        베어링특성에 따른 HSK 공구시스템의 정적 및 동적 거동의 유한요소해석

        Recently, the high-tech industries, such as the aerospace industry, the auto industry, and the electronics industry, are growing up considerably. Because of that, high machining accuracy and productivity of precision parts have been required. The tooling system is important part in the machining center. HSK tooling system is more suitable than BT tooling system for that of high speed machining center. It is because static stiffness and machining accuracy of HSK tooling system are higher than those of BT tooling system. In this paper, static and dynamic behavior of the HSK tooling System is analyzed according to bearing characteristics and lightweight parts. In order that, three different models of the HSK tooling system are modelled by using a 3D modeling/design program. More stable one in the models of HSK tooling system can be selected by using the FEA(Finite Element Analysis).

        ${\iota}$-Sparteine의 전기화학적 산화반응에 대한 메카니즘의 연구

        천연 알칼로이드의 하나인 ${\iota}$-sparteine (SP)의 전기화학적 산화반응을 아세토니트릴 용액 중에서 조사하였다. SP의 순환전압전류그림(CV)은 Ag/AgCl (0.1M AgNO$_3$ in acetonitrile) 전극에 대하여 +0.75 V and +1.45 V에서 두 개의 비가역적 산화봉우리를 나타내었다. 두 과정은 각각 약 1.2~1.3개의 전자반응에 해당함을 전기량법을 이용하여 확인하였다. SP 의 첫 단계산화는 SP의 질소원자 하나가 산화되어 SP 라디칼 양이온을 형성하고, 라디칼 양이온은 뒤 이은 빠른 탈수소반응에 의하여 중성의 이민 라디칼을 형성한다. 이 중성 라디칼은 두 가지 반응 경로가 가능하다:대부분의 중성 라디칼은 불균등화 반응에 의하여 SP와 엔아민으로 된다. 또한 일부의 중성 라디칼은 다시 일전자 산화반응에 의해 1,2-dehydrosparteinium 양이온을 생성하게 된다. 이 양이온을 KOH로 처리하면 (+)-lupanine으로 된다. SP를 전기분해하여 얻은 생성물들을 분리한 후 적외선분광법, 질량분석법, 자외선-가시광선 분광법 및 얇은 막 전기분광화학법을 이용하여 확인하였다. The mechanism for electrochemical oxidation of natural alkaloid, ${\iota}$-sparteine (SP) was studied in acetonitrile solvent. The cyclic voltammogram of SP shows two irreversible anodic peaks at +0.75 V and +1.45 V vs. Ag/AgCl (0.1M AgNO$_2$ in acetonitrile) electrode. Coulometry reveals that the number of electrons involved in each oxidation peaks is in the range of 1.2∼1.3 respectively. Neutral imine radical was produced by fast deprotonation of SP radical cation formed by oxidation of one nitrogen atom in SP. Two pathways are possible for the reaction of the neutral radical: Due to the disproportionation of the radical, SP and enamine were mainly produced. Also, the 1,2-dehydrosparteinium cation was formed as minor product through the second one electron transfer oxidation of this radical. The (+)-lupanine was produced by treatment of sparteinium cation with potassium hydroxide. We have isolated and confirmed the electrolysis products using IR, GC-MS, UV-Vis, and thin-layer spectroelectrochemical method.

      • 다중 서비스 환경에서 HSDPA 기술 적용에 따른 셀 용량 분석

        HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access) 기술이란 WCDMA(Wideband CDMA)의 Release 5(이하 R5) 표준 기술로서 WCDMA Release 4(이하 R4) 시스템에서 지원하는 최대 하향 데이터 용량 (이하 throughput)을 2Mbps 에서 최대 14.4Mbps 로 향상시킨 기술이다. WCDMA 표준화 기구인 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)에서 상기 기술에 대해 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 throughput 향상에 대해 분석하였지만 시뮬레이션 환경이 패킷 데이터 서비스만 고려하여 throughput 을 분석하고 있으며 다양한 서비스가 존재하는 셀에서의 HSDPA 기술에 의한 throughput 향상에 대한 분석이 없어 실제 운용 환경을 고려한 셀 용량에 대한 예측이 힘들었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다중 서비스가 존재하는 환경에서 HSDPA 기술로 인한 셀 throughput 향상에 대해 분석하였다.

