyeo. In terms of ripened grain ratio, Dongjinbyeo was better than the introduced rice varieties and Damageum was the lowest among them. Dongjinbyeo had the lowest milled rice yield in all of the cultivation methods. Degree of white core and belly of Calrose and Damageum increased under HFC and late transplanting. In rice quality, the percentage of complete matured grain was higher in Dongjinbyeo under all the cultivation methods, but Damageum was the lowest. In particular, Calrose(5.39%) and Damageum(28.6%) had veery low mature grain percentage in late transplanting culture, as a result of an increase in immature green grains in Calrose and Damageum.

      • 특수체육교육전공 대학생의 교육적 신념과 가치정향 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 특수체육교육전공 대학생의 교육적 신념과 가치정향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 특수체육교사양성과정에 있는 대학생 345명을 연구대상으로 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS Ver 18.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석결과를 기초로 하여 도출된 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수체육교육전공 대학생의 교육적 신념의 경향은 성숙주의-행동주의-상호작용주의 순으로 나타났다. 이는 환경적인 요인 보다는 생리적, 유전적 요인에 의한 것이 훨씬 더 크게 작용한다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 개인적 특성에 따른 특수체육교육전공 대학생의 가치정향의 차이를 최우선 순위에 대한 빈도를 중심으로 살펴보았을 때 자아실현-생태통합-사회책임-학습과정-내용숙달 순으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성에 따라 살펴보면 성별, 가족 중 장애인 유무, 학년, 통합체육수업을 최초로 경험한 시기나 유무, 통합체육수업을 경험한 기간, 통합체육수업의 경험 유무에 상관없이 자아실현을 최우선 가치로 생각하고 있으나 차선 가치에서는 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결론을 종합하여 볼 때, 초․중․고등학교의 장기적인 통합교육경험이 교육적 신념에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났고, 통합체육수업의 경험이 길수록 교육신념이 높음을 검증하였다. 또한 특수체육교육전공 대학생의 개인적 특성에 상관없이 자아실현을 최우선 가치로 생각하고 있으나 차선 가치에서는 차이를 보였다. 연구의 제언점으로 가치정향 연구의 문항군별 최우선 가치 중심의 최우선 순위 빈도는 선행 연구와의 분석 방법의 차이로 비교가 불가능하며, 질적 연구를 활용한 다양한 연구방법이 추가 되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the educational beliefs and value orientation of special physical education majors. The subjects in this study were 345 college students who took courses to become special physical education teachers. After a survey was conducted to gather data, the collected data were analyzed by the statistical package SPSS 18.0. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as for a pervasive trend in the educational beliefs of the special physical education majors, maturationism was most dominant, followed by behaviorism and interactionism. It could be said to indicate that they were far more affected by their physiological and hereditary factors than by environmental ones. Second, when the priorities of the value orientation of the special physical education majors were checked in consideration of their personal characteristics, they gave top priority to self-realization, followed by ecological integration, social responsibility, leaning process and disciplinary mastery. By personal characteristics, they placed the most significance in self-realization regardless of gender, the presence or absence of a disabled person in their families, the first time to take an inclusive P.E. class, experiences of taking an inclusive P.E. class and the period of receiving inclusive P.E. instruction. But there were differences among them in the second most important value according to the personal characteristics. The above-mentioned findings illustrated that long-term educational experiences in elementary and secondary schools had the largest impact on educational beliefs, and that they had better educational beliefs when they had more experiences to receive inclusive P.E. instruction. The special physical education majors gave top priority to self-realization irrespective of their personal characteristics, but there were differences among them in the second most important value.

        백서 척수후근절로부터 슈반세포의 효과적인 체외 배양법

        Schwann cells(SCs), an important component of the peripheral nervous system, intract with nerous to mutually support growth and replication for the peripheral nerve regentation. Recently, ading SCs to the lumen of guidance channel is widely tried to improve regeneration or to make regeneration possible over otherwise irreparable gaps. however, it is not easy to isolate and multiplicate SCs as much as enough to help the axonal regeneration. For the allogeneic SCs source for tubular nerve guidance, we developed a little bit improved technique of harvesting and multiplicating SCs. by culturing dispersed dorsal root ganglia in specially designed medium with growth factors and serial processing, we repeatedlly generate relatively homogenous SC cultures. Our technique was compared with other methods of literature using immunostaining methods such as GFAP, S100, BDNF and the total SC count assessment at different time interval after primary culture.

        우수방사성의약품 생산시설 개발

        Manufacturing facilities of the pharmaceuticals must meet certain level of the cleanness required so that foreign substances such as dust, moisture, heat, microorganism, or virus do not contaminate the product. In case of radiopharmaceuticals for medical treatment and diagnosis, not only should the operators and environment be protected from radiation but also need to be isolated from the foreign contaminant. Therefore, manufacturing facilities for radiopharmaceuticals must satisfy the design standards of both hot cell and clean room which are specified by GNP. However, standards of maintaining negative pressure for preventing spread of radioactive contaminant in isolated facilities conflict with the standards of maintaining positive pressure for keeping cleanness. To solve this problem, are pressure of hot cell was designed lower than in the adjacent area to meet standards of the radiation safety. To keep higher cleanness in certain part of the hot cell for filling, minimal relative positive pressure allows. In order to effectively maintain the cleanness that is required for production of Tc-99m generator, which takes 70% of whole demand of radiopharmaceuticals, the rooms placed in each side of production room are used as a buffer area and three lead hot cells are installed in production room. In this research, we established the appropriate engineered design concept for Tc-99m generator manufacturing facility, which satisfies both GMP cleanness standard for preventing particles, bacteria, other contaminants and the regulations of radiation safety for supervising and controlling the amount of radiation exposure and exhausted radioactivity. And the concept of multi-buffer zones is introduced to apply negative air pressure for hot cell with first priority and to continue relative positive air pressure for clean room.

      • A Study of Psychotherapy Plan through Game Graphics Focused on Color Preference of Children

        Colors are recognized by human vision or visual organ. In particular, many studies show that these colors have been proved to give great influences on cognitive development and emotional formation of children. The subconsciousness of children is detectable by colors and through this, their inner emotions and subconsciousness can be revealed. Children have higher interaction of emotion and feelings with colors than adults. Moreover, children tend to express their subconsciousness through colors. However, children are defenselessly exposed to colors coming from the IT devices due to the broad diffusion of these appliances. Different types of media materials give impact on the emotions and cognitive development of children. Likewise, the colors represented by media materials considerably exert influence on the emotions and cognitive development of children. With this in mind, this study proposes design game graphics through analysis of colors, composition, nature and character of these colors preferred by children.

        Vertical Pillar-Superlattice Array and Graphene Hybrid Light Emitting Diodes

        <P>We report a type of device that combines vertical arrays of one-dimensional (1D) pillar-superlattice (PSL) structures with 2D graphene sheets to yield a class of light emitting diode (LED) with interesting mechanical, optical, and electrical characteristics. In this application, graphene sheets coated with very thin metal layers exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties and an ability to mount, in a freely suspended configuration, on the PSL arrays as a top window electrode. Optical characterization demonstrates that graphene exhibits excellent optical transparency even after deposition of the thin metal films. Thermal annealing of the graphene/metal (Gr/M) contact to the GaAs decreases the contact resistance, to provide enhanced carrier injection. The resulting PSL-Gr/M LEDs exhibit bright light emission over large areas.
