NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 교육프로그램이 초등학생의 환경소양에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학생 4학년을 대상으로 NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 교육이 초등학생의 환경소양에 대한 교육적 의미와 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구와 관련된 제7차 교육과정과 선행연구의 고찰을 통하여 NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 교수·학습 모형 및 프로그램을 개발하여 학습현장에 적용하였다. NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사용된 검사지는 진옥화(2004)가 개발한 환경소양 측정도구 86문항을 초등학교 수준에 맞게 수정·보완한 최혜란과 이상원(2009)의 것을 재구성하였으며, 연구과정에서 얻어진 정량적 자료는 SPSS 17.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 정량적 결과를 보완하기 위하여 연구자의 관찰·기록과 수시 면담 및 포트폴리오 수집을 통해 정성적 분석이 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 통하여 NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 교육은 초등학생 환경소양의 4개의 환경 목적 수준별 모든 영역에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 결과를 얻었다. 이는 NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 프로그램이 새로운 환경교육의 방법으로서 그 의미가 크다고 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 NIE를 활용한 환경 글쓰기 교육이 초등학생들의 인지적 수준을 고려하여 프로그램이 개발한다면 초등학생들에게 환경소양을 함양시키는데 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. 따라서 환경 글쓰기 교육과 관련된 심층적인 연구와 보다 체계적인 교수·학습 활동에 대한 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study is an experimental study to investigate the influences of the environmental writing education program through NIE on environmental literacy of fourth grades in an elementary school. The results of this study are as follows. First, the researcher was able to develop and apply professor·learning model for the environmental writing education through NIE by abstracting environmental education contents for the second semester of the 4th grade in 7th curriculum. Second, applying the environmental writing education through NIE had an positive effect on elementary school students' environmental literacy. Third, applying the environmental writing education through NIE had an positive effect on the every elements of environmental literacy divided by the four goal levels of the environment education. Fourth, the result of a case analysis of observation and interview, many students had an interest in the environment, and showed attitude change, will to act and change of action while participating in the environmental writing education through NIE. In conclusion, the environmental writing education through NIE can apply to the elementary schools, and has a positive effect on the cultivation of environmental literacy of 4th grade students. That is to say, this program is meaningful as a new environmental education methods, and it is necessary to research more intensively and systematically on the professor·learning activities related to the environmental writing education.
사용자 인지 및 선호도에 기반한 노인을 위한 스마트워치 아이콘 디자인

There are many studies to help the physical and mental discomfort of the elderly. However, the studies on the physical and cognitive characteristics of smart devices for elderly people are not sufficient. This study aims to improve smart watch usability for the elderly through icon design. Based on preceding research, the five important elements of icon design are derived. Experiments were conducted on 20 elderly people in two steps. In the first step, the elapsed time the subjects find a specific icon on the screen is measured. In the second step, 10 pairs of combinations were derived based on the results of the first step, and the experiments were conducted in pairwise comparison method. Finally, through the questionnaire if there are the differences in preference and usability are analyzed. First, out of the elements of smart watch icon design, the order that affects the user's perceptions are size, number, layout, color, outline shape is derived. Second, according to the result of user's survey, the order that the elderly prefers are size, color, outline shape, number, layout is derived. The purpose of this study is to suggest a guideline to consider to design Smart Watch icon for the elderly. 노인들의 신체적·정신적 불편함을 돕기 위한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있으나, 노인용 스마트 디바이스는 노인의 신체적, 인지적 특성에 대한 연구가 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 노인들의 스마트워치 사용성 향상을 위하여 노인의 신체적, 인지적 특성에 따른 아이콘 디자인에 주요 요소를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 스마트워치의 아이콘 디자인에서 중요한 5가지 요소를 도출하였다. 실험은 노인 20명을 대상으로 2단계로 진행하였으며, 1단계에서는 화면 내에서 특정 아이콘을 찾는 데 걸리는 시간을 측정하였다. 2단계에서는 1단계의 실험 결과를 토대로 10쌍의 조합을 도출해내고 비교하는 방식으로 실험을 진행하였다. 마지막으로 설문을 통해 선호도와 사용성에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 첫째, 스마트워치 아이콘 디자인의 요소 중 사용자의 인지도에 영향을 미치는 순서는 크기, 개수, 레이아웃, 색채, 외곽 형태 순이라는 결과를 도출했다. 둘째, 사용자의 선호도 조사결과에 따라 노인들이 선호하는 아이콘 디자인의 요소는 크기, 색채, 외곽 형태, 개수, 레이아웃 순이라는 결과가 나왔다. 본 연구는 노인들을 위한 스마트워치의 아이콘 디자인 시 고려해야할 가이드라인을 제시한 데에 의의가 있다.
Design of Health Warning Model on the Basis of CRM by use of Health Big Data