        최근 들어 개인용 경항공기 및 헬리콥터 등의 저고도 항공기들의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 항공기 운항의 증가와 더불어 항공기 사고 또한 증가하고 있는데, 비행을 준비하는 단계에서 경로상의 기상정보와 지형정보를 정확하게 인지할 수 있다면 보다 안전한 비행경로의 결정과, 유사시 좀 더 빠르고 적절한 판단을 내리는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기상데이터를 공간데이터로 모델링하여 공간정보시스템에 구현함으로써 지형과 기상정보를 가시적인 방법으로 보다 효율적으로 전달할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

        붕어찜통조림의 제조 및 품질특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the quality characteristics of canned steamed crucian carp which was solved inconvenient problem to eat because of many small bone in the muscle. The canned products of Sample-1 (prepared by adding fresh ginseng) and Sample-2 (without fresh ginseng) were seamed by using a vacuum seamer, and then sterilized for 60 min at 118℃ (Fo 16 min) in a steam system retort, in which softening the small bones in the crucian carp muscle. The quality of texture was measured in order to find appropriate sterilization conditions to soften the bones in the muscle of crucian carp. Namely, the condition of sterilization for Fo 16 min at 118℃ rather than Fo 8 min at 118℃ greatly reduced the value of texture, allowing to eat with their bones. Therefore, it was possible to manufacture canned steamed crucian carp under the sterilization conditions for Fo 16 min at 118℃ that allow the bones to soften sufficiently. The bacterial counts of Sample-1 and Sample-2 were not detected, and the yields were 77.22 and 75.56%, respectively. Sample-1 had slightly higher crude protein and crude lipid content, but had lower moisture content, had lower degree of lightness and higher redness and yellowness than that of sample-2. As a result of the sensory evaluation, the shape, color and texture of Sample-1 were similar to those of Sample-2, while the overall acceptance of Sample-1 were estimated to be better than that of Sample-2. Therefore, it was judged that the addition of fresh ginseng in the production of canned steamed crucian carp was effective in reducing fishy smell and increasing taste.

        붕어고음 농축액 함유 연자육 환제의 제조 및 품질특성

        This study investigated the quality characteristics including antioxidant activities of lotus seed pills containing concentrated crucian carp extracts. The small pill (SP) and large pill (LP) were manufactured by mixing 15% concentrated crucian carp extracts with lotus seed powder(55%:50%) and honey(30%:35%), respectively. The contents of ash, crude protein, and total minerals were significantly higher in SP than LP. The potassium contents were measured as 51% of total minerals. The amino acids contents of SP was 1.2 times higher than those of LP. Especially, glutamic acid was determined as the highest content amino acid. The total phenol and flavonoid contents were significantly higher in ethanol extracts (EE) than water extracts (WE). The total phenol content was significantly higher in SP than LP. However, the flavonoid content was not significantly different between SP and LP. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity and reducing power were significantly higher in EE than WE, regardless of the pill size. At ECvalue, the antioxidant activity of SP tended to be higher compared to that of LP. Therefore, this study suggest that the development of lotus seed pills added with concentrated crucian carp extracts is more effective in increasing functionality as well as ease of portability and ingestion.

        천연 약용식물을 첨가한 레토르트 파우치 가물치고음의 제조 및 품질특성

        This study was carried out to examine the changes in nutritional components of snakehead Channa argus extracts for the establishment of processing conditions and the development of new products according to the hot water extraction time. As for the retort pouched snakehead extracts added medicinal plants, the result of the bacteria and external appearance test was negative after sterilization by heating at 118℃ for 20 minutes (F0 value 8 min). The proximate compositions were 84.7% moisture content, 11.3% crude protein content, 2.2% crude lipid content, and 1.1% ash content. In addition, the thiobabituric acid (TBA) value was 0.066, the amino acid nitrogen content was 429.5 mg/100 g, and the salinity was 0.7%. The color values showed lightness (L-value) 7.5, redness (a-value) 1.7, yellowness (b-value) 2.8, and color difference (⊿E) 89.9. The total amino acid content was 10,761.5 mg/100 g, in which the major amino acid had the highest content of glutamic acid, followed by glycine and aspartic acid. The free amino acid was 2,085.7 mg/100 g, and the main free amino acid had the highest glutamic acid content, followed by glycine and aspartic acid. The mineral content was 383.6 mg/100 g with the highest content of K.

        FAIR 원칙 기반 메타데이터 평가 프레임워크

        Development of the big data industry, the cases of providing data utilization services on digital platforms are increasing. In this regard, research in data-related fields is being conducted to apply the FAIR principle that can be applied to the assessment of (meta)data quality, service, and function to data quality evaluation. Especially, the European Open Data Portal applies an assessment model based on FAIR principles. Based on this, a data maturity assessment is conducted and the results are disclosed in reports every year. However, public data portals do not conduct data maturity evaluations based on metadata. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a new model for data maturity evaluation on a big data platform built for multiple domestic public data portals and data transactions, FAIR principles used for data maturity evaluation in Europe's open data portals. The proposed maturity evaluation model is a model that evaluates the quality of public data portal datasets.