Lots of costs threaten the sustainability of the national health-guarantee system. Despite research by the national center for disease control and prevention on health care dynamics with its auditing systems, there are still restrictions of time limitation, sample limitation, and, target diseases limitation. Against this backdrop, using huge volume of total data, many technologies could be fully adopted to the preliminary forecasting and its target-disease expanding of health. With structured data from the national health insurance and unstructured data from the social network service, we attempted to design a model to predict disease. The model can enhance national health and maximize social benefit by providing a health warning service. Also, the model can reduce the advent increase of national health cost and predict timely disease occurrence based on Big Data analysis. We researched related medical prediction cases and performed an experiment with a pilot project so as to verify the proposed model.
Paenibacillus polymyxa CK-1이 생산한 길항물질이 Trichoderma sp. 생육에 미치는 영향

The separation of the bacteria inhibiting Trichoderma sp. mold, the strain causing blue mold disease that occurs frequently when cultivating mushroom while carrying out the efficient fermentation of mushroom medium, from the growth was done. In about 200 strains isolated primarily from fungus garden samples, 6 strains were secondly isolated, which had fast growth rates and a clear zone on the plate medium of SM, AM, and CM. Among the 6 strains isolated, the C-1 strain showed high enzymatic activity of cellulase, amylase, and protease, and strong antibacterial activity for the T. virens and T. harzianum, selected finally. The selected C-1 strain was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxaby the result of the identification by Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology and the analysis of the nucleotide sequence of 16S rRNA, and named as P. polymyxa CK-1. In reviewing the growth conditions of the P. polymyxa CK-1 strain, the optimum cultivation temperature was 45oC, and the optimum pH for growth was in the range of 6.0~7.0. Appropriate incubation time of P. polymyxa CK-1 for the growth inhibition of the fungus T. virens and T. harzianum was 22 to 36 hours. And the fungal growth was not observed, even when leaving two molds inoculated on each petri dishes, which were treated with 24 hour culture solution of P. polymyxa CK-1 strain for 10 days. As a result of studying the thermal stability of the antagonists produced by the P. polymyxa CK-1 strain, no mycelial growth of the two fungi was observed in the test group treated for 20 minutes at 60oC and 100oC, but mycelial growth was slightly observed in the test group treated for 20 minutes at 121oC. As aresult of reviewing the impact of the P. polymyxa CK-1 culture medium on mushroom mycelial growth, it showed no effect on a variety of mushroom mycelial growth including enoki mushroom and shiitake mushroom.

This study aimed to examine the quality of life related to oral health of cooks in the Bu-san and Gyeong-nam regions in order to raise awareness among them about the importance of oral health in improving their quality of life. For this purpose, this study used the Oral Health Impact Profile-14 (OHIP-14). It selected and surveyed a convenience sample of cooks from August 1 to December 31, 2014. A self-reported questionnaire was administered to the participants, and a total of 282 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The following are the results of this study conducted to improve cooks’ quality 1. In terms of gender, women had a better quality of life than men. With regard to age and educational background, cooks in their 20s and two-year college graduates showed a higher level of quality of life. Single cooks had a better quality of life than the married ones. Further, in terms of income, those with an income between one and two million Korean won showed a higher quality of life related to oral health (p<0.05). 2. Regarding occupational characteristics, help cooks showed the highest level of quality of life. In terms of years of service, cooks who had been working for under a year showed the highest quality of life. Further, it was found that those with a high level of job satisfaction showed a higher quality of life related to oral health (p<0.05). 3. With regard to subjective oral health factors, those who did not experience tooth damage and those who had no stress after trauma had a higher quality of life related to oral health (p<0.05). Through these abovementioned results, it was found that the general life characteristics, occupational characteristics, general health factors, and oral health factors of cooks had correlations with their quality of life related to oral health. Therefore, it is necessary to develop oral health management and education programs considering the occupational characteristics and other factors of cooks in order to improve their quality of life related to oral health.
